견인구동시스템 시험을 위한 개선된 프로그램어블 다이나모메터 제어 (Improved Programmable-Dynamometer Control For Traction Drive System Testing)

  • The control method of programmable dynamometer for overall test of machine is to load the reference torque which is computed from torque transducer into motor under test. But the torque information detected from torque transducer have a lot of noise when the load torque of moter is a small quantity or changing. Thus, torque transducer must have a low pass filter to detect a definite torque information. But The torque delay generated by filter with torque transducer occur a torque trouble for meter torque of programmable dynamometer. The proposed system improved the problem of the torque measuring delay with torque transducer, and the load torque is estimated by the minimal order state observer based on the torque component of the vector control induction meter. Therefore, the torque controller is not affected by a load torque disturbance.

  • This paper proposes a programmable low pass filter(LPF) to estimate stator flux for speed sensorless stator flux orientation control of induction motors. The programmable LPF is developed to solve the dc drift problem associated with a pure integrator and an analog LPF with fixed pole. of the programmable LPF is located far from the origin in order to decrease the time constant as speed increases. The programmable LPF has the phase and the magnitude compensator to exactly estimate stator flux in a wide speed range. So, the drift problem is much improved and the stator flux is exactly estimated in the wide speed range. The validity of the proposed programmable LPF is verified by speed sensorless vector control of a 2.2[kW] three-phase induction motor.

  • This paper proposes a programmable low pass filter(LPF) to estimate stator flux for speed sensorless stator flux orientation control of induction motors.   • 본 논문에서는 체내 이식용 신경 신호 기록 장치를 위한 저전압 저전력 아날로그 front-end 집적회로를 설계하였다. 제안된 집적 회로는 1 Hz에서 5 kHz 주파수 대역에 존재하는 신경 신호를 처리하기 위해 저잡음 neural 증폭기와 대역폭 조절이 가능한 능동 bandpass 필터로 구성되어 있다. Neural 증폭기는 우수한 잡음 특성을 위해 source-degenerated folded-cascode 연산증폭기를 기반으로 하여 설계하였고, 능동 필터의 경우 저전력의 current-mirror 연산증폭기를 이용하여 설계하였다. 능동 필터의 high-pass cutoff 주파수는 1 Hz에서 300 Hz까지 제어가 가능하며, low-pass cutoff 주파수는 300 Hz에서 8 kHz까지 제어가 가능하다. 전체 아날로그 front-end 회로는 53.1 dB의 전압 이득 성능과 1 Hz에서 10 kHz 대역에 대해서 $4.68{\mu}Vrms$의 입력 잡음 성능과 3.67의 noise efficiency factor 성능을 보인다. $18-{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정을 이용하여 설계를 하였고 1-V 전원에서 $3.2{\mu}W$의 전력 소모 성능을 갖는다. 칩 레이아웃 면적은 $0.19 mm^2$ 이다.

  • 본 논문은 ZigBee 응용을 위한 900MHz ISM 밴드용 RF 송 수신기 설계에 관한 기술이다. 수신단은 저잡음 증폭기, 하향믹서, 프로그래머블 이득증폭기, 밴드패스필터로 구성되며, 송신단은 밴드패스필터, 프로그래머블 이득증폭기, 상향믹서, 구동증폭기로 구성된다. 송 수신단은 Low-IF 구조를 사용하였다. 또한, 송 수신단을 구성하는 각각의 블록은 저전력 기술을 사용하여 전체적인 전류 소모를 줄였다. Post-레이아웃 시뮬레이션으로 전체 송 수신기의 성능을 검증하였으며, 0.18um RF CMOS 공정을 이용하여 칩으로 구현하였다. 측정결과 제작된 칩셋은 -92dBm의 최소 수신 입력 레벨을 갖으며, 0dBm의 선형적인 최대 송신 출력 레벨을 갖는다. 또한, 전력 소모는 32mW(@1.8VDD)이며, ESD 방지 다이오드 패드를 포함한 칩 면적은 $2.3mm{\times}2.5mm$이다.

An Efficient FPGA based Real-Time Implementation Shunt Active Power Filter for Current Harmonic Elimination and Reactive Power Compensation

  • This paper proposes a new approach of Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) controlled digital implementation of shunt active power filter (SAPF) under steady state and dynamic operations. Typical implementations of SAPF uses microprocessor and digital signal processor (DSP) but it limited for complex algorithm structure, absence of feedback loop delays and their cost can be exceed the benefit they bring. In this paper, the hardware resources of an FPGA are configured and implemented in order to overcome conventional microcontroller or digital signal processor implementations. This proposed FPGA digital implementation scheme has very less execution time and boosts the overall performance of the system. The FPGA controller integrates the entire control algorithm of an SAPF, including synchronous reference frame transformation, phase locked loop, low pass filter and inverter current controller etc. All these required algorithms are implemented with a single all-on chip FPGA module which provides freedom to reconfigure for any other applications. The entire algorithm is coded, processed and simulated using Xilinx 12.1 ISE suite to estimate the advantages of the proposed system. The coded algorithm is also defused on a single all-on-chip Xilinx Spartan 3A DSP-XC3SD1800 laboratory prototype and experimental results thus obtained match with simulated counterparts under the dynamic state and steady state operating conditions.

  • 본 논문은 유도전동기의 직접벡터 제어 시스템에서 전동기가 기동 시 토크 충격없이 부드럽게 기동할 수 있는 기동기법을 제시한다. 정지모드에서는 고정자 전류만으로 고정자자속을 계산하는 방식을 사용하며, 기동 후 직접 벡터제어 모드에서는 프로그램어블 3-단계 저역필터로 고정자자속을 계산한다. 정지모드에서 직접벡터제어 모드로 변환 시 3-단계 저역필터의 시간지연으로 고정자 자속이 급격히 감소되어 토크 역시 갑자기 감소된다. 본 논문에서는 전동기가 기동 시 토크 충격을 방지하기 위한 고정자 자속의 피이드포워드 제어 기법을 제시하고, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 이 기법의 타당성을 확인한다.

To verify a superiority of the proposed control algorithm, the analysis for a root locus of a conventional control method and the proposed one, and simulation and experiment is performed. Therefore we hope to be extended in industrial application.
