It is important to set up a reasonable failure criterion for cladding, because being able to determine the cladding integrity during transportation is essential for the evaluation of SNF transportation system. There are a few of measures which can be used as a failure criterion for cladding subjected to its specific failure mode. Therefore, to select and to use appropriate failure criterion measures, i.e. strain(UE), $K_{IC}$, and CSED would be a key in evaluating the cladding integrity during transportation with every aspects. In order to justify and quantify that criterion properly, various experiments for the mechanical properties of the claddings with different conditions shall be implemented, which data will enable to justify the failure criteria proposed.

The purpose of Emergency Arbitrator System is to provide parties with the possibility of obtaining interim measures before constitution of the arbitral tribunal. This paper examines the Emergency Arbitrator System set forth in Article 32 and Appendix II of Arbitration Rules of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) in comparison with Article 37 of ICDR International Arbitration Rules. This paper also provides a case study of 4 Decisions rendered by Emergency Arbitrators under the auspices of SCC in 2010. It was found that it took only 4 days on average from the date upon which the request for emergency interim measures was registered to SCC to the decision rendered by Emergency Arbitrators. The figures of average days reflect its rapidity well, one of the most preferred characteristics of arbitration. However, a case study of SCC decisions shows that only one request for interim measures was successfully granted. In other words, it was found that the requirements for granting of interim measures by emergency arbitrator were quite strictly applied. If interim measures is to be granted, it was found that the requesting party should prove to satisfy the requirements for granting of interim measures as follows: First, the requesting party has to demonstrate that it may suffer irreparable or serious harm in commercially-sensible, not in a strictly literal sense unless the interim measure is granted. Second, the party requesting interim measures has to persuade the Emergency Arbitrator that the request was of an urgent nature. Third, the requesting party is required to meet the reasonable possibility that it may succeed on the merits of the claim.

우리나라는 2011년 3월에 「공익신고자 보호법」을 제정하여 민간부문에서 발생하는 공익침해 행위로부터 공익신고자를 보호하고 있다. 대부분의 공익침해행위는 조직 내부에서 은밀하게 이루어지고 있어 조직 내부의 문제점을 잘 알고 있는 조직 구성원들의 신고로 인하여 외부에 알려지게 된다. 그러나 공익신고자는 신고로 인하여 불이익을 받게 되므로 신고를 주저하게 된다. 또한 실질적인 보호조치가 미흡하여 신고자를 효과적으로 보호하기 위한 비밀보장, 신변보호, 책임감면, 불이익조치 금지 등 제도적 장치를 강화하는 방안이 필요하다. 따라서 공익신고자 보호의 취지에 맞게 공익신고자에 대한 실질적인 보호조치가 필요하며 그에 상응하는 보상체계를 확대하는 방안도 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 우리나라 공익신고자 보호제도에 대한 주요 내용을 검토하고, 공익신고자의 보호 등을 위한 합리적인 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study analyzed the degree of demand for genetically modified organisms(GMOs) to provide the basic information for consumers' reasonable purchase decision making and their right to know about GMOs. Based on the (Ed-there are no study results above) study results, the following suggestion were made. First, throughout the survey, it was found that those consumers who participated had a high level of perception on the harm of GMOs. Therefore, reliable organizations such as government agencies are required to present the results of safety tests and formulate plans related to the safety of GMOs. Second, the average score on consumers' level of consumer knowledge on GMOs was very low, being 1.68 out of a possible 8 points. Third, since women and housewives engaged in dietary habits and food had high demand for information on GMOs, it is necessary to provide women with information on GMOs. Fourth, since it is difficult to confirm the presence or absence of GMOs. in rapidly increasing demand for fast-food, it is necessary that consumers be provided with relevant information and make a reasonable judgement in purchasing food. Fifth, it is necessary to provide detailed regulations and measures for concrete contents and directions of information on GMOs. Sixth, it is necessary to provid information on GMOs from the commercial sources of information that are most preferred by consumers.

In this article the author provided a brief introduction to the function and activation of 4-H fanning organization. The strategies developed to improve the environmental-friendly Agriculture are as following : the efficiency cooperatives of 4-H fanning organization, invitation of the upbringing plan of organization leader for promotion of the pilot region project of environmental-friendly Agriculture connected with green tourism, the establishment of reasonable management plan and strategies. In conclusion, there must be strategic measures to increase the income of environmental-friendly farmers. All of this information could be useful for the further development of the strategy for environmental-friendly Agriculture in organization and management.

RAMS is the procedure to maximize the reliability and availability of systems with managing operation rate, the frequency of failure in the system and repair method. Recently, all system life-cycle focusing on RAMS process has been rapidly developing in the field of railway vehicles, for example, applying th reliability management techniques for procurement and disposal of EMU. In particular, global economic recession require to reasonable measures for the EMU maintenance costs under the circumstances therefore, an alternative solution based on RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance) which is the optimal maintenance method is interested. In this study, the state of being critical of each component and a primary factors was analyzed to improve VVVF inverter of the line 7 EMU by applying FMECA process. Furthermore, this paper showed the impact of connecting between the main and sub system. Based on these data, critical components according to malfunction ratings were classified by screening measures and improvements for each components was summarized.

This paper studies the problem of option pricing in an incomplete market. The market incompleteness comes from the discontinuity of the underlying asset price process which is, in particular, assumed to be a compound Poisson process. To find a reasonable price for a European contingent claim, we first find the unique minimal martingale measure and get a price by taking an expectation of the payoff under this measure. To get a closed-form price, we use an asymptotic expansion. In case where the minimal martingale measure is a signed measure, we use a sequence of martingale measures (probability measures) that converges to the equivalent martingale measure in the limit to compute the price. Again, we get a closed form of asymptotic option price. It is the Black-Scholes price and a correction term, when the distribution of the return process has nonzero skewness up to the first order.

These days people are overwhelmed by information on the Internet thus searching for useful information becomes burdensome, often failing to acquire some in a reasonable time. Recommender systems are indispensable to fulfill such user needs through many practical commercial sites. This study proposes a novel similarity measure for user-based collaborative filtering which is a most popular technique for recommender systems. Compared to existing similarity measures, the main advantages of the suggested measure are that it takes all the ratings given by users into account for computing similarity, thus relieving the inherent data sparsity problem and that it reflects the uncertainty or vagueness of user ratings through fuzzy logic. Performance of the proposed measure is examined by conducting extensive experiments. It is found that it demonstrates superiority over previous relevant measures in terms of major quality metrics.

This study was carried out to present the measures for the stable environment-friendly rice's production, farm income increase and consumption revitalization and so on by analyzing economic effects of the environment-friendly rice's production complex by certification type, cultivation type and distribution type. Data were collected from the environment-friendly rice's production complex in Kyunggi, Kangwon, Chungnam and Chunnam provinces. Survey was conducted with sorted by organic and no-pesticide farming. Of the samples 5 types of organic farming and 4 types of no-pesticide farming were surveyed in 17 and 18 complex, respectively. The farmers income of organic and no-pesticide farming per 10a were individually about $29{\sim}68%$ and 50% higher than the conventional farming. Base on the above results, the reasonable measures fur the stable environment-friendly rice's production and distribution and consumption revitalization were to secure partnership among business, universities, government and research institutes sectors, to organize farmers group and production complex, to establish RPC for environment-friendly rice and to introduce certification system for the distribution dealers.

Many railway safety measures reduce railway fatalities into half for last 10 years. But more improvement in railway safety is required to meet the social need after railway fire accident in Daegue. Reasonable railway safety index is needed to find out the weak point and efficiencies of various safety measures. But we still have only 2 kinds of safety index which are set for 10 years ago. In order to derive guideline for setting up safety index, we analyze accident cause, previous studies for railway safety improvement in Korea, and other countries safety plan. As a result some proposal for safety index was driven in this study.
