Recently, research activities on the future internet are being actively performed in foreign and domestic. In domestic, ETRI and 4 universities are focused on implementation of a testbed for research on the future internet named as 'FiRST(Future Internet Research for Sustainable Testbed)'. In the 'FiRST' project, 4 universities are performing a project in collaboration named as 'FiRST@PC' project that is for an implementation of the testbed using the programmable platform-based openflow switches. Currently, the research on the virtualization of the testbed is being performed that has a purpose for supporting an isolated network to individual researcher. In this paper, we implemented a traffic scheduler for providing QoS by using the programmable platform that performs a hardware-based packet processing and we are implemented a testbed using that traffic scheduler. We perform a performance evaluation of the traffic scheduler on the testbed. As a result, we show that the hardware-based NetFPGA scheduler can provide reliable and stable QoS to virtualized networks of the Future Internet Testbed.

This paper proposes the RDMS(Rough Set Theory based Disease Monitoring System) which efficiently manages diseases in Healthcare System. The RDMS is made up of DCM(Data Collection Module), RDRGM(RST based Disease Rules Generation Module), and HMM(Healthcare Monitoring Module). The DCM collects bio-metric informations from bio sensor of patient and stores it in RDMS DB according to the processing procedure of data. The RDRGM generates disease rules using the core of RST and the support of attributes. The HMM predicts a patient's disease by analyzing not only the risk quotient but also that of complications on the patient's disease by using the collected patient's information by DCM and transfers a visualized patient's information to a patient, a family doctor, etc according to a patient's risk quotient. Also the HMM predicts the patient's disease by comparing and analyzing a patient's medical information, a current patient's health condition, and a patient's family history according to the rules generated by RDRGM and can provide the Patient-Customized Medical Service and the medical information with the prediction result rapidly and reliably.

Medical images are being managed more by PACS in general medical institutions. It is important to protect patients from being invaded their privacy related to the images. It is also necessary to confirm the ownership, the right of properity of the medical images and notice whether the data are modified. In this paper, we propose a robust watermarking against RST attacks in medical images on the PACS. The proposed scheme modifies and improves Log-Polar Mapping and Fourier Mellin Transform in order to realize and recover serious image degradation and watermark data loss caused by the conversion between cartesian coordinate and log-polar coordinate. We used the radius and theta Look Up Table to solve the realization of the Fourier Mellin Transform, and inserted a watermark into 2D-DFT magnitudes using Spread Spectrum. Experimental results shows that this method are robust to several attack.

The problem of elastic wave resonance scattering from elastic targets is studied in this paper. A new resonance formalism to extract the elastic resonance information of the target from scattered elastic waves is introduced. The proposed resonance formalism is an extension of the works developed for acoustic wave scattering problems by the author. The classical resonance scattering theory computes reasonable magnitude information of the resonances in each partial wave, but the phase behaves in somewhat irregular way, therefore, is not clearly explainable. The proposed method is developed to obtain physically meaningful magnitude and phase of the resonances. As an example problem, elastic wave scattering from an infinitely-long elastic cylinder was analyzed by the proposed method and compared to the results by RST. In case of no mode conversion, both methods generate identical magnitude. However, the new method computes exact $\pi$ radian phase shills through resonances and anti-resonances while RST produces physically unexplainable phases. In case of mode conversion, in addition to the phase even magnitudes are different. The phase shifts through resonances and antiresonances obtained by the proposed method are not exactly $\pi$ radians due to energy leak by mode conversion. But, the phases by the proposed method show reasonable and intuitively correct behavior compared to those by RST.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the immediate effect on the change in muscle stiffness in the common extensor muscle (CEM) when using the spiral taping method to promote proprioception. Methods: There were 18 participants in this study. CEM stiffness was measured using a MyotonePRO device with the subject in a sitting position and according to the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) arm pattern. Elastic tape was used as the material for the three taping methods employed in the study: kinesiotaping (KT), right spiral taping (RST), and left spiral taping (LST). The taping methods were applied to the wrist extensor muscle with elongation position. Additionally, when performing PNF arm patterns, spiral taping in diagonal and spiral directions was used to promote CEM proprioceptors. The change in CEM stiffness was compared with the initial data values. Results: The results of this study were obtained by comparing and measuring changes in CEM stiffness using three different tapings. It was found that the stiffness change of the CEM was significant compared to the initial value, and the increase in stiffness of the CEM after RST application was also significant. Conclusion: The results of this study show that by affecting the strength and activation of the extensor muscle, taping performed through the RST method had the most positive effect on the change in CEM stiffness.

We have demonstrated Forst-type resonance energy transfer (FRET) in the quasi-solid type dye-sensitized solar cells between organic fluorescence materials as an energy donor doped in polymeric gel electrolyte and ruthenium complex as an energy acceptor on surface of $TiO_2$. The strong spectral overlap of emission/absorption of energy donor and acceptor is required to get high FRET efficiency. The judicious choice of energy donor allows the enhancement of light harvesting characters of energy acceptor in quasi-solid dye sensitized solar cells which increase the power conversion efficiency. The enhanced light harvesting effect by the judicious choice/design of the fluorescence materials and sensitizing dyes permits the enhancement of photovoltaic performance of DSSC.

A new method is proposed for the isolation of resonances from scattered waves for acoustic wave resonance scattering problems. The resonance scattering function consisting purely of resonance information is defined. Acoustic wave scattering from a variety of submerged bodies is numerically analyzed. The classical resonance scattering theory (RST) and the new method compute identical magnitude of the resonance from each scattered partial wave, however, the phases are significantly different. The exact .pi.-radians phase shifts through the resonance and anti-resonance show that the proposed method properly extracts the vibrational resonance information of the scatterer. Due to the difference in the phase of each, partial wave, the new method and RST generate different total resonance spectra.
In this paper, we study the fractional iterates of the exponential function. This is an unresolved problem, not due to a lack of a known solution, but because there are an innite number of solutions, and there is no agreement as to which solution is "best." We will approach the problem by rst solving Abel's functional equation ${\alpha}(e^x)={\alpha}(x)+1$ by perturbing the exponential function so as to produce a real xed point, allowing a unique holomorphic solution. We then use this solution to nd a solution to the unperturbed problem. However, this solution will depend on the way we rst perturbed the exponential function. Thus, we then strive to remove the dependence of the perturbed function. Finally, we produce a solution that is in a sense more natural than other solutions.
This paper describes a new image watermarking scheme invariant to rotation, scaling and translation (RST) attacks. For obtaining the invariance properties we propose to present an image of watermark by wedges and rings to convert its rotation to shift and then utilize the shift invariance property of the Direct Fourier Transform (DFT). But in contrast to conversional schemes based on the Fourier-Mellin transform (FMT), we do not use a log-polar mapping (LPM). As a result, our scheme preserves high quality of original image since it is not underwent to LPM For withstanding against JPEG compression, noise addition and low-pass (LP) filtering attacks a low frequency watermark is embedded into middle frequencies of the original image. Experiments with various attacks show the robustness of the proposed scheme.
