본 논문은 맥파검출기의 채널에서 발생하는 상호신호간섭이나 잡음을 제거하기 위하여 비적적응필터(MADF)알고리듬을 제안한다. 이 알고리듬은 맥파가 저주파이고 매우 천천히 변하는 환경하에서 기존의 Sign알고리듬보다 유리한 성능을 가지며, 이를 이용하여 분할등화기를 구현하였다.

In the stochastic structure for doing exact calculationk, an input number must be changed to a pulse stream. Because the performance of random number generator (RNG) is controlled by its initial condition, we suggested newly modified cellular automata (MCA) which is uses a counter for boundary condition. We compared newly suggested MCA RNG to previously reported RNGs using the AND gate passing outputs which have the same meaning of multiplication in the stochastic calculation. In order to use stochastic we studied about the method, one large RNG can generate many small random numbers. In this method, RNG must have large drive capabilities for many input comparator. So we studied about drive capabilities using BiCMOS circuit and CMOS circit by SPICE.

We designed and constructed an extremly high power s-band traveling wave resonator for the test of high power microwave components using 80MW pulsed klystron with $4{\mu}s$ pulse width. The 10dB directional coupler for the input power coupling was used, and the ring consists of phase shifter, tuner, H-band, and other microwave components. The designed total electrical length of the system is 10 times of the waveguide wavelength, ${\lambda}_g$=15.3cm, and the measured total insertion loss is 0.15dB. The low power test measurment showed the power multiplication of 14.69. The design goal is to achieve the peak power of 300MW, pulse width $4{\mu}s$ with 30 pulse repetition rate. In this article we discuss the treveling wave resonant ring constructed at the PAL laboratory together with the test results.

대부분의 시스템은 그 구조가 시간과 공간에 널리 분포되어 있기 때문에 집중정수 모델로 표현하여 시스템의 동적 특성을 해석하고 제어하기에는 여러 가지 문제점들이 있다. 시스템의 상태는 시간과 공간의 영향을 받는 상태변수가 되므로 그 동적 특성은 편미분 방정식으로 표현되어 분포정수계로 모델링하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 직교 함수의 특성을 이용하여 선형 편미분 방정식으로 표현되는 분포정수계의 두 변수에 대하여 연속적으로 적분을 취하여 적분 방정식으로 변환하고, 확장된 블록 펄스 연산 행렬[3]을 도입하여 적분 방정식을 간단한 대수 방정식으로 변환하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 최소자승오차법을 이용하여 분포정수계의 파라미터들을 추정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 방법을 사용하는 것보다 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 사용하는 것이 오차가 적음을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 곱셈연산이 필요치 안은 변형 비적 적응필터(MMADF : Modified Multiplication-free adaptive Filter) 알고리즘을 제안하고 수렴특성을 해석하였다. 제안한 구조는 DPCM(Differential Pulse Code Modulation)과 Sign 알고리듬을 이용한 MADF 구조에서 1차 필터를 첨가한 구조이다. 해석방법은 계수 비정렬벡터와 그 자기상관행렬의 수렴을 유도하였다. 수렴특성을 평가하기 위하여 분할등기(FSE : Fractionally Spaced Equallizer)에 적용하였으며, Sign 알고리듬, MADF 알고리듬, MMADF 알고리듬을 사용하여 정상상태오차와 수렴속도로 특성을 비교평가 하였다. MMADF 알고리듬을 FSE에 적용한 결과 안정된 수렴특성을 나타내었으며, 동일한 정상상태오차를 갖는 조건에서 시뮬레이션한 결과 기존의 Sign 및 MADF 알고리듬에 비해 신호특성 및 수렴속도가 개선 되었다.

This paper proposes a new harmonic elimination PWM (HEPWM) scheme for voltage source inverters (VSI) based on the curve fittings of certain polynomials functions. The resulting equations to calculate the switching angle of the HEPWM require only the addition and multiplication processes; therefore any number of harmonics to be eliminated and the fundamental amplitude of the pole switching waveform (NP1) can be controlled on-line. An extensive angle error analysis is carried out to determine the accuracy of the algorithm in comparison to the exact solution. To verify the workability of the technique, an experimental single phase VSI is constructed. The algorithm is implemented on a VSI using a 16-bit microprocessor. The results obtained from the test rig are compared to the theoretical prediction and the results of the MATLAB simulations.

자란(B. striata)의 미성숙종자로 부터 유도한 embryogenic callus를 현탁배양하고 이와같은 embryogenic cell suspensions로부터 분리한 원형질체에 electroporation 방법을 사용하여 reporter genes이 들어있는 pBI121 plasmid DNA 를 도입하고 그 발현을 확인하였다. 배양된 세포에 있어서 GUS의 활성은 plasmid DNA양의 증가와 함께 높게 나타났으며, 200-300 voltage/1180 uF에서 GUS의 활성 및 원형질체의 생존율(viability)이 가장 좋았다.
