We consider pm-ring with the property such that every prime ideal is contained in only one maximal ideal. Orsatti[4] characterized pm-rings by means of the retraction. Contessa[1] found algebraic condition, by using that direct product of pm-rings is a pm-ring. We show that C(X, H) and C(X, C) are pm-rings and we extend a quasi pm-domain.

The manager of manufacturing industry just not to have known what to do related to the law of product liability(PL) that was put into operation in July 1, 2002. The law of PL is a public law about defective product, which was established in order to compensate consumer's damages of property and body caused by product, to make sound society by the safety products and to take international competitiveness. But the existing civil law has been having clause that compensation to be taken is limited. The law of PL is resolving this limitations and is characterized by the easy relief from damages of defective product. The decision in the case of Green-man has been a precedent since the court sentenced the manufacturer to liability. The law of PL has been in force in 27 countries, including all of the EU countries, Japan, Philippines and China. It has been shown that the corporations which meet the Global Standard, could survive in global competition. The economic effects by the law of PL are the increase of consumers relief production cost by the lawsuits. This paper will recommend more biref method that is able to cover PSMS by use of QMS. It will make domestic corporation improve in the plan, manufacture and sale of products to meet the Global Standard.

This paper aims to examine the status of sizing specifications for disposable sanitary pads on the market and to offer information on product design that reflect the requests of consumer by gathering opinion through the practical experience of consumers. Seventy-six varieties of sanitary pads on market are measured and the evaluations of wearing comfort were investigated by the questionnaire and interview for sixty three varieties of sanitary pads. As a result, they were classified into five sizes related with length but vaguely related with thickness and width. Thickness is distinguished by the compressibility that is marked as slim or ultra slim by the same brand. However, there is no sizing consistency for all products. The result shows that there is some confusion for consumers to choose desired sizes, In addition, the perception of wearing is categorized into four factors that are product performance, size and fit, wearing feeling and margin of action, and adhesive property and wrapping. The manufacturing specifications for the sanitary pads on domestic market, the requests of consumers for sanitary pad design modifications, and proposals for follow-up studies were figured out through this research.

Since the advent of the Internet, and the development of smart devices, people have begun to spend more time in online platforms; this phenomenon has created a large number of online Words of Mouth (WOM) daily. Under these changes, one of the important aspects to consider is the conformity effect in online WOM; that is, whether an individual's own opinion would be influenced by the majority opinion of other people. This study, therefore, investigates whether there is the conformity effect in online product ratings for Amazon.com using the method called Markov Chain analysis. Markov Chain analysis considers the stochastic process that satisfies the Markov property, and we assume that the generation of online product ratings follows the process. Under the assumption that people are usually independent when they express their opinion in online platforms, we analyze the interdependency among rating sequences, and we find weak evidence that there exists the conformity effect in online product rating. This suggests that people who leave online product ratings consider others' opinions.

Replacing a large amount of ground granulated blast furnace slag is limited because early age strength is low due to latent hydraulic property despite excellence of long-term strength. This study aimed to examine produceableness of high-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag using slag by-product from steel process. As experimental variable, the properties of strength development were analyzed by setting fineness and replacement ratio of slag by-product, curing conditions, and W/B. The results of study showed that high-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag using slag by-product as an activator improve the compressive strength of mortar. It is expected to be used as binder for secondary product of concrete considering curing and mixing conditions because high-activated ground granulated blast furnace slag can be hydrated by itself.

Reverse edge magic(REM) labeling of the graph G = (V, E) is a bijection of vertices and edges to a set of numbers from the set, defined by λ : V ∪ E → {1, 2, 3, …, |V| + |E|} with the property that for every xy ∈ E, constant k is the weight of equals to a xy, that is λ(xy) - [λ(x) + λ(x)] = k for some integer k. We given the construction of REM labeling for the Cartesian Product, Unions of Braids and Unions of Triangular Belts. The Kotzig array used in this paper is the 3 × (2r + 1) kotzig array. we test the konow results about REM labelling that are related to the new results we found.

This study was to investigate the effect of chitosan molecular weight, its charge density, and its surface coating treatment on the antibacterial properties of paper. For this study, E.coil was used for antibacterial experiment. Results obtained were as follows : 1. The antibacterial properties of chitosan was significant on the surface-treated sheet. 2. Antibacterial property surface treatment was appeared to be effective when film was formed on the paper surface. 3. The antibacterial properties of chitosan-treated paper was dependent on the amount and the molecular weight of chitosan used. The lower the molecular weight of the chitosan down to 30,000 the better the antibacterial properties in this experiment. 4. Determination of the degree of chitosan-deacetylation by colloidal titration method was consistent with the more complicated and conventional FT-IR method.

The author devotes this paper to defining a new class of generalized soft open sets, namely soft somewhere dense sets and to investigating its main features. With the help of examples, we illustrate the relationships between soft somewhere dense sets and some celebrated generalizations of soft open sets, and point out that the soft somewhere dense subsets of a soft hyperconnected space coincide with the non-null soft ${\beta}$-open sets. Also, we give an equivalent condition for the soft csdense sets and verify that every soft set is soft somewhere dense or soft cs-dense. We show that a collection of all soft somewhere dense subsets of a strongly soft hyperconnected space forms a soft filter on the universe set, and this collection with a non-null soft set form a soft topology on the universe set as well. Moreover, we derive some important results such as the property of being a soft somewhere dense set is a soft topological property and the finite product of soft somewhere dense sets is soft somewhere dense. In the end, we point out that the number of soft somewhere dense subsets of infinite soft topological space is infinite, and we present some results which associate soft somewhere dense sets with some soft topological concepts such as soft compact spaces and soft subspaces.

For a ring endomorphism of a ring R, Krempa called $\alpha$ rigid endomorphism if $a{\alpha}(a)$ = 0 implies a = 0 for a $\in$ R, and Hong et al. called R an $\alpha$-rigid ring if there exists a rigid endomorphism $\alpha$. Due to Rege and Chhawchharia, a ring R is called Armendariz if whenever the product of any two polynomials in R[x] over R is zero, then so is the product of any pair of coefficients from the two polynomials. The Armendariz property of polynomials was extended to one of skew polynomials (i.e., $\alpha$-Armendariz rings and $\alpha$-skew Armendariz rings) by Hong et al. In this paper, we study the relationship between $\alpha$-rigid rings and extended Armendariz rings, and so we get various conditions on the rings which are equivalent to the condition of being an $\alpha$-rigid ring. Several known results relating to extended Armendariz rings can be obtained as corollaries of our results.
