부부갈등이 아동의 우울에 미치는 영향 : 부모 통제의 매개적 역할 (The Effects of Marital Conflict on Children's Depression : The Mediating Role of Parental Control)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The participants were composed of 243 elementary school 5th and 6th graders (of which 121 were boys and 122 were girls) from Gyeonggi-do province. They completed questionnaires on marital conflict, parental control and children's depression. The data were analyzed by means of Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. It was observed that marital conflict (content) had an effect on children's depression. Parental psychological control was also found to have an effect on children's depression. However, parental behavioral control did not appear to have an effect on children's depression. In addition marital conflict (frequency/content) had an effect on parental psychological control. Additionally, marital conflict (resolution) had an effect on parental behavioral control. It was further found that paternal psychological control and maternal psychological control partially mediated the relationship between marital conflict and children's depression. These results clearly indicate that parental psychological control plays an important role in marital conflict and children's depression.

비행교관의 변혁적 리더십과 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감 관계에서 지도자 신뢰의 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Leader's Trust in the Relationship between Flight Instructor Transformation Leadership and the Student Pilot Psychological Stability)

  • This thesis researched student pilots at certified flying school to prove several things as follows. First, this study tried to find out the influence of instructor's leader trust to student pilot. Second, this study also tried to investigate the influence of student pilot's psychological stability from leader trust. Third, this study tried to prove the mediation effect of leader trust between flight instructor's transformation leadership and the student pilot psychological stability. The result of empirical research are as follows. First, the result of the verification of the relationship between transformative leadership and trust of leader showed that transformative leadership has a positive (+) influence to trust of leader. Second, the result of verification between leader trust and psychological stability relationship showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Third, the result of verification between transformative leadership and psychological stability showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. I discussed implication from this study at the end and presented future research direction.

화장의 사회.심리적 기대효과에 따른 화장이미지와 자의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Makeup Image and Self-Consciousness According to the Level of Expected Socio-Psychological Effect of Makeup)

  • This study was made to investigate the differences in Korean woman's perceived makeup image and self-consciousness according to their expectation level in socio-psychological effect of makeup, and to gather information needed for the better understanding of cosmetics consumers and more effective marketing activities of cosmetics industries. Normative-descriptive survey method using questionnaire was employed for the present study. The survey was conducted in August 2001 and the sample consisted of 942 women between the ages of 18 and 50 residing in Seoul and Kyungi province. Data were analyzed by SPSS package. Factor analysis, ANOVA, and MANOVA were employed for the analysis of the data. The results are as follows : (1) Six factors emerged from the data related to the category of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. Those factors were named as "increasing positiveness", "refreshment", "covering weakness", "self-expression", "consideration for others", and "the tool for self-change". Four factors were found in the category of makeup image, and the factors were named as "refinement", "nobility", "favorable impression ", and "personality ". (2) There was a tendency that those who highly expect the socio-psychological effect of makeup have more positive self-image. Considering this differences in self-image according to the level of expected socio-psychological effect of makeup. service activities for the consumers' positive opinion and attitude to the effect of makeup are needed, and it seems that those service activities will have a good influence on the consumers' emotional health. (3) Subjects with higher level of social anxiety showed higher expectations in refreshment, covering weakness and self-expression. Considering this trend, marketers have to make an constant effort for the variety of cosmetics and makeup manner by which consumers satisfy their expectation in makeup. It seems that the satisfaction of their expectation on the help of makeup effect will contribute to lessen social anxiety, and to get emotional stability. (4) Subjects with higher personal self-anxiety showed higher expectations of the effect. "increase of positiveness". The Effect of Authentic Leadership and Psychological Contract Breach on Organizational Cynicism: Focusing on the Moderated Mediation of Followers' Identification with the Leader

  • This study sets out to verify the moderated mediation of followers' identification with the leader on the indirect effect of authentic leadership on organizational cynicism via psychological contract breach. A total of 279 responses from employees at companies with more than 500 employees and of diverse industries were used for analysis. Our findings showed that authentic leadership (X) had a negative indirect effect on organizational cynicism (Y) via psychological contract breach (M), and that this indirect effect was negatively moderated by identification with the leader, thereby identifying its role as a moderating mediator. Further verification revealed that the indirect effect ($X{\rightarrow}M{\rightarrow}Y$) was conditional upon the value of the moderating variable, where identification with the leader had a significant effect in the 25%, 50%, 75%, 90% levels, but not in the 10% level. The findings of this research empirically verified that greater exertion of authentic leadership lowers psychological contract breach among organization members and, consequently, organizational cynicism. In particular, this effect was stronger when the organization member identified him/herself more strongly with the leader. Our findings extend the body of knowledge on the relationship between authentic leadership and organizational cynicism and expands the possibilities for future research.

고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존이 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 심리적불편감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effect of Smart-phone addiction on School Adjustment of Highschool Students : Focused on Mediating Effect of Psychological Distress)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존과 학교적응과의 관계에서 심리적 불편감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역 4곳의 고등학교의 고등학생 375명을 연구대상으로 수집된 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존, 심리적 불편감, 학교적응의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 심리적 불편감이 고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존과 학교 적응의 관계를 매개하는지 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 사용하여 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트폰 과의존은 고등학생의 학교적응에 부적영향을 미치고, 심리적불편감에는 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 심리적불편감은 학교적응에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구조 모형 검증 결과, 스마트폰 과의존과 학교적응의 관계에서 심리적불편감의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 학교적응에 스마트폰 과의존과 심리적 불편감이 미치는 영향과 이를 관리할 수 있는 다양한 예방적 교육 및 조치에 관한 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다.

보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Job Stress on Psychological Burnout of Childcare Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 520명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 그 자료를 중심으로 직무스트레스, 심리적 소진 및 자아존중감에 대한 경로분석 모형을 살펴보았다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치며, 자아존중감에는 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아존중감은 심리적 소진에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 직접적인 영향과 자아존중감을 매개로 한 간접적인 영향이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 직무스트레스 및 심리적 소진의 감소와 자아존중감 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 제시되었다.

이슈리더십과 조직구성원의 업무성과: 직무 도전성의 매개효과와 심리적 주인의식의 조절된 매개효과 (Issue Leadership and Work Performance: Mediating Effect of Job Challenge and Moderated Mediation Effect of Psychological Ownership)

  • Purpose: This paper investigated the effects of issue leadership on employees' work performance. It also explored the mediating role of job challenge in the above relationship. We also tested the moderating effect of psychological ownership in the relationship between issue leadership and job challenge. Finally, this paper examined the moderated mediation effect of psychological ownership in the course of affecting issue leadership on work performance via job challenge. Methods: This paper used a cross-sectional design with questionnaires administered to 390 employees working in Korean firms. It applied an hierarchical and multi-regression analysis by using SPSS 22.0 and Hayes' Macro Process to test the proposed hypotheses including a moderated mediation model. Results: As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that the issue leadership had a positive effect on the work performance. Second, it was also found that issue leadership had a positive effect on the job challenge. In addition, job challenge was found to positive mediating effect in the relationship between issue leadership and work performance. Third, we found that the psychological ownership positively moderated the relationship between issue leadership and job challenge. Finally, the moderated mediating effect was found by confirming that the higher the degree of psychological ownership, the stronger the effect of issue leadership on the work performance via job challenge. Conclusion: This paper contributes to the leadership and work performance studies by identifying the role of issue leadership enhancing employee work performance while confirming connection mechanism and boundary conditions strengthening the positive effect of issue leadership on employee work performance.

영재 청소년의 자아개념과 핵심역량간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on the Relation between Self-Concept and Core Competencies in Gifted Youth)

  • 본 연구는 영재 청소년의 자아개념과 핵심역량의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 이 둘 간의 관계를 매개하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전북교육청에 자료를 요청하여 영재 청소년 총 221명을 대상으로 자아개념, 핵심역량, 긍정심리자본을 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 영재의 자아개념, 핵심역량, 긍정심리자본은 서로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영재의 자아개념과 핵심역량 간의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 영재 청소년을 대상으로 그들의 핵심 역량을 강화하기 위해 그들의 심리내적인 요인으로 긍정심리자본의 내적 특성이 매우 중요함을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이 연구의 결과가 영재교육과 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 참고 될 수 있기를 바란다.

화장행위가 갖는 심리학적 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study for Psychological Effects which Make-up Behavior Has on Women)

  • 화장은 인간의 기본적인 미적 욕구충족 뿐만 아니라 사회적 대인 관계, 심리적 작용, 자기 강화 등에 긍정적으로 작용하는 것을 알 수 있다 이처럼 화장을 통한 만족도는 대인 관계의 성향에도 긍정적인 영향을 준다. 여기서 주목할 것은 화장 행위의 다양한 기능들은 모두 심리학적 효과를 가지며 다양한 사회적 효용으로 발전될 수 있다는 것이다 우리나라의 경우는 미용분야, 화장품, 보건 분야, 의류학 분야의 심리 연구는 많이 되고 있으나, 화장 심리, 화장 치료에 대한 연구는 아직 그다지 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 화장은 외모뿐만 아니라 마음을 장식하고 움직일 수 있는 심리적 효과를 가지고 있다. 화장의 심리학적 접근으로 많은 연구를 하여, 화장 심리에서 적극적인 화장 치료로 발전되기를 기대한다. 그래서 우울증 환자나 치매 노인, 화상 환자에게 도움이 되었으면 한다 이를 위해서는 화장 치료법과 특수 화장품에 대한 많은 연구가 필요하며, 적극적인 화장의 효과성에 대한 검토도 아울러 이루어져야 할 것이다. 그리고 화장 행위의 심리적 효과에 대한 타당성을 알아보기 위한 기초 자료들을 제시하고자 하며, 앞으로 화장의 심리적 효용에 대한 연구에 도움이 되었으면 한다.

노인요양기관종사자의 심리적 자본이 이직의도 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Aged Care Facility Worker's Psychological Capital on Turnover Intension and Job Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: This study aims to examine the effect of psychological capital on turnover intension and job satisfaction by aged care facility workers. Methods : Samples were obtained from 147 aged care facility workers in one county of Kyungsangbukdo. The study conducted a correlation and a regression analysis to learn how psychological capital (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, resilience) would affect turnover intension and job satisfaction. Results : First, age and marital status turned out to have a positive (+) influence on job satisfaction which would be negative (-) affected by tenure of office. Second, hope, sub-variable of Psychological Capital, affected a negative (-) influence on turnover intension. Third, resilience, sub-variable of Psychological Capital, affected a positive(+) influence on job satisfaction. Conclusions: It is suggested to develop the psychological capital of aged care facility workers, effective welfare system and educational program are required for better job satisfaction.
