Business environment for e-commerce companies have been rapidly changed for the last several yens and they have found out that strategic alliance as one of the important and practical means to cope with the dynamic environment. Despite the increasing number of e-commerce company's strategic alliances during last several years, there have been few studies made on strategic alliance which reflect the e-commerce company's uniqueness： dynamism, time to market, If-based business, etc. In order to reflect this uniqueness, we attempt to derive guidelines of alliance process for e-commerce companies in three aspects： 1) resource system analysis, 2) value chain analysis, and 3) If-based strategic alliance implementation and management. Finally, we propose the integrated process of strategic alliance for e-commerce companies including those proposed guidelines.

Korea have 3 kinds of national railway safety target, which are accident fatalities, train accident rate, and passenger fatality per passenger kilometer. Increase of railway passenger and train operator force to setting up new safety target. Current safety target can not reflect train operator's safety activities because it include suicide and trespass related accident, which are hard to control by the operators. In order to reflect to the 2nd National Integrated Railway Safety Plan, new safety targets are roposed in this study.

This study is to survey facilities installed at urban parks and identify park facilities desired by users through a questionnaire survey of users who actually use the parks. Then, the outcome will be compared and evaluated to install urban park facilities that reflect the desires of users in the future. Findings showed that park facilities currently installed are mostly those easy to install and manage among facilities suggested in relevant laws. Regardless of park types and sizes, similar facilities were installed across parks. A questionnaire survey of users showed that they wanted facilities to rest, sports facilities, waterscape facilities and facilities to accompany families. The result also showed that they wanted green area-style parks that have a lot of trees. Therefore, going forward, facilities reflecting such desires of users should be installed at parks as much as possible. When developing a park creation plan for each city, it would be critical to survey the opinions of residents in relevant areas in advance and reflect it to the creation plan.

Numerical predictions on flow phenomena in pipe network systems have been considered as playing an important role in both designing and operating various facilities of piping or duct systems, such as water supply, tunnel or mine ventilation, hydraulic systems of automobile or aircraft, and etc. Traditionally, coupling conditions between junction and connected branches are assumed to satisfy conservation law of mass and to share an equal pressure at junction node. However, the conventional methodology cannot reflect momentum interactions between pipes sufficiently. Thus, a new finite volume junction treatment is proposed both to reflect the interchanges of linear momentums between neighbor branches at junction and to include the effect of wall at junction in present work.

To examine iterocular interactions in normal subjects, we recorded EEG activity from channel O1 and O2 on 14 healthy subjects while checkerboard pattern reversals were presented to each eye with different interstimulus intervals (ISIs) ranging from 0 to 218 ms. When pattern reversals were presented asynchronously to each eye, P-1 activity evoked by each reversal was significantly suppressed compared to the activation evoked by synchronous reversals. Furthermore, when there was time delay between pattern reversals to each eye, theta (4-10 Hz) band power was also significantly decreased, whereas beta (10-30 Hz) band power was relatively preserved. Our results suggest that neural activity evoked by sustained but not yet reversed checkerboard from one eye might inhibit upcoming neural response evoked by reversed checkerboard from the other eye. Decreased P-1 activity might reflect such inhibitory interaction between two eyes. Also, decreased theta and preserved beta band power might reflect engagement of different neural circuit for binocular / monocular vision.

The ratings of noise are consisted of physical factors and psychological factors. The physical factor means the scales and the spectrum characteristics of noise, on the other hand the psychological factor means the subjective emotion, sensation and individual judgement for it. Therefore the rating of noise must reflect the subjective psychology of people for it. But it is very difficult to establish an effective scale which can reflect well that because the subjective psychology has many variables according to the cultural differency, nationality and individual personalities. In this paper, Korean Vocabularys for the assessment of noise were surveyed in order to find out the effective noise scale for Korean.

Railway is superior to the other land transportation systems in aspects of environmental problems. Environmental problems are not considered during a preliminary feasibility study. Investment for railway is low because of low B/C(benefit/cost)ratio in the economical efficiency analysis during the preliminary feasibility study. The body of this paper studies the railway noise which can reflect environmental problems an assessment of environmental impact. The body of this paper studies the presumption of The Benefit Cost of railroad noise arresting it will be able to reflect the evaluation environmental matter of the effect which it gives to an environment.

Fast Fashion (fast fashion) is to reflect the latest trends and quickly create an immediate and quick with words related to clothing to distribute immediately reflect the latest fashion design, a relatively low cost, rapid product turnover means to succeed in fashion or business. The popularity of fast fashion is growing in the recent domestic fashion market. In this study, fast-fashion consumers' purchasing behavior recognition for brand identification and brand personality, brand reputation and brand identification, brand attitude, and affect the relationship between customer loyalty will be discussed. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, In this study, based on existing studies, brand personality and brand identification through a process that affects customer loyalty reaffirmed. Second, the 5 dimensions of brand personality and brand identification of the factors found by the sophistication and unique. Third, the brand's reputation in the brand identification had a significant impact. Fourth, brand identification, brand attitude and the impact on customer loyalty was significant.

Industrial disaster caused the deaths of 2,114, construction workers among them was the highest of 621 deaths. In the construction industry, has established a number of safety alternatives to prevent accidents. But until now, the cause of the accident has stopped being superficial analysis, awareness on the root cause of the acciden did not reflect. In this study, we analyze the characteristics and causes in G contractors' safety accidents. And innovation strategy, organization-wide safety management system and detailed tasks to derive essentially was to prevent the occurrence of large construction companies. A lot of business for accident prevention effect was transient and formal, to reflect a management style and organizational culture, and try to prevent construction accidents. we will strive to prevent the disaster from the construction site through the improvement of these.

Studies of Internet algorithms or policies require experiments on the real large-scale networks. But practical problems with large real networks make them difficult. Instead many researchers use simulations on the Internet topology models. So, It is Important that study about topology model that reflect characteristic of the internet exactly. We propose new topology model which reflect of hierarchical network and addition, removal of nodes and accompanied change of topologies. In the modeling scheme for network generation, we applied DEVS formalism and analyzed the topologies generated by our algorithms.
