In this study, a multichannel taste sensor using the evanescent field absorption in fiber optic was developed, and evaluated its characteristics for several basic taste substances. This sensor is based on the change of evanescent field absorption at the surface of optical fiber core layer. The sensor device was made of a plastic-clad-silica fiber (3M Co., FP-400-UHT, core diameter $400\;{\mu}m$) and a middle portion of cladding layer was removed and the surface of stripped fiber core was dip-coated with a sensing membrane. And then, it was determined the difference of evanescent field absorption into the sensing membrane, according to various taste substances and its concentrations variance. The sensing membranes were prepared with six kinds of dyes, were known as potential sensitive dye together with silicone polymer the same refractive index of cladding. Each output patterns were obtained from the sensor devices could be distinguished not only five kinds of basic taste substances such as sweetness, saltiness, sourness, bitterness and umami, but also various mixed taste substances.

This paper will show how self-alarming EAS(Electronic Article Surveillance) system can improve its receiving performance of magnetic field signal and reduce false alarm using dual-band wireless communication. Our research improved the receiving performance and the areas of recognition of magnetic signal through the change of VLF receiving circuit and alarm transmitting method. In addition, we verified the reduction of false alarm by improvement of integrity and distance between tag and receiver through experiment. Thanks to our research, we can build the high performance and economical EAS with low false alarm on the multi gate store.

The Change of environment related to human life, science, technology, economics and education level have much effect on home life. Therefore Home Economics Education have to get out of past trite concept that it is only a method to become good housewife and take the role to widen the human life and to grow creative power as a academic part of science. For these, Home Economics should become life education, life education of secondary school has to have relation to lifelong education. To achieve effective result from Home Economics Education, the object, system and methods of Home Economics Education, the object, system and methods of Home Economics Education have to be improved and teaching material has to be studied systematically. As an object of aboves and education planning in clothing is made for deep understanding the study of Home Economics Teaching Material. And to understand the real state, made some questions, had interview with 63-teaching in Kangweon province and show the results. 1) Tab 1~20 are the level of recognition about object, teaching content, time structure of secondary school. The object is recognized as cultural education and basic job education. 2) Tab 21~30 show the real state of textbook and study of it. To take effect from school lecture other teaching material except textbook is required. 3) Tab 31~40 are the result of sewing and handicraft practice. Sewing and handicraft needs much time and almost all time is used in practicing. 4) Tab 42~54 are the planning of textbook study for effective teaching, self-estimation and teaching material making is also considered. All above is collarless blouse’s planning. Base on above result, all objects of clothing life should be teached. For the development of Home Economics Education 1) Understanding and affection of teachers is required. 2) To solve indicated problem, national policy, education plan in school and education finance are fully supported. 3) More studies is required in Home Economics Education.

Local company which has excellent patent technique is required design development for sales growth and enhancement of market competitiveness. For the solution about this requirement of small and medium company, the patent office and Chooncheognbukdo are jointly progressing the value consideration business of local design, and the design is improved through this. This study is to show the illustration of the design developed by business process of V company for 'the development of external design of LED LAMP fitted into the environment in tunnel' as a project ordered by S company, and the improvement patent was created with simulation development in considering design recognition of supporting company and the competitiveness of the product by successful performance of the external design development based on patent technique. Through the effective change method of LED LAMP in tunnel and the suggested result of LED LAMP reflection method, the beneficiary company has progressed the corporate body from the individual business, and at present the primary product was completed by securing manufacturing basis facilities for manufacturing and sales. Local small and medium company became a strong design company by connecting design development supporting business through the supporting method of the fusion of design and patent.

The current trend of the education market is the development of the fourth industrial revolution and the development of ICT, and various technologies are developing into edu-tech technology that is integrated into the education system. In particular, the market for edu-tech systems capable of lifelike immersive learning effects in virtual space is expanding. However, education in Korean medicine is not objective because of the absence of educational simulators and systems to train and evaluate acupuncture. In this paper, we propose an acupuncture controller and a human body model to increase the effectiveness of acupuncture point training as a follow-up study of "Design of Acupuncture Contents and Dummy for Acupuncture Point Training System". Through the proposed acupuncture controller and Dummy, the accuracy of acupuncture points for the acupuncture point data matching and content motion recognition rate is presented. In addition, the results of temperature and humidity and temperature change tests for evaluating the environmental reliability of the controller are presented.

Recent climate change has increased the occurrence of flood disaster. There are two approaches to prevent flooding damage. One is a structural method and the other is a non-structural method. The production and usage of a flood risk map are the example of non-structural way. The flood risk map displays several kinds of information to minimize casualties and property damage caused from flooding. In order to increase the usage of current flood risk maps and improve intuitive recognition of flood information, this paper produced flood risk maps based on geo-spatial information system using three dimensional virtual reality techniques and investigated the applicability of the maps. Because flood information is easily accessed through online, flood risk maps suggested in this paper are regarded as an efficient tool.

Performance measurement and evaluation is a critical issue in public funded civil infrastructure projects in recent years. As a results, Korean government has introduced the related policies and regulations based on the foreign cases to evaluate public construction projects. However, construction circumstances are different from other countries and the results from adopted regulations are not satisfied. Therefore this research proposes the critical success factors(schedule, cost, productivity, change order, safety, quality) for public construction projects based on previous related research outputs to successfully implement construction performance evaluation. Then, this paper also proposes the weights for the critical success factors. The proposed weights are developed by AHP of construction experts. Furthermore, the paper shows the difference of the weights of the critical success factors by project participants (owner, constructor, engineering, and inspector). This efforts will enhance the ability to develop an effective performance evaluation process and system for public construction projects.

Education for Sustainable Development(ESD) is inclined to become popular topics in EE related debates, almost similar to populism, with declaration of UNESCO's Decade OF ESD (DESD). However we can't avoid that development in ESD practically means economic linear progress. Basically UN's declaration is to accomplish worldly task on human civilization, social & environmental problems, including ESSD. ESD is also important means for practicing ESSD, which has proved to be failure since Brutrant Report, owing to uncertain recognition of sustainability which should be something figured out by their surrounding circumstance or the conditions following its community culture, all same around the world. In this circumstance, we need certain identification on ESD globally recognized, no matter with the developing level of economy. But sustainability is usually managed or controlled by economically powered countries, by improving relatively under-development countries's economic conditions for equity. They believe under-development countries's env. problems can't be resolved without securing of economic equity. Under-development countries's economic equity can be come true ? even by another economic super powers. It really means just controlling or management by them. These all controlling process can't secure under-development countries's sustainability. Because it is not something just controlled, characterized as growing up by self-supporting system of ethnic or regional communities. So identification of sustainability in here is , not . Following its identification, we should discuss ESD, and furthermore for real ESD, there is powerful need to change it into ESE (Education for Sustainability & its Economy) to reflect this co-conceptional approach to ESD. And also we need to distinguish the educational contents boundaries among ESD and EE for this. Basically existing EE has been dealing with pollution-oriented or its related social comprehensive subjects, so it seems that EE is not familiar and harmony with ESD contents, however in alternative case I propose in this paper, changing into ESE, it could include almost all of ESD subjects, furthermore practically EE might be same with ESE.

This study, at first we extracted natural dyes from seaweed(Sargassum thunbergii, Hizikia fusiforme, Sargassum horneri). Then. we dyed cotton, wool, and silk with the extracted dyes. This study purposes to find the best one for dyeing with seaweed in order to develop a more efficient method of dyeing with seaweed and investigates the colorfastness to washing, light, sun protection factor, antibiotic activities, deodorization after mordanting treatment. of seaweed. The mission of general agricultural education is to prepare and support individuals for careers, build awareness, and develop leadership for the food, fiber, and natural resource systems. In response to the changes of the recognition and attitude toward agriculture, agricultural education also should be developed and adapted to the circumstances. And The Researcher took an observation on color change, color fastness to washing and color fastness to light after mordanting treatment. And the following results have been obtained. 1) Dyed cotton, wool, and silk fabrics with the extract of seaweed are generally brown. 2) Wool. silk, and cotton, in this order, are of good dyeability; Wool fabrics have the highest dyeability and cotton fabrics have the lowest. 3) Colorfastness to washing, light, sun protection factor, antimicrobial activity acessment, deodorization are all high. 4) The seaweed-dyed fabrics were shown to have much higher sun protection factor than the non-dyed fabrics, and the seaweed-dyed fabrics with mortanting treatment showed the following result; ranged from anged from from 93.1% to grade 99.2%. 5) The seaweed-dyed fabrics were shown to have much higher antibiosis than the non-dyed fabrics, and the seaweed-dyed fabrics with mortanting treatment showed the following result; ranged from 91.3% to grade 99.9%. 6) The seaweed-dyed fabrics were shown to have much higher deodorization than the non-dyed fabrics, and the seaweed-dyed fabrics with mortanting treatment showed 99.9%.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of the type and characteristics of Korean sports star TV commercials and to deeply investigate the relationship with social contexts and backgrounds. In order to solve the purpose of this study, This study collected data of 38,517 TV advertisements from 1970 to 2009, and analyzed data of 146 media contents. The results obtained are as follows. First, Korean sports star TV commercials showed a steady increase with the economic growth and media development of Korea, and the percentage of total TV advertisements was low. Second, sports star TV advertising plays a role of expanding the sports industry, but it shows that the efficiency of relationship persistence decreases without social situation and public recognition.
