This study was empirically to investigate awareness of the on-the-job training of university students of co-op programs and satisfaction of the training for their job intention. The main study results as follows; First, the results of the influential relationship between the importance of on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the training, it was found that students participating in on-the-job training is related to curriculum of the department, job specification, language ability, and future job prospect. Second, the results of influential relationship between the importance of on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the job intention was connectivity factor. That is why the students had the intention to work for a company that is matched for their major and the company where they took the on-the-job training. Third, the results of influential relationship between the satisfaction with the on-the-job training and the satisfaction with the job intention, satisfaction with the on-the-job training was influenced by the satisfaction with the job intention. Through the on-the-job training, it was evaluated that work ability and skills of the students were improved, and they were satisfied with the future employment.
Using the tangible programming tools, which combines physical objects (e.g. robot) and educational programming language, may help to encourage learners' creative thinking as well as to enhance problem solving ability. That is, learners can have opportunities to simulate problem solving processes through the physical objects, such as robots. Therefore, they can minimize an fixation about problem solving process. These experience is effective to induce creative thinking that is useful to find new solutions and change environment actively. Therefore, we developed a robot based programming teaching and learning curriculum and implemented it in college level introductory programming courses. The result shows that the robot based programming learning has a positive effect in all three factors of learners' creative problem solving potential, especially in a cognitive factor. The cognitive factor includes general problem solving abilities as well as factors that explain creativity, such as divergent thinking, problem recognition, problem representation. These result means that the developed robot based programming teaching and learning curriculum give positive effect to creative problem solving abilities.

This study analyzed the impact of resilience on the job satisfaction of middle-aged employees and the meditating effect of retirement attitude. The survey was administered to 468 regular workers aged 40 or older in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area. This study utilized SPSS 19.0 statistical program, and multiple regression and mediated effect analyses were applied with descriptive statistics, reliability and validity of measurement tools to analyze differences between correlations and groups. First, male workers had higher self-regulation ability and job satisfaction than women. Female workers had higher old age rest than male ones. The higher the educational background, the higher the recognition of retirement as a new beginning, The longer the working years, the higher the self-regulation ability and job satisfaction. The higher the household income, the higher the positiveness. Second, the Resilience had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, resilience had had a negative impact on the forced frustration and a positive influence on the new beginning of retirement attitudes. Fourth, the forced frustration and new beginning showed mediating effects of resilience and job satisfaction. The study results confirmed the importance of resilience and demonstrated the need for measures to enhance resilience in order to reduce anxiety about retirement and increase job satisfaction.

The new curriculum of 'The Training for School Organization Management' is necessary to be in accordance to the new school curriculum because we have to run a new school system in the complex educational circumstance.

The factors for service quality improvement of frozen and refrigerated warehouses are derived and the differences in perception about service quality improvement between shippers and operators of frozen and refrigerated cargos are analyzed. The objective of this study is to propose quality improvement measures for frozen and refrigerated cargo services using the importance-performance analysis (IPA). As a result, 15 analysis factors were derived. It was found through independent sample t-test that there is no difference in perception about quality improvement between shippers and operators. Furthermore, four top priority investment areas were derived from the IPA: maintaining temperature and humidity, securing variable storage space, on-time stocking and releasing, and providing information service. Meanwhile, inventory management service ability, on-time stocking and releasing, and reliable cargo storage ability needed urgent improvement. This study has industrial implications in that it proposes practical improvement measures for service quality improvement.

In this study, we developed a 15-week educational program for TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) development of 40 pre-service teachers in a university for teacher training. We also developed a TPACK evaluation framework to evaluate the practical competency of TPACK of pre-service teachers. The developed evaluation framework consisted of 5 levels, from 0 to 4, TPK(Technological Pedagogical Knowledge), TCK(Technological Content Knowledge), and TPACK, respectively. As a result of the evlauation, the levels of TPK, TCK, and TPACK development stages of most pre-service teachers were consistent, but some pre-service teachers' TPK and TCK did not match. It was found that the TPACK stages follow the lower level between TPK and TCK. In addition, as a result of an investigation into the hindrance factors of the TPACK development of pre-service teachers with low TPACK stages in the use of technology, they have distrust of students' ability to learn with self-regulation, distrust of students' ability to interact, and recognition of practical limitations in the school field. Based on these findings, we argued that it was necessary to provide an educational program to help pre-service teachers develop balanced TPK and TCK and eliminate the hindrance factors of the TPACK development of pre-service teachers about technology-using classes.
As the value of lifelong learning becomes important, states are making efforts to build a system of lifelong learning. According to this tendency, this paper intends to compare the participation rate of lifelong learning, learning outcomes, learning support infrastructure, support of learning expenses, and recognition of lifelong learning. For the comparative pedagogical approach, Bray and Thomas' cubes such as geographical / regional level, non - geographical demographic statistics, social and educational aspects were utilized. The participation rate of lifelong learning in Korea is 34.4% in 2017, which is lower than the OECD average of 46%. The competency scores of Korean adults were lower than the OECD national averages of the PIAAC survey which measured adult competence, language ability, numeracy, and computer-based problem solving ability. In order to recognize prior learning, EU countries have developed EQFs to evaluate all non-formal and informal learning outcomes, while Korea recognizes qualification as a credit banking credit under the academic credit banking system. International comparisons of lifelong learning can be used as an important tool for diagnosing the actual conditions of lifelong learning in a country and establishing future lifelong learning policies. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain that the comparative pedagogical approach of lifelong learning differs according to the historical context, socioeconomic characteristics, and population dynamics, including the formation process and characteristics of modern countries.
This study examines the perceptions and demands of pre-service early childhood teachers about the Demonstration of simulated instruction for 350 students in early childhood education at 3-4 years university located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gimhae. And through this, the purposes of study are to provide basic data based on the current level of pre-school teachers for instructors leading simulated instruction and to seek effective management plans for simulated instruction to improve teaching ability. As a result of the study, pre-service early childhood teachers recognized that simulated instructions were necessary in teacher training course and helped to improve teaching ability, but they did not actively agree to expand simulated instructions and were not very satisfied with the methods of instructors in demonstration of simulated instruction. They wanted to receive feedback from instructors who have practical teaching knowledge and skills based on field experience at least two times during preparation stage and evaluation stage of the simulated instructions. And they wanted to be guided specifically on principles and methods of preparing educational plans, effective interactions and questions with young children. They wanted the feedback, the most preferred form of feedback is form of participations by all class members and instructors. In addition to instructor's feedback, they required experience of simulated instruction in which infants and toddlers participate together.
In this study, the educational effect was investigated by providing a teaching program so that pre-service chemistry teachers could apply model ignorance education to teacher training practice. The teaching program was constructed in consideration of the sensemaking concept proposed in the study of Odden & Russ and the process of teacher sensemaking proposed by Asli et al. The subjects of this study were 23 pre-service teachers in the 4th year of chemistry education department at a teacher training university in the central region of Korea. In order to form a sensemaking for the model's ignorance education, the teaching program consisted of four stages; the initial idea generation stage, cognition of model's ignorance stage in a inconsistent situation, the lesson strategy construction stage for model ignorance education, and lesson plan & practice stage during teacher training practice. In the first stage of this program, pre-service teachers' initial ideas about the Arrhenius model and Bronsted-Lowry model of acid-base reaction, and the electron transfer model of the oxidation-reduction reaction were investigated. In the second stage, inconsistant situation that cannot be explained by the knowledge of model was presented to recognize the ignorance of the model. The third stage was to develop the teaching ability of model's ignorance through textbook analysis and lesson strategy composition activities. As a final stage, during the teacher training practice, the pre-service teachers were asked to plan and practice the implementation of the model's ignorance education. Through the teaching program to form a sensemaking for ignorance education of the models, pre-service teachers had come to recognize the ignorance of the model, acquired ability to organize and execute lesson strategies reflecting model ignorance, and acquired recognition of the educational value and necessity of teaching the ignorance of models.

Although safety and health education is reported to be very effective in reducing the industrial accident rate, the demand for improvement in safety and health education is also very high. The purpose of this study is to present measures to enhance effectiveness by investigating the effectiveness and demand for safety and health education for supervisors among the safety and health education systems. As a result of the study, it was found that the satisfaction and effectiveness of safety and health education were low. As the most important competency required for supervisors, it was investigated that job competency was the ability to discover harmful risk factors and formulate disaster prevention measures in the work process and work environment, and base competency was communication ability. In addition to designated safety and health education institutions, there was a high demand for recognition as education completion time even when professional education by job was completed by other professional education institutions. Therefore, in safety and health education for supervisors, it is necessary to focus on major items to improve supervisors' job competency and base competency, and to recognize that they have completed education at a wide range of educational institutions. We believe that it can increase the supervisor's capacity for safety management and improve the effectiveness of safety and health education.
