농촌지역의 산업특성과 인구노령화의 상관성 분석을 통한 지역산업개발방향 제시에 관한 연구 (A Proposition of Regional Development Planning in Defining the Analytical Relationship between Industrial Characteristics of Rural Areas and Aged Population Index)

  • This study tried to construct a direction in regional planning concerning the structural relationship between the ratio of aged population and the industrial characteristics. We investigated this structural relationship incorporating the aged population index and the number of classified companies. We applied diverse statistical analyses to understand the relationship. We classified the number of companies to reflect regional industrial characteristics using the principal component analysis. We applied a multiple regression model to understand the relationship between these two indices. The aged population index represents the degree of being old divided by the ratio of juvenile population and aged population. We found that such industries as manufacturing, service, and conveyance increase the ratio of juvenile population. However, industries such as tourism, waterworks, forestry, agriculture and etc. have a positive effect on the aged population index. In addition to these findings, we believe that the efficacy of this study is the possibility that can be used as the basic data when central or local autonomous entities need to adopt rural development planning.

대안학교학생들의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 변인연구: 또래관계기술을 중심으로 (Effects of Peer Relationship Skills on Alternative School Students' School Adjustment)

  • Recent years have witnessed an increasing number of alternative school students in Korea. However, few studies have empirically examined these students' school adjustment and peer relationship skills. To address this gap in the literature, this study examines the effects of individual characteristics, family characteristics and peer relationship skills on these students' school adjustment. Four aspects of school adjustment were measured as dependent variables. These four aspects included peer relationship adjustment, relationships with teachers, school environment adjustment, and schoolwork attitude adjustment. The peer relationship skills included three components, namely initiative, mutual closeness, and order awareness. Data were collected from 323 alternative middle and high school students through a structured questionnaire. The statistical analysis methods included descriptive statistics and a hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS WIN 19.0. According to the results, peer relationship skills as well as family background characteristics, including the age of the father, the education level of the father, the family economic level, and the number of close family members, had significant effects on school adjustment. The results highlight the importance of peer relationship skills for these students' successful school adjustment and have important policy and theoretical implications.

  • This study is focused on the indeterminancy of the contemporary social structure based on the philosophical concept of relationship. The indeterminate relationship is one of the prominent characteristics of contemporary architecture. This study aims to clarity the indeterminate programs of the contemporary urban spatial structures. By tracing this new characteristics of new architectural trend, the spatial situations of could be understood in light of new conceptual frame as well as some relevant architectural project cases.

성인여성의 성격특성과 의복행동간의 관계연구 -연령과 직업변인에 의한- (A Study on the Relationship between Personality Characteristics and Clothing Behaviors -according to the age and the occupation variables-)

  • This study was undertaken to explore the relationships between the personality characteristics (the rigidity and the acceptance of self and others) and the clothing behaviors according to the age and the occupation. The results were as follows; 1. In the clothing behavior, the subjects scored highest in aesthetics followed by comfort, modesty, management, dependence, interest, attention and approval in a descending order. 2. There was no significant relationship between the acceptance and the rigidity characteristics. 3. There was a highly significant relationship between the personality characteristics and the clothing behaviors. 4. There were significant differences in the rigidity characteristics and in modesty, comfort, management clothing variables according to the age. 5. There were significant differences in self-acceptance, rigidity characteristics and in management clothing variable according to the occupational status. 6. No significant interactions was found between age and occupation on personality characteristics and clothing behaviors.

  • Purpose : This study attempted to find out the relationship between leadership style, knowledge transfer in nursing officers' job, considering the task characteristics. Methods : The data were collected from the military hospital during November 1st to November 17th, 2008 using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the statistical method of frequency, correlation, and regression analysis, in SPSS 12.0 program package. Results/Conclusion : The results of empirical analysis shows that the levels of job tension and job focused task domain affect the job characteristics of the nursing officers' organization. The job characteristics have a moderating effect on the relationship between leadership style and knowledge transfer. The research is very useful in finding out the job characteristics which well depict military nursing organizations. This research suggests that a desirable leadership styles affect the knowledge transfer in the job characteristics type.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of the organizational trust, acceptance of organizational change on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment. For this study, data were collected from convenient sample of 241 employees at small and medium enterprises in Ulsan city and Gyeongju city. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: 1. The relationship between the job characteristics and the organizational trust is positively related. 2. There was a positive correlation between the job characteristics and the acceptance of organizational change. 3. There was a positive correlation between the job characteristics and the organizational commitment. 4. The relationship between the organizational trust and the acceptance of organizational change is positively related. 5. There was a positive correlation between the organizational trust and the organizational commitment. 6. There was a positive correlation between the acceptance of organizational change and the organizational commitment. Finally, the organizational trust and acceptance of organizational change played as a partial mediator on the relationship between job characteristics and organizational commitment.

라이브 커머스에서 정보와 왕홍 특성이 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 쇼핑가치의 매개 역할 (The Effect of Information and Wanghong Characteristics on Consumers' Purchase Intention in Live Commerce: The Mediating Role of Shopping Value)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of shopping value in the relationship between information characteristics, Wanghong characteristics, and purchase intention in live commerce. Design/methodology/approach - The study conducted survey with self-reported questionnaire. The study sampled 212 Chinese consumers who have experienced live commerce led by Wanghong. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 26.0. The multiple regression analyses with bootstrapping were conducted to test hypotheses. Findings - The results showed that utilitarian and hedonic values mediate the relationship between information characteristics such as interactivity, usefulness, and entertainment and consumers' purchase intention in live commerce. In addition, utilitarian and hedonic values mediate the relationship between Wanghong characteristics such as credibility, attractiveness, and familiarity and consumers' purchase intentions in live commerce. Research implications or Originality - This study broadens our knowledge in live commerce research by providing empirical evidence on the mediating effects of shopping value that further explain the relationship between information characteristics, Wanghong characteristics and consumers' purchase intention.

패션상품 소비자의 관계혜택지각이 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Relationship Benefit Perception and Consumer Satisfaction for Fashion Products)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumer's relationship benefit perception for fashion products and to examine the influence of relationship benefit perception on consumer satisfaction based on consumer characteristics. Data for this research were collected by surveying 766 women older than 20 years old in Seoul, Gwangju, and Gyeonggi-do. The following is a summary of the conclusions reached from this research: (1) Relationship benefit perception was divided into five separate areas: informational benefit, emotional benefit, special treatment benefit, economic benefit and social benefit. (2) Relationship benefit perception influenced consumer satisfaction. (3) There was a difference in benefits influenced on consumer satisfaction based on consumer characteristics such as sociability, relationship preference, and price importance.

  • This study is one of studies which refer aesthetic characteristics and relationship about Korean traditional architecture. In this rapidly changing society, it is worthy to recognize our traditional aesthetics from which we may get a solution for improving our surrounding. The major purpose of this study was to present a holistic framework to understand aesthetics of Korean traditional architecture in a viewpoint of relationship. As a secondary purpose with this framework, Gyeongbokgung which is one of Korean traditional palaces in Chosen dynasty was analyzed and appropriate case example images were gained. Through this process, the framework could get better capability to persuade relativity of this study by showing relevant example. Through the purpose, the uniqueness of this study were like following; First, it referred a word 'relationship' clearly and exposed it to a systematic framework. Second, it referred space characteristics and aesthetics characteristics of Korean traditional architecture synthetically comparing with that other literatures referred the characteristics partially focused on their interests. Third, many literatures showed the characteristics partially by some case examples and photos but, it showed a complete case example and appropriate photos to endow persuasive power for understanding the framework.

Data Design Strategy for Data Governance Applied to Customer Relationship Management

  • Nowadays, many companies are striving to turn customer value into business value. Customer Relationship Management is a management system that develops effective and efficient marketing strategies by classifying customers in detail based on their information, i.e. databases, and consists of various information technologies. To implement this management system, a customer integration database must be established, and customer characteristics (buying behavior, preferences, etc.) must be analyzed with the databases established and the behavior of each customer must be predicted. This study aims to systematically manage a large amount of customer data generated by companies that apply Customer Relationship Management, in order to develop data design and data governance strategies that should be considered to increase customer value and even company value. We mainly looked at the characteristics of customer relationship management and data governance, and then explored the link between the field of customer relationship management and data governance. In addition, we have developed a data strategy that companies need to perform data governance for customer relationship management.
