  • We tested the relationship of elements in influence about software performance. our research is detect the significant element in the software system. we affronted to find relation elements with software quality and seek what relationship is the most important in performance activity. this study's result will be useful for them ; first, give to product a high quality guide line to software developer. second, it will be use for basic information about in software examine research.

컨벤션시스템의 서비스 품질제고를 위한 최적운영계획 수립 (The Optimal Operating Planning of Convention Systems for Service Quality)

  • The purpose of this study is to rationally manage service facilities of convention center. This study is to develop the algorithm to consider optimal assignment and optimal operation system planning for convention center. The scheduling algorithm of this study develops through constructing the mathematical model and analyzing the mathematical structure of variables and constraints in model. The scheduling algorithm develops to consist eight stage of optimal operation planning and five stage of optimal assignment planning. Especially, this study indicates that optimum answer through mathematical model and results of algorithm is nondiscrimination.

  • Recently, the strategy of the age of limitless competition for existence of manufacturing company appears for the enhancement of productivity through the automatic system, the reduction for the cost for standardization and the decision making process for the information system. Especially the critical success factors in manufacturing company can be summarized for the establishment of production visibility through the production management, material & work-in-process management, the establish of the flexible manufacturing system for the changed order priority and the establish of the quality system for improvement of product and process quality. The existing production management systems supply only simple information about production results on real time, can delay quick decision making. And it can prevent acquiring the information about various customer needs and the communication problems with other systems. In this paper, it will show MES system, a solution for the problems of existing production management systems. And through a case study of D company, it will reveal improvement effect on shipment error using MES system and economic analysis for MES itself.

건설 기록정보관리시스템 이용만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Satisfaction of Records and Information Management System in Construction)

  • 본 연구에서는 건설 기록정보관리시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위해 A건설회사에서 자체적으로 구축 개발된 건설 기록정보관리시스템을 사용해 본 경험이 있는 종사자 129명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 외부변수로는 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질을 선정하였으며 인지된 이용의 용이성, 인지된 유용성을 매개변수로 선정하였다. 종속변수로는 시스템의 만족도를 선정하여 외생변수 및 매개변수가 종속변수에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 시스템품질은 인지된 이용의 용이성, 인지된 유용성 및 만족도에 직 간접적으로 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며 정보품질은 인지된 이용의 용이성에만 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질은 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 오늘날, 기능성게임 시장의 많은 부분을 교육용기능성게임이 차지하고 있지만 교육용기능성게임에 대한 유용한 품질평가 정보를 사용자 또는 개발자에게 제공하기 위한 품질평가 시스템은 부족한 실정이다. 비록 기능성게임을 위한 기존의 메타데이터 관리 시스템이 개발되어 있지만 기존 시스템은 교육용기능성게임의 품질평가 정보를 관리 할 수 있는 기능은 제공되지 않고 있다. 따라서 교육용기능성게임의 품질평가 관리시스템의 개발은 매우 중요한 과제이다. 우리는 교육기능성게임에 대한 메타데이터 및 품질평가를 모두 관리하기 위한 시스템의 설계를 제안하였다. 본 시스템의 장점은 일반사용자와 개발자에게는 신뢰할 수 있는 유용한 정보를 제공하고, 시스템 관리자에게 메타데이터와 품질정보를 쉽고 편리하게 관리할 수 있는 수단을 지원하는 것이다.

A Study on the Dimension of Quality Metrics for Information Systems Development and Success : An Application of Information Processing Theory

  • Information systems quality engineering is one of the most problematic areas in practice and research, and needs cooperative efforts between practice and theory [Glass, 1996]. A model for evaluating the quality of system development process and ensuing success is proposed based on information processing theory of project unit design. A nomological net among a set of quality variables is identified from prior research in the areas of organization science, software engineering, and management information systems. More specifically, system development success was modelled as a function of project complexity, system development modelling environment, user participation, project unit structure, resource availability, and the level of iterative nature of development methodology. Based on the model developed from the information processing theory of project unit design in organization science. appropriate quality metrics for each variable in the proposed model are matched. In this way, a framework of relevant systems development and success quality metrics for controlling systems development processes and ensuing success is proposed. The causal relationships among the constructs in the proposed model are proposed as future empirical research for academicians and as managerial tools for quality managers. The framework and propositions help quality manager to select more parsimonious quality metrics for controlling information systems development processes and project success in an integrated way. Also this model can be utilized for evaluating software quality assurance programmes, which are developed and marketed by many vendors.

A Prototyping Framework of the Documentation Retrieval System for Enhancing Software Development Quality

  • This paper illustrates a prototyping framework of the documentation-standards retrieval system via the data mining approach for enhancing software development quality. We first present an approach for designing a retrieval algorithm based on data mining, with the three basic technologies of machine learning, statistics and database management, applied to this system to speed up the searching time and increase the fitness. This approach derives from the observation that data mining can discover unsuspected relationships among elements in large databases. This observation suggests that data mining can be used to elicit new knowledge about the design of a subject system and that it can be applied to large legacy systems for efficiency. Finally, software development quality will be improved at the same time when the project managers retrieving for the documentation standards.

  • In this paper, real-time water quality monitoring system of small water supply facilities based on IEEE 802.15.4e-2012 DSME MAC and IEEE 802.15.4g-2012 PHY standard is presented, which is capable to acquire for highly reliable water quality information in the wide outdoor areas for effective water quality management of small water quality facilities is distributed in the long distance and remote areas. Previously, Long distance transmission is difficult in most water quality sensor module is using RS-485 protocol. But with this system, even in harsh outdoor environment, it is possible to establish a radio wave sensor in a wide area network, and not only water quality sensor shall be connected to the wireless system, but also wireless integrated management system shall provide more effective way of management of the numerous small water supply facilities spread throughout the community, so that the administrator can remotely monitor the data of water turbidity, pH, residual chlorine in the water-supply, water-level, and generate alarm to cope with risks. The management of small water facilities is done by residents will be very effective to notice water quality information of small water facilities to residents.

  • Total Quality Management (TQM) is the aggregated management philosophy for quality including production, operation, human resource, leadership, marketing, and etc. TQM is the advanced concept and philosophy rather than traditional "Quality Control" or "Quality Assurance". Nowadays, downstream costs has been increased, that made cost accountants' attention to costs of quality. Many countries have developed their own quality awards system in order to improve overall national quality level. The Deming Prize of Japan and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) of United States are two representatives of quality prizes. We compared the two awards by means of their history, objective, coverage, and judging criteria. Deming Prize has a longer history than MBNQA. Deming Prize selects five winners a year, while MBNQA has two or three areas. The biggest difference is judgement criteria. The Deming Prizes focuses on statistical control which is a traditional quality control method, while MBNQA concentrates on modem business concept such as customer satisfaction. The suggestions to these awards are: evaluate more on information of quality; evaluate more on inter-functional relationship between quality control function and other link more financial success.e financial success.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 강원도 중소기업들이 기업경쟁력을 높이기 위해 실시하고있는 품질경영 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과 강원도에 위치한 중소기업에서 실시하고있는 활동은 고객 중심의 품질경영과 자동화, 신기술, 공정개선을 위한 활동 및 ISO 9000인증 획득에 많은 관심을 갖고 있으며, 다음으로 5S에 의한 공장합리화${\cdot}$제안제도에도 관심을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 대상인 기업은 고객 만족을 위한 제품/서비스를 제공함으로써 경쟁회사보다 시장성 우위를 확보하고, 가격경쟁력을 확보하려 노력하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
