Today's manufacturers must respond quickly to customer needs. In particular, make-to-order companies are constantly striving to satisfy customer demand for products in order to secure more favorable conditions in the future through bidding. In this bidding process, quotations play a very important role in providing favorable conditions. And the most important content that companies strive to satisfy their customers is the product's performance. Therefore, a company can attract customers and secure economic profits through good quotations, but it can be said that the first priority is to match the performance of the products requested by the customers. That is, when a company creates a quotation, it is important to structure the quotation according to the performance of the product. Thus, this paper intends to present a quotation management framework and a quotation BOM information model for constructing quotations efficiently in make-to-order manufacturing. And, in order to prove the usefulness of the proposed quotation management framework, we presents an case of the construction of an quotation management system based on the JAVA platform. As a result, the integrated quotation management system based on the proposed quotation management framework and quotation BOM has been successfully operated in a make-to-order company that manufactures marine engines.

Nowadays, customer-oriented manufacturing enterprises such as airplane, ship, ship engine, etc are knowledge-intensive and higher added value industries. In these companies, to quickly respond customer's order, a quotation management is a very important task. But, this task is very complex, time-consuming, resource- consuming, and difficult process because it is related with many departments within a company. In this paper, for the effective and efficient quotation management, the concept of product specification framework is introduced because a quotation BOM (bills of material) can be created from product specification. Also, this paper presents the product specification framework based quotation management process and implements the quotation management system for the ship engine division of 'H' company, one of customer-oriented manufacturing enterprises. As a result, the proposed quotation management concept reduced a lead time of drawing out quotations from $3{\sim}10$ days to 1 hour. And, the constructed quotation management system achieved a rapidity, accuracy, quality, and workload reduction of the quotation management process.

수주생산 환경에서 제조업체의 견적정보는 다양한 고객요구에 대응하여, 프로젝트의 입찰, 수주, 그리고 생산할 제품의 기초정보로 사용하는 중요한 정보이다. 이 견적정보는 고객요구, 제품생산 환경의 변화, 기술제휴사의 도면정보 변경, 그리고 제품의 기술 개선 등의 여러 요인에 의해 변경된다. 이러한 변경으로 인하여, 제조사가 고객의 요구사항을 반영하여 작성중인 견적정보에 다양한 변경이 발생한다. 이러한 다양한 변경요인에 따른 견적정보의 변경은 수주생산 기업의 입장에서 견적관리업무에 많은 부담을 주고 있다. 특히, 견적의 변경요인으로 인한 견적정보 변경은 고객중심의 주문생산 환경에서 고객의 요구사항에 의해 불가피하고 빈번하게 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 견적생성 프로세스를 기준으로 견적변경 프로세스를 제시하고, 일관적이고 효율적인 견적변경처리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 견적의 변경이 발생하는 요인을 정의하고, 각 요인에 대한 변경유형을 정의하였다. 그리고 견적변경에 대한 발생 요인별 사례를 통하여 견적변경 프로세스가 견적관리시스템에 적용되는 과정을 보여준다. 또한 제안된 견적변경 요인, 견적변경 유형, 견적변경 프로세스, 그리고 견적체계 관리의 유용성을 보여주기 위하여, 고객 중심의 수주생산기업인 'H'사의 선박엔진 부문의 통합 견적관리시스템에서의 견적변경처리 기능 및 절차에 적용하였다. 그 결과, 견적변경 요인에 따른 견적변경 처리 및 관리가 효율적으로 수행됨을 확인하였다.

The accurate quotation of Available-To-Promise (ATP) plays a very important role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fill rate maximization. However, the complexity of Supply Chain structure, which includes all the linkages among procurement, production, and distribution, makes the accurate quotation of ATP be a quite difficult job. This paper presents a computerized ATP quotation system in global SCM environments where the worldwide headquarter, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities are globally networked. We modeled the ATP quotation processes with the definition of required data flow and a comprehensive ATP-algorithm was newly developed. The illustrative example shows the efficiency of the proposed system is largely affected by the selection of alternative rules used in ATP-algorithm.

After free trade, it is increasing to import crops, aquatic products, and livestock which are produce in a foreign land. But it is affect negatively to trust relationships and markets of Jeju's foods because of breaking it out that foreign productions exchange domestic. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented the Genuine Quotation system of Black pigs using UHF RFID. This system is developed for distinguishing spuriousness, then searching information of the product through EPC ONS in EPCIS to print within a screen. Moreover, this intuitional and efficient system is constructed by connecting various sensors and lights. It can be contributed income increase thorough the security for the quality authority of the agricultural & stockbreeding products with FCS, FCG Certificate and the genuine certificate of the black pig which is the one of most typical agricultural & stockbreeding products in the pure Green Province, Jeju.

건설 가설재 성능검정제도의 전환기에 들어서 주요 가설재들의 성능검정을 평가하고 선진국의 관련 체계와 비교하여, 안전인증제를 통해 새로운 건설공사용 가설재들의 인증제도를 제안하고자 한다. 현재의 성능검정제도는 1992년에 시작되어 2003년에 재 개정되면서, 3년마다 재 검정을 받도록 하고 있다. 그러나 제조능력을 향상시키지 못하고 업체 간 가격경쟁의 심화로 인해 대부분 같은 형태, 기능의 제품만을 양산하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 성능검정제도에서 안전인증제로의 전환은 보다 체계적인 심사방법 및 품질관리 시스템을 포함하고 있으며, 건설 환경 변화에 대응할 수 있는 다양한 요구사항에 맞춘 규격을 제시할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 안전인증제를 통한 건설공사의 가설재는 의무인증대상과 임의인증대상으로 나누어지며, 종전보다 제품의 품질과 관리 시스템을 향상시켜줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 원자재로부터 최종 제품까지의 프로세스를 정보 기술을 이용하여 최적화시키는 전략인 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 중에서 고객의 주문을 받아서 납기를 회신해주는 ATP를 대상으로 하고 있다. ATP는 고객의 주문에 신속하게 반응할 수 있어야 하며 기업의 생산 환경 및 물류 환경과 밀접하게 연결되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 조립 라인을 대상으로 한 Flow shop에서 고객의 주문을 받아서 납기를 주는 ATP Model과 이에 대한 기법을 제시하였다. 새로운 주문에 대한 납기 제시를 위한 기법에는 각 Workstation의 생산능력을 고려하여 주문을 라인에 할당하는 접근 방법을 사용하였으며 제안된 기법의 성능은 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

Today's competitive global market makes most enterprise endeavor to specialize their business areas, and co-operate with trading partners in supply chain by the forms of collaboration, information and business process sharing. However, even the supply chain plan generated by co-operation often fails to be executed successfully, because it was generated without capacities of suppliers and more over nested suppliers. To overcome this limitation, the supply chain plan of an enterprise should be generated truly integrated way. In this paper, we classify business patterns based on scenarios about quotation processing and supply chain planning in self-integrated environment. And we present business process models about four business patterns and describe them, which are classified by whether request for quotation includes information about price, required time periods, and quantity for each required time period and whether it is received from customer or sent to supplier. In addition, we describe the types of supply chain planning problem.

The present business environment has been incurred much competition by oversupply so that customers have been to have more opportunities in selection of firms to produce required product. Under this circumstance, companies have to provide attractive proposal (for example, low price and on time delivery) to customers as considering their capacity and risk for their survival. Therefore this paper proposes a method to select customer and to propose price and due date for maximum profit in the restricted situation.

As for the Elect-CAD, it was developed a design of the electricity equipment which did manually, a quotation, all kinds of bill writing in the program that Package anger became. Elect-CAD can easily write an estimate back by all kinds of bill writing and estimatic with a design at the same time, and maximization gets an efficiency of work done and can efficiently manage project, and it is a revolutionary program in a management plane.
