A Study on C2B2C Business Integration Model Design Focusing On the Fashion Clothes Business

  • We firstly tried to understand consumers' purchasing tendencies and mainly focused on designing a platform model that offers integrated support. C2B (Customer to Business) orders integrate with a consumption platform of a B2C (Business to Customer) model, and integrated support aims at design, supply, processing, and distribution of a fashion business. All the information such as orders, sales, production, supply, and settlement of accounts is synchronized under the C2B, B2C, and O2O (Online to Offline) environment so that accurate information can be shared in real time. Our platform automatically handles with a net income of a product designer, manufacturer, and shipping company once shipping is confirmed.

  • Access Control is one of essential branches to provide system's security. Depending on what standards we apply, in general, there are Role-based access control, History-based access control. The first is based on subject's role, The later is based on subject's history. In fact, RBAC has been implemented, we are using it by purchasing some orders through the internet. But, HBAC is so complex that there will occur some errors on the system. This is more and more when HBAC is used with other access controls. So HBAC's formalization and model which are general enough to encompass a range of policies in using more than one access control model within a given system are important. To simplify these, we design the mathematical model called non-access structure. This Non-access structure contains to historical access list. If it is given subjects and objects, we look into subject grouping and object relation, and then we design Non-access structure. Then we can determine the permission based on history without conflict.

  • A backward Dynamic Programming(DP) model for the optimal facility replacement decision problem during a finite planning horizon is presented. Multiple alternative challengers to a current defender are considered. All facilities are assumed to have finite service lives. The objective of the DP model is to maximize the profit over a finite planning horizon. As for the cost elements, purchasing cost, maintenance costs and repair costs as well as salvage value are considered. The time to failure is assumed to follow a weibull distribution and the maximum likelihood estimation of Weibull parameters is used to evaluate the expected cost of repair. To evaluate the revenue, the rate of operation during a specified period is employed. The cash flow component of each challenger can vary independently according to the time of occurrence and the item can be extended easily. The effects of inflation and the time value of money are considered. The algorithm is illustrated with a numerical example. A MATLAB implementation of the model is used to identify the optimal sequence and timing of the replacement.

양식선별효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sorting Effect in Aquafarm)

  • Overstock in aquaculture is a matter of concern in aquaculture management. To sort fish based on fingerling size in case of overstocking is an important problem in aquaculture farm. This study aims to determine the amount of fry overstock and sorting time in aquaculture farm. This study builds a mathematical model that finds the value of decision variables to optimize objective function summing up the fingerling purchasing cost, aquaculture farm operating cost and feeding cost under mortality and farming period constraints. The proposed mathematical model involves following biological and economical variables and coefficients: (1) number of fingerlings, (2) sorting time, (3) fish growth rate and variation, (4) mortality, (5) price of a fry (6) feeding cost, and (7) possible sorting periods. Numerical simulation is presented herein. The objective of numerical simulation is to provide decision makers to analyse and comprehend the proposed model. When extensive biological data about growth function of fry becomes available, the proposed model can be widely applicable to real aquaculture farms.

구매 후 만족·불만족 상황에서 패션제품의 추구편익이 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 -소비자의 원시안적 특성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Pursued Benefits on Repurchase Intention when Consumers are Satisfied/Dissatisfied with Fashion Product Purchase -The Moderating Effect of Consumers' Hyperopic Disposition-)

  • This study examines the effects of pursued benefits and satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) on repurchase intentions. The research was comprised of a 2 (satisfaction after purchase: satisfaction versus dissatisfaction) ${\times}2$ (product benefit type: utilitarian benefit versus hedonic benefit) ${\times}2$ (hyperopic disposition: high versus low) model, designed with three mixed elements. The subject participants of this study were 168 female university students aged 20 to 29 from the Seoul, Gyeong-gi do, and Chung-cheong do areas. We performed a reliability analysis, T-test, and ANOVA using the SPSS statistic package. The results of this study are summarized as follows. In terms of product benefit that influences repurchase intention based on whether a consumer has experienced satisfaction after purchasing a fashion product, repurchase intention was high for hedonic benefits regardless of the level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction after a purchase. However, we found a significant difference in preference when the hyperopic disposition of a consumer was taken into account. When dissatisfied with a purchase, consumers with low levels of hyperopic disposition displayed higher repurchase intentions for the products of hedonic benefit than those of utilitarian benefits. However, when dissatisfied with a purchase, consumers with high levels of hyperopic disposition displayed low levels of repurchase intention regardless of the type of product benefit. When consumers are satisfied with a purchase, they are more likely to repurchase hedonic products than utilitarian products.

인터넷쇼핑몰에서 e-Trust 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 수입대행몰과 일반쇼핑몰 비교를 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of e-Trust in Internet Shopping Mall -Focuse on Comparing Import Agency Service Mall with General Internet Shopping Mall-)

  • Import Agency Service Mall, which provide customers not only with convenient shopping experiences but also with purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services, have been playing a significant role in rapidly transforming Korean consumers into global consumers. The consumers' great demand for foreign goods(services) created Import Agency Service Mall(referred to hereafter as IASM) as a new business model of distribution and consumption, which seems to grow rapidly. Accordingly, this study examined the e-Trust by analyzing the characteristics of IASM, determinants of trust, risk perception and its association with e-Trust in IASM, and finally applying the result to general internet shopping mall(referred to hereafter as GISM). The following results came out from the analysis: First, from the result of checking these two types of internet shopping mall consumers have different determinants of trust. Second, from the question if two types perceive different risk, purchasing the foreign goods, it came out that they showed critical difference in variable relevant to goods delivery and customer service. IASM perceived risk from those two variables more than GISM Third, from the review of the relationships between determinants of trust and risk perception variables, IASM showed interrelation among all the variables except between customer service and perceived risk. Fourth, the researcher examined how the risk perceived in the course of purchasing goods has an effect on consumers e-Trust. In case of IASM, risk perception relevant to customer service had an effect on consumer e-Trust. To the contrary, incase of GISM, risk perception didn't have any effect on e-Trust. Finally, from the review of interrelation between determinants of trust and consumer e-Trust, it came out that for IASM capability had an effect on consumer e-Trust and for GISM consumer service had an effect on consumer e-Trust.

  • 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 연구는 정보 기술과 물류 기술 등 여러 분야로 구분하고 연구해 왔다. 그러나 마케팅 관점에서 정보기술 이용에 관한 연구와 배송서비스에 대한 소비자의 인식, 소비자의 행위에 대한 동시적인 고찰 연구가 필요하다. 그리고 고객신뢰도, 지각된 가치, 고객만족, 구매의도 간의 상호관계를 파악함으로써 지속적인 고객 창출과 유지를 위해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 나아가야 할 방향을 제시함과 아울러 경쟁력을 높이고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 실제 구매 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 웹 사이트 품질과 배송 서비스, 고객만족도 및 구매의도간의 영향관계를 알아보는 것이다. 다시 말하면 먼저 기존의 문헌고찰 및 실증분석을 통해, 웹 사이트품질이 고객신뢰도와 지각된 가치에, 고객신뢰도가 고객만족과 구매의도에. 지각되는 가치가 고객만족과 구매의도에, 그리고 고객만족이 구매의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 전체적인 흐름으로 이해하고, 이 개념들 간의 관계를 설명함으로써 웹 사이트 품질 향상을 위한 효율적이고도 효과적인 전략적 틀을 제시하고자 한다.

남녀 중고등학생 교복 착용 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Middle and High School Boys' and Girls' Uniform Wearing Conditions)

  • The objective of this study is to compare and analyze middle and high school boys' and girls' uniform wearing conditions. The survey was conducted online and data were obtained from 907 middle and high school boys and girls. The results of this study are as follows. First, most boys and girls did not know their body sizes other than their height and weight. Second, when purchasing the school uniforms, over 70% of the boys and girls chose to try on the uniforms before their purchase and over 60% of the boys and girls had trouble selecting their sizes just by reading the labels. Third, both boys and girls considered the fit as the most important factor. When purchasing jackets, both middle and high school boys considered the shoulder width as most important. Middle school girls considered the jacket and sleeve length as most important, whereas high school girls considered the shoulder width, waist, and bust as most important. When purchasing skirts or slacks, waist girth was considered as most important. Fourth, boys repurchased more school uniforms than girls. Boys have outgrown their uniforms usually in the length categories, whereas girls have outgrown in the girth categories. Fifth, more girls(72.7%) modified their uniforms than the boys(56.8%). Boys usually bought bigger uniforms, modified them to fit and when they grow out of their uniforms they planned to modify their uniforms again whereas girls modified their uniforms to follow the trend. Sixth, the online shopping mall survey has revealed that both boys and girls liked the idea of 3D model that reflect their own body shapes, but they had low preference to purchase school uniforms online. Online purchase has been more attractive to the boys than to the girls, while the way of fashioning uniforms has been more attractive to the girls than to the boys.

혁신제품으로서의 기능성 소재 유아복의 채택 단계에 미치는 영향 요인 -제품 특성, 소비자 특성, 커뮤니케이션 특성을 중심으로- (Influential Factors on the Adoption of Performance Infants' Wear -Focusing on Product Attributes, Consumer Traits, and Communication Characteristics-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence consumers' adoption of performance infants' wear made of functional textiles. Based on Innovation Diffusion Model, product attributes, consumer traits, and communication characteristics were considered. A survey was carried out with a convenience sample of 241 housewives who have infants under 4 year-old, living in the Seoul metropolitan area. To analyze the data, SPSS 10.0 was used employing ANOVA, Duncan's post-hoc comparison, $X^2$, and f-test. The participants were classified into 4 groups based on their levels of adoption of performance infants' wear: No-Cognition, Negative Attitude, Positive Attitude, and Purchasing groups. There were significant differences among the four groups in terms of their perception of product attributes, communication characteristics, and personal traits. In terms of product attributes, the Positive Attitude group and Purchasing group showed higher perception of relative advantage, compatibility, trialability and observability than other groups. These groups were also high in terms of their tendency of actively seeking for additional product information, and particularly relied on the information from experts on TV or the Internet, personal experience posted on the Internet, or their own experience. Those who were in professional, well-educated and high income brackets were more likely to be Purchasing group than Positive Attitude group, which means once the positive attitude was formed they are likely to purchase the product.

해양관광 사이트의 전자상거래 지원지능에 대한 실태 및 개선방안 (A Study on the Status Quo and the Improvements of Blue Tourism Websites in the Context of Electronic Commerce)

  • To develop an blue tourism website(BTW) for electronic commerce(EC), information requirements of BTW are defined firstly. We defined information requirements of BTW from two aspects, i.e., front office and back office. Information requirements for front office were derived by consumer purchasing decision process. And information requirements for back office were derived by tourism value chain. Total 29 functions are identified as critical EC related functions of BTW. Among them, 25 functions were investigated into BTW. BTWs were searched by search engines - Yahoo and Empas - to Korean websites. There are 12 specialized BTWs, except one cyber museum website. For 12 websites, 25 functions were probed. By the results, in need recognition stage of blue tourism, only weather information was provided in most websites. In information search stage of blue tourism, package recommendation and various contents were provided in most websites. In consumption stage of blue tourism, traffic information were provided in most websites. And in after - sales service stage of blue tourism, bulletin board function was implemented in most websites. The rest of the functions were scarcely implemented. On the whole, it was concluded that most EC related functions of BTW in Korea were not implemented properly. To improve the status quo, it is expected in the dimension of individual website, that marketing planning, customized service, intelligent service, reinforcing purchasing assistance functions, customer relationship management, and escrow service etc. need to be implemented. And it is expected in the dimension of blue tourism industry, that standardizing product catalog, security assistance policy, information sharing by industrial database, finding referral model of BTW, elevating information mind, revising related laws etc. are needed.
