  • This study is concerned with the relation between steelbelt and belt edge separation. Belt edge separation causes tire burst and threatens passenger's safety. For that reason, it is important to predict durability caused by belt edge separation first in tire structure design step. In this study, to predict belt edge separation, we suggest the prediction method of belt edge separation and evaluate the effect of steelbelt width on the belt edge separation using FEM. We study on analysis parameter also to do exact estimation about the shear behaviour of belt edge area.

자세 추정을 위한 모션 캡처 데이터 복원 (Restoring Motion Capture Data for Pose Estimation)

  • 자세 추정을 위한 모션 캡처 데이터 파일에는 주변 환경과 움직임의 정도에 따라 부정확한 데이터가 존재할 수 있으므로, 이를 보정하는 작업이 필요하다. 기존에는 직접 후처리 과정을 통해 부정확한 데이터를 복원하였으나, 최근에는 자동화된 방법으로 LSTM, R-CNN 등 다양한 종류의 신경망을 사용한다. 하지만 신경망 기반의 데이터 복원 방법들은 컴퓨터 자원을 많이 요구하므로, 본 논문에서는 신경망 기반의 방법보다 자원 사용량은 낮추면서 데이터 복원율은 유지하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 자세 측정 데이터(c3d)를 활용하여 부정확한 자세 데이터를 자동으로 복원한다. 실험 결과, 데이터의 부정확한 정도에 따라 89%에서부터 99% 정도의 데이터 복원율을 보였다.

낮은 접촉저항을 갖는 Ni/Si/Ni n형 4H-SiC의 오옴성 접합 (Low Resistivity Ohmic Ni/Si/Ni Contacts to N-Type 4H-SiC)

  • Characteristics of ohmic Ni/Si/Ni contacts to n-type 4H-SiC are investigated systematically. The ohmic contacts were formed by annealing Ni/Si/Ni sputtered sequentially The annealings were performed at 950℃ using RTP in vacuum ambient and N₂ ambient, respectively. The specific contact resistivity(p/sub c/), sheet resistance(R/sub s/), contact resistance (R/sub c/) transfer length(L/sub T/) were calculated from resistance(R/sub T/) versus contact spacing(d) measurements obtained from TLM(transmission line method) structure. While the resulting measurement values of sample annealed at vacuum ambient were p/sub c/ = 3.8×10/sup -5/Ω㎠, R/sub c/ = 4.9 Ω and R/sub T/ = 9.8 Ω, those of sample annealed at N₂ ambient were p/sub c/ = 2.29×10/sup -4/Ω㎠, R/sub c/ = 12.9 Ω and R/sub T/ = 25.8 Ω. The physical properties of contacts were examined using XRD 3nd AES. The results showed that nickel silicide was formed on SiC and Ni was migrated into SiC. This result indicates that Ni/Si/Ni ohmic contact would be useful in high performance electronic devices.

생물전환을 통한 음나무발효물의 지표성분 설정 및 동시분석법 검증 (Validation of Simultaneous Analysis Method of Standard Compounds in Fermented Kalopanax pictus Nakai by Bioconversion)

  • The aim of this study was to select compounds for the standardization of fermented Kalopanax pictus Nakai (KP-F), to develop the analysis method using HPLC-PDA and to perform method validation. KP-F is a fermented powder developed to improve the original physiological activities and create a new functionality. Eleutheroside E, Acanthoside B, and Syringaresinol were selected as the standard compounds and developed our own method for simultaneous analysis. The analyte was isolated using C18 column with a gradient elution of 0.05 M phosphoric acid in water and methanol as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and detected at 210 nm. As a result, all standard compounds showed good linearity with an $R^2$ (coefficient of correlation) of 1.000 and for the limit of detection range of $0.710{\sim}0.831{\mu}g/mL$, and the limit of quantification as $2.150{\sim}2.520{\mu}g/mL$. The precision was RSD (%) of less than 4.80%, while the accuracy was 4.70%>RSD (%) for the range 102.44~110.48%. In conclusion, the developed analysis method is suitable for the detection of Eleutheroside E, Acanthoside B, and Syringaresinol in KP-F.

불꽃 및 비불꽃원자흡수분광법을 이용한 뇨중 카드뮴 분석 (Analysis of Cadmium in Urine using Flame and Flameless Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry)

  • 뇨중 미량 카드뮴 분석에 흑연로 장치가 부착된 원자흡수분광광도계(GFAAS)를 사용하였다. 불꽃분광법에서 시료는 회화하여 Na-DDTC로 착물을 형성한 후 MIBK로 추출하였으며, 비불꽃분광법에서는 1% Triton X-100과 1% $HNO_3$으로 5배 희석시킨 후 $Pd(NO_3)_2$를 매트릭스 개선제로 농도를 변화시키면서 회화 온도 $450-750^{\circ}C$에서 pyrocoated 흑연 튜브를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 불꽃분광법보다는 비불꽃분광법이 전처리가 간단하고 재현성있게 나타났으며, 비불꽃분광법을 이용한 경우 $Pd(NO_3)_2$ 100 mg/L을 사용하여 회화온도 $550^{\circ}C$에서 분석시 가장 높은 흡광도를 나타냈다. 본 분석법을 표준뇨인 Lononorm-Metalle 3 중의 카드뮴 분석에 적용하였다.

  • 기기의 광독성 유발 물질 및 자외선 차단제 그리고 수종의 천연물에 대해 in-vitro 와 in-vivo에서 광독성 시험을 하였다. In-vitro시험은 C. albicans와 S. typhymurium TA 98을 이용 광독성 시험을 하였으며, 광조사는 시료, 시료와 미생물 모두 각각의 시료와 미생물 조사하는 방법을 사용하여 비교하여 보았다. 조사 방법에 따른 유의성은 관찰되지 않았는데, 제한된 시료를 사용했다는 것도 여러 원인 중에 하나가 될 수 있다. 한편 사용된 두 균주의 감수성은 C. albicans에 비해 S. typhimurium TA 98을 이용했을 때 높게 나타났고, S. typhimurium TA 98을 이용한 in-vitro method(Method I)와 in-vivo method를 시험 결과 측면에서 볼 때 상관 관계가 높게 나타났다.

Evaluation and Prediction of Corrosion Resistance of Epoxy Systems and Epoxy/Polyurethane Systems in Seawater Environment

  • Current coating practice requires the thickness of anti-corrosion organic coatings to be over $250{\mu}m$ for immersion parts of ships and offshore structures and the corrosion resistance of these coatings has been evaluated by destructive and qualitative analysis. Recently, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS) method has been employed, as an alternative, to evaluate corrosion resistance of organic coatings. This method is characterized as being nondestructive, reproducible, and quantitative in evaluating aging of organic coatings. In this study, EIS method was adopted to quantitatively and effectively select the coating systems having optimized protective performance. Evaluations of several epoxy and epoxy/polyurethane coating systems typically used for ships and offshore structures were carried out in wet($50^{\circ}C$, $90^{\circ}C$) and dry(room temp.) environments to accelerate the degradation of the organic coatings. These results were compared with the conventional scribed(scratched) test results. The plausible prediction model for determining the remaining life-time of coating systems was also proposed based on variations of impedance data, FT-IR and $T_g$ measurements results.

메쉬 안테나의 전개 구조물 설계 및 다물체 동역학 해석 (Multibody Dynamic Model and Deployment Analysis of Mesh Antennas)

  • 본 논문에서는 전개형 메쉬 안테나의 동적 강성 설계 및 다물체 동역학을 이용한 요구되는 구동력 및 전개 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 프레임(frame) 요소를 이용하여 전개 구조물을 모델링한다. 다각(polygon) 형상 전개 구조물의 전개/수납된 형상에 따른 고유치 문제를 분석하였다. Kane's 방정식을 이용하여 전개 구조물의 다물체 동역학 방정식을 유도하고 PUTD (pseudo upper triangular decomposition) 방법을 적용하여 구속조건 문제를 해결하였다. 고유진동 해석 및 다물체 동역학 시뮬레이션을 통해 설계된 전개형 구조의 구조 동특성 및 실현성을 살펴보고자 한다.

방오페인트에 함유된 유기주석물질 분석방법 연구 (Study of an analytical method for determining organotin compounds in anti-fouling paints)

  • An International Convention on the control of harmful anti-fouling system on ships(AFS Convention) was adopted on 5 October 2001 at Diplomatic Conference in London, and is expected to be presently effectuated with ratification of more than 25-member nations possessing about 25% of total world tonnage. This convention regulates the operation of harmful anti-fouling system and especially prohibits the use of organotin compounds contained in anti-fouling paint. Organotin compounds have a tendency to be easily extracted by specific solvents and have high polarity and low volatility as specific characteristics. This drives us to attempt of going through the process named derivatization that is required in analysis using a gas chromatography(GC). This study was conducted to determine the proper pre-treatment method, ethylation in comparison with hydridization on the analysis of tributyltin in organotin compounds and to verify the application of the method through the experimental analysis practically used anti-fouling paint and painted layer sample of the served ship.

금속 알콕사이드로부터 Mullite 초미분체의 제조 (Preparation of Ultrafine Mullite Powder from Metal Alkoxides)

  • Ultrafine mullite powder was prepared from aluminium-secbutoxide and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) in the molar $Al_2O_3/SiO_2$=3/2. Sol-gel method by partial hydrolysis technique, as it were, first, TEOS was partially hydrolysized and then mixed with Al-secbutoxide for complete hydrolysis was used. X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy, etc. confirmed that the mullite powder prepared by this method is in the stoichiometric $Al_2O_3/SiO_2$ ratio. Al-Si spinel was formed at $980^{\circ}C$ and ultrafine mullite powder with about 20 nm particle size was obtained above $1,200^{\circ}C$. Also mullite powders calcined at $1,600^{\circ}C$ had a stoichiometric composition, $3Al_2O_3{\cdot}2SiO_2$ and the lattice constants of the mullite powders calcined above $1,200^{\circ}C$ were almost coincided with theoretical values.
