Because of the development of digital technology, modern digital instrumentation & control systems are being innovativly developed in industrial plants. Whereas, many analog systems are still being used in nuclear plants, because of the demerits of digital equipment. As known, the demerits of digital equipment are the uncertainty and weaknesses in ambient environments such as smoke & electromagnetic interference In an Integral Reactor, a digital I&C system will be composed of microprocessor, memory and network card. Designers will apply new technique for digital equipment. Thus, it is important for digital I&C systems to operate according to designed functions & performance in the ambient environments during a life cycle. Digital I&C systems should have tolerance in such environments and environment qualification should be concluded To acquire electromagnetic interference qualification of digital equipment, this paper suggests an EMI test requirement. Designers should consider the electromagnetic compatibility and test digital equipment according to each test procedure. This paper involves an EMI test requirement and the results analysis of EUT(Equipment Under Test). Test result analysis will be used as electromagnetic compatibility design guides for Integral Reactor I&C systems.

The purpose of this study is to recommend the roles, Qualification, and fostering system of healthy families specialist. In 2003, 'Organic Law to Develop the healthy Families' was legislated. The law endows the responsibilities and duties of the government, local government, and families, in order to embody the healthy families. Also, this suggests appropriate ways to solve diverse families problems and identifies the necessities of establishing social policies to increase the well-being of family members. The enactment system of this law is to place 'Healthy Families Center' under the Prime Minister, and to foster 'healthy families specialist' who have professional knowledge and skills for strengthen diverse families. The major recommend are as follow. First, the roles of healthy families specialist are a practician, deliverer, and administrator to enact the law's philosophy and ideal. Secondly, to protect the competency of those, the qualification is restricted to university and the same level school graduate people, who majored in Home Economics, Social Work. and Women Studies. Finally. to foster and qualify this specialist. the Council of Healthy Families will be compound.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the National Technical Qualification Practical Evaluation focusing on National Competency Standards. First, in order to strengthen practical techniques such as field abilities and expertise, practical evaluation methods were applied to the National Competency Standards, referring to a learning module focused on field performance. Second, an expert advisory committee in the field of organic agriculture was utilized to compare, analyze, and match the competency unit and competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards with the national technical qualification examination standards in field of organic agriculture. In addition, in order to identify work in progress in the industrial field, share professional practice skills, and analyze facilities and equipment, we visited an organic agriculture industry site. Through this, a practical evaluation exam was developed. Subsequently, in order to confirm the adequacy of the developed exam, the pilot test assessment was conducted for those majoring in organic agriculture. Finally, as a feasibility study, a survey was conducted. Based on the results, greater technical job competency in the field of organic agriculture will contribute to strengthening knowledge in this field by suggesting an improvement plan for the national technical qualifications practical evaluation method in the field of organic agriculture.

본 연구는 자질과 역량 있는 신변보호사 인력을 양성하여 전문적이고 안정적인 서비스를 국민들에게 제공함으로써, 서비스이용대상자인 국민들이 보다 안전한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 신변보호사 자격검정제도의 시행목적에 부합하는 제도로의 성장을 위해서는 현행 평가 방식에서 다각도로 수정 보완되어져야 할 것이다. 신변보호사 자격검정제도의 실기시험관련 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체력평가항목이 추가되어져야한다. 둘째, 검정기술의 재정립이 필요시 된다. (제2의 위협이 야기되는 기술은 삭제)(민간인 신분으로 사용할 수 있는 기술 추가) 셋째, 낙법 및 응용동작이 추가되어져야한다. 넷째, 다양한 시작자세에서의 평가가 필요시 된다. 다섯째, 상대와의 거리 및 방향을 다양화하여 평가가 이루어져야 한다.

This paper provides the test results of tracked vehicle at each driving condition and life cycle. Fatigue Damage Spectrum(FDS) has evaluated with the Power Spectrum Density(PSD) and the life time of equipment. Finally, provisional vibration qualification test level is evaluated.

This study considers the design of life test sampling inspection plans by attributes for failure rate level qualification at selected confidence level. The lifetime distribution of products is assumed to be exponential. MIL-STD-690C and KS C 6032 standards provide this procedures. But these procedures have some questions to apply in the field. The cost of test and confidence level($1-{\beta}$ risk) are the problem between supplier and user. So, we suggest that the optimal life test sampling inspection plans using expected cost model considering product cost, capability, environmental test cost, etc.

Thruster break for aerogenerator performs a role that is stopping the rotor in case of emergency such as strong wind, system abnormality or maintenance check. In this study, failure analysis and test evaluation on the thruster break for aerogenerator are proposed, and the entire process to improve reliability of the product through design improvement is presented. The typical failure case is fatigue and wear, and failure cause on these are identified and improvement plan is presented. Lastly, reliability improvement is established to analyse test results before after the life test.

본 논문은 국가기술자격의 관할영역에 대한 원칙을 설정하는 연구로써 국가기술자격으로 운영할 자격에 대한 기준 설정을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가와 민간의 역할 분담, 델파이 조사를 통하여 국가기술자격의 관할영역 설정방향 등을 살펴보았다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구, 델파이 조사, 전문가 협의회, 면담조사 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 연구를 통해 제시된 국가기술자격에 대한 관할영역 기준(안)은 5가지이다. 첫째, 사회질서에 반하거나 선량한 풍속을 해할 우려가 있는 분야, 둘째, 국민의 생명 건강 안전에 직결되거나 고도의 윤리성이 요구되는 분야, 셋째, 국가적으로 인력양성이 필요한 분야로 민간차원에서 접근이 어렵거나 국가가 담당할 필요가 있는 분야, 넷째, 전통문화 자원의 유지보수에 필요한 분야이나 민간참여가 어려운 분야, 다섯째, 국가 간 관계에서 자국의 이익이 보호되어야 하는 분야이다. 또한 5가지 기준에 대한 구체적 세부기준도 제시하였다.

RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) system is recognition technology which can maintain various object's information. Reliability of RFID tags is the most important factor in RFID system. In this paper, we proposed ALT (Accelerated Life Test) method for UHF RFID tags. Temperature and humidity were adopted as stress factors and the accelerated life tests were conducted in three different conditions. We performed failure analysis for identifying failure mechanism and statistical analysis of test data. In the statistical analysis, we employed Inverse Power law for relationship between tag's life and stress. Through the statistical analysis, we proposed acceleration factor for several levels of temperature-humidity. The reliability qualification test plans were also designed for the tag's target reliability.
