기술수용모델(TAM)의 확장을 통한 모바일 관광 앱의 사용의도에 관한 연구 (Use Intentions of Mobile Tour Apps through Expansion of the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • Purpose - Following the speedy development of the smart phone industry, tourism companies started to increase their brand recognition and sales volume by adopting mobile applications. However, applications for tourism industries are still insignificant. This study tries to analyze empirical evidence from Korean and Chinese consumers who have used mobile tour applications. By using an expansion of the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study will find what factors have effects on user intention for mobile tour applications. The findings will be helpful for the development of mobile tour applications and the tourism industries. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses the TAM, which was presented by Davis in 1989. This study uses consumer acceptance level, consumer choice attitude, and use intention as the basic variables to fit to the TAM, and adopts choice content quality, brand value, and usage motivation as additional variables to analyze. This study has developed several hypotheses and collected data from 620 users who used mobile applications for tourism during April 1 to April 30, 2015. A total of 612 valid questionnaires were collected and used in the data analysis. The data was analyzed with structural equation modeling using SPSS Win/pc and Amos 22.0. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the content quality affects the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. Second, the brand value has a directly positive effect on the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. It is clear that the content quality and brand value play important roles in raising consumer acceptance and choice attitude. Third, usage motivation has no effect on the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. Fourth, the acceptance degree does not have any effect on the consumer choice attitude. Fifth, the acceptance degree affects the use intention. Last, the consumer choice attitude affects the use intentions. This indicates that consumer acceptance and choice attitude must both be achieved to induce use intention among consumers. Finally, the effects of the mobile tour application content quality and brand value on consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude were confirmed. Additionally, the effects of the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude on use intentions were analyzed. Conclusion - It is not meaningful for tourism marketing to launch tour applications in the mobile market without understanding tourism consumer characteristics. When developing mobile tour applications, companies should focus on the characters of consumer choice attitudes as high quality, high brand value, usefulness, and ease of mobile tour applications. This study has limitations in that it did not consider negative factors such as perceived risks or analyze whether there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers. In the future, we will consider equipping the same mobile tour applications commonly used by both Korean and Chinese consumers, and then examine negative factors as well as the differences in mobile tour applications between Korean and Chinese consumers.

  • The object of this study was to presented regression equations for obtaining simply and quickly values of water quality items, BOD, COD, T-N, and T-P. Regression equations obtained to analyze relationships for water quality items to land use types in agricultural reservoir watersheds. In order to derive regression equations, a multiple linear regression analysis was used in this studying reservoirs. In this regression analysis, a independent values used land used types and dependent values used BOD, COD, T-N, T-P values in water quality items. The results showed that numbers of regression equation ranging above 0.90 in a multiple correlation coefficient (MCC) was not found, ranging from 0.70 to 0.90 in the MCC was 6, ranging from 0.40 to 0.70 in the MCC was 20, and ranging from 0.20 to 0.40 in the MCC was 4. The results of this study can be used as a basic information for evaluating simply and quickly water quality for proposing and designing steps in water quality policy.

  • As National Education Information Systems (NEIS) is supposed to broadly introduced all over the country, we need to understand factors that would affect its successful use. Studies regarding the NEIS have been made in terms of a social issue according to its introduction and use, however there has been only little research made in terms of the use of the system so far. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the factors that would have effect on a successful use of the NEIS. A research model of the study is based on the extended DeLone and McLean's information systems success model with two characteristics of computer self-efficacy and perceived fairness. Based on the survey data from 168 subjects, the present study performs SEM analysis with PLS. The results show that perceived usefulness and computer self-efficacy improves the user satisfaction. However, the user' satisfaction does not cause system characteristics- system quality, information quality, service quality -and perceived fairness not effect. The study provides characteristics which can effectively and smoothly introduce the NEIS for its successful use on the upcoming full scale execution on the NEIS.

  • 본 논문은 시간의 제약이 활동 및 통행으로 연결됨을 확인하는 것이 목적이며, 이를 위해 우리나라 수도권 전일제 근로자의 평일 시간이용에 집중하였다. 특히, 우리나라의 근로자는 다른 OECD 국가의 근로자보다 근로시간에 할애하는 시간이 압도적으로 많다. 이로 인해 나타나는 시간부족현상은 긴 근로 시간으로 인해 근로 외 활동에 제약이 생기는 문제가 나타날 수 있다는 차원에서 삶의 질 문제를 논의해볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 배경에서, 수도권에 거주하는 전일제 근로자의 시간 제약이 활동 및 통행 제약에 영향을 끼치는지 확인하기 위해 2010 가구통행실태조사의 수도권 자료를 활용하여 통행사슬(trip-chain)을 구성하였으며, 이를 유형별로 구분하고 유형에 따른 시간이용패턴을 분석했다. 그 결과, 시간부족현상이 전반적인 활동의 제약으로 나타났으며, 이는 활동패턴에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 근로시간 및 교통에 관련된 정책 대안에 함의를 가지고 있으며, 향후 활동기반 관점의 삶의 질 측정에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

컨설팅 신청동기가 품질지각과 결과활용도간의 경로에 미치는 영향 - 정부지원 융복합 컨설팅을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Application Motive for Consulting upon the Path between Quality Perception and Use of Results - focusing on government supported convergence consulting -)

  • 본 연구는 정부지원 중소기업 융복합 컨설팅에 있어 컨설팅 신청동기가 품질지각과 결과활용도간의 경로에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 구조방정식모형분석 등을 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 컨설턴트수행품질과 정부지원품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과품질에 대한 지각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설턴트수행품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정부지원품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과활용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 컨설팅결과품질에 대한 지각은 컨설팅결과활용도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 컨설팅에 대한 비자발적 신청집단과 자발적 신청집단간의 경로에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 컨설턴트역량, 정부지원제도, 컨설팅에 대한 자발적 신청을 강화할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

갈뫼중학교 빗물이용시설에서의 저장 빗물수질평가 (Evaluation of Stored Rainwater Quality at Galmoe Middle School Rainwater Harvesting System)

  • One of the major obstacles confronted in promoting the rainwater harvesting is the concerns of acid rain and heavy metals. Although there are many data concerning the quality of rainwater precipitation for the study of acid rain, the study on the quality of stored rainwater has been limited. In this study, we monitored the quality of stored rainwater at Galmoe middle school, where a rainwater harvesting system is installed and in use for more than two years. We measured water quality parameters such as pH, Electro Conductivity(EC), Dissolved Oxygen(DO), and some metals (aluminium (Al), chromium(Cr), manganese(Mn), zinc(Zn), copper(Cu), arsenic(As), cadmium(Cd), lead(Pb)). The monitoring period was during one year from September 9th 2003 to August 5th 2004. It was observed that the average pH of stored rainwater is neutral. DO is similar to tap water and EC is lower than tap water. Metal Concentrations are within the concentration specified in Drinking Water Quality Standard. Overall, the stored rainwater quality is good enough for sundry use and there's no threat of acid rain and air pollution, if the rainwater harvesting system is well designed and maintained.

Structural relations of convenience food satisfaction and quality of life according to dietary style -Focusing on singles in metropolitan area of Korea-

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Although the issues of singles' dietary style and quality of life are becoming important due to the increasing number of singles with economic power, little research has been conducted to date on singles' use of convenience food and quality of life in relation to their dietary style. Thus, the present study intends to provide basic data to improve the quality of life by determining the current status of the use of convenience food and explicating its relationship with quality of life through analyzing the dietary lifestyles of the singles. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The targets of this study were singles, identified as adults between the ages of 25 and 54, living alone, either legally or in actuality having no partner. A statistical analysis of 208 surveys from Seoul, respectively, was conducted using SPSS12.0 for Windows and SEM using AMOS 5.0 statistics package. RESULTS: The convenience-oriented was shown to have a significant positive effect on convenience food satisfaction. HMR satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on positive psychological satisfaction and the convenience-oriented was found to have a significant negative effect on all aspects of quality of life satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS: There must be persistent development of food industries considering the distinctive characteristics of the lives of singles in order to satisfy their needs and improve the quality of their lives.

  • Recently, the popularity of Social Network Service (SNS) along with the spread of smart phone, personal computer and tablet PC helps personal network to construct new forms of services in cyberspace. As such, SNS plays a significant role in constructing diverse online networks and there is a growing interest on SNS at societal level. In this vein, the purpose of the research was to find the factors affecting the continuance intention to use social network services. The major findings are summarized as follows. First, "System Quality", "Contents Quality", "Personal Innovativeness", "Self-Efficiency", "Honor Benefit" has significant effects on "Relationship Quality". Yet, "Economic Benefit" is not statistically significant on "Relationship Quality". Second, "Relationship Quality" has a significant effect on "Continuous Usage Intention". Last, our research discovered the relationship between exogenous variables which would serve as valuable inputs in the development of strategic guideline and plan for SNS companies and related services.
