The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP. With the expansion of EC and the development of culture industry, Web-site shopping of cultural products have become recognized as one of the major purchasing channels for customers, as well as one of the competitive distribution channels for film distributors or theater group. The research is to investigate the impact of information quality and user interface quality on information service satisfaction and online purchasing intention of cultural products. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Both information quality and interface quality have meaningful influence on information service satisfaction and purchase intention. 2) Information service satisfaction gives significant impact on online purchasing intention irrespective of the level of customer involvement. 3) Information quality has a meaningful influence on online purchasing intention in case of high level of customer involvement, while interface quality gives strong impact on online purchasing intention in case of low level of consumer involvement. In conclusion, there is a need to consider the level of customer involvement for building a successful marketing strategy of online purchase sites of cultural products.
The purposes of this study were to identify customer expectation, perception and satisfaction of foodservice quality to analyze the influencing factors on foodservice quality and finally to provide basic information for the improvement of foodservice quality. A survey of 4 factory foodservices was undertaken and detailed information was collected from 675 respondents. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Male had higher scores than female in perceptions of foods and services, and the differences were statistically significant. As analysis of expectation, perception and satisfaction result of age, expectation and perception were statistically significant, and mostly expectation and perception increased according as age increased. Expectation and perception showed statistical differences by marital status. Married people had higher scores in expectation and perception of food and service than single. According to family type, respondents living alone showed lower scores in expectation and perception of food and service than those living with family or relatives. Conversely, living alone had high expectation on service. As analysis of work type, office workers showed higher scores of service expectation, food and service perception than production workers. As education level increased, food and service expectation and perception increased mostly. As analysis of work post, food and service expectation and perception increased as work post raised. Meanwhile, married people had higher scores in service quality of satisfaction than single. Result of the study can be summarized as follows the analysis of expectation, perception and satisfaction of foodservice quality, the Quadrant of food and service quality expectation and perception according to demographic variables. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the antecedent and consequential factors of satisfaction with the flexible working system. Organizational culture was examined as an antecedent factor, while job satisfaction, work performance, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and quality of life were examined as outcome factors. The data of 2,785 public officials who used the flexible work system in the Korea Institute of Public Administration (2022) data set were analyzed using SPSS 28.0. and PROCESS macro's Model 4. The main research findings are as follows. First, organizational cultures that respect individuality and cooperation, supports management, and aims for work autonomy all positively and significantly affect satisfaction with the flexible working system. When ranking the size of influence by the type of organizational culture, work autonomy, respect for individuality, and a cooperative organizational culture had a positive impact in that order, with work autonomy being the most influential factor. In addition, the public officials' age, job preparation period, self-evaluation of workload, and overtime working hours are significant antecedents of satisfaction with the flexible work system. Second, when examining consequential factors, a high level of satisfaction with the flexible working system affects job satisfaction (+), work performance (+), organizational commitment (+), turnover intention (-), and quality of life (+). Job satisfaction was an especially valid mediator between satisfaction with the flexible working system and other consequential factors, including work performance, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and quality of life.

In order to enhance competitiveness in the industry, financial companies are building a high level of customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by further strengthening not only the technical quality of the platform business but also the customer-oriented service quality. Theoretically, it is time for a theoretical review of whether the expansion of service quality using platform business in the financial industry is directly linked to the performance of financial companies, such as satisfaction and repurchase intention of existing customers. Based on the rapid growth of mobile and the main activities of financial platform companies above, This study attempted to test a significant impact on customer satisfaction and reuse intention on information services and system services, which are service quality of mobile financial platforms. Even if a number of financial companies compete with each other, they could survive by dividing the market, In the digital environment, customers have free access, so the winner can monopolize the market. It is an environment in which customers can move to platform companies that provide better services. The contents presented through the results in this study will be able to be used strategically in terms of the implementation and operation of the financial platform. In addition, it served as an opportunity to find independent variables that affect customer satisfaction and reuse intention, which are financial platform service quality, and suggested the possibility of continuous development of the platform in the future. In summary, the service quality of financial platforms can further expand users by emphasizing user visibility in terms of information services and utilizing user-centered financial platforms that increase customer satisfaction and reliability by strengthening the responsiveness and ease of system services. This study is of important value and is believed to have laid an important foundation for future research.

The purpose of this study is to examine residents' perceptions of the outdoor spaces of environmentally-friendly apartment complexes focused on quality of life. On-site intercept surveys were performed to collect data and samples were selected from the residents who are currently living in two different environmentally-friendly certified apartment complexes. This study has examined importance and satisfaction of outdoor spaces of the study sites as they relate to quality of life, as well as they correlation between the New Environmental Paradigm(NEP), and satisfaction and loyalty, respectively. Data were analyzed using several statistical methods including descriptive statistics, Importance-Satisfaction Analysis(ISA), t-test, and correlation. The results suggest that outdoor spaces of the apartment complexes are perceived as an important place to improve residents' quality of life. Residents showed a high satisfaction rate to the natural environmental features(e.g. natural areas present, amenity of space) while they showed a lower satisfaction rate to the social environmental features(e.g. access to public transportation). Although most residents tend to have the New Environmental Paradigm based on the study results, NEP did not influence the level of satisfaction in environmentally-friendly apartment complexes. In contrast, there was a significant relationship between NEP and loyalty. In addition, a strong correlation emerged between satisfaction of outdoor spaces and loyalty to the housing estates. Given these results, various recommendations were given to promote better use of outdoor spaces of dwellings to improve residents' quality of life.

This study was designed to obtain basic data for development of evaluation tool which would be needed to measure the outcome of general quality nursing care of individual patient. The purpose of this study was to analyze and classify the outcome indicators of quality nursing care. The 29 articles of quality nursing care and outcome measures were selected coveniently, and analyzed to classify the outcome indicators of quality nursing care using open coding method. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Quality nursing care was defined as level of excellence of nursing care to achieve good patient outcome. 2. The 6 domains of which were health status, satisfaction, self care, patient progress and prognosis, and compliance were identified in outcome indicators of quality nursing care 3. Seven indicators of health status domain which were perceived health status, quality of life, well-being, daily activities, physical-physiological status, psychoemotional status, and social role functioning were identified. 4. Two indicators of satifaction domain which were patient satisfaction and family satisfaction were identified. 5. Three indicators of self care domain which were skill, knowledge, and home management were identified. 6. Seven indicators of patient progress and prognosis domain which were change of clinical status, resolution of nursing diagnosis and problem, days of stay, dicahrge state, recovery state, survival were identified. 7. compliance with therapeutic direction compliance was identified as an indicator of compliance domain. 8. This study intended to provide information which gives a way for students and their parents to be satisfied with student costume purchase by showing differences between their satisfactions and repurchasing intention according to school uniform purchase type. Total 280 questionnaires were distributed to the first year students at a private middle school in Seoul and 133 of copurchase cases and 120 individual purchase cases were collected and analyzed. The comparing results between parent satisfaction and repurchasing intention were summarized as follows. First, parent satisfaction of individual purchase and of co-purchase had been evaluated. As a result of the analysis of satisfaction by the five factors, individual parent buyers had higher satisfaction in brand, quality, design, and service except price. The largest different factor between both customers was quality satisfaction. Secondly, the individual buyers showed higher repurchasing intention than co-purchasing buyers. This result meant that individual purchasing group showed higher satisfaction. Lastly, when the relationship between satisfaction and repurchasing intention of each buyer group was examined, the level of satisfaction was positively associated with the repurchase intention of co-purchase.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to measure the characteristics of the perceived quality of college students of 20s which is the main customers of whitening, and to investigate the customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions according to the perceived quality of whitening. Research design, data and methodology - The interviewers in the research are 300 college students in Seoul and the metropolitan area. They were collected from October 1 to October 24, 2013. 283 of collected questionnaires were used for the analysis. The analysis in the general characteristics of the subjects was analyzed by frequency analysis. With five-dimensional factor analysis, the perceived quality through reliability analysis was investigated and verified. Results - The results from analysis of the standardized coefficient Beta value were performance(0.382), brand (0.339), and price (0.318) as a high level. On the other hand, services(0.172) and design factors (0.162) were relatively low. Conclusion - Looking for these results, this study could reach the notion that a lot of consumers with whitening cosmetics highly recognized brand, performance, and price factors, but the service and design factors were relatively recognized low in customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions.

Recently, as the pandemic COVID-19 has been spread worldwide, international research cooperation has come to the fore to overcome the crisis and develop treatments. Currently, in Korea, with the support from the Ministry of Education and the Korea Research Foundation, the International Research Cooperation Information Center operates an online service system for international research cooperation as a venue for sharing results among international research cooperation researchers and invigorating such research. However, since Korea's performance in international research cooperation is still poor, actively pursuing measures to improve professionalism and diversity based on international cooperation is deemed necessary. Therefore, in this study, factors influencing the level of satisfaction with international research cooperation online service systems were identified, and measures to increase the satisfaction of international research cooperation online service were proposed based on the analysis results. Design of the system quality factors, accuracy and consistency of the information quality factors, and professionalism of the service quality factors were verified to have a significant effect on the satisfaction with international research cooperation online service systems. Accordingly, further strengthening the aspects of design, accuracy, consistency, and professionalism was proposed as a way to increase the satisfaction of international research cooperation online service systems.
