This paper presents an approach to extract license plates from parking regulation images which is captured in various photographing direction and complex background. first, we search each row at regular intervals starting from the bottom of a license-plate image, and we set up a rough region for a certain zone in which the sign of intensity vector changes frequently enough and color of license plate is detected enough, assuming it as a candidate location of a license plate. And then, we extract an elaborate area of a license plate by horizontally and vertically projecting vertical edges. Here, tar types of the private and the public, are easily classified according to the color of extracted plates. To evaluate proposed method, we used 200 actual regulation images. As a result, the proposed method showed extraction rate of 96%, which is 9% higher than the previous method using only intensity vector.

PGP is an encryption software designed to provide information protection, security and authentication services for online communication systems. The characteristic of behavior done on the Internet is that you don't know the other person. It is very important to protect information from someone you cannot trust. So identification of the other person is an important task. PGP uses an digital signature algorithm to verify the identity of the other party. However, it is not accurate to check the other party's credibility. PGP increases trust as other users sign more on public keys of user. In other words, credibility is not perfect. In this paper, PGP certification system that key management in Ethereum blockchain, one of the blockchain platforms, is proposed. Key management in blockchain ensures data integrity, transparency and reliability.

Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country's highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,-respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.

Sixty-two medical records of patients with coal workers' pneumoconiosis who died in hospital as coal workers' pneumoconiosis were analysed for study of the relationship between forced expiratory volume in one second ($FEV_1$) and life expectancy in coal workers'pneumoconiosis. In the group who died of asphyxia from hemoptysis, life expectancy were well fitted with $FEV_1$(p<0.05). But others were not well fitted to simple linear regression equation. The prevalence of ECG sign of col pulmonale was more in the group of cardiorespiratory failure than asphyxia group. So, in the case of far advanced cor pulmonale, it was difficult to predict life expectancy by simple linear regression equation

전자상거래, Single Sign On, 전자문서교환 등 웹 기반의 사이버 교환이 급증하는 오늘날 상대방의 신뢰를 보증해 줄 수 있는 수단으로 인증서의 사용이 필수적이다. 인증서는 인증기관을 신뢰한다는 가정에서 사용되기 때문에 통신개체 사이에서 보다 정확한 인증이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반구조에서 인증서를 사용하는 모든 암호시스템 분야에 응용될 수 있는 인증 및 키 복구 메커니즘을 설계하였다. 서버와 사용자간에 인증서를 기반으로 공개키 암호에 의한 인증과 세션 암호 키 분배, 그리고 응용 자원서버들과의 비밀통신에서 암호 키의 유실을 고려한 키 복구 지원 프로토콜을 제안하였다.

EAM(Enterprise Access Management)은 SSO(Single Sign On)와 사용자 역할기반의 세분화된 접근관리를 제공하는 적극적 시스템 인증, 제어관리 솔루션으로 EAM 도입을 위해서는 중요한 자원들의 안전한 보관 관리가 필수적이다. 이를 위해 각 기업이나 그룹에서는 XML을 기반으로 한 여러 보안기술을 도입하고 있지만 현재 XML 정보 보안 기술을 중심으로 한 EAM시스템의 구현은 그 기반이 미미한 실정이며 표준에 따른 시스템의 고려도 미약한 실정이다. 특히 XML 정보보호기술과 기존 보안기술인 공개키 기반구조(Public Hey infrastructure, PKI), 권한관리구조 PMI(Privilege Management infrastructure)등과 같은 인증기술과의 상호연동기술에 관한 연구가 부족한 상태이다 이에 본 논문은 표준 XML 정보 보호기술 중 대표적인 기술인 XACML(extensible Access Control Markup Language)과 PMI를 연동한 안전한 EAM 통합 접근 시스템 구축 방안에 대친 연구하였다.

본 연구의 배경은 공공도서관 사인시스템의 현황과 지속적인 활용에 있다. 수많은 정보 중 필요한 정보를 선별하고 수용하는 것이 중요한 현대사회에서 사인시스템은 원만한 상호작용을 위한 주요수단이다. 특히 복잡한 구조와 공간의 기능을 함께 지니고 있는 도서관에서 정보를 파악하기 위해서 명확한 지각효과를 갖춘 사인의 역할은 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 이용자가 공공도서관을 이용할 때 어떠한 요소가 정보를 수용하고 시각적으로 인지하는데 많은 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 선정된 도서관을 대상으로 기능 및 시각적 요소에 따라 사례분석을 한 후 이용자 만족도 조사를 실시하여 효과적이고 편리하게 도서관을 이용할 수 있도록 정보를 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 사인시스템을 조사하고 그 결과를 토대로 실무에서 사용할 수 있는 공공도서관 사인시스템 체크리스트를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 배경은 공공도서관 사인시스템의 현황과 도서관 사인의 지속적인 활용에 있다. 이에 따라 공공도서관 현장 조사와 문헌 조사를 통하여 공공도서관 사인시스템 체크리스트를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 공공도서관 사인시스템의 체크리스트는 사인 유지 보수 및 관리인 실무적 측면과 사인 기능 별 측면을 고려하여 작성되었다. 도서관 사인 관리자가 도서관 사인을 구축하고 관리할 때 효율적이고 지속가능한 도서관 사인을 구축할 수 있도록 하였다.

In the digital era, broadcasting plays a very large role as a means of communication, as it no longer merely provides information or entertainment media. Particularly in the case of the visually and hearing-impaired, broadcasting is the primary means of acquiring information, so its role as a public service needs to be expanded. The development of digital technology enables the quantitative expansion of traditional methods of disability broadcasting, i.e., closed caption, sign language, and descriptive video service, with an acceptable level of quality. In this study, we review the current trends of, and concerns related to, broadcasting services for disabled people, as well as technological trends, and proposals for increasing visibility and accessibility to broadcasting for hearing-impaired people.

The present study was performed to investigate the prevalence rate of idiopathic scoliosis and to determine the effect of exercise training on scoliotic angle in elementary school children. In this study, two out of five elementary schools in Seosan city were chosen by random sampling. Seven hundred sixty four students (from four grade to the sixth grade student) were selected in two schools. Screening tests were conducted to find idiopathic scoliosis. Among the 764 individuals, 139 subjects who showed positive sign in physical examination took whole spine radiography. Thirty six subjects who had a curve of 10 or greater and consented to participate in the exercise program were selected for the exercise program. The exercise program was performed four times a week for 5 months. The results of this study were as follows: 1) One hundred thirty nine subjects showed positive sign in the scoliosis screening test. 2) The overall prevalence of curve of $10^{\circ}or$ greater in X-ray finding was 8.15%. The prevalencies of curve of $10^{\circ}or$ greater in male and female were 7.1% and 9.2%, respectively. 3) Scoliosis curves were observed at thoracic area (48.4%), at thoracolumbar area (27.4%) and at lumbar area(24.4%). 4) Right side curve was 59.7%, and left side curve was 40.3%. 5) After the 5 month exercise program for scoliosis, the Cobb's angle was significantly decreased. 6) There was no significant difference of Cobb's angle change respect to sex, grades, and scoliosis curve site. Results shown here indicates that an early detection and early exercise for scoliosis can result in decreased the Cobb's angle in elementary school children.
