In recent years, two major streams in medical information systems are：1) system integration among OCS(Order Communication System), EMR(Electronic Medical Record), PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System), and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and 2) system integration through medical collaboration between East and West medical service providers. One of the characteristics which differentiate the Korean medical industry from the western medical industry is the East-West medical collaboration. In many respects there are many differences between East and West medical treatment. Although East and West medical treatment have developed from different medical philosophies and standards, we assume that the better medical care can be provided by integrating their medical procedures effectively. The two possible approaches to the integration of East and West medical information systems are suggested in this paper：One is loosely coupled model and the other is tightly coupled model. EMR improves the quality of medical record which reflects the quality of clinical practice. It provides more efficient and convenient way of input, retrieval, storage, communication and management of medical data. We abstracted the standard medical procedures from the two medical procedures performed in Daejeon Oriental Hospital and Hehwa Clinic at Daejeon University and also abstracted database schema by analyzing the characteristics of information needed in East-West medical collaboration. Our EMR is composed of two types of data：one is structured data and the other is unstructured data, which are formalized by SOAP(Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) format. Currently the integrated system is implemented and operated successfully for six months.

We performed a taxonomic study on Korean Pacificincolidae (Bryozoa: Cheilostomata) with the materials collected from 39 localities(ports, intertidal and subtidal zones) in the coastal seas of South Korea from 1981 to 2020. Korean Mucronella perforata reported by Rho and Seo (1985) turned out to be not Pacificincola perforata, but Primavelans glabricollaris n. sp. based on morphological data. Pacificincola perforata, which was transferred from Mucronella perforata (Okada and Mawatari, 1937), is also added to the Korean fauna. This study is the first to use mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene sequences to study the family Paficincolidae. The NJ analysis also reconfirmed the validity of the genus Primavelans, established on the basis of the early astogeny by De Blauwe in 2006, with the mitochondrial 16S rRNA sequences. The inter-genetic distance among two species belong to the Pacificincolidae was in the range of 13.39±1.83 mm. Primavelans glabricollaris n. sp. is thus distinguished from Pacificincola perforata with both morphological and molecular data. A new species, Primavelans glabricollaris, and a new record, Pacificincola perforata from Korea are herein described in detail and illustrated by scanning electron microscopy.

PHR(Personal Health Record) to support the lifelong healthcare of their medical information to consumers anytime, anywhere can view and manage health information to help direct input can be defined as a service. The PHR is to provide services efficiently and PHR systems and health-related information systems should be integrated and linked. However, the current healthcare information systems field in order to meet the growing demand for healthcare construction and operation of various systems, and accordingly continues to increase budget for information, but the current system, although the association between a variety of system integration and linkage is being made. This paper proposes a Integrated information system on Healthcare based on Web service to solve problems mentioned above. SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is a major method of integrating services on the Web. It enables new requirements to be added to existing systems without modification of legacy services, so it makes rapid adaption to varying business environment. Therefore, In this paper, PHR services based on SOA as a platform for the health care sector to design and implement an integrated information system by web services based PHR services for the construction of a new integrated information system is proving to be a suitable model.

Civil complaints and lawsuits filed in the process of providing emergency medical service include fall accident on the way of carrying the patient, transfer consent, refusal and rejection of rescue request, range and behavior restriction of emergency medical technicians, false registry of logbook, neglect of duty and emergency patient, and violation of traffic laws on the way of dispatch to the scene of accident. This study suggested the measures by cases as follows. 1. The accidents on the way of carrying a patient could be divided into fall of patient and fall by paramedic's mistake. In the former case, damages caused by the ambulance's shaking must be notified to the patient and guardian and recommended to fasten seat belt, in the latter case, the plan of patient's posture, route of transport, rescue and equipments should be comfirmed before fixing the patient. 2. Transfer consent must be made as implied when the patient is unconscious under delusion and was not able to consent physically, and paramedic must take an action by his judgment and record details of services on logbook. 3. When a patient refused to transfer, get 'confirmation of transfer refusal' and inform him of refusal. Paramedic should receive the signature. In addition, in case of refusal, transfer request should be made after hearing doctor's opinion and it should be notified to transfer request and superintendent of fire station after making 'confirmation of transfer refusal'. 4. Emergency medical technicians should perform their duties within the range of services prescribed by Article 41 of Law of Emergency Medical Service and Article 33 of Its Enforcement Regulations and shall not make announcement of death. In case of reporting the death to guardian, it is desirable to use record data like ECG results. 5. The best way to have protection from legal problems is making and keeping the exact records of accident and patient. Paramedic should not mention his subjective opinion about the accident-related matter. He must record correctly and keep the original medical records. 6. As emergency medical technicians are responsible for taking care of emergency patients, they must contact a briefing room when they meet a difficult situation suddenly due to vehicle stop or treatment of other patients and then must have support from neighboring hospital and other safety centers. 7. Since the ambulance operator is responsible for safety and careful driving of ambulance, he must be careful when he violates traffic regulations unavoidably. The operator should drive slowly below 10km/h at an intersection and pass it after getting way from general vehicles driving from all directions.

Appearing newly on June 1894, Gaboh regime enforced modern reformation policy. In light of archives' management, it was totally different from before. Government established individual department of record management in every division and proclaimed a legislative bill which was stipulated about record management process. They modified archives' form including peculiar declaration of the name of an era and use together with Korean and Chinese. Also they tried to conserve the original copy of the archives. As King Gojong announced the Great Han Empire(Taehan Cheguk, 大韓帝國) on October 1897, he reinforced Gaboh regimes' weakened royal authority and enforced reformation policy which was designed for himself. First he abolished the administration which restricted royal authority, and established new department called Euijungbu(議政府). To restrain the royal power, he separated the Royal House and government and reinforced Gungnaebu(宮內府). In addition, King Gojong enforced the policy which he can manage directly about troops, policies, and finances. Consequently, He established Wonsubu(元帥府), Kyungbu(警部), and made direct belonging of an emperor. Also, department called Naejangwon(內藏院) tried to levy many kinds of taxes directly to build up the financial foundation under the emperor. The record management system of Great Han Empire succeeded to that of Gaboh regimes Times'. First, government and powerful organization directly under the emperor set up the department of record management. Euijungbu (議政府) and governmental department, of course, Gungnaebu(宮內府), Wonsubu(元帥府), Kyungbu(警部), Tongshinwon(通信院), Jikyeahmun(地契衙門) which support the right of an emperor established document division and record division individually. To carry out government's service effectively and systematically, it was considered effective to divide record management department. Moreover, despite the difference between the divisions, they were separated into current record division and non current record division. Generally, document department took charge of acceptance, sending and crafting of current document and archives department was eligible for preservation and compilation of major document and eternal conservation document. This seems to consider life cycle of the record and keep the evaluation of record in mind. Finally, perception for the record management has revealed to modern configuration.

MIR system is a nationwide medical record information system that makes medical information available to any hospital and health institution at any time, and information in the system mostly requires high security. In particular, personal information related to patients and doctors, medical technology information and each hospital's digital information are used very frequently and are likely to be modified for illegal use. Thus we need to develop a system equipped with security measures to prevent information leakage while providing medical information service effectively.

The personal health record platform can store and manage medical records, health-monitoring data such as blood pressure and blood sugar, and life logs generated from various wearable devices. It provides services such as international standard-based medical document management, data pattern analysis and an intelligent inference engine, and disease prediction and domain contents. This study aims to construct a foundation for the transmission of international standard-based medical documents by mapping the diagnosis items of a general health examination, special health examination, life logs, health data, and life habits with the international standard terminology systems. The results of mapping with international standard terminology systems show a high mapping rate of 95.6%, with 78.8% for LOINC, 10.3% for SNOMED, and 6.5% when mapped with both LOINC and SNOMED.

To solve the internal security problem such as human error and bad faith, the automation of computer system management is significant. For this purpose, we focus attention in the automation of Mail Delivery Service. Today, requirement for reliable mail delivery system becomes larger and larger. However, existing systems are too strict about their configuration. Hence, we propose the method based on Reinforcement Learning (RL) to achieve proper MX record ordering. A measure on validity of the design of system, such as network topology number of servers and so on, is also obtained as side benefit. In order to verify the usability of the presented method, we did on a small model of mail delivery system. As a result, we show that RL is available for determination of the proper MX record ordering. Additionally, we suggest that it is also available for comparing validity of setting of MTA and the network design.

In the digital environment, electronic records are explosively increasing, but there are little concerns on how to effectively manage and service. On-Nara 2.0 and record management system, the information system of records production and management stage, are being developed and distributed on the cloud base. Archives management system requires the acquisition of new record management techniques because they need to acquire and manage various types of private records as well as public records. In this paper, we will discuss automation and intelligent technologies for archives management.
