The computer system is gradually complicated because of explosive growth of computer system and IT technology. For efficient management of complicated system, system load monitoring technology is essential. In this paper, we is implemented the real-time load monitoring system based mobile than the traditional methods that are used load-related commands in system manager or specific load application programs based connected wire. Advantage of implemented load monitoring system in this paper is freely saw load information in time and space though mobile method like as PDA, cellular phone, more than traditional methods intime and space.
To analyze dynamic and long-term behavior of high speed rail system, and seismic measurements been installed at the various locations in the high speed rail system. Among these, 76 measurements were installed Chunan and Deajeon, and 80 measurements between Kwangmyung and Chunan. From these 156 measurements, real time data are continuously corrected and be sent to the main monitoring system to be used further analysis. These two systems were installed by different institution, and so there are not only basic differences in the system itself, but system running methods and data collecting/transferring methodology. There has been systematic difficulties due to these differences. This study shows the whole steps of high speed rail data monitoring systems include measurement equipment itself and data collecting/transferring system. study will proposed a more effective methods for collecting. This study also discuss the real time analysis method which can be used for future high speed rail monitoring system.
An internet-based, real-time GPS synchronized wide-area power system frequency monitoring network(FNET) has been monitoring wide-area power system frequency in continuous time in the United States. This paper analyzes the FNET measurement to the verified disturbances in the US eastern interconnected power system and simulates it using the dynamic system model. By comparing the frequency measurements with its simulation results to the same disturbances in detail, this paper finds that the sequence of monitoring points to detect the frequency fluctuation caused by the disturbances is matched well in the measured data and the simulation results. The similarity comparison index is also proposed to quantify the similarity of the compared cases. The dynamic model based simulation result is expected to compensate for the lack of FNET measurement in its applications.

Recently, in the field of Smart Grid, Smart Home Network, Ubiquitous Computing, etc. we have continued to study Smart Information Monitoring Technology(SIMT) which exchange, control and monitor information collected and processed by need in real-time and two-way. In this paper, we understand application products or recent trends of SIMT for Energy, U-Farm, Vehicle Information and Home Network. Specially, we explain Google PowerMeter which exchange information with Smart Meter of core part of the smart grid at real-time, Real-time Monitoring System(RMS) for U-Farm, RMS for vehicle status Information. we subscribe Smart Information Monitoring Technology application based on ZigBee of low price, low power or related work. Finally we subscribe actual proof construction situation of Jesu for smart grid.
In this paper, we present the design and implementation of the interbed network communication protocol, which links patient monitors, central stations, DB servers, and clinical workstations together in a patient monitoring system. We describe the requirements to be met thor real-time patient monitoring, propose 2 services Patient Locator Service(PL:7) and Remote Patient Monitoring Service( RPMS). PLS provides the information about how many patients are currently being monitored and where they are located, while RPMS allows the doctors to monitor their patients'vital sign in real-time. The messages for the services, their formats and exchange scheme are also presented with a whole picture of how they are implemented. We adopted the object-oriented programming paradigm in all the analysis and design processes. In the experiment performed in a real clinical setting, the services turned out to meet all the requirements needed for real-time patient monitoring.

Objectives: To validate the effectiveness of a real-time chemical exposure monitoring system developed by KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency), we applied the system to a workplace in the electronics industry for 153 days. Methods: The monitoring system consisted of a PID chemical sensor, a LTE communication equipment, and a web-based platform. To monitor chemical exposure, four sets of sensors were placed in two manufacturing tasks - inspection and jig cleaning - which used TCE as a degreasing agent. We reviewed previous reports of work environment measurements and conducted a new work environment measurement on one day during the period. The PID sensor systems detected the chemical exposure levels in the workplace every second and transmitted it to the platform. Daily average and maximum chemical exposure levels were also recorded. Results: We compared the results from the real-time monitoring system and the work environment measurement by traditional methods. Generally, the data from the real-time monitoring system showed a higher level because the sensors were closer to the chemical source. We found that 28% of jig cleaning task data exceeded the STEL. Peak exposure levels of sensor data were useful for understanding the characteristics of the task's chemical use. Limitations and implications were reviewed for the adoption of the system for preventing poisoning caused by chemical substances. Conclusions: We found that the real-time chemical exposure monitoring system was an efficient tool for preventing occupational diseases caused by chemical exposure, such as acute poisoning. Further research is needed to improve the reliability and applicability of the system. We also believe that forming a social consensus around the system is essential.
Recently in the human society, the crime using small arms has increased. Also, many accidents happen because of incomplete management of chemicals and radiation. Accordingly, it is necessary to manage dangerous objects by tracing the position of dangerous objects and rapidly providing the correct information for them. This paper presents a web-based system for real-time monitoring of dangerous objects using RFID in order to overcome the limitations and problems of current dangerous objects management techniques. In this paper, we define the architecture for web-based dangerous objects monitoring system and the scheme for storing information of a dangerous object in the RFID tag. We also implement the web-based monitoring system and present the execution result of the system. The proposed real-time monitoring system is composed of the dangerous objects monitoring server which manages information of dangerous objects and controls them, the dangerous objects monitoring middleware which is mediator between dangerous objects and the server, the RFID reader which reads information of dangerous objects from RFID tags attached to the objects and the database which stores information, status and position of dangerous object. The proposed system manages diverse dangerous objects such as small arms, radiation and harmful chemicals based on the position of them using RFID, so the user can check dangerous objects when they are checked in and checked out and the user can acquire the real-time position information of them through the system. Furthermore, the user can visually monitor dangerous objects through web browser from any where and at any time because the system is web-based system and it provides graphical user interface.
Finance, Securities, banking system provides information through Internet, DM SMS, IVR, E-mail and FAX for customer. Customers can use multi channel. Enterprise requires Host transaction and transparency for DB processing, This paper provides two contributions to the study. First, we discuss Server of Fire insurance (finance, securities and capital, bank system) in Enterprise. Second, we present Real time monitoring system for customer transparency. Finally, we design and implement the proposed system. These techniques can be efficiently supported in CRM(Customer Relationship Management).
The owner of metallic structures has a burden of responsibility for the protection of corrosion and the prevention against big accident such as gas explosion or collapse of bridge and building and so on. So, he has been spent the money and the time for corrosion monitoring and analysis of measuring data. Therefore, KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute) has developed the real-time wireless remote corrosion monitoring system using by TRS(Trunked Radio System). The results of development for corrosion monitoring system are described briefly. Especially, the interfacing technology between the server and rectifier introduced in this paper.

As the number and diversity of educational services increases rapidly on the Internet, we are faced with some service availability problems including persistent service monitoring and fault tolerancy. In this paper, we implemented a service monitoring & fault management system to enhance this availability and reduce administration cost of WBI system. In order to validate our system, we also illustrated an effective real-time monitoring and automatic fault announcement & recovery from our experiences in a real world WBI environment.
