In January, 2019, the Ministry of Science and ICT announced the third edition of Master Plans for Radio Wave Promotion, effective from 2019 to 2023. The focus of this plan is to implement market based radio wave policy and horizontal regulatory framework. Although it appears to be past due, such change in the radio wave policy is not only fair and structured, but also unprecedented and ground breaking in legality. In order to successfully implement market based radio wave policy and horizontal regulatory framework, we must implement identical radio wave license based on license with consideration and time-limited usage. Through this, efficient distribution of finite radio wave resource may come to reality. Furthermore, there must be an effort to include life style regulation on license into radio wave act in the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a difference in the incidence of the black circle border of iris(skin disease) according to the iris constitution. Iris was taken for 100 adults living in Seoul. Iris was photographed using the iris camera DV-2H, a blue focus development product. Statistical significance was tested by correlation analysis, and the occurrence of black circle border of iris was low negative correlation(p<0.01). As mentioned above, we know that the occurrence of black circle border of iris differs according to the iris constitution, and by using it actively, it will help health promotion about skin. There is a need to study the changes of iris in the cause of skin disease by using a blood test to analyze the cause of the skin disease in the future.

The purpose of this paper is to focus on the development of the arbitration system, such as the establishment of the arbitration industry and expanding the scope of arbitration fields. The solution method of arbitration differs greatly from that of the court's trial process. This can be seen in the way of autonomous conflict resolution. Therefore, the role of arbitrator is a very important function. In this sense, it seems necessary to establish a professional arbitrator system. Now the Arbitration Promotion Act has been enacted and interest in the arbitration industry is also rising. It is necessary to deal effectively with new incidents according to changes in the legal environment internationally. In order to do this, it is imperative to train professional arbitrators. A training plan for arbitration manager to assist this is now under consideration. The coming of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the growth of artificial intelligence (AI) technology will simply stop the uniform way of determining winners by lawsuits. Even in new companies entering new markets as well as overseas companies, assistance from arbitration experts is indispensable in order to effectively deal with international trade disputes that will develop in the future. In addition to fostering the arbitration industry, it is necessary to train experts in domestic and foreign arbitration and arbitration practitioners to provide high-quality legal services. For these human resource development measures, we will explore the subject and procedural methods. The Arbitrators Association should concentrate on these matters and be cautious when focusing on the training of arbitrators and arbitration managers through the selection process. The Arbitrators Association must strengthen the level of new education (designation / consignment). Measures must be taken in order to grant such procedures as well as subsequent steps.

It is a time when a sustainable Korean Culture Festival strategy is needed. The Korean Culture Festival is a Hallyu Culture Festival that comprehensively introduces various Korean cultures such as Korean food, beauty, and fashion with the focus on K content, which has been leading the global craze since 2020. As the core project of the promotion of Neo Hallyu by the Ministry of Culture and Gymnasium, the 2021 Korean Culture Festival, which was based on the World K-Pop concert and the K-Culture Fan Fair, including holding the first face-to-face concert that applied the stage of real-world content after Covid-19, as well as conducting and exhibiting various fan participation challenges, must now make the leap to the global Hallyu Culture Festival. To this end, it can consist of drama, K-pop, K-Culture Fan Fair, K-Meetup, K-Culture Parade, and Awards. This distinction shows a classic festival program centered around the prosumer content that drives the Korean Wave, and in order for this philosophy to be effectively linked to its contemporaries, a Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) 'Techtainment Strategy' is needed to acquire potential customers through learned playfulness.

Background: Healthcare workers' attitudes toward vaccination have been widely described in the literature, but a restricted amount of studies assessed healthcare students' knowledge, attitudes, and opinions on this issue. This study aimed to estimate the influence of a degree course on knowledge and immunization behavior among healthcare students and to compare medical students with students from other health profession degree programs to identify possible differences. Methods: A multicenter, cross-sectional study was performed in 2018 in 14 Italian Universities (3,131 students were interviewed). A validated questionnaire was used to assess knowledge, attitudes, and opinions toward vaccinations, with a specific focus on influenza vaccine and attitudes toward mandatory vaccination policies. Statistical software STATA® 14 was used. Results: Significant differences were recorded between medical students and other healthcare students. The intention to get vaccinated against influenza during the next season and having been vaccinated in the previous season was higher in the medical group (p < 0.001). In the group of students of other health professions, we registered a lower probability of identifying themselves as a high-risk group for contracting infectious diseases as a consequence of their profession and health status (aOR 0.49; CI95%: 0.40-0.60) and an increased likelihood of defining their level of knowledge on vaccine-preventable diseases and related vaccinations as "insufficient/sufficient/fair" (aOR 1.31; CI95%: 1.11-1.56). Conclusions: Results show several differences between medical students and students of other health professions when it comes to vaccination knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions, as well as a general low tendency to be vaccinated against influenza.

This study tried to analyze the growth background of Starbucks, a competitive company in the Korean coffee industry. Therefore, by using the STEEP analysis technique, each company's competitiveness was analyzed and the results were used to derive competitive factors. And the research results are as follows. Looking at the social aspect, economic activity has been a catalyst for women as the standard of living has increased due to economic growth. In addition, in the case of coffee culture in the past, Starbucks' response strategy, which has seen the transformation from vending machine mixed coffee culture to a consumer market that emphasizes cultural and spatial aspects, was effective. Looking at the technical aspect, the deviation has been reduced by securing uniform standardization of the taste of coffee beans at franchise stores, and the operation of a standardized operating system was possible by operating the store directly. And looking at the economic aspect, as the coffee consumption market continues to expand, the overall size of the market has also grown proportionally, creating a stable growth environment. Lastly, looking at the environmental and policy aspects, it is that the marketing strategy direction based on the policy activities as an eco-friendly company as a market leader has been the main focus of the recent policy direction emphasizing eco-friendliness.

This study identified the perceptions of library staff by type of library week through a survey and sought content that the library community should review to revitalize the legal library day and library week in the future. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the library staff's experience of participating in the library week and satisfaction with the event support of the host organization were low. In addition, it was found that awareness of the legal library day and library week, which will be implemented from 2023, is quite low. There were many opinions about the national publicity of the library and sufficient budget support for the event as a focus for the promotion of Library Day and Library Week in the future. In order to effectively promote the legal library week in the future through an awareness survey of library staff, various efforts are made to improve the awareness of the library community, cooperation with other library types to induce participation in various types of institutions, and the formation of a promotion committee within the association for each type of library, and use of various media It was confirmed that active media publicity and securing budget were necessary.

In March 2020, the National Assembly revised the Framework Act on Cooperatives, allowing a federation of heterogeneous cooperatives, and in October 2020, the Daegu Gyeongbuk Federation of Local Food Cooperatives was launched as the first federation of heterogeneous cooperatives in the country. The local food movement, which has been promoted upward in the local community as an alternative to the existing global food system, seems to be being activated by the government's food plan policy, but critics say that the government's policy goals are not fully achieved due to the top-down policy promotion and lack of communication. In response, this study first examines the role and significance of the local food federation of heterogeneous cooperatives in solving the problems raised in the process of establishing a food plan. In addition, the current status of the federation was investigated for the successful settlement and development of the Daegu Gyeongbuk Federation of Local Food Cooperatives. A survey of affiliated cooperatives, focus group interviews with managers and experts and related literature surveys were conducted. Based on this, the direction of activities was presented, such as the role of an intermediary in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and the role of an intermediary in the public and private sectors etc. In addition, six joint project tasks were specifically presented, including an integrated information sharing system & a logistics network, a planned production system & a joint processing center, an online sales system & a co-marketing promotion, a joint education system, a management of direct stores & restaurants, a sustainable public-private cooperation system etc.

Recently, strategies for controlling Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (Fol), the causal agent of Fusarium wilt of tomato, focus on using effective biocontrol agents. In this study, an analysis of the biocontrol and plant growth promoting (PGP) attributes of 11 isolates of loamy soil Bacillus spp. has been conducted. Among them, the isolates B.PNR1 and B.PNR2 inhibited the mycelial growth of Fol by inducing abnormal fungal cell wall structures and cell wall collapse. Moreover, broad-spectrum activity against four other plant pathogenic fungi, F. oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 1 (Foc), Sclerotium rolfsii, Colletotrichum musae, and C. gloeosporioides were noted for these isolates. These two Bacillus isolates produced indole acetic acid, phosphate solubilization enzymes, and amylolytic and cellulolytic enzymes. In the pot experiment, the culture filtrate from B.PNR1 showed greater inhibition of the fungal pathogens and significantly promoted the growth of tomato plants more than those of the other treatments. Isolate B.PNR1, the best biocontrol and PGP, was identified as Bacillus stercoris by its 16S rRNA gene sequence and whole genome sequencing analysis (WGS). The WGS, through genome mining, confirmed that the B.PNR1 genome contained genes/gene cluster of a nonribosomal peptide synthetase/polyketide synthase, such as fengycin, surfactin, bacillaene, subtilosin A, bacilysin, and bacillibactin, which are involved in antagonistic and PGP activities. Therefore, our finding demonstrates the effectiveness of B. stercoris strain B.PNR1 as an antagonist and for plant growth promotion, highlighting the use of this microorganism as a biocontrol agent against the Fusarium wilt pathogen and PGP abilities in tomatoes.

In response to the increasing global competition for technological supremacy to address climate change, it is crucial to develop workforce development programs in the field of climate technology to accumulate the national technological capabilities. However, these programs are rarely monitored and evaluated, and research related to monitoring and evaluation in the field of climate technology workforce development is limited. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of workforce development programs in hydrogen energy and policy sectors on students' R&D capabilities and career aspirations in these sectors. The survey and focus group interviews with beneficiaries revealed that individual students' R&D capabilities and career confidence improved, and group-level R&D capabilities were also enhanced, and students felt greater appreciation on the significance of climate technology. The results of this study suggest that the necessary R&D capabilities to train R&D workforce in climate technology have been developed, but more measures are required to promote career development in this field.
