GPS를 이용한 서울대학교 전파천문대의 WGS84 좌표 결정 (The Determination of WGS84 coordinates for Seoul National University Radio Astronomy Observatory)

  • We determined the precise three dimensional WGS84 Coordinates and the sea level height of Seoul Radio Astronomy Observatory (SRAO). In this study, we performed the simultaneous GPS observations at SRAO and Seoul GPS Reference Station(SGRS) of Korea Astronomy Observatory(KAO) for 3.5 hours from 17KST on October 27, 1999. We employed two different antennas, i.e., chokering antenna at SGRS of KAO and L1/L2 compact with groundplane antenna at SRAO. But we employed same type of receivers, i.e., Trimble 4000SSI at both observing places. The observed data were processed by GPSURVEY 2.30 software of Trimble with L1/L2 ION Free technique and broadcasting ephemeris of GPS Satellites because of very short baseline between SGRS of KAO and SRAO. We determined WGS84 latitude, longitude, height and the sea level height of SRAO with $37^{\circ}\;27'\;15.'\;6846N\pm0.'\;0004,\;126^{\circ}\;57'\;19.'\;0727E\pm0.'\;0002,\;204.89m\pm0.02m,\;181.38m\pm0.17m$, respectively.

Semantic Network Analysis on the MIS Research Keywords: APJIS and MIS Quarterly 2005~2009

  • This study compares and contrasts the intellectual development of the MIS field in Korea from 2005 to 2009 to that of international trends by using a keyword co-occurrence network analysis of the two flagship journals: APJIS and MIS Quarterly. From 316 research articles in these two journals, 132 unique and most frequently co-occurred keywords were put into analysis. The results of structural equivalence show a mild correlation between APJIS and MIS Quarterly. The e-commerce, trust, and technology adoption are the high frequency keywords in both journals. In Korea e-learning, purchasing, and recommendation systems turn out to be important keywords while outsourcing, research method, quantitative method, design research, information theory, and empirical research are in average international journals. This connotes that the Korean scholarship tends to focus more on practically oriented topics, but the clustering and relational mapping of research topics in each journal show a mild level of overlap with distinctive orientations due to intrinsic disparities depending on the concerned journals' geographical scopes, namely domestic or global.

  • 본 장에서는 H.26L 비디오 코덱에 적용되는 움직임 보상 기법(motion compensation) 및 B 픽쳐(Bi-predictive picture) 에 대해 다루기로 한다. 먼저 H.26L 비디오 코덱이 H.263 또는 MPEG-4 Part 2와 같은 종래 비디오 코덱들과 움직임 보상 관점에서 다른 점을 살펴보면, 복수개의 레퍼런스 픽쳐(multiple reference picture) 로부터 움직임 추정 (motion estimation) 밀 움직임 보상을 수행하고, 16x16 매크로 블록 크기부터 16x8, 8x16, 8x8블록 크기에서 매크로 블록 모드 타입이 결정되고 8x8 모드는 다시 8x4, 4x8, 4x4 단위에서 서브 모드 타입이 결정된다. 따라서 한 개의 매크로블록은 최대 16개의 모션벡터를 깆을 수 있다. 또한 복수개의 레퍼런스 픽쳐와 다양한 블록 타입을 적용함에 따라 모션벡터 예측(PMV: prediction of motion vector) 은 현재 블록과 이웃하는 블록들 사이의 레퍼런스 픽쳐 인덱스 비교 및 현재 블록 타입이 16x8또는 8x16 일 때 방향성 예측을 허용하는 새로운 기법들이 소개되어 있다. 그리고 코딩 효율을 높이기 위한 방법으로서 1/4 pel 단위의 움직임 보상을 하여 블록의 예측 정확도를 높이도록 하고 있다. 한편, H.26L에서의 B 픽쳐는 종래 비디오 코덱에 비해 확장된 정의를 갖고 있다. 예를 들어, 종래의 비디오 코덱에서는 B 픽쳐가 시간 스케일러빌러티(temporal scalability)에 사용됨에 따라 레퍼런스 픽쳐로서 사용될 수 없지만, H.26L은 B 픽쳐가 레퍼런스 픽쳐로서 사용되는 것을 허용하고 있다. 또한 종래의 B 픽쳐가 양방향에서 움직임 보상을 한 것과 달리 H.26L은 동일 방향에 존재하는 두개의 레퍼런스 픽쳐에서도 움직임 보상을 허용한다.

An Efficiency Analysis of Fishery Output in Coastal Areas of China

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the productivity of fisheries in China's coastal areas (including inland and marine fisheries) and to analyze the factors influencing the development of fishery economy in each province by comparing regional differences. The input indicators used for efficiency analysis are fish farms, ships and staff numbers, and the output indicators are fish catch and net income. In this paper, we used six years of data from 2013-2018 and DEA-Malmquist index was used to analyze the efficiency of coastal fisheries production in 11 areas of China's coast. According to the analysis from 2013 to 2018, the fishery output efficiency in China's coastal areas has improved to some extent, but most provinces and regions are characterized by technological progress, and the technological efficiency still needs to be further improved. The conclusion can provide reference for the development planning and policy measures of regional fishery industry in China's coastal areas.

무선 센서 네트워크에서 에너지 효율성을 고려한 시간 동기 알고리즘 (EETS : Energy- Efficient Time Synchronization for Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • Recent advances in wireless networks and low-cost, low-power design have led to active research in large-scale networks of small, wireless, low power sensors and actuators, In large-scale networks, lots of timing-synchronization protocols already exist (such as NTP, GPS), In ad-hoc networks, especially wireless sensor networks, it is hard to synchronize all nodes in networks because it has no infrastructure. In addition, sensor nodes have low-power CPU (it cannot perform the complex computation), low batteries, and even they have to have active and inactive section by periods. Therefore, new approach to time synchronization is needed for wireless sensor networks, In this paper, I propose Energy-Efficient Time Synchronization (EETS) protocol providing network-wide time synchronization in wireless sensor networks, The algorithm is organized two phase, In first phase, I make a hierarchical tree with sensor nodes by broadcasting "Level Discovery" packet. In second phase, I synchronize them by exchanging time stamp packets, And I also consider send time, access time and propagation time. I have shown the performance of EETS comparing Timing-sync Protocol for Sensor Networks (TPSN) and Reference Broadcast Synchronization (RBS) about energy efficiency and time synchronization accuracy using NESLsim.

방송채널에서 이종 통신시스템간 간섭의 영향 분석 (Analysis on Effect of Interference between Different Communication Systems in Broadcasting Channel)

  • TV방송대역에서 와이브로와 무선랜간의 주파수 간섭에 따른 영향이 본 논문에서 고려되었다. 단, 각 시스템의 사용 주파수는 동일채널내에서 동작된 것으로 가정하였다. 동일채널 간섭에 있어서 와이브로 이동단말기의 최대 송신출력을 25 dBm으로 제한하는 경우 WiBro 이동단말과 무선랜 단말간 최소한 210 m의 이격거리가 요구되었다. 본 분석 결과는 TV 방송대역에서 와이브로와 무선랜을 동시에 사용하기 위한 주파수 처리 기법에 있어서 적합한 참고 및 기준으로 사용될 것이다.

Secondary System Initialization Protocol Using FFT-based Correlation Matching for Cognitive Radio Ad-hoc Networks

  • Due to the increasing demand for spectrum resources, cognitive radio networks and dynamic spectrum access draw a lot of research into efficiently utilizing limited spectrum resources. To set up cluster-based CR ad-hoc common channels, conventional methods require a relatively long time to successfully exchange the initialization messages. In this paper, we propose a fast and reliable common channel initialization protocol for CR ad-hoc networks. In the proposed method, the cluster head sequentially broadcasts a system activation signal through its available channels with a predetermined correlation pattern. To detect the cluster head's broadcasting channels and to join the cluster, each member node implements fast Fourier transform (FFT) and computes autocorrelation of an FFT bin sequence for each available channel of the member node. This is compared to the predetermined reference pattern. The join request and channel decision procedures are also presented in this paper. In a simulation study, the performance of the proposed method is evaluated.

고속회전 유연디스크의 거동해석과 경험식 (Behavior Analysis and Empirical Relation for a Flexible Disk with High Speed Rotation)

  • Organizations such as broadcasting stations and libraries which deal with huge amount of information require high-capacity storage systems for archiving their materials and information. It is necessary and urgent for the storage people to develop a compact, high capacity, and low-cost data storage systems. Even though the Blue-ray technology is commercialized and now it is on the market, demand for the compact and low-cost system is still increasing. A flexible disk system has been introduced recently to satisfy above mentioned requirements. The system uses multiple of thin disks and is expected to achieve technical requirements. However, decreasing the disk thickness makes it difficult to read and write data because it decreases the disk rigidity so that the transverse vibration of the rotating disk increases easily due to both the interaction with surrounding air and the vibration characteristics of thin flexible disk itself. In this study, flat-type stabilizer is proposed to suppress the transverse vibration of a $95{\mu}m$-thick polycarbonate disk. Characteristics of disk vibration have been studied through the results of numerical analysis from the fluid mechanics point of view. Numerical simulation is verified through the experiment by measuring the gap between the rotating disk and the stationary flat stabilizer. The axial deflections of the disk are computed for various rotating speeds and reference gap sizes and then a method of regression is applied to those data. As a result, an empirical relation is proposed for the steady deformation shape of the rotating disk.

탠저블 증강현실을 활용한 개인용 가상스튜디오 저작 (Authoring Personal Virtual Studio Using Tangible Augmented Reality)

  • Nowadays personal users create a variety of multi-media contents and share them with others through various devices over the Internet since the concept of user created content (UCC) has been widely accepted as a new paradigm in today's multi-media market, which has broken the boundary of contents providers and consumers. This paradigm shift has also introduced a new business model that makes it possible for them to create their own multi-media contents for commercial purpose. This paper proposes a tangible virtual studio using augmented reality to author multi-media contents easily and intuitively for personal broadcasting and personal content generation. It provides a set of tangible interfaces and devices such as visual markers, cameras, movable and rotatable arms carrying cameras, and miniaturized set. They can offer an easy-to-use interface in an immersive environment and an easy switching mechanism between tangible environment and virtual environment. This paper also discusses how to remove inconsistency between real objects and virtual objects during the AR-enabled visualization with a context-adaptable tracking method. The context-adaptable tracking method not only adjusts the locations of invisible markers by interpolating the locations of existing reference markers, but also removes a jumping effect of movable virtual objects when their references are changed from one marker to another.

동기화된 데이터 방송 애플리케이션 제작을 위한 스트림 생성기 개발 (The Stream Generator for Syncronized Data Broadcasting Applications)

  • 본 논문은 DVB-MHP 규약을 따르는 동기화 된 데이터 방송 애플리케이션을 제작하기 위한 스트림 생성기의 구현을 기술한다. 동기화 된 애플리케이션은 비디오와 공유된 시간기준을 가지며 특정시각에 발생한 이벤트(스케쥴드 스트림 이벤트)를 처리할 수 있는 애플리케이션이다. 동기화 된 애플리케이션을 위해서 스트림 생성기는 다음 작업을 수행한다. (1) NPT(Normal Play Time)를 수신기로 보내기 위해 NPT 참조서술자를 전송 스트림 내에 MPEG2 섹션으로 포장하여 넣는다. (2) 스케쥴드 스트림 이벤트들을 생성하여 전송 스트림내의 적당한 위치에 MPEG2 섹션으로 포장하여 넣는다. (3) 애플리케이션 프로그램과 스트림 이벤트에 대한 참조(reference)를 포함하는 객체 카로셀을 생성한다. DVB-J 애플리케이션은 DVB-MHP API중에 섹션필터 관련 API를 이용하여 전송된 NPT 참조 서술자를 읽어들이고 이로부터 NPT를 재구성하며, 스트림 이벤트 관련 API를 이용하여 스트림 이벤트를 처리하도록 구현한다 스트림 생성기가 생성한 MPEG2 전송 스트림으로 Interactive Game Show 애플리케이션을 제작하여 비디오와 애플리케이션이 사용하는 이미지 디스플레이간의 동기화를 테스트하였다.
