치위생과 학생의 윤리성향, 자아존중감, 임상실습 만족이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Ethical propensity, Self-esteem and Clinical satisfaction on Major satisfaction in Dental hygiene students)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 윤리성향, 자아존중감 및 임상실습 만족도가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 경남과 울산 소재 3개 대학의 치위생과 3학년 학생 381명을 대상으로 조사연구하였다. 자아존중감은 학과 선택시기가 '고등학교 3학년 이전', 구강건강이 '건강하다', 성격은 '외향적', 가정 분위기는 '화목하다'에서 높았다. 임상실습 만족도는 '치과 아르바이트 경험'이 있다에서 높았고, 전공만족도는 학과 선택시기와 구강건강상태에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감(${\beta}=.165$, p=.000)과 임상실습만족도(${\beta}=.630$, p=.000)이었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 치위생과 학생의 윤리의식 수준과 자아존중감, 임상실습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육과정 개발의 필요성을 확인하였다.

청소년의 은둔형 외톨이 성향이 게임중독행태에 미치는 영향 : 가족스트레스의 조절효과분석을 중심으로 (The Impacts of Adolescent's Oiettolie Propensity on Game Addiction Behavior : Focusing on Moderating Effects of Family Stress)

  • 이 연구는 청소년의 은둔형 외톨이가 인터넷 중독을 매개로 집단따돌림과 대인기피와 정서불안증과의 관계에서 가족스트레스의 조절효과를 탐색하여 청소년의 지원을 위한 실증적 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 G광역시 지역 고등학교 재학생인 청소년을 대상으로 표본을 추출하여 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 고등학생의 은둔형 외톨이가 인터넷게임중독 행태에 미치는 영향력의 관계에서 은둔형 외톨이는 인터넷 게임중독에 영향력이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 인터넷게임중독 행태가 집단따돌림, 대인기피증, 정서불안에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 특히 은둔형 외톨이 성향은 대인기피증에 가장 크게 영향력이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절변수로는 인터넷게임중독이 정서불안증에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 청소년의 인터넷 중독과 행태를 예방하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

중국, 일본, 네덜란드, 한국의 개인주의 감성 비교 (Cross-cultural Comparison of Individualism among Chinese, Japanese, Netherlander and Korean)

  • 이 연구는 한국, 중국, 일본, 네덜란드의 개인주의를 비교하여 그 차이와 원인을 고찰하고, 개인주의에 미치는 국가, 성별, 연령 등의 영향 내용을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하여, 한국 267명, 중국 271명, 일본 251명, 네덜란드 262명의 데이터를 통계분석하고 그 의미를 고찰한 연구이다. 요인분석 결과, 개인주의를 구성하는 하위개념들로 볼 수 있는 4가지 요인들('독자행동', '익과 의사결정', '타인 무관심', '자신의 의지')을 추출하였고, 이들 요인들이 특정 국가와 긴밀히 연관되어 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 이어 국가별 비교를 통해, '네덜란드,일본>중국$\gg$한국'의 순으로 개인주의 성향이 강하다는 것을 확인하였다. 네덜란드는 여러 문항에 걸쳐 개인주의 성향이 가장 강하게 나타났으나 타인무관심 관련 문항에서는 낮은 수치를 보인 반면, 일본은 타인무관심 관련 문항에서 가장 높은 개인주의 성향을 보였다. 한국은 가장 집단주의적인 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 있어서는 여성보다 남성이 개인주의성향이 강하였다. 연령에 있어서는 20대가 다른 연령대에 비해 집단주의 성향이 가장 강한 것으로 나타났다. 21개 문항 중 유의차를 보인 문항수는 국가별 비교에서는 21개 문항 모두, 성별은 6개 문항, 연령은 7개 문항으로 나타나, 국가가 개인주의 구분의 가장 유용한 변인임을 확인하였다.

중환자에서 스트레스성 궤양 예방 약물에 따른 감염성 합병증 발생률 비교 (Comparison of Histamine 2 Receptor Antagonists and Proton Pump Inhibitors on Infectious Complications in Critically Ill Patients)

  • Background: The use of acid suppressive agents became a standard therapy in an intensive care unit (ICU) to prevent stress related gastrointestinal mucosal damage. However, the risk of infectious diseases has been concerned. Objective: The study was to determine the differences between histamine 2 receptor antagonists (H2RA) and proton pump inhibitors (PPI) in incidence of nosocomial pneumonia and pseudomembranous colitis (PMC) by Clostridium difficile with patients in ICU. Methods: This is a retrospective comparative study including patients admitted to the ICU who were at least 18 years of age and stayed for more than 48hrs from August 1, 2014 to January 31, 2015. The propensity score analysis and propensity matched multivariable logistic regression were used in analyzing data to control for confounders. Results: A total of 155 patients were assessed. H2RA were prescribed in 110 (53.9%) and PPI were in 45 (22.1%). Nosocomial pneumonia developed in 37 (23.9%); 25 (22.7%) were on H2RA and 12 (26.7%) were on PPI. The unadjusted incidence of nosocomial pneumonia was slightly higher in the patients with PPI (odds ratio (OR) 1.24; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.54-2.71) compared to them with H2A. After adjusting with propensity score, the adjusted OR with PPI was 1.35 (95% CI: 0.44-4.11). The propensity score matched analyses showed similar results. Conclusion: The uses of PPI and H2RA as a stress ulcer prophylaxis agent showed similarity in the incidence of nosocomial pneumonia and PMC.

소비자의 소비성향과 패션제품 소비태도가 공정무역 패션제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of consumption propensity and fashion product consumption attitude on fair trade fashion product purchase intension)

  • Fair trade implies honest wages and eco-friendly products in keeping with the demands of ethical consumerism. Although consumers are presently more interested in fair trade products, it is hard to find aggressive marketing strategies for fair trade fashion products. Therefore, the purpose of this study investigates the effect of consumption propensity on fast and slow fashion goods consumption attitudes and purchase intention on fair trade fashion products. For method of this study, 229 questionnaires were distributed to consumers residing in Seoul, South Korea. The data from the 219 returned usable questionnaires was analyzed by Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, consumption propensities of spontaneity, histrionics, and imitative nature in descending order positively affect consumption attitude for fast fashion products. And green consumerism negatively affects consumption attitude for fast fashion products. Second, consumption propensity such as donation & sharing consumerism, ethical consumerism, green consumerism, histrionics, and imitative nature in descending order positively affect consumption attitude for slow fashion products. Third, slow and fast fashion products consumption attitude in descending order positively affect purchase intention on fair trade fashion products. Fourth, consumption propensities such as ethical consumerism, green consumerism, and donation & sharing consumerism in descending order positively affect purchase intention on fair trade fashion products. Therefore fair trade fashion products with various usages and sustainable high quality are promoted by differentiated marketing strategies.

Propensity Score Matching 방법을 이용한 간호중재 효과 평가 (The Use of Propensity Score Matching for Evaluation of the Effects of Nursing Interventions)

  • Background: Nursing intervention studies often suffer from a selection bias introduced by failure of random assignment. Evaluation with selection bias could under or over-estimate any intervention's effects. PS matching (PSM) can reduce a selection bias through matching similar Propensity Scores (PS). PS is defined as the conditional probability of being treated given the individual's covariates and it can be reused to balance the covariates of two groups. Purpose: This study was done to assess the significance of PSM as an alternative evaluation method of nursing interventions. Method: An intervention study for patients with some baseline individual characteristic differences between two groups was used for this demonstration. The result of a t-test with PSM was compared with a t-test without matching. Results: The level of HbA1c at 12 months after baseline was different between the two groups in terms of matching or not. Conclusion: This study demonstrated the effects of a quasi-random assignment. Evaluation using PSM can reduce a selection bias impact that affects the result of the nursing intervention. Analyzing nursing research more objectively to reduce selection bias using PSM is needed.

  • 무작위 통제시험에서와 달리, 관찰연구에서는 편향되지 않은 인과관계를 추론하기 위한 통계적 전략이 필요하다. 최근 잠재범주분석(latent class analysis; LCA)에서 처치의 평균인과효과(average causal effect; ACE)를 추정하기 위한 새로운 방법들이 제안되었으나 이러한 방법들은 실제 데이터를 분석하는 응용 연구에 초점이 맞춰있다. 따라서 ACE의 참값을 알 수 없어 추정 방법의 성능을 평가하는 데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Park과 Chung(2014)이 제안한 방법을 개선하여, 다항범주형 처치변수가 잠재변수인 상황에서 다항범주형 결과변수에 미치는 인과효과 추정방법을 제안하고 처치변수와 결과변수가 잠재변수 또는 관측변수를 포함하는 여러 상황에서 본 연구가 제안한 인과효과 추정방법의 성능을 모의실험연구를 통하여 평가하고자 한다. 더불어 'National Longitudinal Study of Adolescents Health'자료를 사용하여 미국 여성 청소년 성장과 약물사용에 대한 인과효과를 추론하고자 한다.

의료보장유형이 심부전 입원 환자의 의료서비스 이용에 미친 영향분석: Propensity Score Matching 방법을 사용하여 (The Effects of Insurance Types on the Medical Service Uses for Heart Failure Inpatients: Using Propensity Score Matching Analysis)

  • Background: This study aims to analyze the effects of insurance types on the medical service uses for heart failure inpatients using propensity score matching (PSM). Methods: 2014 National inpatient sample based on health insurance claims data was used in the analysis. PSM was applied to control factors influencing the service uses except insurance types. Negative binomial regression was used after PSM to analyze factors that had influences on the service uses among inpatients. Subjects were divided by health insurance type, national health insurance (NHI) and medical aid (MA). Total charges and length of stay were used to represent the medical service uses. Covariance variables in PSM consist of sociodemographic characteristics (gender, age, Elixhauser comorbidity index) and hospital characteristics (hospital types, number of beds, location, number of doctors per 50 beds). These variables were also used as independent variables in negative binomial regression. Results: After the PSM, length of stay showed statistically significant difference on medical uses between insurance types. Negative binomial regression provided that insurance types, Elixhauser comorbidity index, and number of doctors per 50 beds were significant on the length of stay. Conclusion: This study provided that the service uses, especially length of stay, were differed by insurance types. Health policy makers will be required to prepare interventions to narrow the gap of the service uses between NHI and MA.

  • 1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the kinds & meaninings of Qi in Lee Je-Ma's writings. 2. Methods We analyzed Lee Je-Ma's writings which contain the related contents of Qi's kinds & meanings 3. Results and Conclusions 1) There are distinctive Qi features of $sorrow{\cdot}anger{\cdot}joy{\cdot}pleasure$(哀怒僖樂) which are different from one of seven mode emotions(七情) in ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo(格致藁)${\lrcorner}$. 2) When $Water{\cdot}grain's$ Qi(臟氣) is the base of the human's Qi, $Nature{\cdot}emotion's$ Qi(性${\cdot}$情氣) is managing. And $Lung{\cdot}Spleen{\cdot}Liver{\cdot}Kidneys's$ Qi(肺脾肝腎氣) is the representative concept resulted by the complex operation of $Water{\cdot}grain's$ Qi(水穀之氣) and $Nature{\cdot}emotion's$ Qi. Each Qi stands for its protensity as follows ; Lung's Qi for extrorse propensity of Yang(Z), Spleen's Qi for upward propensity of Yang(陽), Liver's Qi for introrse propensity of Eum(陰), Kidneys's Qi for downward propensity of Eum(陰). 3) Jang's Qi is more important than medicine's Qi and medicine's Qi has a limitation about recovering jang's Qi. So that it is very important to take care of one's mind. 4) Controling mind Qi is controling Nature & emotion's Qi. Thus controling mind Qi si the best plan for jang's Qi and controling with medicine's Qi is the next policy. 5) Qi influences all aspect of personality, disease, application of medicines and ordinary symptoms. So that Qi is the kernel of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine.

  • The recent globalization of the consumer market has highlighted the importance of a brand; subsequently, brand extension is strategically used to launch of various products and services. Especially, various and new services based on information and communication technology for the convenience of consumers have been provided continuously. This study examined consumer's evaluation for brand extension centered on the brand extension as a mobile payment service through consumer propensity and familiarity as well as attitude toward a brand. The research is as follows. First, it shows that self-efficacy and implicit theories among consumer characteristics positively influence familiarity and attitude toward a brand. Second, it shows that the planned consumption tendency among consumption characteristics of a consumer positively affect familiarity toward a brand. Third, it is confirmed that the brand extension on parents brand affects the attitude towards brand extension, and the attitude towards brand extension is connected to a willingness to recommend through the purchase intention. This study empirically confirms the importance of consumer propensity, the consumer's perception, and evaluation towards the brand extension of the company as well as the continuous efforts and required company activities to build and form a positive attitude and familiarity of consumers for the brand. This study can be used as basic data for the strategy development of brand extensions in service companies.
