국내 건설사업관리 업무지침의 개선(안)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Proposal to improve Domestic Construction Management Service Guide)

  • The Korean government makes an effort to raise the competitive power of nation through CM activation in the construction industry. Since the first CM service was applied to the atomic power plant project in 1986, the number of CM contracts are continuously being increased and will be up to 20% by 2002 in public sector. However, the public projects had been executed without any procedure manual or standard guideline of CM services. Meanwhile the Ministry of Construction and Transportation issued $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$, but the guide shows an indefinite description in the responsibility, authority and scope of activity for the project participants. Therefore, it is required the procedures be improved and scope of activities be established for the project participants. This study was generated from the comparative analysis of $\ulcorner$Standard CM Services and Practice$\lrcorner$ Published by CMAA and domestic $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$ and the case of Incheon International Airport construction. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for an improvement in the procedures of project execution and the construction manager's activities/rolls shown on $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$

게임개발을 위한 팀 프로젝트 활동이 초등수학영재의 공동체배려와 조직관리능력 기술에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Team Project Activity for Game Making on the Community Care and Organizational Managerial Capacity of Elementary Mathematically Gifted Students)

  • 연구에서는 게임개발을 위한 팀 프로젝트 활동이 수학영재의 공동체배려와 조직관리능력 기술에 미치는 효과를 확인하고 영재를 위한 리더십교육의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. G교육지원청 영재교육원 초등수학반 4학년 학생을 대상으로 연구를 수행한 결과, 영재학생들은 15차시의 팀 프로젝트 활동을 통해 공동체배려와 조직관리능력 요인의 기술점수가 유의미하게 향상되었으며, 이는 동료들과 함께 수학이론 학습, 게임규칙 확인, 게임 개발 아이디어 회의, 게임 자료 제작, 산출물발표 준비 등의 과정을 경험하며 성장한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 전공과목과 분리된 리더십교육이 아닌 수업주제의 특성과 융합된 리더십교육으로도 영재학생들에게 리더로서의 역량을 길러줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

신내생적 발전론에 입각한 농촌마을공동체 활성화 사업의 성공 요인 분석: 충남 천안지역 7개 농촌마을을 사례로 (Analysis of Success Factors of Rural Village Community Revitalization Project Based on Neo-Endogeneous Development Theory: Focusing on Seven Rural Villages in Cheonan, Chungnam province)

  • This study aimed to identify a difference in project implementation between villages that had executed rural village community activation support work successfully and those that had quit in the middle from the new endogenous development theory perspective. As a result, it was found that the main factors used for promoting to increase endogeneous development capabilities existed more in villages that executed project implementation support work successfully than in villages that had quit in the middle. Successful villages have a difference from the villages that had quit in the middle in that they have established a participatory decision making and cooperation system for stable operation even before their support work began, they have more assets for promoting community activity, residents' interaction and communal activity are becoming more active, and reciprocity-based mutual aid culture exists in many forms. In conclusion, seeing from the new endogenous development theory perspective, villages are developed under the interaction between internal and external factors, but the outcome of project implementation depends on whether village community holds its endogenous development capability to operate and develop such whole process of development. Therefore, village community activation policies need to be reinforced in the direction toward promoting to create the main factors for enhancing endogenous development capabilities.

Effects of Peer Feedback Types and Feedback Acceptance Levels on Academic Achievement in Middle School Project-based Learning

  • This study aimed to investigate effects of peer feedback types and feedback acceptance levels on academic achievement in project-based learning. The participants were 70 middle-school students taking an English course. They were divided into corrective and suggestive feedback groups. These participants were asked to create user-created content (UCC) as an individual task and provide peer feedback on a peer's UCC in the same type of feedback group. Results showed that there were significant differences in academic achievement according to peer feedback types (corrective vs. suggestive) and feedback acceptance levels (high vs. low). In particular, the suggestive peer feedback group had higher academic achievement than the corrective peer feedback group. Moreover, the group with a high level of feedback acceptance gained higher academic achievement than the group with a low level of feedback acceptance. Moreover, there was an interaction effect between peer feedback types and feedback acceptance on academic achievement. These results indicate that peer feedback types and feedback acceptance should be considered for effective peer feedback activity. These findings provide practical implications for the design and implementation of peer feedback activity in project-based learning.

농촌건강장수마을 사업의 성과와 과제 (A Study on the Achievements and Issues of the Senior Well-being Villages Project)

  • In order to improve the quality of life and support the successful living of the elderly people in rural community, the Senior Well-being Villages Project has been carried out by Rural Development Administration since 2005 in Korea. This timely project, however, produces good results with 582 villages so far, we must endeavor to upgrade it more effectively. This study is to find complementary way of improving the project, and the results of the study are summarized as follows. First of all, the sustainable and practical strategies of the health care for the rural elderly must be adopted. The elderly people's mutual care system can be a good option for improving the existing project. Secondly, the cooperative heath care system must combine with this project. In this regards, health cooperative federation system can be also a challenging option. The beneficially activity of rural elderly people, which is a component of this project, must be linked with rural social enterprise or community venture. The local experts or capable men of various fields including family, the aged problem, social welfare, and regional development, must be appointed, and the support system enables them to do their jobs actively in the Senior Well-being Villages Project as well as other community works.

Time Shortening of Structural Framework of High-rise Apartment Housing for the Urgent Project Area: Focused on the Cases of Insufficient Time or Delayed Projects

  • Construction duration is very important as a factor which comprises three axises of construction management with quality and cost in construction project. In general project condition, construction duration is optimized while minimizing construction cost and securing required quality. However, in case of insufficient project time duration or delayed projects, project progress management is different from those of normal projects. These project areas need solutions to complete work within a given completion day. To time shortening the current duration of each typical floor of structural framework in apartment construction is investigated, and a basic time schedule planning for typical floor of structural framework in normal projects is planned. This study proposed 3 ways for time shortening of urgent project or insufficient construction duration project. Also, This study proposed detailed time shortening method and technical solution conditions while time is shortened.

'얼음' 프로젝트가 유아의 과학적 능력, 수학적 능력, 창의성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of 'Ice' Project Activities on Young Children's Scientific Abilities, Mathematical Abilities, and Creativity)

  • Objective: The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of an 'Ice' project, a topic chosen based on children's interests to discover the improvement of scientific and mathematical abilities, and creativity of four-year-old children. Methods: For this research, 34 four-year-old children from M childcare center were selected. Seventeen children were placed in the experimental group and the remaining 17 children were placed in the comparison group. After the project was completed, to observe the differences between the two groups, the Mann-Whitney U test was conducted. Results: First, the 'Ice' project had an effect on improving children's scientific abilities and its subfactors. Second, the 'Ice' project hadsignificant effects on improving children's algebraic and geometric mathematical skills. Third, excluding the resistance to premature closure among the subfactors of creativity, the 'Ice' project contributed to improve children's creativity and all sub-factors. Conclusion/Implications: The 'Ice' project activities, a subject chosen from the interests of children, led active play participation from children and brought positive effects in immersion of play and activity. Such effects proved to affect children's scientific abilities, mathematical abilities, and creativity, and suggest this research can be used as base line data in follow-up research on various project activities.

Heme 산화효소 발현 유도체로서 Isoflavone-Free 검은콩 펩타이드의 항고혈압 활성 (Antihypertensive Effects of Novel Isoflavone-Free Black Soy Peptide Mixture as HO-1 Inducer)

  • We previously reported that the novel isoflavone-free peptide mixture (black soybean peptide, BSP) had several beneficial effects like antiobesity and hypotriglyceridemic effect. However, there are no reports for BSP on anti-hypertensive activity. BSP induced heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in HUVECs, thus investigated the HO-1-induced activity in HUVECs and the anti-hypertensive effects in SHR animal model. BSP significantly induced HO-1 expression both at transcriptional and protein levels in a time- and dose-dependent manner as measured by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis, respectively. These inductions were abolished by pretreatment of N-acetyl-cystein (NAC, 1~10 mM), but not by employing Tempol, a superoxide dismutase (SOD) mimetic (1~5 mM). As expected, enzymatic activity (~2 fold) determined by bilirubin formation assay and cGMP concentration (~6 fold) were significantly increased in BSP-treated cells. Based on the numerous evidences on the beneficial effects of HO-1 and our results, we investigated in vivo effects of BSP on the antihypertensive activity. The administration of BSP (1% in drinking water) significantly decreased mean blood pressure (BP) (from $218.6{\pm}6.99$ to $190.0{\pm}3.42$ mm Hg, p<0.01). This result indicates that BSP is strong inducer of HO-1 expression, which may be triggered by oxidative stress, and has anti-hypertensive activity.

정보시스템 감리점검항목을 활용한 프로젝트 조직성숙도 평가 모델의 설계 (Design of a Project Management Maturity Evaluation Model using Information System Audit Checklists)

  • 일반적으로 프로젝트 감리는 프로젝트 관리 점검 항목을 기반으로 정보 시스템 프로젝트의 관리 활동을 검토하고 문제점을 지적하여 개선 사항을 반영하게 함으로써 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 관련 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 프로젝트 수행 조직은 프로세스 기반의 조직 성숙도 모델들을 적용하여 프로젝트를 관리하고 있다. 그러나, 실제 프로젝트 수행 단계에서는 기대 만큼 효과가 크지 않다. 본 논문에서는, 이를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 프로젝트감리검토항목을 조직 성숙도 모델 설문 항목과 연계하여 조직 성숙도 평가 모델을 설계함으로써 감리 결과뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 전이나 이후에도 평가를 가능하게 하여 프로젝트 발주기관 및 개발 기관의 프로젝트 평가와 프로젝트 수행에 대한 조직 수준의 평가를 통해 프로젝트 수행 역량 개선이 가능한 모델을 제시하였다.

공학중심의 융합프로젝트 교수학습모형의 교육적 효과 (Educational Effects of an Instructional Model for Engineering-Centered Convergence Project)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a teaching and learning model that can effectively manage convergence education, which is one of the concerns of university education, at the level of course. The pre-collaborative instructional design stage is to prepare the operation of the convergence project course. It shares the common goal and establishes a team of relevant professors to set up the actual convergence project topic and establishes cooperation relationships with industry or community as needed. In the convergence project activity, students will be able to understand the learning objectives, learning activities, evaluation methods, and explain the subject of the convergence project by proceeding with the whole orientation. Students organize teams of interest and conduct learning and design activities on convergence technologies and present their results. In the educational improvement activities, professors will share the lesson process and results and discuss improvements through the improvement seminar. As a result of analyzing the effectiveness of the proposed convergence project based teaching and learning model, the convergence project experience has improved the cooperative self - efficacy for the learners and the results were confirmed that students perceived to achieve the expected learning goal and satisfied with their experience.
