Mobile payment system using NFC attracted attention as the mobile payment market grows due to the fast diffusion of smart phones. However, non NFC mobile payment recently appeared because of the slow growth of infrastructure for NFC. With advent of Non NFC mobile payment applications, mobile payment industry is in developing trend. Non NFC mobile payment revitalizes the market by overcoming the limit of NFC with the smart applications using bar code and QR code payment, and providing various discounts, membership benefits and payment information. Therefore, this paper analyzed the intention of continuous use with the quality of mobile payment application based on the information system success model. Three categories of factors which are system quality, service quality, and information quality were used. We verified the significance of the factors affecting the intension of continuous use. mainly, quality of information was considered as an important factor of continuous Intention to Use. Also, unlike previous NFC, it was found that in Non-NFC, compatibility might not be as important factor. Moreover, we suggest a marketing strategy of companies for mobile payment industry which focus on information quality. and future research directions for non NFC payment market.

For effective watershed management, we must understand the complex and dynamic relationships of land uses and water quality. Despite numerous studies investigated the relationships between water quality and land use, there are increasing concerns on the geographical variation and lack of spatial integrations in previous studies. We investigated the relationships between land use and water quality characteristics in the Hwa-Sung estuarine reservoir watershed in Korea, which has spatially integrated land uses. The spatial variations of these relationships were also examined using zonal analysis. Water quality parameter were correlated positively with residential and forest and negatively with paddy and upland especially during base flow in the near buffer zone. During storm flow, correlation between land use and water quality was less apparent. Population and livestock density was correlated well to water quality parameter than just number of population and livestock. Relationships across zones, distinguished by distances from streams, were inconsistent and erratic, suggesting that the relationships between remote land uses and water quality may be affected more significantly by sub-basin characteristics than by the land use itself. The watersheds studied are mainly non-urban and their land uses are similar to typical watershed of other estuarine reservoirs, therefore, the correlation developed in this study might be helpful to manage other watersheds of estuarine reservoir. This methodology could be applied to other areas where the watershed characteristics are not significantly different from the study area.

Usability of soil quality monitoring network for ascertaining soil quality changes was evaluated by analysing soil quality monitoring results. Tolerance limits of soil quality monitoring results from 1997 to 2007 were calculated and compared with Korean soil quality standards. This study determined that soil quality was changed if the upper 95% tolerance limit value was greater than the soil quality standard. Fluoride most frequently exceeded the soil quality standard and nickel, zinc, arsenic, copper, lead and cadmium were followed. Analysis on land use showed that tolerance limits of industrial land use most frequently exceeded the soil quality standards and residential, road and various land uses then frequently exceeded. Tolerance limits of land uses expecting high contaminant loads frequently exceeded the soil quality standards. This fact imply that the soil quality monitoring network generates reasonable data to represent change in Korean soil quality. This study also suggested that representative sampling from well identified points should be done to improve data reliability and accurately ascertain soil quality changes.

For mobile online games, this study examines how use pursuit propensity, use interest, use, service quality, and system quality, which are attributes that evaluate the use value and benefit for Chinese users, have an effect on use satisfaction. Empirical analysis results; all composing factors of four attribute had a positive effect, and the degree of effect was different according to game types in use interest and use, service quality. In terms of use pursuit, there was no difference between game types, and innovation pursuit and relationship pursuit were found to be similarly important effecting factors. In terms of use interest, there was a difference between game types. Sense of solidarity in single-player game and sense of achievement in multi-player game was found to be the most important effecting factor. In terms of service quality, there was a difference between game types. Easy of game in single-player game and function of game in multi-player game was the most important effecting factor. In terms of system quality, use convenience was found the most important effecting factor without difference between game types. Based on these results, this study suggested a strategy to enhance game development and loyalty to companies in the game industry.

Engineer and quality statistician use different terms and techniques but they have same meaning and concept. The terms accuracy and precision are frequently used by engineer and scientist in the department of R&D and production technology. This paper makes a contribution to the interpretation of statistical quality techniques by the use of accuracy and precision. Engineer and scientist who have six sigma black belt and statistical background can use efficiently and effectively accuracy and precision in a manner consistent with statistical usage according to this study.

Recently, delivery app services based on the O2O platform are increasing rapidly. Accordingly, various studies on O2O service have been conducted. Most of the studies are on consumer behavior in O2O services, and few studies on platform vendors have been conducted. Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the factors affecting the vender's intention to continuous use in the O2O delivery app platform service. Based on prior researches, we set the quality characteristics and network characteristics of the O2O platform as independent variables. The quality characteristics of the O2O platform consisted of system quality, information quality, and service quality, and the O2O platform network characteristics consisted of network externality and platform reputation. Perceived value and switching cost were set as mediated variables, and vender's intention to continuous use was set as dependent variables. For empirical analysis, we conducted a survey targeting vendors of O2O delivery app platform service, and conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the quality characteristics of the O2O platform, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and O2O platform network characteristics, showed that network externality and platform reputation had a positive effect on perceived value. The perceived value was found to have a positive effect on the switching cost and the intention to continuous use, and the switching cost was found to mediate the perceived value and the intention to continuous use. This study can contribute to the establishment of platform operation strategy as an empirical analysis on the factors that influence the intention of O2O platform vendors to use the platform continuously.

The guideline on software quality assurance and human-centered design for e-Navigation was approved as IMO circular June 2015. e-Navigation software systems are characterized by a high proportion of data quality and quality in use. The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality in use of the maritime software quality assurance for the safety route guiding service. In this study, we added the stage which the stockholders such as a project manager, software developers, and end-users use the prototype that was developed based on the scenarios before the stage of design and development. Through this, we could review the requirement about the quality in use for a limited time at the beginning of the project. also we could raise understanding the concept of this project and goal system.

In modern society, the means of sharing information has expanded from existing personal computers and mobile devices to a variety of smart devices rapidly increasing information production. Recently, curations have extended to online businesses. There has been wide use of curation services in the cosmetics curation market. In this study, focuses on factors which cosmetics curators have in mind. In relation to the impact of cosmetics curation quality properties on usability, the effects of the medium of satisfaction and confidence are to be verified. For this study, a survey of 378 women in their 20s and 40s who had experience with curations was done and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistics programs. The results showed that information quality and personalization quality of cosmetics curation service were important factors affecting customer satisfaction. Personalization quality also had a positive effect on trust. System quality has a positive impact on trust and further influence on intention to use. This indicates that the trust on the curation service depends on the stability of system. However, design quality was found to have no significant effect on satisfaction and trust. In future, the research related to application and utilization of big data-based cosmetic curation will be further expanded.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between sharing bicycle service quality, customer satisfaction, CSV, and continuos use intention in China. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into four dimensions such as service quality, customer satisfaction, creating shared value, and continuous use intention. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of sharing bicycle service quality dimension on customer satisfaction(reliability and response), it was found that customer satisfaction was not significant on economic value. but it was significant on social value. It was found that social value made statistically significant influence on use intention. Conclusion: Sharing bicycle industry needs to activity of response to customer, and paying attention to view of social value for the sharing economy in the future.

It is important thing that air quality affects human health. And It is more important thing that Indoor Air Quality more affects human health than Outdoor Air Quality. The cause of that is indoor air pollutants are more absorbed than outdoor air pollutants. By the way, in case of Multi-use facility for example office, department store, school etc., it has a feature that there are more people than any other buildings. therethrough, effects of Indoor Air Quality of Multi-use facility affect more people's health than Indoor Air Quality of any other buildings. However, in multi-use facility, specifically retail store, chemical treated materials are used for interior finishing, showcase finishing and product finishing because esthetic element is more added for detention of customer. Consequently, in place where demands brisk sales, possibility that indoor air is polluted by VOCs is high. This study considered retail store's Indoor Air Quality. as result of experiment, figure of department store's air pollution exceed about 5~20 times in guideline of multi-use facility's Indoor Air Quality in any kind of shop of department store (guideline : $500{\mu}g/m^3$).
