The grammatical meaning of "了", a marker of aspects in Mandarin has been described differently among researchers, three of which are to express the end, a certain phase of event and the start of an event or a state. This paper consists of four parts. Set out below is a summary of main points of each part. The first chapter elaborates on the results of previous related studies, points out the purpose and meaning of the current study. Chapter two introduces marked "了" including concepts of the meaning and "Done", "complete whole", "realization" Corresponds to the case study. And explains syntactic and semantic features of the "了", highlights the look "of the了" problems of syntax and semantics, "了2" made three domains Limit 3 Including of the knowledge. This chapter holds that its grammartical meaning can be described as follows an event has taken place or a state has formed prior to a certain reference time, and that the grammartical meanings mentioned above can be considered sub - grammartical meanings of "了",which result from different prominence of the phases of an event. Chapter three explains tag component of the "了1", "了2". It discusses limited constraints, first place for "了" syntactic meaning, "The End" and "extension" of the opposition for "了" is looming around the root system, "了" and "着" sentence structure and semantic and syntactic forms. Chapter four discusses bounded features of the 了. It mainly focuses on "了"of bounded / unbounded function. It analyses the functions of components and explains a bounded function of "了1" and a bounded function of "了2". Chapter five is the conclusion. It consolidates and summarises the previous contents of the paper and points out the conclusion.
This study aims to develop and apply a metaverse-based instructional design model for the education in science and technology. It analyzed the concept and characteristics of metaverse, existing non-contact education models, and major teaching strategies systematically. Based on the prior researches, an instructional design model using metaverse is developed that presents metaverse-related teaching strategies and design principles for the before-, during-, and after-lesson phases. Then, this model was applied to a project-based learning program, conducted a perception survey on instructors and learners, and revised the metaverse instructional design model based on the results of the survey. In the Metaverse Instructional Design Model, before-lesson phase is a physical and psychological preparation stage for class participation, which includes familiarization with the Metaverse learning environment, formation of expectations for education, and self-directed pre-learning. During the lesson, to effectively deliver the lesson content, it is necessary to build confidence in the learning environment, promote learning participation, provide reference materials, perform team projects and provide feedback, digest learning content, and transfer learning content. The after-lesson phase provides strategies for ongoing interaction between learners and mentors. This study introduces a new instructional design model that utilizes metaverse and shows the potential of metaverse-based education in science and technology. It also has important implications in that it provides practical guidelines for the effective design and implementation of metaverse-based education.

In this study the economic impact of each plan for introducing Korea unclear-powered submarines were analyzed. This study conducted a preliminary investigation into foreign countries cases of unclear-powered submarines and classified three introduction plans. In order to analyze the economic impact of each introduction plan, a multiple-level survey was conducted targeting experts with experience in developing and operating ship weapon systems, and quantitative results were calculated for subcategory items with industrial relevance for industrial correlation analysis. The value added inducement coefficient and production inducement coefficient and employment inducement coefficient were calculated for each introduction method, and a favorable introduction method was derived. It is hoped that the results of this study will serve as a reference for policy decision-making during prior research for the introduction of korea nuclear submarines.

Importance: Kidney disease is prevalent among veterinary species, including zoo animals; however, investigations into this condition in striped skunks (Mephitis mephitis) are scarce. Diagnostic tools for kidney diseases in this species also remain limited. Objective: This study aimed to assess the utility of symmetric dimethylarginine as a biomarker for kidney disease in captive striped skunks in Korea. Methods: This retrospective study analysed 11 striped skunks housed at the Everland Zoo between 2017 and 2021. Blood samples were collected during health checks. Kidney function was assessed through blood analysis and diagnostic ultrasound, with necropsies conducted on deceased animals. Symmetric dimethylarginine levels were measured in 27 plasma samples collected from 11 skunks. Results: Over the study period, seven skunks were diagnosed with kidney disease. Analysis of 27 blood samples revealed a concurrent increase in SDMA levels with concentrations of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine. In 3 of the 7 skunks with kidney disease, symmetric dimethylarginine exceeded 14 ㎍/dL prior to the elevation of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine above the upper reference limit. Conclusions and Relevance: To our knowledge, this is the first study investigating symmetric dimethylarginine in captive striped skunks in Korea. Our findings suggest that symmetric dimethylarginine may serve as an early and consistent biomarker for renal dysfunction in striped skunks. Further studies with larger clinical sample size from striped skunks are needed to validate the clinical utility of blood symmetric dimethylarginine concentration.
Objective: This study aims to analyze parents' perception of the suitability of the 'Childcare Support Center (C.S.C.)' and the 'Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute(E.C.E.P.I)' as home care support service providers. Methods: The goals and content of the home parenting support service offered by the C.S.C. and E.C.E.P.I. were analyzes based on information collected from their websites, publications, and various promotional materials. There were categories into 18 services across 5 categories. Responses of 421 parents, gathered through a questionnaire developed with reference to previous studies, were collected and analyzed. Results: Parents reported high degree of suitability for the organizations they used. Those familiar with both institutions found E.C.E.P.I. more suitable overall. However the C.S.C. was considered particularity suitable by parents of children aged 0-2 years and by those with no prior experience with either institution. The perceived suitability of the two institutions varied by service, depending on factors such as the age group of the children, whether the parents lived in the metropolitan area, and whether they were part of a double-income household. Conclusion/Implications: These findings have practical implications for development of integrated policies for early childhood education and childcare, which should take into account parents' perceptions of the functions of institutions.
Purpose : Tumor hypoxia can be overcome with hypoxic cytotoxin. In mouse tumor, tirapazamine's efficacy of the potentiating radiation effect was tested by the tumor oxygenation status combined with hype facti on ated rad iotherapy .:The control and hypoxic mouse tumors we established by inoculation of RIF-1 tumor cells into the normal or previously irradiated back and thigh of C3H mice. When the tumors reached a proper size, both the control and hypoxic tumors were given hypefractionated treatments (8fractions/4 days) with saline (0.02 ml/g), tirapazamin (0.08 mM/0.02 ml/kg), irradiation (2.5 Gy), irradiation combined with tirapazamine given 30 minutes prior to each irradiation. The response was evaluated by the growth delay assay by measuring tumor size from day 0 (12 hrs prior to the first fractionation) to the day when the volume had 4-fold increase or cross sectional area had 2-fold increase. Results : Overall growth pattern showed that tirapazamine Potentiated radiation effect in back and thigh tumors grew in the normal and preirradiated tumor bed. With growth delay assay using reference point of initial tumor volume or cross sectional area, tirapazamine potentiated radiation effect 1.9 times for the control and 2.4 times for the hypoxic tumors in back, and 1.85 times for the control and 1.6 times for the hypoxic tumors. With reference of 4-fold increase of the initial volume or 2-fold increase of the cross sectional area, tirapazamine potentiated radiation effect 1.48 times for the control and 2.02 times for the hypxic tumors in back, and 1.85 times for the control and 1.6 times for the hypoxic tumors. Conclusions : Present result indicated that radiation response of hypoxic tumors was potentiated by tirapazamine in the back or thigh tumors grew in the control or preirradiated tumor bed, and potentiation of the hypoxic tumors was eDual to or greater than that of the control tumors in the back or thigh.

Purpose: To monitor the changes of location of prostate gland using DIPS and to examine the adjustment and proton beam therapy depending on the movement of prostate gland in proton beam therapy for prostate gland in which a fiducial gold marker was inserted. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted in ten patients with prostate cancer who received proton beam therapy since April of 2008. To monitor the change of prostate location, three fiducial gold markers were inserted prior to the treatment. To minimize the movement of prostate gland, patients were recommended to urinate prior to the treatment, to intake a certain amount of water and to concomitantly undergo rectal balloon. In these patients, the set-up position was identical to that for a CT-simulation. The PA (posterior-anterior) and lateral images were obtained using both DIPS (digital image positioning system) and a plain radiography, and they were compared between the two imaging modalities. Thus, the changes of the location of fiducial gold marker were assessed based on three coordinates (x, y, z) and then adjusted. This was followed by proton beam therapy. Results: Images which were taken using a plain radiography were compared with those which were taken using DIPS. In ten patients, according to a reference bony marker, the mean changes of the location of fiducial gold marker based on an iso-center were X-axis: $\pm$0.116 cm, Y-axis: $\pm$0.19 cm and Z-axis: $\pm$0.176 cm. These ten patients showed a difference in the changes of location of prostate gland and it ranged between RT: 0.04 cm and RT: 0.24 cm on the X-axis; between Inf: 0.03 cm and Sup: 0.42 cm on the Y-axis; and Post: 0.05 cm and Ant: 0.35 cm on the Z-axis. Conclusion: To minimize the movement of prostate gland, as the pre-treatment prior to the treatment. In all the patients, however, three fiducial gold markers showed a daily variation which were inserted in the prostate gland. Based on the above data, Thus, the requirement of gold marker matching system depending on the daily variation in the proton beam therapy for which more accurate establishment of target was confirmed. It is assumed that an accurate effect of proton beam therapy would be enhanced by adjusting the target-center depending on the location change of prostate gland using DIPS which was used in the current study.

In multi-view video, illumination disharmony between neighboring views can occur on account of different location of each camera and imperfect camera calibration, and so on. Such discrepancy can be the cause of the performance decrease of multi-view video coding by mismatch of inter-view prediction which refer to the pictures obtained from the neighboring views at the same time. In this paper, we propose an efficient histogram-based prefiltering algorithm to compensate mismatches between the luminance and chrominance components in multi-view video for improving its coding efficiency. To compensate illumination variation efficiently, all camera frames of a multi-view sequence are adjusted to a predefined reference through the histogram matching. A Cosited filter that is used for chroma subsampling in many video encoding schemes is applied to each color component prior to histogram matching to improve its performance. The histogram matching is carried out in the RGB color space after color space converting from YCbCr color space. The effective color conversion skill that has respect to direction of edge and range of pixel value in an image is employed in the process. Experimental results show that the compression ratio for the proposed algorithm is improved comparing with other methods.
Spirometry is a physiological test for assessing the functional aspect of the lungs using an objective indicator to measure the maximum amount of air that a patient can inhale and exhale. Acceptable spirometry testing needs to be conducted three times by an acceptable and reproducible method for determining forced vital capacity (FVC). Until the results of three tests meet the criteria of reproducibility, the test should be repeated up to eight times. Interpretation of spirometry should be clear, concise, and informative. Additionally, spirometry should guarantee optimal quality prior to the interpreting spirometry results. Our guideline adopts a fixed normal predictive value instead of the lower limit of normal as the reference value because fixed value is more convenient and also accepts FVC instead of vital capacity (VC) because measurement of VC using a spirometer is impossible. The bronchodilator test is a method for measuring the changes in lung capacity after inhaling a short-acting ${\beta}-agonist$ that dilates the airway. When an obstructive ventilatory defect is observed, this test helps to diagnose and evaluate asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by measuring reversibility with the use of an inhaled bronchodilator. A positive response to a bronchodilator is generally defined as an increase of ${\geq}12%$ and ${\geq}200mL$ as an absolute value compared with a baseline in either forced expiratory volume at 1 second or FVC.

It is important to understand how pre-service teachers perceive e-learning because their prior-experience with e-learning will have a great impact on their teaching after the graduation. Pre-service teachers (401 students) with cyber learning experience, which is a form of e-learning, were selected in 2004 in May and June. Survey was conducted regarding the instructional experience (working hours, tasks and evaluation, satisfaction about cyber learning and its academic achievement, difficulties and suggestions) and instructional methods (instructional activities, frequencies of interaction, strategies of interaction, collaborative activities, behaviors in the group instructional activities for knowledge development). The results are pre-service teachers tent to spend similar v slightly less working hours for cyber learning, similar or slightly less satisfaction level for the instruction and the academic achievement. It was interesting that female students were more negative than males students, considering female students have been more active in online discussion traditionally. Logical presentation of contents and instructional strategies for the cyber learning were the most wanting suggestions. E-mails and BBS for reference materials were the two most used functions in the online learning. The amount and types of tasks were satisfactory. Students did not interact freely during the group activities, they reported they did not learn much through the group activity. During the group work, they consider they do their roles with responsibility while they have slightly negative responses toward other members' contribution in the group activity. Off line meeting is strongly suggested.
