현재의 인터넷망을 이용하여 음성, 화상 정보를 실시간으로 이용하고자 하는 다양한 응용이 시도되어 왔다. 인터넷망이 최선의 노력(best effort)만을 제공하기 때문에 발생되는 신뢰성과 지연의 문제는 이미 많은 연구가 있어왔고 현재 어느 정도의 서비스 품질을 획득하여 인터넷폰과 같은 서비스가 실제로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 무선 통신의 경우는 이에 더하여 무선 구간에서의 자원 할당의 문제가 남아 있다. 본 연구에서는 코어 망으로 인터넷 프로토콜을 사용하는 차세대 망에서, 무선 이동단말 간의 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능하도록 효율적인 주파수 할당을 지원하는 QoS 관리자를 설계하였다. 제안한 QoS(Quality of Service) 관리자는 요구 대역폭이 다른 멀티미디어 호 요청에 대해 융통성 있는 주파수 할당이 가능하도록 대국의 QoS 관리자와의 협상을 통해 제한된 범위 내에서 서비스 품질을 조절하여 보다 높은 서비스 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 한다.

This study applicates one of the five elaborated functional analyses of Piotr Stztompka to the housewives’study. The four general assumptions of plurality, wholeness, integration and boundary of the simple system issue the eight specific solutions; reciprocity, exploitation, consensus, conflict, dependence, autonomy, isolation and structural context of the relationships among the various elements of the system. From the eight specific assumptions of the housewives’studies, we have found that many managerial subsystem studies see the housewives’relationships to other elements in their reciprocity, concensus, dependence and isolation characteristics. If the assumptions of autonomy and structual context are used to this kind of study, we can understand the housewives’problem and potential but as an active subject of their humanlives, not as a simply passive primary manager of the family, and we can find a new concept of the development to change the housewives’quality of life.

Recently, the KEPCO is constructing the PQMS(Power Quality Monitoring System) each of the distribution line and will establish the voltage sag standard based on the long time measurement data of PQMS. The voltage sag prospect is difficult for the power system manager, however, the voltage sag forecasted is very important because the damage effect of the voltage sag is very broad. This paper describes the prospect formula of the voltage sag magnitude in the PCC(Point Common Coupling) by the starting current when the high capacity equipment is connected with the distribution line. To achieve this, this paper has proposed the sag prospect formula revision of KEPCO for the reliability improvement and the proposed formula has been applied the voltage sag real case to inspect the calculation procedure and reliability.

With recent advances in technology and the changing nature of business, call center management has become a rapidly growing industry. However theoretical analysis about the call center system is very difficult, and the forecasting of call volume also. In the situation, it is significant that we study call-flow system, design system model and perform simulation. If these are possible, it is able to control the staff schedule and the resource management efficiently. This study introduces the process of applying the call center to simulation. So, it is feasible to break from the intuitive management by a minority manager and analyze it scientifically. The enterprise can reduce unnecessary expense, make an offer high quality to user in a keen competition

This paper presents a direction that can help PC sales manager establish more effective marketing strategy by understanding how they get information on the products and what they consider most when the consumers purchase personal Computer. The survey was conducted on the two groups of OSAN College students classified according to their computer handling skill. Frequency analysis has shown that consumers largely got information on the products through word of mouth of friends or family members rather than mass media advertisement. And factor analysis has shown that consumers consider the qualify of after service has brand name most when they buy PC. Particularly, the consumers who are good at dealing with PC are more concerned with the quality of after service, brand name, salesman's kindness and delivery-installation than the ones having poor PC skills are. This survey results indicate that PC sales managers need to set up different marketing strategies in accordance with the consumer's PC utilizing capability.

Background: Infantile colic (IC) is excessive crying in otherwise healthy children. Despite vast research efforts, its etiology remains unknown. Purpose: Most treatments for IC carry various side effects. The collection of evidence may inform researchers of new strategies for the management and treatment of IC as well as new clues for understanding its pathogenesis. This review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the efficacy and possible mechanisms of probiotics for mananaging IC. Methods: Ten papers met the study inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager (RevMan) software and a random-effects model. Results: This meta-analysis revealed that probiotics are effective for treating infantile colic, while the review showed that this efficacy may be due to their anti-inflammatory effects. Conclusion: Probiotics may be an important treatment option for managing infantile colic due to their anti-inflammatory properties.

The purpose of this study is to develop the web-based system for work performance analysis(WPAS). The need of work performance analysis system has already been suggested in many previous researches on the computerization of the performance measurement in the construction site by using the indicators such as time, cost and quality. However, they had focused on measuring or analyzing the result when the project would be over. The WPAS suggests three indicators - work reliability, work effectiveness and work efficiency - to manage the performance of the construction site. It can help the manager more easily recognize the status of on-going work in the construction site by measuring and analyzing the work reliability rate, the work effectiveness and work efficiency every day. This research includes the procedures for WPAS measurement process, database structure of WPAS which was analyzed by the IDEF0 and the data flow diagram. Finally, this research introduces the result of WAPS's case studies and validation in the Korean construction site.

Traditional project management theory is based on a three-dimensional life cycle approach where the project managerseeks to optimize the dimensions of cost-schedule-technical (quality or design). This paper reports the findings of a case study analysis of two complex mega-projects in Michigan which confirm the findings of previous research and illustrates the use of a framework for five-dimensional project management (5DPM) that is for conceptualizing a complex project's scope of work. The framework elevates the recognition that the project's social/political context and the financial arrangements create complexity adding two new dimensions. This paper also demonstrates a methodology to graphically display a project's complexity to better understand and prioritize the available resources. The result is a "complexity footprint" that may help a complex project manager identify the boundary between controllable and uncontrollable projects impacts. The paper finds that applying 5DPM to the two case study projects has given the project delivery team a tool which is actually adding value to the complex project management process.

정부는 공공데이터 품질관리 수준평가를 진행하여 공공 개방데이터의 품질관리를 진행하고 있다. 공공 개방데이터는 XML, JSON, CSV 등 여러 오픈포맷 형태로 제공되며 CSV 형식이 대다수를 차지한다. 이러한 CSV 형식의 공공 개방데이터 품질진단 시 품질진단 담당자가 공공 개방데이터 파일의 필드명과 필드 내 데이터에 의존하여 필드 별 도메인을 판단하여 진단한다. 그러나 대량의 개방 데이터 파일을 대상으로 품질진단을 수행하기 때문에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 또한 의미 파악이 어려운 필드의 경우 품질진단의 정확성이 품질진단 담당자의 데이터 이해도 역량의 영향을 받는다. 본 논문은 필드명과 데이터 분포 통계를 이용한 CSV 형식 공공 개방데이터의 도메인 판별 모델을 제안하여 품질진단 결과가 품질진단 담당자의 역량에 좌지우지 되지 않도록 일관성과 정확성을 보장하고 진단 소요 시간 단축을 지원한다. 본 논문의 모델 적용 결과 행정안전부에서 제공하는 파일형식 개방데이터 진단도구보다 2.8% 높은 약 77%의 정답률을 보였다. 이를 통해 공공데이터 품질관리 수준진단·평가에 제안 모델 적용 시 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

사례관리의 수행요소가 지역거주 정신장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향이 소비자 만족도에 의해 어떻게 매개되는지를 분석하였다. 분석대상은 지역사회정신보건서비스 기관 중 사례관리를 수행하는 18개 기관과, 이 기관의 서비스를 이용하는 381명의 정신장애인이다. 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 클라이언트 수준과 기관 수준의 자료를 동시에 고려하는 위계적 선형모형(HLM: Hierarchical Lineral Model)을 적용하여 검증하였다. 주요한 연구 결과는 실무자의 담당 사례량이 삶의 질에 직접적 영향을 주었다. 사례관리팀 접근은 소비자 만족도에 직접적 영향을 미친 반면, 소비자 만족도를 매개하여 삶의 질에 이르는 간접적 영향은 미미하였다. 적절한 사례량의 확보 및 사례관리자 확대, 팀접근의 유용성에 대한 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.
