Purpose: This study aims to study the perception of merchants and customers about the odor problem of traditional markets in Wonju, Gangwon-do. Research design, data and methodology: A survey was conducted to investigate the perception. The survey consisted of 11 questions for merchants and 12 questions for customers. Results: In a survey of merchants - The question 'What kind of smell did you smell at the traditional market?' was investigated with multiple responses. Regarding the odor experience, unclean odor was the highest with 105 votes (36%), followed by rotting odor with 82 votes (28.1%) and other odors with 44 votes (15.1%). In a survey of customers - The question 'What kind of smell did you smell at the traditional market?' was investigated with multiple responses. As a result of the survey, filthy smell was the highest with 98 votes (43.2%). Next, rotten smell was found with 60 votes (26.4%) and others with 31 votes (13.7%). Conclusions: If the odor problem in the traditional market is solved, the economic and health damage to the merchants will be reduced. Further, it will help to revitalize traditional markets by increasing customer visits. As a solution, it is judged that it is good to study the direction of the establishment of a real-time monitoring system and the preparation and application of odor removal measures.

Although logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment, there are still a lot of question: what variables determine the extent of logistics service effect, how difficultly do the determinants affecting logistics service effect and how accomplish the decision making in the implementation of inter-organization information system. The purpose of this study is to examine a model to utilize the application and effect of logistics service through e-marketplaces. The results of empirical analysis are mentioned as follows; First, among the interorganization information system factors, four variables(top management support in organization characters, competitive degree in environment characters, relative advantage and information efficiency in innovation characters) have been shown to be primary determinant of the effect of logistics service quality. Second, the type of independent variable used results in a significant difference in the effect of logistics service quality. Third, Korean firms have to pursue the corporate strategy focused on logistics service quality.

POSCO has a plan for facility expansion in plate mill by building No.3 Plate Mill. By No.3 Plate Mill's coming on line, POSCO' current plate production of 2.3 million tons will increase by over 1 million tons to 3.36 million tons (Currently, annual domestic demand for plates is 4.42 million tons). With the plan of facility expansion, POSCO also has the plan of integrating the Plate Warehouse. But, we came to have a question whether the roller table from the mill to the warehouse could carry extended products. Engineers working in the mill wanted to install transfer facility to reduce the load of the roller table, but the engineers in facility purchasing team didn't want to buy the new facility. So, We needed to analyzed the material flow by simulation. The simulation was done on the VAX system by SLAM II. And this project was done by two engineers for 2 months. In the end, we concluded that two transfer facilities are needed for material flow with no bottle neck point.

The information revolution is sweeping through the global economy. The strategic significance of the information and information technology have been some what underestimated. Now they are transforming the structure of competition. Information technology must be applied to improve and sustain an organization's competitive advantage. The successful implementation of information technology is dependent on the effectiveness of information systems planning. However, the selection of the right methodology still remains a open question. This paper describes the existing methodologies for information system planning. A complementary approach to strategic information systems planning, which was developed for a steel company, is suggested. The approach attempts to combine Business Systems Planning of IBM and Critical Success Factors Analysis for effective information systems planning. Although this approach is in the experimental stage it looks to be of benefit to large organizations which require information planning for managerial level.

As will be seen, this paper is tries that the research on the mathematical structure of Markov process and Markovian sequential decision process (the policy improvement iteration method,) moreover, that it analyze the logic and the characteristic of behavior of mathematical model of Markov process. Therefore firstly, it classify, on research of mathematical structure of Markov process, the forward equation and backward equation of Chapman-kolmogorov equation and of kolmogorov differential equation, and then have survey on logic of equation systems or on the question of uniqueness and existence of solution of the equation. Secondly, it classify, at the Markovian sequential decision process, the case of discrete time parameter and the continuous time parameter, and then it explore the logic system of characteristic of the behavior, the value determination operation and the policy improvement routine.

In the light of these analysis of the recorded rainfall data from the meteorological observatories in Kyungpook area, hydraulic and hydrological data based on the representative watershed area and questionnaire or visiting letters to the 21 Land Reclamation Association in Kyungpook province, the hydrological backgrounds being the question to the irrigation facilities in Kyungpook Province or nation wide were studied partialy and the system of conservation and management of agricultural water sources facilities, prevention countermeasures to the drought and flood disasters, prediction of available surface waterflow and need or needless of new facilities establishment were reviewed in this paper. In the results, Technical and financial management and conservation investments of the already constructed ficalities should urgently and firstly be considered than the newly being established one.

Many corporations will get much mote benefits if they investigate the model deciding to purchasing mobile phone in that cell phone of our country has about 20% of market share in the world market. Considering this situation to divide cell phone market between CDMA and GSM in world market, it is not easy to make cell phone to satisfy the suitable method which each country wants. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about consumer purchasing decision of each country. The research is to study how it is Effected by any factor when comsumer selects product and make research model. Based on the research model, we is to make a question. The research Is to complete the theoretical system on the basis of records about the cell phone and to study the improvement strategic using AHP and Conjoint Analysis which analyzes the consuming trend to customer's cell phone.

Given the trend of increased apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, the maintenance of apartment buildings has been set a higher value. For this reason, a total performance evaluation model of the existing buildings has recently been developed. But, it has a lack of the management work analysis. The purpose of this study, therefore, is the management work analysis for items selection of maintenance performance evaluation of apartment buildings. Candidate items of Maintenance performance evaluation was made with the existing literature and business system analysis. Easy, systemicity of performance evaluation supplemented doing question to academic experts and housing managers. Finally decided maintenance performance evaluation items are to classify 14 administrative and 15 technical items.

Since the Internet has grown into a large communication infrastructure, the network management system to systematically manage the large number of network components has become an essential part of the Internet. The rapid growth of network size has brought into question the scalability of the existing centralized model, such as SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and CMIP (Common Management Information Protocol). Thus, for efficient network management, researches about mobile agent have also been performed recently. This paper presents analytical models of centralized approach based on SNMP protocol, distributed approach based on mobile agent, and mixed mode to make up for shortcomings of SNMP and mobile agent. We compare the performance of these analytical models based on network management response time. Experiment results show that performance of mobile agent and the mixed mode is less sensitive to the delay in WAN network environment. However, SNMP is more efficient for the simple network environment like LAN.

In Korea construction project case, architectural construction project is curtailed production because information network process within multidisciplinary isn't smooth. Particularly, the construction is not insufficient about performance, cost and material, construction process, etc. in result various question arises because of design error in construction step. And various mistake is made because communication path within multidisciplinary isn't smooth in architectural design and design change process. Therefore The final object of this study is to propose the establishment method of decision support model for the cooperative design in order to provides improved design coordination and optimize the building system.
