This paper deals with self-tuning of fuzzy control systems. The fuzzy logic controller(FLC) has parameters that an: input and output scaling factors to effect control output. Tuning method is proposed for the scaling factor. In this paper. it is studied to control and to monitor the remote system statues using SOAP for communicate between the server part and the client part. The remote control system is controlled by using a web browser or a application program. The server part is waiting for the request of client part that uses internet network for communication each other and then the request is reached. the server part saves client data to the database and send a command set to the client part and then the client part sends command to controller in a cool chamber. The administrator can control and monitor the remote system just using a web browser. The effects of membership functions, defuzzification methods and scaling factors are investigated in the FLC system.

Inter-operability between heterogeneous radio access technologies (RATs), in the sense of seamless vertical han-dover (VHO) support with common radio resource management (CRRM) functionalities, has recently attracted a significant research attention and has become a prominent issue in standardization fora. In this paper, we formulate the problem of load balancing between cooperative RAT's as a mathematical program and by trading off a pre-defined delay tolerance per request we propose a vertical handover batch processing (VHBP) scheme. To quantify the performance of the proposed VHBP scheme we compare it with a baseline processing scheme, where each VHO request is processed independently under a number of different network scenarios. Numerical investigations reveal significant net benefits of the proposed scheme compared with the baseline, both in terms of achieved load balancing levels but also with regard to the acceptance rate of the VHO requests.

By reason of development of anesthesia, advent of new surgical operation type and change of hygiene criterion and economical index is increasing recently request about alteration of existing unit or new surgical operation-unit type. The purpose of this study is to provide of architectural planning program for the type decision and the scale computation of operating-unit in healthcare facilities. As a result of this study, presented program of six type according to surgical operation process including space and time side.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has evolved rapidly in recent years and is used in everything from banking to email management to surgery, but without the help of the visible, most of the fun features of the Internet include visual impairment. It benefits people with disabilities. The main purpose of this study is to find ways to help people with visual impairments using AI technology. A visually impaired request is made for the visually impaired. For example, when a message arrives that the program will notify you by voice (reads the sender's name, read the message, and replies to it if necessary), this is a special program installed on your mobile phone. This program uses a customized algorithm developed in Python to convert written text to voice, read text, and convert voice to written text on a message when a visually impaired person wants to respond. Then it sends the response in the form of a text message. Therefore, the research should lead to programs for people with visual impairments. This program makes mobile phones easier and more comfortable to use and makes the daily life easier for visual impairments.

자바의 쓰레드는 다중 처리 환경에서 하나의 프로그램 공간 내의 독립적인 프로세스로 취급되는 객체 요소이므로 병렬처리를 위한 독립적인 프로세스로 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 자바의 동기화 메커니즘과 쓰레드를 활용하면 병렬 처리를 수행하는 응용프로그램을 쉽게 작성할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 자바의 병렬 처리 지원 기능을 분산된 컴퓨팅 환경에 적용하기 위한 많은 연구 결과가 있다. 본 논문에서는 레거시 자바 프로그램에 포함된 쓰레드를 분산된 컴퓨팅 환경에서 병렬 수행 하도록 지원하는 시스템 환경을 제안한다. TORB(Transparent Object Request Broker)라고 명명된 본 시스템은 프로그래밍 투명성을 지원하므로 이미 작성된 레거시 자바 프로그램을 간단한 변환 과정을 거친 후 병렬 수행 하도록 지원한다. TORB는 본 연구팀에서 이미 발표한 분산 프로그래밍 도구의 기능을 확장한 것이며, 이는 지정된 기능을 지정된 컴퓨터에서 수행하도록 지원하는 전형적인 분산처리 기능만을 보유하고 있었다.

Recently a strong request for the improvement in irrigation water management in order to flexibly meet the spacial and time changes of water demand for agricultural and other uses by saving agricultural water. Thereby, the purpose of this study is to design of Basin Water Management Program(BWMP). BWMP is operate with Open Control System. Accordingly, BMWP is easy to acquire data and control irrigation and drainage facilities. BWMP are consist of Data Base Management System(DBMS) and Model System. DBMS make it possible to analyze data related with planing for water schedul and establish database. Model System are calculate reservoir inflow, reservoir effluent and basin water demand. Finally, operator is decide reservoir operation in consider of Model System and DBMS. BWMP might be nicely adapted to the planning and decision for saving water.

We present the web-based remote monitoring system using distributed object technology. In order to provide the desired functionality, the system has used CORBA(Common Object Request Architecture) and Java Servlet to implement the integrated distributed object environment. It converts the existing standalone machine monitoring system into web-based machine monitoring system. It consists of applet program, CORBA server and CORBA client. The usefulness of our system will be illustrated by the application to ICM(Integrated Condition Monitoring) System developed by KIST Tribology Center.

Application of system engineering should be realized on necessary condition being to propel National Defense R&D Program. But, these necessity is yet not realized easily to many project managers of Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA). With an increasing number of at-risk adolescents, the environmental and personal risk factors that have been building up inside them as a result of not feeling protected at school or at home are manifested externally as anxiety, depression, rage, complexes, lethargy, violence, and alienation. This study intends to help at-risk adolescents to discover what they are good at, nurture their dreams, and help them to develop themselves through various culture and arts experience programs so that they can have better self-esteem through the wholesome understanding of themselves. The objective of this study, in paticular, is to help young girls who are interested in the physical appearance to develop higher self-esteem through self-management and creative programs for related to fashion, beauty, culture, and the arts. A questionnaire survey on the appearance management behavior, the recognition of image, and the request for participation in a fashion styling program. It was prepared based on the appearance management behaviors during the adolescence, body image, and lifestyle analyzed with past studies. The characteristics of appearance management during adolescence were examined. An the appearance management program was developed that centered on yhe major variables, and a fashion and appearance management activity program was developed that centered on the appearance management techniques preferred by young girls based on the result of analysis.

인터넷의 보급과 다운사이징, SI 기법이 등장하면서 기존의 집중식 컴퓨팅은 급격히 분산 컴퓨팅으로 변하고 있다. 또한 분산 컴퓨팅은 유선으로 연결된 네트워크에서 벗어나 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅으로 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 점차 복잡해지는 이기종 환경에서 용융 프로그램과 운영체제에 원만한 통신을 이룰 수 있게 하는 미들웨어로 CORBA가 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 지능적이고 다양화되는 공격들(해커, 바이러스, 웜 등) 속에서 분산처리 환경은 절대 안전할 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 OMG에서 제시한 CSS를 기반으로 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 DB보안 모델을 설계하고 기존 모델과 비교 분석하여 효율성을 제시하고자 한다.
