고속망에서 분산 멀티미디어 응용을 위한 트랜스포트 계층 프로토콜은 사용자로부터 요청된 서비스 품질(QoS:Quality of Serice)을 만족해야 한다. 이러한 서비스 품질은 요구 대역폭, 종단간 전송 지연, 처리율 등과 같이 망의 속도에 의존적인 인자와 다양한 형태 의 그룹 통신, 멀티미디어 특성에 따른 재전송 방법, 허용되는 패킷 에러율, 그리고 전송 우선 순위 등 그렇지 않은 인자로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자로부터 요청된 품질을 성능에 관련된 인자와 비성능 인자로 구분하여, 성능에 관련된 인자는 서비스품질 관리자인DQM(Distributed QoS Manager)를 통하여 ATM 트래픽 인자로 변환 시키고, 비성능 인자는 고성능 그룹 트랜스포트 프로토콜인 DMTP(Distributed Multimedia Transport Protocol)를 이용하여 제공한다.특히 DMTP는 IP를 고려해서 설계했기 때문에 하부 계층으로 ATM 이외에 이더넷, 토큰 링, FDDI와 같은 기존의 LAN 환경에서도 효율 적으로 적용될 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 혈액투석환자를 대상으로 적용된 스트레스 중재프로그램을 메타분석하여 스트레스 중재프로그램의 효과를 확인하고, 스트레스 중재 방법의 특성과 경향을 파악하기 위함이다. 분석대상연구는 총 10편으로 MINORS를 사용하여 문헌의 질평가를 실시하였으며, Comprehen sive Meta Analysis Version 3.0 및 Review manager version 5.3을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구의 질 평가 점수는 21.2점이었으며, 중재프로그램의 심리적 스트레스에 대한 효과크기는 -.72, 생리적 스트레스 중 코티졸의 효과크기는 -.52로 보통의 효과를 보였다. 하위그룹 분석에서 음악요법, 아로마요법, 투석 중 중재, 개인중재, 1회당 60분 이상의 중재, 총 10~20회기 중재의 효과가 더 컸다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 추후 효과적인 스트레스 중재프로그램을 구성할 수 있을 것이며, 추후 혈액투석환자를 대상으로 한 무작위배정 실험연구가 더 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 복합하고 다양한 문제를 가지고 있는 재가노인의 욕구충족을 위해 사례관리 서비스를 제공하고 그 효과성을 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구에서 사용한 사례관리모델은 팀접근 모델이며, 이는 사례관리팀을 이루어 그 안에서 수퍼비전을 제공하고, 인력활용이 이루어지는 형태이다. 수퍼비전은 지역 사회 내에서 활동하는 전문가들로 조직된 팀에서 제공하고, 서비스는 주요사례관리자와 준전문가로 구성된 활동가팀에서 담당하였다. 준전문가는 1주일에 한 번 노인클라이언트의 가정에 방문하여 노인의 상황을 모니터링 하였으며, 주요사례관리자는 상담 제공과 지역사회 자원을 연결하였다. 비동일 통제집단설계를 사용해 6개월간 제공된 팀접근 사례관리 서비스의 효과성을 검증하였는데, 사용된 도구는 삶의 질과 삶의 만족도였다. 실험집단 노인 30명에게 사례관리 서비스를 실시한 결과 삶의 질과 삶의 만족도는 부분적으로 사전사후 점수간에 유의미한 차이를 보여 팀접근 사례관리 서비스의 효과성이 입증되었다. 비교집단의 노인 28명은 일상적인 재가복지서비스를 받게 하였으며, 사전사후 점수간에 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않아 팀접근 사례관리 서비스는 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager's leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

본 연구는 수도권의 중소 벤처기업에 근무하고 있는 관리자를 대상으로 하여 정보시스템 특성과 조직특성이 과정적 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. ICT 도입과 기업성과에 대한 선행연구에서는 대기업과 일반 중소기업을 대상으로 한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 중소벤처기업의 특성을 고려하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 시스템 특성의 시스템 적합성, 시스템 품질, IT 자산은 과정적 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 조직특성의 관리자 인지, 인적자원의 역량은 과정적 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나 평가와 보상은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 선행연구에서 제시하고 있는 연구결과와 대부분 동일한 분석결과를 보이고 있었다. 벤처기업은 자금력이나 기술, 조직관리 능력이 일반 중소기업 보다 대부분 열악하다. 그러나 새로운 정보시스템의 도입과 확산 요인은 일반 중소기업과 큰 차이가 없음을 알 수 있었다.

'데이터 경제(Data Economy)'의 기폭제 역할을 한 코로나시대를 맞이하여 모든 일상은 디지털 형태로 급속하게 전환되고 있다. 디지털 데이터의 양과 질적은 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 국내 데이터 산업은 다양한 데이터 인력이 필요하지만, 양질의 데이터 인력은 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 수요가 많은 데이터 인력은 개발 인력이지만, 데이터 산업의 부가가치를 높이기 위해서 데이터 비즈니스 인력이 필요하다. 데이터 비즈니스 인력 중에서 높은 핵심적인 가치를 창출하는 데이터 트레이드 매니저의 역할이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 데이터 트레이드 메니저의 직무 정의, 필요한 지식 및 기술, 양성 교육 과정에 필요한 교육 내용 등을 델파이 연구를 통해서 도출한다. 연구 결과의 유효성을 파악하기 위하여 전문가와 직업 수요자를 대상으로 데이터 트레이드 메니저의 직업 안착 가능성을 검증한다. 본 연구는 데이터 인력 양성에 근거가 되는 교육 모델의 이론적 근거로 활용될 수 있고, 향후 인력 양성 정책 수립에 활용될 수 있다.

Because each building is built in different time, there exists different equipment to meet the need for each age. Before the announcement of "Community Management Regulation", the old communities usually suffer the problem of lower requirement and living quality. This may bring some security problem that we should face. In this research, we construct "Building Administration System" to provide users a tool to perform a standard operation procedure in community management. This powerful tool will also help manager to effectively handle important tasks in property administrating by reducing unnecessary documentation. In the current regulation, all community committee members shall be voted each year. This will seriously affect the cumulative of management knowledge and cause a worse efficiency. In this research, we use Object Oriented concept and Visual Modeling techniques to combine with Interbase, ER/Studio, and Delphi to develop this management system for Building Property. Through the help of current computing technology, we can solve the problem that can not be inherited and the storing of the huge amount of data. In this system, we develop the modules such as Basic Data Module, Administrative Expense Calculation, Receipt Print, and Inquiring for Inheritance. In this system, we have integrated all houses, parking lots, and public equipments in it. Manager will only need to handle some basic accounting data; the system will automatically handle the rest. Through the help of this system, the community management staff can be easily accomplished and put more manpower on some needed aspect to improve the living quality.

건설 PMIS(Project Management Information System, 이하 PMIS)는 과거의 업무보조 수단에서 벗어나 프로젝트의 성공을 위한 필수적인 도구 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 정보관리시스템 구축 목표와 전략 부재로 인해 투자비 규모 설정은 물론 파급영향에 대한 기대감 상실로 정보화 노력이 일시적 현상에 그치고 있다. 이는 정보화 투자 대비 효과에 대한 검증이 부족하여 정보화를 추진하는데 있어 동기 부여가 되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공 간에 영향관계를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 건설 프로젝트 관리의 성공요인, 정보시스템 품질평가 및 성공모델 도출에 대한 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 프로젝트관리의 성공과 PMIS의 품질을 측정하기 위한 평가항목을 구성하였으며 실제 PMIS의 사용자인 시공사, 사업관리자(Construction Manager, 이하 CM)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료들로 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 건설 사업에서 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공간의 영향관계를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this report is to investigate and analyze development and achievement of flowing and high-strength concrete by reacy mixed concrete companies in Korea. For this purpose, the investigation was divided into three parts, i.e., superplasticizers, flowing concrete, high-strength concrete. And, they were asked to quality control manager in ready mixed concrete companies. Many researches have been carried out. And, flowing concrete is applied to field in a few case. In order to improve practical applicability of high-strength concrete and make concrete strength higher, to begin with, profound research for concrete ingredients will be needed along with presentation of methods for obtaining workability and quality assurance.

The higher develops the industrial techniques, the more reliability of mac hi nary, equipments and systems want the consumers. So, it is a key to succeed in the new-product development that the consumers can put reliance on the product to be made in the product design stage. This study intends to help the product designer and the system manager by presenting them better reliability prediction techniques. For this purpose, the author built some fundamental reliability system models. And then predict the system reliability by estimating the elemental component's failure rate ${\lambda}_i$, and proposed an evaluation model. And also, a system is wrong according to the component's characteristics' degradation, we must estimate the degradation failure rate (average and standard deviation). For this, the "Moment method" is used.
