The loss of potential opportunity profit which is consisting in the partial markups of the corporation would taking placed in related with the time-delay deeply, has customarily disregarded in contract adjustment under the principles of denial of cost accounting method, declined conjecture in the point of benefits and protection of the law in scope of compensation and the restricted conditions of constant contract. It is being resulted from that the policies of the general principles of accounting standards which is subjected to ask an objective data and evidence, and the denial system as a debt derived from imperfect legal theory applied by current law. Therefore, it is necessitated to find if any irrationality in the positive system is and further to draw an improved reasonable measures to adopt by review of constant system preparing tile reasonableness with the method of suitable quantification devices provided that any time-delay is induced by the party.
On the new medical system separating the prescription and dispensing of the drug, the qualification of pharmacist in substitution of prescribed medicine was restricted, except bioequivalence-certified drugs. Also, Korean Food and Drug Association(KFDA) revised the bioequivalence regulation on August, 2001 Among many changes from old guideline, impressive one is the statistical consideration. Specially, to estimate and analyze bioequivalence measures, AUC and $C_{max}$, the log-transformed model is recommended and the equivalence interval is modified from $\pm$20 rule to [In(0.8),In(1.25)] one. This meaningful act is very hope-for because it is statistically reasonable and is agreed with worldwide bioequivalence guideline, including USA, EU, Japan and Canada. In this paper, we introduce the new regulation of assessing bioequivalence, announced at August, 2001, mainly on statistical view points. Key points for the new regulation are discussed and the minimum sample size based on simulation studies are proposed.
Modern medicine has not yet conquered behavior therapy for cancer radiation treatment, which is one of the professional groups involved in the justification of the act and reasonable human resources was analyzed. Radiation Oncology(Therapeutic Radiology) installed the role of the medical physicist in the current law, the act must have been within the limits given licenses, but the legitimacy of the act which can be given the current laws and regulations are not clear. Thus, certification and testing outside the medical physicist's research institutions, including the measures to be reflected in national legislation sought. Medical physicists, with the inherent illegality act because one of the areas to precluding the illegality of the content-based "medical law" and "Nuclear Safety Law", "medical technology in the field of radiation safety standards on management" was based on the interpretation. In conclusion, "medical law" and "in the field of medical technology on the management of radiation safety standards" that are consistent with the recognition of qualifications, increased activity in the radiation therapy and radiation safety management must deal with this will be feasible.
The government is mapping out R&D innovation measures aimed at improving the qualitative level of the performance of national R&D projects that are supported by grants or public funds. This paper proposes ways of making improvements in technology planning, project assessment, performance management, and results evaluation in order to boost the efficiency of the country's promotion of ICT R&D projects, as well as to upgrade the processes involved with its technological innovation system at each of the commercialization stages of its R&D projects. According to our experts' in-depth survey and interview, it has been found that technology planning is the most important phase in the full cycle-based technological innovation system and that the promotion of a combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches is the most reasonable. This paper also suggests it is necessary to secure a process for exploring technological opportunities as the preparatory phase for technology planning, and that it is desirable to reflect the technology demand map associated with the technology road map. Currently, R&D projects are divided into policy designation, designation contest, and free contest. To minimize the inefficiency associated with indiscriminate competition, this paper proposes the introduction of a general contest system in order to change the project assessment system into one based on the results of the competition in each category(e.g. firms, universities, research institutions, etc.).

Recently, because of the restriction of land for construction and interference of adjacent structure, parallel tunnels with small clearance have been planned and constructed in many sites. In this case, the stability of pillar at center part is very important factor to satisfy the stability of tunnel structure under the construction. In this paper, numerical analyses for the asymmetry parallel tunnels with a narrow width of pillar have been carried out to search for the optimum reinforcement measure for rock pillar and verify the stability of tunnel. Rock pillar between each single tunnel is supposed to be under heavy load by rock mass. The analysis of stress state at rock pillar at various cases for construction conditions is required to investigate the structural behaviour of tunnels and stability of the pillar. Strength-stress ratio is calculated based on the failure theory of rock and the safety factor of tunnel is computed with strength reduction technique. Through these numerical results, reasonable reinforcement measures for rock pillar at parallel tunnel were established and recommended.

In this paper, we propose a 3D automated measuring system which measures the mandibular movements and the reference plane of the jaw movements. In diagnosis and treatment of the malocclusions, it is necessary to estimate the mandibular movements and the reference plane of the jaw movements. The proposed system is configured with double stereo-cameras, PC, two moving pattern plates(MPPs), two fixed pattern plates(FPPs) and one orbital marker. The virtual pattern plate is applied to calculate the homogeneous transformation matrices which describe the coordinates systems of the FPP and MPP with respect to the world coordinates system. To estimate the parameters of the hinge axis, the Euler's theorem is applied. The hinge axis points are intersections between the FPPs and the hinge axis. The coordinates of a hinge axis point with respect to the MPP coordinates system are set up to fixed value. And then, the paths of the jaw movement can be calculated by applying the homogeneous transformation matrix to fixed hinge axis point. To examine the accuracy of the measurements, experiments of measuring the hinge axis points and floating paths of them are performed using the jaw motion simulator. As results, the measurement errors of the hinge axis points are within reasonable boundary, and the floating paths are very similar to the simulator's moving path.
In this study, a new TDR system equipped with a flat type probe has been developed to improve the currently used TDR system that measures dry density and water content. To verify the developed TDR system, TDR tests were conducted on Jumunjin sand and three typical soils. Also, additional tests were performed to measure the correction value of the developed probe. Using the TDR signals, dielectric constant, electrical conductivity and soil constants were derived. The water content and dry density of the soils were determined through the TDR tests. The applicability of the TDR system was examined by comparison of the measured values by TDR and the real values. The values of dry density and water content were found to have about 2% and 0.5% error, respectively. Based on the test results, it has been confirmed that the new TDR system can be used as an alternative to the previous TDR system as it can measure the dry density and the water content with reasonable accuracy, leading to significant time and cost savings.

Consumers' need for uniqueness reflects individual differences in counterconformity and related to the attitude toward brands as well as purchase behavior. To understand the relationship between consumer's personal characteristics and purchase behavior, the study investigated the effect of consumers' need for uniqueness and clothing interest on the brand consciousness, loyalty and purchase intention. Survey was utilized to collect the data and subjects were 271 college students. Measures consisted of five main constructs: Consumer's need for uniqueness, clothing interest, brand consciousness, brand loyalty, and purchase intention. The measurement and structural models were evaluated using PRELIS 2 and LISREL 8.53. Consumer's need for uniqueness was confirmed to have three constructs: creative, unpopular, and avoidance. The researcher tested Model 1 and developed five other models-Models 2 through 6-based on the results from Model 1 evaluation. The additional Models 2 through 6 were nested in Model 1. To select a best model, the researcher compared the value of chi-square, RMSEA, GFI, AIC, and ECVI. Since Model 6 also illustrated conceptually or theoretically reasonable relationships among constructs as well, it was finally selected as a best model. In the Model 6, the creative dimension of consumer's need for uniqueness had a negative relationship with brand loyalty, while the avoidance dimension of consumer's need for uniqueness had positive relationship. The unpopular dimension of consumer's need for uniqueness and clothing interest had significant positive effects on the brand consciousness. The brand consciousness was significantly related to brand loyalty and brand loyalty to purchase intention.
Purpose: In order to increase competitiveness for the growth and development of the dental laboratory industry, we plan to develop the dental laboratory industry. Methods: A total of 547 questionnaires were used as the final analysis data for the dental technicians from all over country participated in the 51st Korea Dental Technology Expo & Scientific Conference of the Korean Dental Technologist Association held in KINTEX from July 18 to 19, 2015. The questionnaire items consisted of 28 items in terms of general characteristics, questions about the methods to be pursued for the development of the dental laboratory industry, and recognition about the methods to be pursued to develop the dental laboratory industry. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 21.0 for windows. Results: To improve the dental laboratory industry, actualization of dental laboratory products fee(41.2%) had the highest, followed by improving treatment of dental technician, standardization of dental laboratory products, direct bill of medical insurance, regulation of contract management on huge capital, and etc. The recognition of the measures to be pursued for the development of the dental laboratory industry was that dental laboratory products fee required to receive more than 20% of the dental prosthesis fee highest($4.62{\pm}0.76$). And to enlarge dental laboratories through M&A between dental laboratories is the lowest($3.39{\pm}1.26$). Conclusion: As a means to pursue the development of the dental laboratory industry, the actualization of dental laboratory products fee was proposed. Recognition also showed that dental laboratory products fee required to receive more than 20% of dental prosthesis fee was the highest. It is important to propose a reasonable dental laboratory products fee because it recognizes that it is necessary to promote economic growth in both development plan and awareness.

The main focus of the study resides in antecedents of price acceptability. Levels of acceptable price may be related to the consumers' perception on reasonable or expected price. Price acceptability is known to have several psychological antecedents. One of the antecedents to price acceptability reported by prior researches is price-quality inference, a tendency to correlate high price to excellence in quality. In addition, price-conscious consumers are likely to show lower level of price acceptability level. Another well-known antecedent is sale proneness. Sales-prone consumers may relate price of apparel products to product quality information. Moreover, it was reported that involved consumers should be more concerned with the products to its price and thus should have higher levels of price acceptability. A conceptual model with price consciousness, sale proneness and product involvement as the exogenous variable, price-quality inference and price acceptability as the endogenous variable was developed for the empirical study. Measures of research variables were developed based on previous studies. Questionuaires from 298 respondents were analyzed for the study. The average age of respondents was 27. About 60% of the respondents were married and about 65% of them had college degrees. Empirical results supported all of the hypothesized relationships. Price consciousness had significant negative influence on price-quality inference and price acceptability. Sale proneness significantly influenced price-quality inference, while apparel involvement had significant impact on price-quality inference and price acceptability. Price-quality affected price acceptability significantly. This study generated a framework to help scholars understand antecedents of price acceptability of apparel products. Price has been shown to playa dual role in consumer's perceptions, either positively or negatively. Price consciousness played a negative role, and product involvement had a positive role in evoking higher level of price acceptability. This study also suggests additional source of positive, yet indirect role of price, sale proneness. This study also affirmed the importance of price-quality inference in arousing higher level of price acceptability.
