본 연구는 기업의 독서경영과 문화경영이 직원의 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높이는 데 도움이 된다는 선행연구들을 기반으로, 공공도서관 직원의 독서활동이 직무만족도와 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 수집된 데이터의 분석결과, 이용자 독서모임 참여 정도에 따라 직무자체 만족도, 인간관계 만족도, 자아실현 만족도, 정서적 몰입도, 지속적 몰입도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 공공도서관 직원의 독서량, 독서시간은 직무자체 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 독서시간은 정서적 몰입도에도 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이용자 독서모임 참여 기간은 사회적 인식 만족도, 지속적 몰입도, 규범적 몰입도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무자체 만족도는 독서시간과 정서적 몰입도 간에 완전매개효과를 가지고 있었고, 사회적 인식 만족도는 이용자 독서모임 참여기간과 지속적 몰입도 및 규범적 몰입도 간에 완전매개효과를 가졌다. 이러한 결과에 따라 본 연구는 공공도서관의 독서경영 도입을 통한 직원 독서환경 조성을 위한 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 공공도서관 운영진의 독서경영에 대한 적극적인 관심이 필요하며, 직원들의 독서활동을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 공공도서관은 직원들의 이용자 독서모임에 참여를 도모하고, 담당 직원은 지속적으로 참여할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다. 셋째, 공공도서관 직원들의 적극적인 독서활동을 위한 기관 차원의 지속적인 동기부여가 필요하다.

이 연구는 책 읽어주기를 들은 경험이 있는 사람들의 책 읽어주기에 대한 가치 인식이 책 읽어주기 만족도와 독서태도 형성에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 이를 토대로 도서관 책 읽어주기 서비스의 시사점을 얻는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 다양한 연령대의 439명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령대별로 책 읽어주기에 대한 가치 인식과 만족도의 차이가 나타났고, 독서태도는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 책 읽어주기 가치가 효능감, 사랑받는 느낌에 있다고 답한 응답자의 만족도가 긍정적으로 나타났고, 편안함에 있다고 답한 응답자의 만족도는 이에 비해 낮았다. 셋째, 만족도가 긍정적인 응답자일수록 독서태도가 긍정적으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모가 어린이 책을 읽는 독서모임에 참여하고 있는 응답자는 신뢰관계형성에 대한 가치 인식이 높고, 책 읽어주기 경험이 많은 것으로 나타났고, 책 읽어주기 경험이 많을수록 독서태도의 행동적 측면에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사서(교사)는 연령대별로 가치 인식 유형과 만족도를 고려한 프로그램을 기획하는 한편, 학부모대상 독서모임을 적극적으로 운영하여 독서태도 향상을 지원할 필요가 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 독서역할모델(부모, 교사, 친구)과 독서유효성(독서지속의지, 독서몰입, 독서만족)이 중학생의 학업성취(국어성적, 내신성적)에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 분석결과, 국어성적에 영향을 미친 요인은 독서역할모델 중 아버지(1.9%)와 어머니(3.4%)였으며, 독서유효성 요인 중에는 독서지속의지(8%)만 유일하게 영향을 미쳤다. 내신성적의 경우 독서역할모델 요인 중 어머니(3.4%)만 유일하게 영향을 미쳤으며, 독서유효성은 독서지속의지(10.4%), 독서몰입(4.0%), 독서만족(1.9%) 모든 요인에서 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 독서지속의지를 제외하고는 그 영향력이 미미하였다.

이 연구는 고등학생 대상 보드게임 기반 독서교육 프로그램이 학생들의 자아존중감 및 독서태도에 미치는 영향과 만족도를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 10차시로 구성된 독서활동 프로그램을 개발하여, 독서교육을 실시하였으며, 자아존중감 및 독서태도의 사전-사후 차이 분석을 통하여 독서교육과의 영향 관계를 입증하고, 독서교육 전 과정에 대한 평가 절차로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 보드게임 기반 독서활동 프로그램을 활용한 독서교육은 학생들의 자아존중감과 독서태도에 영향을 미치며, 학생들의 독서태도 역량과 독서 동기 강화에 도움이 되었고, 만족도 또한 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study examines the spatial compositions of children's reading rooms, furniture characteristics, and users' satisfaction levels for the furniture in public libraries. Field measurements and surveys were performed in 5 public libraries. Results imply that the spatial compositions of reading rooms in libraries were classified into three categories according to the locations of bookshelves and reading space. Management areas should not be located at the edge of reading rooms but be located at the center of reading rooms to avoid clerks' narrow viewing angle toward young kids and to ensure security for the kids. The evaluation for bookshelves according to evaluation checklists was acceptable, but users were not always satisfied with the bookshelves due to the inappropriate positions of books in shelves. The evaluation for desks was generally acceptable according to the checklists and users were satisfied with them. In general, the desk with higher scores by the checklist provided better satisfaction to users. However, the score by checklist for chair and user satisfaction were not always similar each other. Convenience areas in reading rooms were not enough compared to bookshelf, reading and management area. Computer tables that were designed in a way that users sit down and use the computers were highly preferred.

이 연구는 독서역할모델인 부모, 교사, 친구가 고등학생의 독서몰입, 독서만족, 독서지속의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 개인적 특성인 성별, 고등학교 계열, 학년에 따라 달라지는 영향력의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과 고등학생의 독서에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 역할모델은 친구로 나타났으며, 남학생보다는 여학생이, 인문계열보다는 전문계열의 학생들이 친구의 영향을 더 많이 받았다. 부모요인은 남학생, 고등학교 3학년 및 인문계열 학생에게 상대적으로 더 많은 영향을 주었다. 반면, 교사의 경우 인문계열 학생보다 전문계열 학생들에게 영향을 더 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 영향력은 미미한 수준이었으며, 대부분의 요인에서 영향을 주지 못하였다.

본 연구는 2023년 1월부터 2023년 3월까지 독서아카데미에 참여한 서울특별시 k구에 근무하는 공무원을 대상으로 하여 진행되었다. 이 연구의 목적은 직무스트레스가 지방공무원의 직무만족과 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 총 300부의 설문지를 회수하고 다중회귀분석을 수행하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독서아카데미에 참여한 지방공무원들의 직무스트레스 분석 결과, 직무스트레스의 하위 요인 중 보상이 부적절할수록 이직 의도가 높아졌다. 또한 참여자들은 여러 가지 업무를 동시에 처리하고 시간에 쫓기며 일하는 상황 등에서 직무스트레스를 느끼며, 근무조건이나 상황에 바람직하지 못한 변화, 조직개편에 대한 불안감 등이 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 보상이 적절하다고 인식하지 않을 때 이직 의도가 높은 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 독서아카데미에 참여한 지방공무원들의 직무스트레스로 인해 근무조건이나 상황에 바람직하지 못한 변화, 조직개편에 대한 불안감, 일관성 없는 업무지시, 성별 차별, 권위적인 조직 분위기 등이 생활만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 독서아카데미에 참여한 지방공무원들의 직무만족이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무만족의 이직 의도와 보수수준이 정서적 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 직무 자체와 대인관계는 정서적 만족에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 직무 자체와 보수수준이 신체적 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 사회적 만족에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 이직 의도는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study was intended to determine how an in-patient guide movie enhanced the understanding of hospital life. Method: A non-equivalent control group post-test design was used for the study. The experimental group was allowed to watch the in-patient guide movie. The in-patient guide booklets were given to the control group for reading. The understanding and satisfaction of the respective programs were surveyed with questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SPSS. Result: The movie watching experimental group had better understanding on the hospital life than the booklet reading control group. The movie watching group had more satisfaction with the guide program than the booklet reading group. The understanding of the hospital life and satisfaction with the program had relevance. Conclusion: This study suggests that the in-patient guide movie would help the would-be in-patients understand and adapt to the hospital life better. Therefore, the in-patient guide movie is considered to be a useful medium to educate in-patients for their hospital life.

The subject specialization room will be able to support university library users who are inclined to use the general reading room. This study is the research of the area planning for university library's subject specialization room. For the evaluation, 431 users from 15 university libraries in 14 universities located across Seoul were surveyed. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. Frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, f-test were used. Results of the study are as follow. Subject specialization rooms in university libraries can be classified via the analysis of spatial characteristics. According to the area ratio of data space and reading space in a subject specialization room, the subject room can be separated into data-loaning and data-reading types. Old libraries are more likely to be data-loaning types, where reading room is small and there are a lot of bookshelves. The annual increase in library collections causes space for bookshelves to decrease. As a result, space for reading has been gradually transformed into space for stacking data. It is necessary to introduce ways to maintain enough space for both reading and stacking data. One way includes movable compact shelving, which can partially replace existing fixed shelves.

This study is about user satisfaction of the Junior College Library based on its characteristics of space composition. For this, we studied characteristics of space composition targeting the libraries in colleges in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. First, in case of study of characteristics of space composition for books and library data, student satisfaction for traditional and normal library areas was high. It means that the service based on library areas should start from normal library areas as well as there is a change about space as the type of data in libraries change to electric data and multimedia. Second, If we look at the space for a reader and a user, satisfaction for a normal reading room was high. we can also see that satisfaction for a computer room and a multimedia reading room was not higher but still high. Also, the reason why satisfaction for a multimedia reading room that provides various activities was high was that the complex of a library space is needed to provide users with various activities. Third, in case of space for programme function and meeting, satisfaction for the room of video information and the group study room was high. we can see that user satisfaction for the space got high basically when a user is satisfied with the proper information technology based on interaction Fourth, as a result of variance analysis of 3 spaces of Junior College Library and the services, the size of the space of service does not influence user satisfaction directly. Even the space is small, if it decorates variously like with a lighting for a user, a window seat to meet the nature of users and has specific factors such as space reservation using internet, user satisfaction is high. If we summarise the result of this study, to make user satisfaction for speace in a Junior College Library higher, not just we need to try to make it extend as a educational, a cultural place but we also need to accept the student's requirement that the space also needs to be extend as a complex cultural space.
