치위생(학)과 학생의 가치관이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of values on major satisfaction in dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of values on major satisfaction in dental hygiene students. Methods: The subjects were 214 dental hygiene students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do who filled out the self-reported questionnaire after receiving informed consents from January 20 to February 15, 2014. Except incomplete answers, 187 data were analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0 for Scheffe post hoc test, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchical regression analysis, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects and values. General characteristics consisted of gender, age, grade, school record, major choice motivation, and the influencing person to choose the major. The instrument for values was modified from Shin based on MILOV(Multi-Item Measures Of Values) and two professors of dental hygiene verified the validity of the instrument. Instrument for values consisted of 7 questions of values for self-respect, 6 questions of relation oriented values, 5 questions of emotion oriented values, and 5 questions of values for others measured by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was 0.769 in the study. The instrument for major satisfaction was modified from Na based on Program Evaluation Survey of Illinois University and two professors of dental hygiene verified the validity of the instrument. Major satisfaction consisted of 7 questions of general satisfaction, 5 questions of consciousness satisfaction, 5 questions of curriculum satisfaction and 3 questions of relation satisfaction measured by Likert 5 scale and Cronbach's alpha was 0.887 in the study. Results: Values of self-respect, relationship orientation and grade had significant influence on general satisfaction, while values of self-respect, relationship orientation and gender had significant influence on consciousness satisfaction. Values of relationship orientation, grade and school record had significant influence on curriculum satisfaction. Grade showed significant influence on relationship satisfaction. Conclusions: Values of self-respect and relationship orientation are the most important factors in dental hygiene students. The guidance for professional career and major satisfaction can be accomplished through the values of self-respect and relationship orientation.

가치관과 의복이미지 및 의복디자인 선호도에 관한 연구 (Clothing Image and Clothing design Preferences)

  • The purposes of this study were to 1) classify the contents of clothing image preferences, 2) find out the relationship among personal values, preferences for clothing image and clothing design, and 3) investigate the relationship between clothing image preferences and clothing design preferences, Questionnaire was comprised of three section. The clothing image preference measure was included 36 bipolar adjectives of 7-point scales. Clothing design preferences measure was included the items of patterns, colors, and textures. 'Survey of Personal Values' by Eung-Un Hwang and Kyung -hye Lee was used for measurement of 6 values : practical mindedness ; achievement ; variety ; decisiveness; orderliness; and goal orientation. Samples were 288 college women. The data were analyzed using pearson's correlation coefficient and factor analysis. The results of the study were the following. 1. Four segments of clothing image preferences derived by factor analysis : F. 1 'progressive-conservative' ; F.2. 'casual-formal'; F.3 'plain-splendid'; F.4 'masculine-feminine'. 2. In relation between personal values and clothing image preferences, 1) achievement was positively related to the preference of progressive image 2) variety was positively related to the preferences of progressive and masculine image, and 3) goal orientation was negatively related to the preferences of the progressive and masculine image, and positively related to plain image. 3. In relation between personal values and clothing design preferences, 1) practical mindedness was positively related to the preference of black, 2) achievement was positively related to the preferences of blue and such realistic pattern as floral, 3) variety was positively related to the preferences of geometric or abstract patterns and thick or transparent texture, and 4) orderliness was negatively related to the preferences of abstract pattern. 4. In relation between clothing image preferences and clothing design preferences, 1) progressive image was positively related to abstract pattern, red, blue, and black, 2) casual image was positively related to geometric pattern, green, blue, and negatively related to red and soft rexture, 3) plain image was negatively related to lustered and transparent texture, abstract pattern, red, and black, and 4) masculine image was negatively related to lustered, thin, soft, and transparent texture, floral and dotted patterns, red, orange, and yellow.

사회복지조직의 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인의 구조적 관계 -리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식, 그리고 시장지향성간의 관계- (A Structural Relation of professional leadership, environmental competitiveness, market orientation and fundraising effectiveness in social service organizations)

  • 비영리조직의 자원동원에 관한 기존의 연구들은 조직리더의 역할 및 환경에 대한 인식 등을 주요한 요인으로 제시하며, 점차 이러한 요인이외에 조직의 체계적인 관리노력으로서 시장지향성의 중요성을 제시하기도 한다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 자원동원성과를 설명하는데 있어서 조직리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식 그리고 기부자에 대한 시장지향성 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국에 위치한 장애인직업재활시설로 연구표본을 구성하고, 설문조사에 응답한 115개 조직을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자원동원성과는 조직리더의 전문성이나 환경에 대한 인식에 의해 직접적으로 영향을 받지 않으며, 기부자에 대한 시장지향성을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 일반화의 한계에도 불구하고, 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 구조적 관계를 보여주고, 자원동원성과를 설명하는 간명한 경로를 제시하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의를 지니며, 실천적인 측면에서 사회복지조직의 자원동원에 있어서 기부자를 체계적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

Nursing students' and instructors' perception of simulation-based learning

  • The degree of mutual understanding between nursing students and instructors regarding simulation-based education remains unknown. The purpose of this study was to identify the subjectivity of nursing students and instructors about simulation-based learning, and was intended to expand the mutual understand by employing the co-orientation model. Q-methodology was used to identify the perspectives of 46 nursing students and 38 instructors. Perception types found among students in relation to simulation-based learning were developmental training seekers, instructor-dependent seekers, and learning achievement seekers. The instructors estimated the student perception types as passive and dependent, positive commitment, demanding role as facilitators, and psychological burden. Perception types found among instructors included nursing capacity enhancement seekers, self-reflection seekers, and reality seekers. The students classified the instructors' perception types as nursing competency seekers, learning reinforcement seekers, and debriefing-oriented seekers. As a result of the analysis of these relations in the co-orientation model, instructors identified psychological burden and passive and dependent cognitive frameworks among students; however, these were not reported in the students' perspectives. Likewise, the reality seekers type found among the perception types of instructors was not identified by the students. These findings can help develop and implement simulation-based curricula aimed at maximizing the learning effect of nursing students.

3축 자기센서를 이용한 자기차선상의 차량위치 및 방향 추정 (Estimation of Vehicle Position and Orientation on Magnetic Lane Using 3-axis Magnetic Sensor)

  • 본 논문에서는 차량이 자동으로 도로를 추적하는 자율주행을 실현하기 위한 선행조건으로서 자기차선의 자장으로부터 차량의 위치와 방향을 추정하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 자기차선에 사용되는 원통형 영구자석인 단일자기원에 자기 쌍극자 모델이 적용될 수 있음을 검증하기 위해서 자기센서를 이용하여 위치에 따른 원형 영구자석 자장의 3축 성분을 측정하고 실험 데이터를 자기 쌍극자 모델과 비교하였다. 실험 데이터를 기반으로 한 모델을 이용하여 자장의 3축 성분에 의하여 센서의 위치를 추정할 수 있음을 보인다. 단일 자기원에 검증된 자기 쌍극자 모델을 자기차선으로 확장하고, 센서의 위치와 방향에 따른 자장의 3축 성분의 실험 데이터를 획득한다. 실험 데이터의 맵핑을 이용하여 자장의 3축 성분에 따른 센서의 위치와 방향을 추정한다. 자기차선 상에서 차량의 위치와 센서를 제안된 방법에 의해 추정하고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 차선추적에 적용한다.

용융염합성법에 의한 $Sr_2(Ta_{1-x}Nb_x)_2O_7$ 세라믹스의 저온소성과 유전특성 (Low temperature sintering and dielectric properties of $Sr_2(Ta_{1-x}Nb_x)_2O_7$ ceramics by the flux method)

  • Solid solutions Sr$_{2}$(Ta$_{1-x}$ Nb$_{x}$)$_{2}$O$_{7}$, (x=0.0-1.0), composed of strontium tantalate(Tc=-107.deg. C) and strontium-niobate(Tc=1342.deg. C) were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method and the flux method(molten salt synthesis method). Phase relation, sintering temperature, grain-orientation and dielectric properties for sintered ceramic samples were investigated with different compositions. Both Curie temperature and dielectric constant at Curie temperature were increased, and sintering behavior and the degree of grain-orientation were improved with the increase of Nb content. The single phase Sr$_{2}$(Ta/sib 1-x/Nb$_{x}$)$_{2}$O$_{7}$ powder was synthesized by using the flux method at lower temperatures, and sintering temperature was also reduced by using the flux method-derived powder than using the mixed oxide-derived powder. Sintering characteristics and dielectric properties of the specimens prepared by the flux method were better than those derived through the conventional mixed oxide method.thod.hod.

프레이트 포워더의 관계마케팅이 고객반응, 장기적 관계지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of a Relationship Marketing on the Customer Response and Long-Term Relationship Orientation in Freight Forwarder)

  • This study aims to analyze a relationship marketing of freight forwarders, and based on this, customer's satisfaction, trust, and long-term relationship orientation are additionally analyzed. Through previous research, a relationship marketing of freight forwarders is considered, at the same time, the key factors of a relationship marketing is divided into reputation, physical feature, size, and professionalism. Targets of survey are companies which are registered in Korea complex transportation forward association. And a total of 292 questionnaires are collected from freight forwarder in Basan and Kyongnam from November 7 through November 18 in 2011. The result of hypothesis testing, show that relations between freight forwarders and customers is mightily important. In the future research, what effects of maintaining relation between freight forwarders and customers should be analyzed.

Factors Influencing Global Expansion/Scalability of Small and Medium Enterprises: A Kenyan Case

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors influencing global expansion/scalability of Kenyan Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Factor analysis and multiple/multivariate regression analysis to determine the functional relationship between independent variables (factors) and the dependent variable was used. The independent variables were: innovation & technology, fitness/appropriateness of management, global marketing strategy; and support environment and the dependent variable, global expansion/scalability. Data was collected from a survey of randomly selected firms of 205, drawn from a population of 440 firms from Kenya Manufacturers Directory, with 175 firms responding. The key findings from the research in relation to Kenyan SMEs were that: there is a functional relationship between global market strategy and global expansion; there is a functional relationship between innovation and technology orientation and global expansion, there is no significant functional relationship between supportive environment of firms and their global expansion; and there is no significant functional relationship between fitness/appropriateness of management and global expansion/scalability. The implications for practice is that the ranking of the factors in order of priority supports focusing concern on the orientation of business strategy toward global market strategy, market research geared at obtaining foreign market intelligence, innovation and technology, product adaptation, service orientation, collaborative ventures, and long-range vision as key factors in making Kenyan firms successful in the international market. The implication for policy and practice is that there is need for collaboration between industry and government in pursuing policies for global expansion/scalability and among SMEs and large enterprises particularly in areas of rapid technological change.

Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance for Subcontracting Korean SMEs: The Role of Buyer-Supplier Relationship

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on small and medium-sized enterprises' (SMEs) performance in the context of subcontracting buyer-supplier relation. Specifically, we seek to examine whether the power dynamics between buyer and supplier either support or hamper subcontracting SMEs' ability to effectively pursue EO for enhancing their performance. Research design, data, and methodology: We collected survey questionnaires from Korean SMEs that are certified with Inno-biz by the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS to create an integrated model. Result: Based on the analysis, our findings indicate that the proactiveness and innovativeness dimensions of EO have a positive effect on the SMEs' performance. However, the risk-taking dimension of EO has a negative effect on performance. Additionally, buyer dependency exhibit both positive and negative moderating effects on different dimensions of EO. Conclusion: For SMEs that rely heavily on a particular buyer in terms of sale, pursuing innovativeness dimension of EO could lead to positive performance, while pursuing proactiveness dimension of EO had a negative moderating effect on performance.

사회서비스 시장화에 따른 비영리 사회복지조직의 시장지향성과 조직성과 관계 연구 (Relation of Market Orientation and Organizational Performance in Nonprofit Human Service Organization toward Social Service Marketization)

  • 본 연구는 사회서비스 시장화에 따른 비영리 사회복지조직의 경쟁 우월성을 확보하기 위한 방안으로 시장지향성이 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 경험적으로 검증하기 위한 것이다. 사회서비스 시장화는 사회복지조직의 재정 환경 압박과 더불어 조직 간의 경쟁을 심화시키고 있다. 다양한 공급주체들이 참여하는 사회서비스 시장에서 비영리 사회복지조직이 생존을 유지하기 위해서는 환경에 대한 민감성이 필요하다. 이를 위해 시장지향성 도입의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 이 시점에서 비영리 사회복지조직의 시장지향성 수준과 시장지향성이 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 것은 의미가 있다고 보여진다. 자료 수집은 바우처 사업에 참여하고 있는 부산의 사회복지조직을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 총 92개 기관이 분석대상이 되었다. 조사대상 기관의 시장지향성은 3.63으로 나타났으며 선행연구들에 비해 다소 높은 시장지향성을 보였다. 시장지향성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향은 유의미하게 나타났다. 사회서비스 시장에서 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 비영리 사회복지조직의 시장지향성이 높을수록 바우처 사업에 대한 연간 수익금 총액이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비영리 사회복지조직의 시장지향성 도입 유용성을 경험적으로 검증하였다. 또한 비영리 사회복지조직이 조직의 생존과 유지를 위해 외부 환경에 더욱 민감하게 반응하는 것이 필요하다는 함의를 제공해 주고 있다.
