Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of supervisor's coaching leadership on positive psychological capital and organizational commitment of organizational members in order to investigate the effect of supervisor's coaching leadership on organizational effectiveness in modern organizations. Methods: In this study, a survey was conducted on members of the organization in the company, and the hypothesis was verified using statistical analysis methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that promotion and guide as coaching leadership of supervisors had a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, it was found that the supervisor's guide had a positive effect on the employee's organizational commitment. Third, it was found that positive psychological capital had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Finally, it was found that the guide had a significant effect on organizational commitment through positive psychological capital. Conclusion: This study suggested that it is necessary to enhance organizational effectiveness by effectively demonstrating the coaching leadership of superiors at the organizational level.

A business is nothing more than a collection of people. To assure the Quality of the business's items and services, it is essential to assure that those people are properly trained and motivated. This paper outlines the problems and difficulties encountered in implementing a formal quality education system on a business and also provides a guide to the useful references which should be considered in quality education system. The concluding section describes the effective methods of quality education to achieve successful quality management.

The objective of this study is to explore the strategies to promote the use of the subject guide for Korean modern literature. To meet this objective this study conducted a survey on users' awareness of the subject guide service and sought out experts' opinions to identify the strategies to promote and improve the subject guide for Korean modern literature. The study proposes the following strategies: 1) Conduct promotional activities utilizing a variety of social media; 2) provide education for the user to enhance understanding of the utility of the subject guide; 3) build a website dedicated to the subject guide service for Korean modern literature; 4) provide an efficient subject-specific bibliography service by improving the quality of the subject guide, by offering full texts, ongoing content updates, and coordination with other institutions and agencies; and 5) tailor the service to user characteristics such as gender, age, occupation, and education level. Suggestions for future directions include research on the collaborative system, additional specific promotional strategies to promote the use of the subject guide, and development of evaluation indicators of the subject guide for Korean modern literature.

Studies present a guide to parameter estimation of software reliability models using SAS JMP. In this paper, we consider only software reliability growth model(SRGM), where mean value function has a S-shaped growth curve, such as Yamada et al. model, and ohba inflection model. Besides these stochastic SRGM, deterministic SRGM's, by fitting Logistic and Gompertz growth curve, have been widely used to estimate the error content of software systems. Introductions or guide lines of JMP are concerned. Estimation of parameters of Yamada et al. model and Logistic model is accomplished by using JMP. The differences between Yamada et al. model and Logistic model is accomplished by using JMP. The differences between Yamada et al. model and Logistic model is discussed, along with the variability in the estimates or error sum of squares. This paper have shown that JMP can be an effective tool I these research.

This study investigated the current state of online subject guides in Korean academic libraries and suggests improvement. Through the examination of 100 academic libraries' Web sites, only 14 online subject guides were identified, showing that the development of online subjects guides in Korea is still in infancy. The examined online subject guides were evaluated as high quality in terms of accessibility, integration of information resources, and format consistency, but low quality in the provision of specialized subjects, user instruction, and information retrieval systems. An online subject guide should be a one-stop service that provides fast access to information resources along with subject-specialized user instruction and effective communication with librarians.

It is required to study systematical on the concrete quality management to extend structure life because rebuilding effect is reducing under present condition of large sized and high stories structure. Concrete, which shows its intensity by hydrating action and a big change in quality according to hot weather and temperature, produces a lot of qualify problem under hot and cold weather Because of each specification and construction plan which does not have basic standard on site, concrete's quality is irregular and makes some defect. As a result, Daegu is turned out to be the longest area after investigating application period and days focused on 8 cities weather information about relationship between hot weather circumstance and construction environment. Therefore, we first surveyed the concrete material in the region and found out the problem of quality nanagement. Then figure out the way of solution. Moreover, we integrated concrete material quality management, which is applied differently to each site, to have equal quality and to reduce defect from construction site. And then, based on various test of construction condition and analysis of quality management item, we suggest effective concrete quality management to make concrete material construction standard guide and plan under hot weather.

The primary objective of this research is to provide the basis of total quality management policies by reviewing previous studies which investigated effective ways to reduce product liability exposure. Specifically, the present study intends (1) to examine recent patterns and trends of product liability law in OECD countries, (2) to propose quality management policies for preventing product liability litigations, and (3) to guide the proper implementation process of ISO 9000 certification programs. The survey results show that the shift from a negligence law theory to strict liability is evident in most countries. The trend has led to make it easier for consumers to bring product liability lawsuits. Furthermore, the damage awards won by consumers have been drastically increasing. To minimize product liability exposure, manufactures should reflect comprehensive product safety concepts in establishing total quality management policies. Cooperative activities are also required between departments in companies to reach safe and satisfactory quality level. These quality management activities should be performed consistently during the total product life cycle. Failure to comply with the ISO 9000 certifications might be used as an evidence of negligence or as evidence of a design defect in court. Previous lawsuit cases, however, reveal that ISO 9001-9003 registration process alone is not sufficient in terms of product liability pervention perspectives. Therefore, manufactures should take into account ISO 9004 before implementing any other section of ISO 9000 standards.

This paper gropes how to connect philosophy of household management(PHM) to real life. This paper presents the interrelationship chart between software quality characteristics and engineering attributes. The software quality characteristics and their subcharacteristics are excerpted front IS0/1EC 9126 standards, and the engineering attributes are from Deutsch and Willis[4]. Based on the previous studies and subjective judgement, trisected interrelationship(strong, medium, weak) between these two groups are derived. The results are summarized in a table, and can be used as a quick reference guide to the software quality engineering applications such as quality evaluations for software products, selection of key engineering attributes for high-quality software production, and so forth.
