매해 여름, 우리 나라에서는 집중호우로 인해 급경사지 옹벽이 붕괴되는 사고가 발생하고 있다. 2019년 급경사지 위험도 평가결과에 대한 데이터를 보면, 780여개소의 옹벽이 C등급 이하로 이에 대한 대책마련이 시급한 실정이다. 그러나, 이러한 옹벽에 대한 보수보강 예산이 한정적이므로 투자 우선순위에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 개정된 급경사지 옹벽의 위험도 평가기준에 대한 고찰과 함께 네트워크 레벨 및 프로젝트 레벨에서의 우선순위방법을 제안하고 이에 대해 6개 옹벽을 대상으로 적용성 검토를 수행하였다. 이때, 프로젝트 레벨에서의 우선순위 결정에는 실제 투입된 보수보강비용자료를 이용하여 우선순위 지수를 결정하였다.

공사관리자는 가용자원을 최대한 합리적으로 사용하고 주어진 공사기간과 예산 범위 내에서 건설 프로젝트를 완료하기 위해 노력하며, 공사기간 내에 프로젝트를 끝내기 위해 바차트나 CPM과 같은 공정표를 활용한다. 제주지역의 소규모 건설회사나 현장에서는 건설공사를 수행하기 위한 도구로 공정관리 전문 소프트웨어보다는 엑셀을 많이 사용하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 엑셀이 원가와 연계하여 사용하기 편리하고 공정관리 소프트웨어를 활용할 전문가도 부족하기 때문이다. 대학은 지역의 중소규모 건설회사가 요구하는 공정관리 능력을 가진 인재를 배출하고 있지만 교육의 질적 및 양적 측면에서 다소 부족하다. 지방 국립대 건축공학의 교육과정 조사에 의하면 대부분의 학과는 공정관리과목이나 유사한 과목을 편성하고 있다. 주요 교육내용은 네트웍 공정관리기법에 대한 이해와 공정표 작성으로 이루어져 있다. 공정관리 소프트웨어에 대한 교육과 실습은 일부 대학에서만 이루어지고 있으므로 중소규모 건설현장의 공정관리 전문가를 양성하기 위해서는 바차트 활용과 전문 공정관리 소프트웨어 교육도 필요하다.

원자력 발전소 격납구조(containment) 내에 설치되는 센서, 구동기(actuator) 및 설비는 원전의 안전운전과 함께 방사능 누출사고와 같은 중대사고(severe accident)를 예방하기 위한 것이다. 격납구조 내부는 Category I 등급으로 분류되며, 격납구조 내부에 설치되는 센서, 구동기, 기기 및 통신망은 IEEE Std. 323-1974에서 정의하는 극한환경(harsh environment) 요건에서 생존할 수 있는 내환경성이 요구된다. 이러한 엄격한 내환경성 요건으로 인해 일반 산업의 IT 기반 센서통신망이 원전 격납건물 내부에는 적용되지 않고 있다. 최근에 이르러 독일을 중심으로 신규로 건설 중이거나 계획 중인 원전에서는 일반 산업의 IT 기반 센서 통신망 적용이 검토되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT 기반의 첨단 센서 통신망 기술을 격납구조내부와 같은 극한 환경에 적용하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 정상운전중의 원전 격납 건물 내부의 환경(온도, 감마선, 습도) 특성과 중대 사고를 가정한 DBA (설계 기준사고) 요건에서의 환경 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 설계기준사고에서 정의한 감마선 조사 환경에서 통신 시스템의 생존성을 실험하였다. 이를 토대로 격납구조내부의 원전 극한 환경 통신망의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 여러 가지 무선 홈 네트워크에 대해 개괄하고 새로운 표준인 Binary CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access)를 이용한 Koinonia 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 멀티 코드 CDMA 시스템을 고속의 멀티미디어 전송을 위해 변형한 형태이다. 멀티코드 사용 시 송신 신호 파형이 멀티 레벨로 나타나게 되어 시스템의 구조가 복잡해지고 가격이 비싸지는 단점이 존재한다. 이러한 기술적 문제점을 해결하기 위해 멀티레벨의 신호를 부호화 블록을 통해 정진폭으로 변환해 전송한다. 이를 통해서 복잡한 멀티 레벨의 신호가 간단히 나타나므로 전송되는 신호의 파형이 간단히 표현되어지고 수신기의 구조가 간단해진다. 그리고, 제안된 시스템은 멀티 코드 방식을 기반으로 하기 때문에 디지털 가전기기나 3세대 이동통신과, WPAN과 관련된 무선 네트워크 응용과 같은 미래의 고속의 무선 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하기에 적합하다.

It has been talked about the responsibility of the South-North Korean e-market place(e-MP) collaboration project every you since 2003. However, the feasibility as the business has not been dealt with in detail due to the uncertain environment as well as the complicated procedures of the project. The research focuses on the workable mechanism of the South-North Korean E-Market Place collaboration project. The feasibility of the project results from the newly installed fiber telecommunication network as well as the 1 billion dollars of the trading volume between South and North Korea. The research analyzes on the capabilities as well as willingness of the South and North Korea for the e-MP, and concludes with two paradigms of the future tasks. First, the unified but step-wise structure should be made to promote the project by the political committee (South and North Korea EC Committee) and the economical administration body (South and North Korea EC Corporation). Second, the market-oriented resolution system such as South and North Korea Arbitration Body should be involved to create legal environment. Above all, the discussion should be on the main body of e-MP settlement to abolish the psychological as well as practical barriers to enter the South-North Korean electronic commerce.

Real time control system such as in factory automation fields, defense field, aerospace, railway industries, financial trading and so forth, includes multiple computers on multiple nodes, and share data to process various actions and functions. This is similar to multitasking in a multiprocessor computer system. The task processing efficiency of such system is proportionally increased by process speed of each process computer. And also it is greatly influenced by communication latencies of each node. To provide proper operation of such real time system, a network that can guarantee deterministic exchange of certain amount of data within a limited time is required. Such network is called as a real time network. As for modern distributed control system, the timeliness of data exchange gives important factor for the dynamics of entire control system. In a real time network system, exchanged data are determined by off-line design process to provide the timeliness of data. In other word, designer of network makes up a network data table that describes the specification of data exchanged between control equipments. And by this off-line design result, the network data are exchanged by predetermined schedule. First, this paper explains international standard real time network TCN (Train Communication Network) applied to the KHST (Korean High Speed Train) project. And then it explains the computer program developed for design tool of network data table of TCN.

South and North Koreas are putting forth efforts to overcome the distrust and animosity of the past 50 years to open an era of harmony and cooperation where the two halves can work together for mutual benefits. As part of those efforts, both parties are working now to reconnect the railways between the North and the South that remained broken for the past 60 years. In addition, the restoration of Trans-Korean railway paves the way for the "Silk Road Railway" which links European continent to Asian regions and Pacific Rim. The restoration project acts as a conduit for cooperation within in the Northeast Asian continent, hence, an important tool for facilitating peace and prosperity within the Northeast Asian region. Notably, the Railway project is regarded as the cardinal future-oriented peace building project for cultivating constructive, cooperative relations (Trans-Korean Railway and Trans-Asian Railway works) by stimulating human resources and commodity flows through railroad transportations. Northeast Asian region takes on a similar instance to the unification of European continent through its astounding development in railroad transportation, i.e., the international re-construction of Railroad lines will act as a catalyst to link Eurasian areas into one regional community for cooperation and peace. At present, the government is creating a momentum to bind trans-Eurasian railroad works and an initiative for "Northeast Asia Railroad networks and consultative organization". The South Korean administration paves the way to develop railroad network within South-North Korean, Russia and Eurasian region. It also fosters railroad cooperation with China for people and goods transports. To achieve such objectives, the project requires wide publicity and cross-border cooperation from concerned countries. The blueprint would have to be drafted up for Northeast Asian railroad train demonstration runs, Northeast Asian transportation agreements, with a bid to promote constitute Northeast Asian Railroad Consultation body. Moreover, the government would also have to prepare both, a draft of the linkage and the mandated standardized proposal.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 확산텐서영상에 기반하여 한국 아동 집단의 해부학적 뇌연결성 지도를 확립하고 뇌신경망의 효율성을 평가하는 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법 : 건강한 아동 12명에서 얻은 확산텐서영상과 뇌구획영상을 바탕으로 구조 연결 행렬을 구하여 집단의 구조 연결성을 평가하였다. 일표본 t-검정을 시행하여 평균적인 구조 연결성을 파악하였고 이 때 얻은 각 피험자의 백질 다발을 표준공간으로 정규화하여 집단의 해부학적 뇌연결망 지도를 확립했다. 뇌신경망의 군집정도(clustering coefficient), 평균이동거리(characteristic path length), 전체/부분 연결망 효율성(global/local efficiency) 등 연결망 속성을 계산한 후 시각화 하였다. 결과 : 연결망 측면에서 한국 아동 집단의 뇌연결성이 작은세상속성을 가짐을 밝혔다. 또한 해부학적 뇌연결망 지도를 얻었는데 대뇌 반구 내의 연결성이 높게 나타남과 뇌간과 운동/감각 영역간에 많은 신경 연결이 집중되어 있음을 확인하였다. 결론 : 한국 아동 집단의 해부학적 뇌연결망 지도를 작성하는 방법론을 제시하여 뇌를 연결성 측면에서 이해하고 발달 장애와 성인 뇌신경망의 효율성을 평가할 수 있는 기본 도구를 확립하게되었다.

본 논문은 디자인 프로젝트 관리의 리엔지니어링으로서 프로젝트의 기획, 조직, 일정, 그리고 제어하는 통합적인 어플리케이션 소프트웨어 개발의 기초모델을 설정하고, 이를 토대로 프로젝트 관리 시스템의 연구/개발을 목표로 삼고 있다. 프로젝트의 성과, 소요기간, 소요예산, 그리고 소요자원 등을 관리하는 과정이 프로젝트 매니지먼트 기술의 근간을 이루는 것으로, 디자인 프로젝트 상의 수많은 정보를 적시에 효율적으로 처리함으로써 프로젝트를 성공으로 이끌 수 있게 된다. 한편, 디자인프로젝트의 관리를 집단의사결정에 의해 처리함으로써 신뢰도와 합리성의 제고는 물론, 이를 통한 사기앙양이 기대된다. 따라서, 여기에서 야기되는 의사집합의 곤란, 시간손실, 구성원의 갈등 등의 프로젝트 관리에서 비롯되는 부수적인 문제도 전자의 기본적인 관리요소와 함께 통합하여 디자인 프로젝트 관리 시스템(DPMS)을 연구/개발하였다. DPMS 시스템은 디자인 프로젝트의 선정과 디자인 프로젝트의 기획/실행관리/ 평가로 주요 모듈을 설정함으로써 프로젝트 매니저는 해당 프로젝트 과업(Task)과 활동(Activity)에 대한 팀의 운용을 융통성 있게 관리할 수 있게 된다. 이와 더불어 프로젝트 관리를 On-Line DBMS 시스템 환경 상에 운용되도록 하여 정보의 재생산성, 운용의 동시성, 그리고 보안성 등을 도모하였다.

Background: Since the mid-20th century, the ways in which social networks and older adults' health are related have been widely studied. However, few studies investigate the relationship between self-rated health and position in a complete social network of one entire Korean rural village. This study highlights use of a complete network in health studies. Methods: Using the Korean Social Life and Health Project, the population-based data of adults aged 60 or older and their spouses in one myeon in Ganghwa island (Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, Korea), Incheon, Korea (with a 95% response rate), this study built a $1,012{\times}1,012$ complete social network matrix of the village. The data were collected from 2011 to 2012, and 731 older adults were analyzed. The ordered logistic models to predict self-rated health allowed us to examine social factors from socio-demographic to individual community activities, ego-centered network characteristics, and positions in a complete network. Results: From the network data, 5 network components were identified. Even after controlling for all other factors, if a respondent belonged to a segregated component, the probability that he or she reported good health dropped substantially. Additionally, high in-degree centrality was connected to greater self-rated health. Conclusion: This finding highlights the importance of social position not only from the respondents' point of view but also from the entire village's perspective. Even if a respondent maintained a large social network, when all of those social ties belonged to a segregated group in the village, the respondent's health suffered from this segregation.
