The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the factors on the performance of na-tional R&D support program. A LISREL model was employed to analyze the relationship between the factors and the performance which was measured in the technological and commercial aspect. The result of the study reveals the R&D management business administration the age and the size of the company industry domain are the factors whose relationship with the performance are sta-tistically significant.

효율적인 연구개발을 위해서는 관련된 여러 자원들을 적절하게 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 기업연구소는 자원의 축적과 활용, 의사결정 지원을 위하여 연구관리시스템의 도입과 정착을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 인간연구소에서의 R&D 지식관리시스템의 성공적인 실행을 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 조직상황요인 이론을 적용하였다. 즉 조직상황요인에서의 조직구조와 연구관리시스템 실행간의 관련성 규명이 본 연구의 핵심이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행특성을 관찰하고, 성공적인 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Innovation clusters developed or evolved around a specific region IS the key element of national innovation system and determine national competitiveness. Recognizing the importance of innovation clusters, Korean government has made "Daedeok Special R&D Zone" in 2005. This paper examines the success factors of famous Cluster in advanced countries and China, and proposes the strategy for regional development in Daejeon through boosting Daedeok Innovation Cluster. Although 30.5% of government R&D investment is being concentrated in Daedeok along with 10% of the country's doctorate degree holders, it is lack of increasing revenue by linking corporate R&D with a creative and challenging entrepreneur spirit. The core of the innovation cluster is the integration and mutual networking of the main participants. This paper suggests strategies for developing as a world class innovation cluster, global networking and clustering, venture ecosystem formation, commercialization the knowledge by interacting with market. It also explains the necessity of regional integration for cluster to cluster linkages in the East Asia Region.

The current process of weapon system R&D has lots of problems that the phase is complex, the concept of integration and/or connection of related data is laked and don't be digitalized. To solve these problems we should establish the R&D CALS system and to do this, analysis the R&D process is necessary. In this paper, We suggested weapon system R&D CALS concept and model, and analysed R&D process with ARIS Toolset and proposed the new R＆D process and operation scenarios with CALS concept.

본 논문에서는 다양한 과학기술 분야의 연구자들이 R&D 수행에 있어서 필요한 인프라로서 클라우드 서비스를 활발히 이용하도록 하기 위해서 요구되는 정책적 기술적 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 위해서 R&D를 위한 클라우드 서비스의 해외 사례를 조사하고, 국내 출연(연) 대학 등 연구현장의 다양한 분야의 연구자들로부터 클라우드 서비스에 대한 인식 조사 및 수요 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 조사 분석 결과 과학기술 및 공학 ICT 등 다양한 분야의 연구에서 요구되는 수요를 충족할 수 있는 클라우드 서비스의 필요성을 도출하였으며, 보안 및 행정제도 등에 있어서도 개선점을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구를 통하여 우리는 국가 R&D를 수행하는 연구자들이 기존 클라우드 서비스에 대한 제약을 해소하고 더 나은 연구환경을 지원받도록 하기 위한 R&D 사이버인프라스트럭쳐로서의 클라우드 서비스를 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the research and development(R&D) programs for effectively response of population aging. We analyzed of aging-related R&D support status by National Science and Technology Information Services(NTIS) and reviewed of foreign aging-related R&D programs. It was found that the overall lack of support systems, the R&D support status for Korea's aging society is very low performance and the difference appears in the annual support status, etc. It is very important to enhance the effectiveness of R&D programs in order to effectively prepare for aging society. I suggested support measures of the R&D for aging society by survey research. The result of this study will help in planning of the R&D for aging society and contribute to increasing of welfare for the aged.

R&D institutes, supporting development in industry, are required to provide an economic basis of their R&D investments. In this paper, we apply prospective cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic impact of R&D investments. We compute main metrics with cost and benefit estimated via counter-factual evaluation model. Among many projects of KRISS to improve measurement reliability, three projects are evaluated by applying prospective cost-benefit analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the R&D subsidies by the government on the private firms' R&D investments in the Korean pharmaceutical industry, which are supposed to have positive effects on their economic performance. We also estimate the relationship between the private firms' R&D investments and firms' economic outcome. Empirical analysis is done by Error Component 2 Stage Least Squares(EC2SLS) estimation using 43 pharmaceutical firms' 8 years' panel data. The elasticity of the government R&D subsidies on the private R&D investments is 0.021%, which we cannot say 'efficient'. Also R&D investments have positive effects on the economic outcome of the pharmaceutical firms, as we expected. We propose several suggestions in the conclusion for the efficient way of government R&D subsidies to induce more private R&D investments.

This study is about the establishment of an information support system which will provide information for activating national nanotechnology R＆D activities and industrialization. Nanotechnology information support system for collecting, processing, analyzing, disseminating and utilizing informations has been established in cooperation with local and foreign academia, research institutes and industries. The information system including cooperative network with academia and industries is aimed to suggest guidelines for information sharing and direction of R＆D activities and industrialization.

Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) have operated R ＆ D Program by Informatization fund from later 1980. In according to the MIC, Institute of Information Technology Assessment (IITA) have worked for IT Small and medium size company's R ＆ D on the If Industry competition program and Excellent Information Technology Program. these Program output is very interesting. These Program have some problem in management, poor performance analysis skill and had not diverse data. But for the IT industry and company, these program is very good opportunity. So, this paper suggestion the advanced systems.
