시금치를 첨가한 자장면의 품질특성 (Quality Characteristics of $Jajang$ Noodles with Added Spinach)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics of $Jajang$ noodles with added spinach (20%, 30% and 50% based on water). Significant increases ($p$<0.05) were found in cooked weight, water absorption of cooked noodles, turbidity of soup, while soup volume did not changed in proportion to the addition of spinach. Decrease of L and a values and an increase of b values were shown with the increase of spinach concentration. For textural properties, hardness was the lowest in 50% spinach noodles and the highest in 20% spinach noodles. The cohesiveness and springiness values of 20% and 30% spinach noodles were superior to those of the control, but a rise in spinach concentration (50%) lead to a reduction these values. In a sensory evaluation, the most acceptable sample was the 30% spinach noodle sample. These results suggest an addition of 30% spinach is suitable for spinach $Jajang$ noodle processing.

A Preliminary Study on the Leisure Life Style in Korea : Based on the life value system and leisure life type

  • Leisure time is a critical part of modern life and is increasingly important in modern society. Therefore, analyzing expectations and values of leisure and researching leisure practices are integral in measuring the quality of life. In this respect, differences between values and attitudes leading to the ideal leisure life and the actual leisure life could provoke negative influence on our lives, further, decreasing quality of life. Therefore, classifying leisure lifestyle through analyzing value of lifestyle and the actual state of leisure precisely is very necessary. Leisure lifestyle could be very useful standard satisfying various desires and demands related to leisure. In the research, we surveyed 3,000 people over 10 years of age, one on one interview method, asking value of life behaviors (Individualism vs. Collectivism, Pro-Stability vs. Pro-Change, Statistical way of life vs. Active way of life, Family-centered life vs. Work-centered life) and practices of leisure life (With whom, How frequently, Where, For what) in respect to both value and behaviors. Through this survey, five groups of leisure life type have been identified; "Community-oriented Type", "Cocoon Type", "Family-oriented Type", "Personal-stability Type" and "Multiplicity Type". These leisure lifestyles would provide effectual alternatives for reducing gaps between expectations for ideal leisure life and actual life. Furthermore, this could be used for ground work to develop measurements for satisfying various leisure demands.

한국 거주 외국인의 의료서비스 경험 (Foreign Residents' Experience of Korean Health Care Services)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the experience of health care services by foreign residents in Korea. Method: Participants were 12 foreigners from China, North America, and Japan. Qualitative data were collected using three focus group interviews and analyzed with qualitative content analysis. Results: The participants' experience of health services was categorized as 21 sub-categories, 11 categories and three main categories. The main categories were 'Quality of health care', 'Health care personnel', and 'Health care system and infrastructure'. The main category of 'Quality of health care' included three categories, 'Health care personnel' included another four categories, and 'Health care system and infrastructure' included the remaining four categories. The participants reported positive experiences such as favorable feelings and satisfaction particularly, with the high quality of health care but also negative experiences such as apprehension, distrust, difficulties, and inconvenience in the health care service in Korea. Conclusions: The results of this study can be helpful in the development of strategies to improve health care services for foreigners by providing fundamental information about the foreign residents' experience of health care services in Korea from their perspectives.

군단위 농촌지역의 스포츠이벤트에서 서비스품질 만족이 지역 이미지와 재방문의사에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Satisfaction with Service Quality of County Level Local Sport Event on Local Image and Re-Visit Intention)

  • The service quality and image are a central factor in understanding tourists destination choice. Existing literature suggests that sport event and destination image could interact to influence tourism behaviours. The purpose of this study w as to identify the factors influencing local image and re-visit intention in the 68th Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Sport Event held in Yesan city. The results of the study are as follows; First, as a result of factor analysis on the satisfaction with the sports event composed of 17 items, three factors were categorized, which were 'event management', 'event facility' and 'supporting facilities'. Second, satisfaction with local event had a positive effect on local image. Especially, satisfaction with event management had greater effect on local image than event facilities and supporting facilities. Third, as satisfaction with local event had positive effect on re-visitation intention, satisfaction with sports event had positive effect on the success of the sport event itself and re-visitation intention for the region. Fourth, as local image had a positive effect on re-visitation intention, strategic approaches to linking factors of tourism are required to attract visitors in addition to sports events.

  • 정보시스템에 대한 감리대상이 과거 업무단위 시스템을 중심으로 수행하던 2단계 감리에서 통합 정보시스템에 대한 감리가 개발 전과정을 3단계로 더 심화된 감리를 단계별로 수행하고 있어, 감리품질에 대한 제3자 확인 등 정보시스템 감리에 대한 사회적 책임의 요구가 높아지고 있다. 따라서 감리품질을 향상시키기 위해 감리품질에 영향을 주는 요인에 대한 연구와 감리품질 향상에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 개발된 리더십 이론을 총괄감리원의 역량 규명 및 감리원의 임파워먼트 분석에 활용하여 총괄감리원 역량과 감리인 임파워먼트 등이 감리서비스 품질 간의 인과관계를 분석할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고 현장에서 감리를 수행하는 감리원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 그 내용을 LISREL을 이용하여 구조방정식인 방법으로 실증적으로 검증하였다.

앱(app) 쇼핑몰의 서비스품질과 구매의도에 관한 연구 (e-Service Quality and Behavioral Intention in the App Shopping Mall)

  • 최근 스마트폰 이용은 전자상거래 시장에 새로운 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이 연구에서는 스마트 폰을 이용한 앱 쇼핑몰 이용자의 e-서비스품질과 관련 개념의 관계를 밝히려는 목적에서 연구되었다. 연구결과 앱 쇼핑몰의 e-서비스품질 차원은 사용편의성, 디자인, 고객서비스, 연결성, 보안성 등으로 확인되었다. 그리고 e-서비스품질과 고객만족, 구매의도간 영향관계도 밀접하다. 앞으로 앱 쇼핑몰 경영자는 스마트폰 이용자가 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 개발과 서비스개발에 중점을 두어야 한다. 특히 e-서비스품질 항목의 관리를 통하여 고객만족을 가져오고 이를 바탕으로 재구매 고객을 늘리려는 노력에 관심을 기울여야 한다.

외식 자원 구성 요인이 여가 만족도 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Dining-out Resource on Leisure Satisfaction and Quality of Life)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in satisfaction of leisure life and quality of life using standardized evaluation tools developed by WHO. Resource availability when dining out was measured by objective index(time of dining out, dining out expense) and subjective index(perceived satisfaction with time of dining out and dining out expense). In this study, 500 questionnaires(male & female adults) located in Seoul and the metropolitan area were sampled by convenience sampling and gather in 433 sheets of questionnaire. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS Win 12.0. As a result there was high positive correlation between time of dining out, dining out expense and perceived satisfaction with time of dining out and dining out expense. Moreover, dining out resources impact on leisure life satisfaction and quality of life. Leisure life satisfaction had fairly high effects on quality of life. Since there is an increase in leisure time the desire to improve quality of life while enjoying dining out as a part of leisure life is increasing and as various forms of consumption takes place, it suggests that segmentation of dining out market is necessary and marketing strategy should be established.

생활 및 관광자원으로서의 특성을 고려한 농촌어메니티의 지역별 수준평가 (Evaluation of Regional Rural Amenity Values on Living and Tourism Resource Characteristics)

  • The rural area has kept traditions and green open spaces highlighted in these days since the life quality elevated. Institute of Rural Resources Development has been conducting nation-wide survey project for rural amenity resources to construct the databases of rural amenity distribution and richness. Using surveyed data from the project, this study was implemented to evaluate rural amenity values based on SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method considering two aspects including living and tourism amenity. For defining the set of evaluation criteria, the rural amenity resources were classified into almost intact nature resources(natural resources), interaction between nature and man resources(cultural resources) and man-made resources(social resources). The weighting values of the criteria were evaluated from the step wise pair-comparison results by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. In the results of weighting values related to living amenity, social resources was the hightest ranked criterion (0.512), followed by cultural resources (0.245) and natural resources (0.243). On the other hand, the results related to tourism amenity was that weighting values of natural resources, cultural resources and social resources were 0.481, 0.340 and 0.179, respectively. The two aspects evaluation methods was applied to the selected 18 areas (Myeon administration level) in Chungcheongbuk Do. The results demonstrated the differences of amenity values for living conditions and tourism conditions and could be used for prioritizing rural amenity planning.

식공간의 매력성이 레스토랑 서비스 품질 평가와 이용 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of an Attractive Dining Space on Customers' Service Quality Evaluation and Purchasing Intention)

  • 본 연구를 통해 레스토랑의 식공간 매력성(attractiveness)이 고객들의 레스토랑 평가에 어떻게 영향을 미치게 되는지를 실험 연구 방법에 의해서 규명하고, 동시에 소비자 행동에 영향을 미치는 구매 위험 지각과 감성 강도가 레스토랑 평가에 대한 식공간 매력성의 효과를 어떻게 조절하는지를 확인하였다. 한편, 종속 변수를 레스토랑의 예상된 서비스 품질과 이용 의도로 설정하고 식공간 연출의 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 매력적으로 연출된 식공간은 매력적이지 못한 식공간에 비해 레스토랑 고객들의 예상된 서비스 품질에 대한 긍정적인 평가를 유도하고, 또한 이용 의도를 증가시켰다. 둘째, 연출된 식공간의 매력성은 저(低)위험 지각의 구매 상황보다 고(高)위험 지각의 구매 상황에서 레스토랑 고객들의 예상된 서비스 품질과 이용 의도에 대해 보다 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 연출된 식공간의 매력성은 감성 강도가 낮은 고객보다 높은 고객의 예상된 서비스 품질과 이용의도에 대해 보다 큰 영향을 주어 개인 특성 변수인 감성 강도의 조절 효과가 밝혀졌다.

외식서비스품질과 고객만족, 충성도 간의 구조적 관계에서 고객가치의 매개역할에 관한 연구 : 20-30대 소비자를 중심으로 (A Study on the Mediating Role of Customer Value in the Structural Relationships among Restaurant Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Loyalty: Focusing on Ages 20s-30s)

  • 본 연구는 외식서비스품질과 고객가치, 고객만족, 충성도 사이의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 그 구조적 관계에서 고객가치의 매개역할을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기위해 대구지역의 한식당, 패스트푸드, 피자레스토랑, 패밀리레스토랑을 이용해 본 경험이 있는 20-30대 소비자를 대상으로 할당표본추출을 시도하였다. 조사는 2010년 5월 20일-6월 20일까지 1개월간 진행되었고, 459부가 최종분석에 사용되었으며, IBM SPSS 19.0과 IBM AMOS 19.0을 사용하여 최종분석 하였다. 분석결과 접점서비스와 음식품질과 같은 외식서비스품질 요소가 고객가치, 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객가치는 고객만족과 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족은 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 접점서비스와 음식품질이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 고객가치의 매개역할은 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
