Proof of Work (PoW) based blockchains have limitations in throughput, time consumption, and energy efficiency. In these systems, a miner will consume significant time and resources to obtain a reward for contributing to the blockchain. To overcome these limitations, recent research on blockchains are focused on accelerating the speed, scalability, and enhancing the security level. By enhancing specific procedures of blockchain system, the level of data integrity supported by the blockchain can become more robust, and efficient. In this paper, a new blockchain consensus model based on the Bryllite Consensus Protocol (BCP) is proposed to support a hyper-connected massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) ecosystem. The BCP scheme enables users to participate directly in new consensus processes through a Proof of Participation (PoP) algorithm. In this model, the consensus algorithm has a simpler form while maintaining high security level. In addition, because the BCP scheme gives users an equal chance to make a contribution to the blockchain, rewards are distributed in an equal fashion, which motivates user participation. The analysis of the proposed scheme is applied to the Bryllite consortium blockchain system (homed in Hong Kong), which is a new blockchain network developed for international game industries, gamers, and game events.

본 연구에서는 공공조직에서의 공무원들을 대상으로 업무수행과정에서 상사에 대한 신뢰가 조직유효성 요인인 조직몰입과 의사결정참여 그리고 직무성과에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지, 이러한 신뢰와 조직유효성이 세무공무원과 일반공무원에 있어서 차이가 있는지를 실증적으로 검증한 연구이다. 검증결과, 세무공무원과 일반공무원 모두 상사에 대한 신뢰가 높을수록 조직의 몰입도와 직무수행에 관련한 의사결정의 참여도 그리고 직무성과에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰와 조직유효성이 세무공무원과 일반 공무원들에 있어서 차이가 있는지에 대한 분석결과는, 상사신뢰는 세무공무원이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입은 일반공무원이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의사결정의 참여정도에 대해서는 세무공무원이 높았으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고, 직무성과는 세무공무원이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

블록체인 내의 모든 트랜잭션이 공개되기 때문에 익명성과 프라이버시 문제는 중요해지고 있다. 공개 블록체인은 사용자 대신 공개키 주소를 사용하여 익명성을 보장하는 것처럼 보이지만 트랜잭션 그래프를 기반으로 다양한 기법을 통해 추적함으로써 익명성을 약화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 환경에서 익명성과 프라이버스를 보호하기 위하여 다양한 보안 기법을 융합하여 사용자의 추적을 어렵게 하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 k-anonymity 기술, 믹싱 기술, 은닉서명, 다단계 기법, 램덤 선택기법, 영지식 증명 기법 등을 융합하여 인센티브 및 기여자의 참여를 통해 익명성과 프라이버시를 보호한다. 성능 분석을 통해 제안기법은 기여자의 수가 공모자의 수보다 많은 환경에서는 공모를 통한 프라이버시 및 익명성 훼손이 어렵다는 것을 보였다.

Workshops and discussions on the community planning process and visions for the future have progressed with the cooperation of the administration, citizens and specialists. However, they require a technical proof. For this reason, it is difficult to achieve a standard, whereby city dwellers are satisfied. In this study, the Delphi method was selected as a support tool, and an attempt was made to grasp the intentions and interests of city dwellers. Then, the community planning process was applied by using the Delphi method for urban areas with sparse identification. Participants were residents and commuters in the target areas. Categories were 'environment', 'community' and 'cultural sensibility'. For reducing the cost and time taken by investigators, and to enable those living in the community to participate in voluntaries and flexibility, we used a web survey as an investigation method. As a result, we could express the regional characteristics, problems and community planning intentions of city dwellers. The results suggested the validity of web surveys in regional evaluation, and explained the visions for the future and response attitudes, as well as the existence of a new identification that gives consideration to voluntary and flexibility of participation.

본 연구의 목적은 노인 집단과 장애인 집단의 삶의 질을 비교하여 그 유사점과 차이점을 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 노인 113명과 장애인 107명에게 인구사회학적 변수와 사회적 지지, 사회활동참여, 일상생활능력, 자기효능감, 삶의 질로 구성된 설문지를 이용하여, 그 변수들 간의 실증적 인과관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 자료분석에는 SPSS 14.0과 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 노인 집단과 장애인 집단 모두에서 삶의 질과 상관이 높은 변수는 자기효능감과 사회활동참여이었으며, 자기효능감에서 상관이 높은 변수는 삶의 질과 사회활동참여로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인 집단과 장애인 집단 간에 유의미한 차이를 보인 변수는 사회활동참여와 일상생활능력이었다. 셋째, 노인 집단에서 사회적 지지, 사회활동참여, 일상생활능력이 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 삶의 질과 관련하여서는 모든 변수들이 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 장애인 집단에서는 사회적 지지는 자기효능감에 또한 사회적 지지, 자기효능감은 삶의 질에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 그 시사점을 논하고, 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic information and to help producers develop more realistic, idealistic and better environment-friendly interior finishing material by identifying and reducing the awareness and preference about it between the producers and consumers. The following conclusions are based on the above results of analysis. There is a lack of awareness of the environment-friendly interior finishing material and it is urgent to develop the awareness. For the developing the awareness, the government and the authorities concerned have to educate the consumers in order that they choose objective information, have to build information network accessible to them and have to share the reliable information. And in order to get the confidence of consumers, it is necessary to make institutional devices. The scientific study which can be approved in many methods and many NGOs' participation are also needed. Especially in order to meet the consumers' demand, there should be proof of the influence of the interior finishing material on the body and diversity of the design and color of the material.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role and function of tokens to form a healthy blockchain-based ecosystem. Tokens must be constructed in a way that enhances their desired behavior to grow into a healthy token economy. The actions required of ecosystem participants in designing tokens should enable each individual to receive appropriate incentives (rewards) and encourage voluntary participation in taking this action. Also, all ecosystem participants must design to make the token ecosystem self-sustainable by generating profits. For example, in Bitcoin's proof-of-work method, mining is designed as a desirable behavior. Token-based services should be designed to induce multiple engagements, to design penalties for undesirable behavior, and to take into account evolutionary development potentials. Besides, the economic value of the entire token ecosystem will increase if the value that is designed and designed to take into account the revolutionary Innovation Possibility is greater than the reward amount paid to tokens. This study will contribute to presenting relevant service model by presenting how to design tokens and criteria when establishing blockchain-based service model. Future research is needed to discover new facts through a detailed comparative analysis between Tokennomics models.

여성농업인이 결코 남성보다 적지 않게 농업에 종사하고 있으며, 농가소득에 기여를 함에도 노동에 대한 가치가 인정되지 않고 있다. 농업주종사 여성의 82% 이상이 농업농촌기본법상의 '연간 90일 이상 농업에 종사'하여 실제 농업인이지만, 이를 증명하기 곤란한 상태이다. 이러한 농업인 증명의 어려움으로 정부 정책 및 제도, 상재해 보험 보상시 여성농업인 노동에 대한 가치가 반영되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인의 기록이 법정에서 증거자료로 인정된 사례와 법률관계자 자문에 따라 실제 농업에 종사하나 증명이 곤란한 여성 등 가족종사자의 농업인 증명이 가능한 생활일지를 개발하였다. 생활일지 사용자의 편리성을 향상을 위한 현장적용 시험 결과에서 생활일지 기록 습관은 회계관리, 경영활동 및 효율적인 시간관리 등 여성의 전문농업경영 능력을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 실제 농업종사자를 직업인 인정이 가능한 법으로 정비되고 제도적 지원이 더 궁극적인 목표이지만, 현실적으로 농업인 범위에서 제외되는 농업종사자를 위한 지위인정 방안이 시급히 마련되어야 한다는 측면에서 생활일지 개발의 의미가 있는 것이다. 이러한 생활일지의 목적이 실생활에서 반영되어 여성농업인의 노동을 증명하는 자료로써 활용해야 할 것이며, 적극적으로 판례를 만들어가는 노력이 필요할 것이다. 더불어 이러한 생활일지 기록활동은 경제활동 주체로서의 자기인식과 농업경영과 관련된 지식 및 자료의 축적에 도움을 제공함으로써, 여성 농업인의 농업경영능력 향상에 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to examine the type of residents' participation in village making including the case of "Making Happiness Village" -in the Jeollanam-do province and "Village Making" -in Haenam-gun. The study examines the potential and effects of these projects, draws conclusions and suggests the future direction of village making projects. The results of this study are summarized below. "Making Happiness Village" should be evaluated in detail as it has contributed to the successful and development of traditional Korean residential culture, and has helped to activate and develop agricultural and fishing villages through the improvement of the residential environment and attraction of urban people into the rural area. It also showed the possibility of a project to be settled as a representative of Namdo satisfying the demand for sustainable development. In order to enhance the integrity of a village making project, its master plan must be established and utilized by considering the current status and characteristics of a village, improving its physical environment and seeking a method for economic activation. Policy and economic support from central government and local governments are also required for such a project. The residents' autonomous organization,necessary for unifying the residents' capacity, must organize their own group, such as "Residents' Conference for Village Making (tentative name)" to integrate the existing organizations (women's association, youth group, etc) and establish a conference system to discuss and solve the current issues of the village.

블록체인은 암호화폐의 거래가 활발해짐에 따라 다양한 분야에서 접목시키려는 노력이 계속해서 이어지고 있다. 블록체인은 한번 기록된 사실에 대해서는 수정 및 삭제가 불가능하다는 특징이 있다. 이러한 특징으로 인해 특히 투표나 소유권 증명과 같은 어떠한 사실을 기록하고 증명하는 분야에서의 활용이 주목받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인의 유형 중 하나인 프라이빗 블록체인을 활용하여 거래 과정에 참여하고자 하는 이용자들을 부동산 중개인, 건물 소유주, 매입인(임대인)으로 구분하여 이용자별 역할을 부여한다. 또한, 기관이 참여하여 신뢰성을 높이는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 허위 매물, 사기 계약 등과 관련된 부동산 사기 피해를 방지하고 신뢰성 높이는 부동산 거래 시스템을 제시할 뿐만 아니라 향후 블록체인 활용 방안 모색에 있어 기여하고자 한다.
