적용 가능한 유니소재화 대상제품 발굴 및 사례 연구 (Case Study on the Target Products for Applicable Uni-materailization)

  • 전 세계적으로 자원순환 효율성 증대 및 에너지 절감을 위해 친환경제품 설계, 재활용, 재제조 등 다양한 방법론이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 하나의 방안으로 유니소재화에 대해서 제시하고 있다. 유니소재화는 제품 재활용이 용이하고 유해물질 사용을 저감하기 위해 설계, 생산, 수거, 재활용 등을 고려한 기존 제품의 소재의 단일화(단순화)로 정의한다. 본 연구에서는 적용 가능한 유니소재화 대상제품을 평가할 수 있는 정성적, 정량적 평가 항목을 개발하였다. 평가항목은 경제성, 기술성, 환경성을 고려하여 총 9가지로 구성되어 있으며 평가항목을 적용하여 4가지 대상제품에 대해 사례를 연구했다. 연구 결과, 블라인드형 창문을 제외한 3가지 대상제품은 유니소재화 제품으로 적용이 가능하며 평가항목의 객관성을 높이기 위해서는 유니소재화의 개념을 구체화하고 산업별 특성을 고려하여 평가할 필요가 있다.

  • In this paper, we present and prove new existence and uniqueness fixed point theorems for vector operators having a mixed monotone property in partially ordered product Banach spaces. Our results extend and improve existing works on τ-φ-concave operators in the scalar case. As an application, we study the existence and uniqueness of positive solutions for systems of nonlinear Neumann boundary value problems.

  • In this paper we prove that tile property of product irreducible characters is, if $\Phi$$\in$$\textit{Irr(H)}$ and $\Theta$$\in$$\textit{Irr(K)}$ are faithful, then $\Phi$$\times\theta$ is faithful if and only if │$\textit{Z(H)}$│ and │$\textit{Z(K)}$│ are relative primes where G=$\textit{H}\times\textit{K}$.

Development of Cooked Rice with Garlic and Astragalus membranaceus Extract for the Health-Friendly Ready-To-Eat Product as Cook-Chill Type

  • Medicinal cooked rice with Astragalus membranaceus extract and garlic was developed as a ready-to-eat product. The response surface methodology was used to examine the effect of garlic and Astragalus membranaceus extract addition on the color, texture, and sensory properties to optimize the product. The product was also analyzed for microbiological, sensory, and physical property changes during storage.As for the color, taste, and overall acceptability, the sensory scores increased with the increase of Astragalus membranaceus extracts (p<0.05). The sensory scores for the product ranged between 9.17~9.92 and foodborne microorganism such as Bacillus cereus, Salmonella, Staphylococcu aureus, and Eschericha coli were not detected after 13 storage days. Therefore, the possible shelf life was evaluated for up to13 days of storage. When considering health and convenience are important factors in the development of new food products, the medicinal and biological effects of garlic and Astragalus membranaceus could be useful for providing healthy diet options for senior consumers. The results of sensory and microbiological tests showed the potential for the commercialization of ready-to-eat cook-chill product as an alternative of cooked rice for Asian populations and Korean senior consumer market.

동해산 가다랑어 훈연조미제품의 저장 중 정미성분 및 관능적 품질의 변화 (Changes of Taste Compounds and Sensory Qualities during Storage in the Seasoned and Smoked Product of the East Sea Skipjack Tuna (Euthynus pelamis))

  • Powder and liquid products of the seasoned and smoked fish were manufactured with small-sized skipjack tuna (Euthynus pelamis) captured in the East Sea, Korea. The property changes of nucleotides and their related compounds, amino acid, and sensory attribute during storage were analyzed. IMP content was the highest among the nucleotides and their related compounds followed by inosine in both powder and liquid products. Nucleotides and their related compounds of the powder product increased slightly as storage period increased, while those of liquid product were constant. Glutamic acid $(15.6{\%})$, aspartic acid $(10.7{\%})$, and lysine $(9.3{\%})$ were major amino acids of the power product, while histidine $(36.2{\%})$ and taurine $(10.6{\%})$ were high in the liquid product. Free amino acid contents of liquid product increased during storage periods. There was no significant difference In the concentration of nucleotides and their related compounds, and composition of free amino acid between the products with/without liquid smoke. Aroma and acceptance were good in both products, while bitterness and sweetness were poor.

Following the method of Royden, Hahn introduces a new pseudo-differential metric $S_{M}$ on M. The present paper is to study the product property of the metric $S_{M}$ when M is given by the product of two domains $D_1$ and $D_2$ in the complex plane C, thus investigating the hyperbolicity of the product domain $D_1 \;\times\; D_2$ with respect to $S_{M}$ metric.

어포던스 이론에 기반한 제품 모델링 디자인 및 평가 연구 (Product Modeling Design and Evaluation Research Based on Affordance Theory)

  • Affordance is a kind of mental physiology, used by psychologist Donald A. Norman as a design idea, defined as "the property that something can directly and essentially provide something to a person or animal". This idea of returning to the essence and providing properties intuitively has a new guiding effect on product design. The purpose of this thesis is to take the theory of affordance as the basis of design concept, and redesign the shape of desktop lamps in small home appliances, so as to optimize the product shape. A product styling design method based on the concept of affordance is established through four major classifications of affordance, and a styling design scheme is completed using a tabletop luminaire in small home appliances as an example, and then a product styling design evaluation system is used to evaluate the new tabletop luminaire styling design scheme and the existing styling, and the evaluation results are analyzed. Finally, it is concluded that a new product styling design method based on affordance is constructed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified, which provides ideas and theoretical basis for product styling design.

  • 관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하여 상품 온톨로지의 저장과 관리가 현실적 방안이라고 할때, 의미적 관계에 대한 온톨로지 질의를 효과적으로 처리하기 위해서는 인덱스의 도움을 받는 것이 필요하다. 상품 온톨로지에서 의미적 관계는 상품 정보 간의 포함관계 및 분류계층 구조상의 위치관계 등 전이적 특성을 지닌 관계를 포함한다. 이 논문에서는 상품 정보 간의 포함관계 및 전이적 특성을 갖는 의미적 관계에 대한 질의를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있고, 정보의 갱신에 유리한 넘버링 기법을 사용한 인덱스 방법을 제안한다.
