Natural disasters are occurring frequently due to typhoon and flood. Especially, damage scales are increasing these days because of climate change. When natural disasters occur, civil engineering officers investigate them for the recovery. If public facilities are damaged, the disaster damage investigation must be finished within 7days. Currently, natural disaster damage investigation is done on two levels, field investigation and data input into NDMS. However, having those two overlapped most of the time, and we must do subsidiary works things to register field investigation data into system. Work efficiency is decreased due to repetition of additional work. So, many civil engineering officers indicated problems such as lack of manpower and time. In this study, We developed work process on natural disaster damage investigation that involves using smart phone to solve problems such as shortage of time and manpower.

Recently, the necessities of gathering, producing, and sharing criminal information are critically important as intelligence functions of police agencies to improving public safety and national security. However, the inadequacies and barriers within which police agencies have in regard to intelligence functions impede criminal information gathering, intelligence producing within their agency, and intelligence sharing with other agencies. In this study, we analyzed informal networks constructed from a survey dataset of information and intelligence sharing among officers in police agencies. The results revealed the different structural properties of intelligence networks between police agencies. We did find that officers with high indegree and outdegree in a network played critical role on the dynamics and degree of intelligence gathering and assessment responsibilities. Finally, we could find evidence that the potential role of intermediary triggered relational dynamics for developing and sharing critical information among all police agencies.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized manual to help an educational agency manage the school milk program in cities and provinces. Towards this purpose, we carried out an observational study, content analysis, and survey as the first step. After developing the standardized manual and modifying its contents based on a panel discussion, we implement the delphi-technique as the second step. The standardized manual was composed of an introduction, the administrative direction of educational agency, the management of the school milk program, the management of the free milk program, teaching guidance, selection and contract of supplier, and an appendix. The manual was distributed to over 16 educational agencies for managing the school milk program and was promoted to public officials, such as the officers of educational agencies, the school district officials, and the officers of ministry of agriculture and forestry. The developed manual was targeted for used in schools throughout the nation, but was accepted with reservation in different regions. Therefore, school milk program would be expected to be an efficient management and operation through the use of a standardized manual.

This study began with the question of obtaining human resources through the promotion of outstanding resources of the Special Forces Officer and studied the following four promotion strategies: First, it is Facebook's promotional strategy medium. Second, it is a promotional strategy medium of YouTube. Third, it is a promotional strategy medium for blogs. Fourth, it is a public relations strategy medium for Web site. Furthermore, we would like to consider this study through four promotional strategies and cases of acquiring excellent foreign personnel in order to acquire excellent non-commissioned officers. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain excellent resources through promotional activities by utilizing strategic intermediaries for obtaining excellent resources from special forces. Ultimately, this study can provide fundamental implications for recruiting special forces officers for obtaining excellent resources by utilizing strategic intermediaries.

In this paper, we propose the relationship between the expectation of home training, exercise commitment, and exercise continuation intention. The subject of this study is the police officers belonging to the Busan and Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency as of March 2021. Among them, a survey was conducted targeting 337 people who had experience participating in home training. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the expectations of home training were significantly correlated with exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention factors. Second, it was found that the expectation of home training participants had a significant effect on exercise immersion and exercise continuation intention. Third, exercise immersion of home training participants was found to have a significant effect on exercise continuation intention. Home training will be usefully used to prepare physical conditions for various public safety situations. If you training with a long-term plan rather than short-term training, you will be able to achieve the effect that home training seeks.

The main purpose of this paper is to present a competitive strategies for the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. Based on the survey conducted by the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port experts, the categorized factors were compared using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the importance of each factor and sub-factor in the case of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This is a quantitative study that conducted a face-to-face survey on employees and related public officers at the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. The final sample size consisted of 49 people, including workers at the Busan New Port logistics warehouses and related local customs officers. The data were coded in Microsoft Excel and the imprtance of SWOT factors was derived using "the I make it" program developed by Decision Sience, and it was analyzed using the AHP method. This study quantifies the importance of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats factor of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port and presents strategic guidelines for the key factors for the development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port. This research provides strategic guidelines to Korea for the development of the Logistics Industries, and development of the Logistics Warehouses of Busan New Port.

There are countless possibilities lying ahead of us, and while predicting the future may be challenging, it does not render the act of forecasting meaningless. Predicting various possibilities allows us to be flexible in coping with unforeseen circumstances. This study was conducted to explore extreme events (X-events) in the population sector in South Korea. To achieve this, focus group interviews were conducted with 32 emergency planning officers in government and public services. Based on these interviews, significant research findings were derived, indicating that population issues such as population decline and aging could have substantial impacts on various fields, including the economy and national defense. With this study as a catalyst, we anticipate a more active discussion and discourse on X-events that could occur in our society.

The purposes of the study were to find out the basic needs of rural people and to get some implications for the integrated rural regional development. The data were gathered from 376 local government officers and change agents in 8 Provinces. Major results of study were as follows ; (1) Average income of rural households meet $90{\sim}100$ present of average income of urban households. (2) Most of respondents replied that average labor inputs should not exceed $7{\sim}8$ hours per a day. (3) Basic requirement of school career for the rural life was high school graduate. (4) Education expenditure should be less then 6 percent of total consumption expenditure. (5) Rural people should be able to access to basic public facilities such as school, hospital and drag store within thirty minitues. (6) Desirable housing space for rural life was $66{\sim}72.5m^2$. (7) Rural people should enjoy $3{\sim}4$ times of cultural activities and $3{\sim}4$ times of tours in a year.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the conditions of small fishing village & fishing port and to suggest the development direction of them. For this, we tried to field survey and research of development demands for 100 sample places. The results of this study were as follows; First, Small fishing villages & fishing ports have different characteristics and their primary industry was a fisheries. And they have a poor condition for basic facilities and industrial facilities, more smaller fishing port. Second, The living satisfaction of residents was decreased gradually because of a decrease in amount of catching fish, a population aging and etc. Residents and public officers was to demand an expansion of basic facilities, an investment of national expenditure and a simplification of administrative procedure. Third, We could establish the development directions by geographical location and funcion of them. And They must development consider their characteristics.

This study aims at applying the body image, self-image and costume image, which is completed as harmony of hairstyle according to 14 occupational types to be help at in time of image creation. It made a survey of 5,658 women living in Seoul. The result of response showed that a sandglass type and rectangular type is highest in a form suited to the body image for educational employees, public officials, business employees, service workers, office workers, financial employees, university students who are majoring in beauty), beauty artists and entertainers, and for police officers, housewives, medical service workers, university students who aren't majoring in beauty, respectively, which there is the difference by occupational group. But there is no difference from a point of view that many women of our country are much alike in a form.
