This paper describes an overall Noise Assurance Plan(NAP) in the project for developing a new rolling stock. In this paper, the procedure for implementing noise control activities for each development stage on the basis of the NAP is also described. The NAP was developed by KITECH(Korea Institute of Industrial Technology) and ODS(${\Phi}$degaard ＆ Danneskiold-Samsoe in DENMARK). Generally, the main objective of NAP is that noise assurance plan applies to the establishment of organization and personnel's roles and responsibilities, set-up of overall procedure and internal audit program. Here, a few comments are made to the deviations of the actual procedure(G7 Project) relative to the suggested NAP presented. The major difference between the suggested NAP and the actual procedure was the late involvement of the noise consultant resulting in suggestions for design improvements could not be implemented due to the advanced stage of the design. Similarly, the important task of preparing sub-supplier specifications was performed. The proposed NAP will be an efficient tool for noise management in the R＆D project for new rolling stock. Specially, in case that several companies and institutes are involoved in the R＆D team

Light Rail Transit(LRT) is a large scale complex system which combines rolling stocks, power supply, signal communication, tracks & stations, and hundreds of billions of wons per project are spent for construction. Therefore efficient integration of sub-systems is very important. The systems engineering is a good method to reduce the cost and risk of LRT project. In this paper, we introduce a research plan on the application of systems engineering to LRT project. We, Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI), launched a research program with 4 companies, which is support by the governmen and project period is 4.5 years. Main research topic is to develop the technology for the application of systems engineering technical process to LRT project based on ISO/IEC 15288.

The construction starts its business by receiving the order from client and owner. The client presents requirements and related information so that the desired result can come out while the designer and the builder express and implement the building according to set objectives and goals of project based on information on project environment and presented requirements. Because the construction project makes decisions on such objectives at its early stage and previous stage becomes the situation for decision making of next stage as the computation to implement decisions get performed. Accordingly, this study has mentioned necessity of requirement analysis and systematization of construction project, analyzed the work of construction's early stage and resented a plan for objective of construction project requirement definition model in which requirements engineering has been applied and using it while making decisions on designing.

본 기술의 진화는 역사상 유래 없는 속도로 사회와 기업의 변화를 가속하고 있고 요구되는 대응을 위해 대형 IT 프로젝트가 긴박하게 추진되고 있다. 고도의 기술과 대규모 업무를 다루고, 막대한 인력과 비용이 투입되는 대규모 프로젝트는 인간 심리와 복잡계 이론에 기반한 전략적 갈등관리가 요구되나, 기존의 관리방법은 이에 부응하는 실용적 기제를 제시하지 못하는 실정으로 프로젝트 실패가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 적절한 해법을 찾기 위해 프로젝트 실패 현황과 성과 요인, 프로젝트 리더십에 대해 관련 연구하였고, 대형 IT 프로젝트의 복잡성과 갈등구조에 주목하여 기존의 프로젝트 관리방안에서는 간과하였던 심리학적, 행동경제학적 접근을 접목하였다. 논문에서 제시한 프로젝트 행태관리 방안은 대규모 IT 프로젝트의 주요 실패 행태들을 근원적이고 선제적으로 해소할 수 있는 프로젝트 단계별 행태관리 전략과 실천적 프랙티스를 제시한다. 해당 현장 전문가 및 실무자 그룹의 설문조사를 통해 제안된 행태관리 방안의 유효성에 대한 기대를 검증하였고, 본 방안을 대형 프로젝트 관리에 도입함으로써 보다 안정적인 프로젝트 성공 기반을 확보할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop teaching and learning materials for the mathematics project inquiry subject. Since this subject is newly opened in the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum, there are no textbooks and materials. Hence it is required to help teachers plan lessons of the mathematics project inquiry subject. For this study, developing directions and objectives are established. Ten hours of lesson plan and teaching and learning materials are also developed for the two themes of 'big data' and 'industrial mathematics'. Suitability and validity of the developed material are verified positively from a survey of 8 teachers and 2 professionals. The detailed result findings are as follows. First, teaching and learning notes are suggested for each lesson plan. They are comprised of building inquiry plan, doing inquiry, summarizing results, and presentation. Second, driving questions of each theme are developed as "What is the big data and where is it used for ?" and "How various is the use of the industrial mathematics ?" respectively. Third, poster-types of each project product are developed. Fourth, three inquiry activity sheets and examples which are theme selection, inquiry plan, and group activity are developed. Fifth, 4 assessment sheets of self, peer, group, and teacher-use are developed.

최근 국내 외 대도시를 중심으로, 글로벌 경제 위기와 부동산 경기 침체로 중단되거나 연기되었던 초고층 프로젝트들이 재개되고 있으며, 이를 수주하기 위한 건설사들의 경쟁은 전보다 더욱 치열해지고 있다. 국내 건설사들이 초고층 건축 분야에서 경쟁력을 높이기 위해서는, 전체 프로젝트의 근간이 되는 중요한 요소인 양중계획의 체계적인 리스크 관리가 반드시 수반되어야 하지만, 여전히 개인적 경험에 의존하여 작성 된, 양중계획의 오류로 인한, 현장 전체의 공기 지연 및 원가 관리 실패의 문제가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 양중계획의 정확성을 높이기 위한 방안으로, 현행 양중계획 체계의 문제점을 분석하고, 계획 요소에 따라 실패 유형을 도출하였으며, 각 실패 유형이 전체 프로젝트의 공정, 원가, 안전관리에 미치는 영향도를 분석하였다. 또한 양중 장비별 세부 리스크 요인을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 FMEA 기법을 적용하여 초고층 프로젝트 양중계획의 핵심 리스크 요인을 도출하였다.

본 연구는 국토해양부가 주관하는 "해안마을 경관형성 시범 사업" 대상지로 선정되어 2011년 1월부터 2011년 8월까지 시행된 "주전마을 경관형성사업 기본계획"을 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였다. 사업 대상지인 울산광역시 동구의 주전마을은 독특한 경관과 문화역사적 특색 등을 보유하고 있으나 지역 특색을 고려하지 않은 개발행위와 관리 부족으로 특유의 경관이 저하되고 있다. 따라서 해안마을의 특색 있는 장소적 가치를 향상시킬 수 있는 계획이 필요하며, 경관색채계획은 마을 단위의 전체적인 조화를 만들고자 할 때 필수적인 요소이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주전마을에 대한 지역색 조사와 지역의 역사, 지형적 특성, 주민의식조사를 통해 주전마을의 고유한 경관색채 계획과 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 소규모 마을 단위의 독자적인 경관색채 계획을 위해 스토리텔링에 기반한 주전마을 고유의 색채계획을 개발하고 향후 스토리텔링을 통한 경관색채계획의 가능성을 제공한다는 점에 연구 의의가 있다.

The goal of this study is to examine municipality comprehensive plans by recognizing the problem that adverse impacts of urban regeneration impede the sustainability of specific renewal project. 10 major cities in Korea that are experiencing urban decline were chosen for the study area and plan evaluation indexes were adopted based on the sustainable urban regeneration principles in terms of environmental, social, and economic aspects. Plan evaluation was conducted by employing the content analysis method and developed assessment indexes for three sectors (factual basis, goal/objective, and policy/action) of plan. The findings show that policies, such as 'expansion of parks in urban area,' 'pedestrian-oriented street improvement project,' and 'countermeasures for local industry revitalization,' should be fundamentally included in adopting sustainable urban regeneration plans. Plan scores regarding sustainable urban regeneration had an insignificant relationship with the status of administrative district and plan adopted year. This is because metropolitan municipalities, including Ulsan, Daejeon, and Daegu, received relatively low plan score compared to local governments like Goyang and Suwon. Also, Daegu and Suwon, which established their comprehensive plan in 2018 obtained lower score than Seoul and Incheon, where its plans were created before 2015. Evaluation protocol and indexes that were suggested in this study can be used while reorganizing each locality's comprehensive plan, and thus, play as one of major bases in preparing future sustainable urban regeneration projects.

Under increased complexity and uncertainty of overseas construction projects, it is important for construction companies to improve their own project risk management capabilities instead of risk-taking strategies to secure competitiveness in the overseas construction market. Although most of the risks occur in project execution stage, many previous studies focused on planning stage including risk identification and analysis among PRM process. Therefore, this study aims to verify the effectiveness of whole PRM process during project execution stage through empirical study on participants of overseas construction projects. As the result it was found that first, the factor directly affects the project success is the execution process of PRM. It implies that appropriate actions such as appointing charged manager for risks, timely implementation of responding plan, continuous risk monitoring and updating established plan are the key for contribution to the project success. Second, the importance of communication in PRM is also found, which is not conducted at a specific but throughout the entire PRM process and need to be managed as essential factor for successful PRM..

The purpose of this study is to introduce the village project for conservation and improvement of rural tourism village. So, in this study, the current rural tourism village and storytelling planning are examined and the village project presented in village planning is also examined. And this study propose the storytelling implementation of the village project through the case study related with the Susanri in Jeju. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, it is important that each village projects are storytelling for tourism resource and improve rural tourism village. Secondly, it is necessary to define story range, action planning, and management agency of village projects. Thirdly, it is desirable that the village projects should be carried out as reviving the local community. Comparing to the storytelling tourism plan, there are few rural tourism plans so far, so, it is difficult to applicate the system of the village project, but, continuous studies in this line can help the rural tourism plan to ensure practicality.
