중국의 서부대개발과 신공간혁신클러스터 전략 (A Study on the Cluster Strategies of New Regional Innovation and West Great Development in China)

  • The purpose of this paper is to acquire competitiveness faced with a global business so that Korea and China make them put ICT into practice through industrial policy of regional innovation clustering. In the Chapter 2, overall review of industrial spaces theory and the environment in Global-business is conducted. In the Chapter 3, current main economic issue and West Great Development of China are viewed. Chapter 4 proposes models and strategies for the target of regional innovation clustering and phasing in development. The results of this study is that both country should do more long-term cooperation and collecting intensive knowledge for the property of region and preparatory research of regional innovation clustering than do reckless investment.

  • A policy for recycling waste concrete has been extensively studied, but it is still lacking to recycle and reuse as a cementitious powder, and the property has big different depending on the aggregate rates. In this study, the amount of cement powder according to the internal properties of the aggregate were mixed. From as a result, Concrete Powder to play inside the aggregate composition of the cement composition CaO rigs that causes loss of power and strength reduction due to rising real water cement ratio will affect large.

  • In this paper, we analyze an M$^{x}$ /G/1 with three types of vacation periods including setup time. Three types of vacations are : N-policy, single vacation, and multiple vacation. We consider compound poisson arrival process and general service time, where the server starts his service when a setup is completed. We find the PGF of the number of customers in system and LST of waiting time, with welch we obtain their means. A decomposition property for the system sloe and waiting time is described also.

CVM을 이용한 전통민속마을의 보전가치평가 연구 (A Study on Conservative Value Evaluation for the Ethnic Villages by Contingent Valuation Method)

  • The Ethnic Villages which are designated as a cultural property in Korea are important factors to recognize how the living environment was and to represent uniqueness should be preserved in Korea. For these reasons, this study investigates the Ethnic Villages in Korea and evaluates the economic values of the Ethnic Villages using CVM(contingent valuation method) which has been knows as one of the practical methods in the field of environmental economics. The results of this study indicate that the economic value of the Ethnic Villages for conservation and maintenance is 27,430 won per household/month, and this can be converted into 19,398 hundred million won per one year. This results proves validity of this study compared to the maintenance cost conserving the Ethnic Village of the Cultural Heritage Administration. It can be used as a policy basis to raise finances for conserving the Ethnic Village needed additional support.

  • Consumer's demand level for products and goods selection power is considerably improved. The pressure of loss compensation is also being accelerated by products which bring damage on property. The producer prevents the loss from causing poor products and considering the quality cost allotment in these circumstances. That is to say, producer should be concerned with the strategy of product liability prevention instead of passive defence policy. This paper intends to estabilish the optimum quality cost in considering product liability, and present the correlation of quality cost elements and multiple regression analysis. It can utilized in qualitycost and budget planning.

The Effects of Non-Recourse Mortgages on Default Risks and Households' Surplus

  • We study whether a default option attached to non-recourse mortgages improves borrowers' surplus from mortgage financing. By defaulting on mortgage debt, borrowers can save their non-collateralized income from being foreclosed. In exchange, borrowers must forgo non-monetary surplus from retaining any collateral. Banks may charge a high mortgage rate due to increased default rates. We find that the interest rate of non-recourse mortgage decreases with the borrower's surplus from home ownership. Moreover, non-recourse mortgages benefit only borrowers who deem housing property as an investment asset. Hence, the transition to a non-recourse mortgage is detrimental to welfare if the borrower enjoys a large surplus from home ownership. Although the borrower privately knows how much surplus she enjoys from home ownership, a menu of non-recourse mortgage contracts may exist, yielding a separating equilibrium without information rent.

Comparison of Customers Perception of Feature and Smart Phone Users Mainly in 20s

  • The property of the mobile phone is taking important role to choose it. In the present situation, exploring, comparing and analyzing the important properties of regular mobile phone(feature phone) and smart phone are very meaningful study. Therefore, the survey was carried out to get the properties of feature phone and smart phone and analyze the difference of those phones. And proposed the important variables for customer satisfaction which must be given priority. The result showed that 'design' and 'Quality' are important to both mobile phone user groups. The problems with mobile phones currently in use were 'poor performance' to feature phone users and 'expensive charge' and 'poor A/S' to smart phone users. Two groups also showed significant difference with the customer satisfactions, and smart phone user group showed higher satisfaction. For smart phone user group, four factors are induced from the properties but 'Hardware Quality' (representing 'call Quality', 'A/S', 'Convenience to use', 'Battery life') and 'Design & Function'(representing 'Internet', 'Convergence Functions', 'Design, 'Color') have significant and positive effects on Customer Satisfaction.

이종 액세스 네트워크 구조에서 자원관리 방안 (A Resource Management Scheme in Heterogeneous Access Network Architectures)

  • Access networks connected in B3G networks provide its property network service. Hence, though mobile users may utilize only a network service from an access network, they can also use variety of network services from several access networks for their service satisfaction. To support heterogeneous changeable network service in access networks, the mobile terminal must implement heterogeneous system techniques so that it is able to change the network service by ISHO (Inter-System Handover) In this paper, we present the ISHO condition by the policy-based framework in B3G networks. Also, we propose an ISHO scheme to control network resources for the QoS management of a mobile session between UMTS and WLAN access networks. To support the QoS management, the proposed scheme is that it will be implemented before the resource exhaustion occurs to effect network performances.

Electro-optical Properties of Twisted Nematic Liquid Crystal Displays Fabricated with TIPS-pentacene Doping

  • This paper introduces 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS pentacene) doped liquid crystal (LC) alignment properties on a rubbed polyimide (PI) layer as a function of the doping concentration of TIPS pentacene. Pretilt angles, photomicrographs, and electro-optical properties of TIPS pentacene doped LCs were comparable to those of pure LCs. However, TIPS pentacene in a LC medium supported twisted nematic-liquid crystal displays (TN-LCDs) to improve electro-optical properties. The threshold voltages observed in the TN cells decreased as the TIPS pentacene concentration increased. In addition, suitable response times were observed in TN cells.
