이 연구의 목적은 지속가능성 교육을 위하여 초등학교 교육과정에 적용할 수 있는 생태감사 프로그램의 개발 방안을 마련하는 것이다. 학교 생태감사는 학생 또는 학교라는 집단이 학교의 환경적 문제점을 스스로 파악하고 해결할 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 이를 통해 오래갈 의사결정과 태도를 함양할 수 있다. 문헌 연구를 통해 초등학교 교육과정에 적용 가능한 생태감사 프로젝트 학습 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발한 프로그램은 6학년을 대상으로 하며, 생태감사의 절차적 과정 및 교육과정을 반영하여 16차시로 구성하였다. 개발된 프로그램의 학교 현장 안착 및 학교 지속가능성 향상을 위해서는 학교 환경을 주기적으로 관찰할 수 있는 학교 환경관리 시스템의 도입과 학교 교사의 역량 강화, 학교 외부의 전문적 인증제도 등이 필요하다. 그리고 이러한 상향식 정책 결정 체제로서, 학생들의 환경교육 활동을 통한 지속 가능한 학교 문화 확산도 기대할 수 있다.

본 연구는 감리품질에 따른 감리성과와 프로젝트성과에의 영향으로 감리의뢰기관이 해당 감리기관에 재구매의도 또는 재계약의도에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 설정된 연구모형을 중심으로 전반적인 분석을 수행하였으며, 경로분석 결과 모든 영향관계가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 감리품질이 프로젝트성과와 감리효과 및 만족도에 정의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 프로젝트성과와 감리 효과 및 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 감리품질뿐만 아니라 감리품질에 영향을 미치는 감리서비스요인에 대해 판단할 필요가 있으며, 감리효과와 만족도가 높으면 재구매에 정의 영향을 미치고, 프로젝트 성과가 높으면 재구매에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

ISO 9001 is being used by architectural design and engineering firms in order to strengthen the capability of business activities through the implementation of advanced ISO 9000. However, there have been significant problems in stable settlement of ISO 9000 in design and engineering company, which seem to be caused by lack of proper and comprehension. For the purpose this research was conducted by a cluster analysis of 646 audit reports out of representative 15 companies that have been audited from 1997 to 2003. The analysis showed that the most problems were generated in the areas of "Design and Development", "Production and Service Provision", and "General requirements" of ISO 9000. This research also shows that the corrective actions for disposition of nonconformities should be implemented to achive ISO 9000 standards.

GIS 사업의 특성상 데이터구축 부문은 전체 사업의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 중요한 부문임에도 불구하고 지금까지의 GIS 사업은 데이터구축 부문의 중요성을 간과하고 넘어간 사업이 많은 것이 사실이며 이를 계기로 사용자는 사업성과물인 전체 정보 시스템에 대한 신뢰성을 갖지 못하는 경우도 발생했다. 이런 계기로 GIS감리제도의 필요성에 대한 활발한 논의가 이루어지게 되었다. GIS감리에 대해서 아직은 명확히 정의된 것은 없지만 크게 전산기술 감리(구 정보시스템 관리)와 GIS Data구축감리의 두가지 큰 내용으로 나뉘어지는게 일반적이다. GIS Data구축감리의 목적은 데이터구축 활동의 합리적이고 전반적인 활동체계를 갖는 것과 사업목적에 맞는 올바르고 정확한 산출물 생성에 있다. 그리고, GIS Data구축감리의 목적을 이루기 위한 내용은 크게 데이터 구축 계획수립의 적정성, 데이터 구축 활동의 적정성, 데이터 품질관리 활동의 적정성, 데이터 구축부문에 관한 컨설팅, 데이터 검수의 5가지로 나눌수 있다. CIS Data구축감리의 내용 중 데이터 검수는 실제적으로 구축되는 단계별 산출물에 대해서 내재되는 오류를 찾아내는 단계로써 현장검수, 육안검수, 화면검수, 전산검수, 자동검수 5가지의 내용으로 이루어진다. 정보화 시스템에 사용되는 CIS 데이터는 자동검수 기능의 다양함과 정밀함에 따라 정보화 시스템의 성능이 결정된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문은 Data CIS Data구축 감리에 대한 전반적인 내용에 대한 소개와 전산검수에 사용되는 효과적인 검수 프로그램을 제안한다.

Nuclear project company establishes and maintains its QA system in the conformance with applicable Codes & Standards and contract provisions. Certifying agency(e.g., Korea Electric Association) or project owner appraises the effectiveness of the company QA system by surveying or auditing it. However, although the company fulfills the requirements of this survey/audit, the capability level of its nuclear QA system is not appraised numerically and developed in that KEPIC QAP-1, used by the company as a nuclear QA guidebook, does not describe an approach for managing the capability level of the QA system. This study evaluates the characteristics of QAP-1 from the viewpoint of SE-CMM(Capability Maturity Model for Systems Engineering) in order to suggest a possible solution.

현재 대한민국 사업(IT Project)수행 시 다양한 관리 방법론이 연구 활용 되고 있다. 그러나 다양한 사업(IT Project)관리 방법론을 적용한다 하더라도 효과 효율성 측면에 대한 실증분석이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 그러한 방법론으로 비용적 측면에서 효과 효율 성을 발휘할 것인지 측정이 없었기 때문이다. 본 논문에서 시뮬레이션 하는 비용측정은 사업초기에 책정한 비용과, 분석/설계가 끝나는 시점의 비용, 사업 종료 후 비용을 측정할 것이다. 이때, 사업관리의 위험관리요소와 통합비용감리모델을 제시하여 감리점검항목을 도출할 것이다. 이를 통하여 효과 효율 성을 도출할 것인지 검증할 것이다. 효과 성 및 효율 성이 본 논문에서 제시한 통합비용감리모델을 통하여 비용에 대한 누수 및 과다산출이 도래를 막을 수 있는지 논하고자 한다.

최근 공공기관 및 금융권에서는 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정보시스템의 통합으로 프로젝트 규모가 대형화되고 있으며, 프로젝트 수도 날로 증가하고 있어 정보시스템 프로젝트 관리를 위한 적절한 방안이 필요하다. 프로젝트 관리, 성공요인 및 실패요인에 대한 연구는 많이 수행되었으나, 프로젝트 관리 영역 간에 미치는 영향에 대하여 체계적인 연구가 미흡하였다. 본 연구는 선행 연구와 발주자, 개발 PM과 정보시스템 구축 전문가들인 정보처리기술사를 대상으로 설문 및 인터뷰를 통하여 범위, 일정, 품질, 인력, 위험 프로젝트 관리영역으로 도출하였다. 그리고 도출된 각 관리영역들에 대하여 상호 미치는 영향도 및 관리영역간의 상대적인 중요도의 분석하였고, 관리영역의 진행 상태를 계획, 실행, 완료 단계로 구분하고, 각 진행단계의 수행상태를 평가하는 틀을 제시하였다.

This paper describes an overall Noise Assurance Plan(NAP) in the project for developing a new rolling stock. In this paper, the procedure for implementing noise control activities for each development stage on the basis of the NAP is also described. The NAP was developed by KITECH(Korea Institute of Industrial Technology) and ODS(${\Phi}$degaard ＆ Danneskiold-Samsoe in DENMARK). Generally, the main objective of NAP is that noise assurance plan applies to the establishment of organization and personnel's roles and responsibilities, set-up of overall procedure and internal audit program. Here, a few comments are made to the deviations of the actual procedure(G7 Project) relative to the suggested NAP presented. The major difference between the suggested NAP and the actual procedure was the late involvement of the noise consultant resulting in suggestions for design improvements could not be implemented due to the advanced stage of the design. Similarly, the important task of preparing sub-supplier specifications was performed. The proposed NAP will be an efficient tool for noise management in the R＆D project for new rolling stock. Specially, in case that several companies and institutes are involoved in the R＆D team

현재 우리나라 SI(Service Integration)에서 사업발주자 및 수행자는 소프트웨어사업 대가산정에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 사업발주자는 관례적인 사업비 산정으로 일관하고, 사업수행자는 근거없이 받아들이는 것이 현실이다. 또한 감리 수행 시 사업비산정근거를 점검할 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 이로 인해, 비용관리 위험 및 파생위험들을 초래할 수 있다. 이에, 사업비 산정과 위험에 대한 구체적인 인식과 연구가 필요하다.

Nowadays there are lots of changes in the domestic railroad industries because of the reorganization in the industries, operation of KTX and expansion of city train in local areas. To cope with these changes effectively, domestic & abroad safety guideline and regulation were investigated and reviewed by railroad safety technical development project. Based on this project, domestic rolling stock safety regulation was established in the July and December on 2005. It's been a 3 years after 2005 and to confirm whether there are some problems to applicate the regulation in the field like korail, the necessity of reviewing the regulation gains force. In this study, to improve the field application in rolling stock safety regulation, we investigated the results of integrated railroad audit system and internal safety regulation system in a train operator and also collected the opinions from train manufacturer. Then through the result of investigation and collection of the opinions, we proposed the amendment to the rolling stock safety regulation.
