The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP(Application Service Provider) as a new information technology outsourcing method appears due to the development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for the ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents service provider(service environment) certification as the part of the ASP certification program.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors associated with drug misuse behaviors among polypharmacy elderly. Methods: This was a cross-sectional survey. Participants consisted of 116 polypharmacy elderly who were taking 5 or more medications each day. Data were collected via face to face interviews. Data were analyzed using the PASW 18.0 program. Data concerning predisposing factor (knowledge, benefit), enabling factor (communication with health care provider), and need factor (perceived health status, number of disease) were collected. Results: The total mean score of drug misuse behaviors among polypharmacy elderly was 3.04 out of 10 points. Communication with health care provider, perceived health status, and knowledge were found to be significantly correlated with drug misuse behaviors. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, a total of 42% of the variance in drug misuse behaviors was accounted for communication with health care provider, perceived health status, and knowledge. Conclusion: Therefore, education program for improving communication with health care provider, and knowledge should be designed and provided for polypharmacy elderly.

The purpose of this study is to categorize Program Provider(PP) outside and inside of the country systematically under the notion that the categorization system of the strategy group for PP is not properly organized. In this paper, not only Commercial PP but also Public PP and Homeshopping PP are also included and PP Company is consistently classified and reorganized as a strategy group in the level of contents, because existing positive study does not entirely deliberate over the characteristics of the PP contents industry inside the country. According to this frame, it is classified into 6 contents group-oriented PP strategy groups using 14 variables including vertical integration, horizontal integration, the sales, advertising revenue, license revenue, total net revenue, the number of employees and history.

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of BLS-Provider Certification Course experienced by nursing students. Methods. The phenomenological method developed by Giorgi was used for this study. The participants were 7 students who had experienced BLS-Provider Certification Course. The data were collected between February, 2013 and May, 2013 by face to face interview. The interview was recorded and then transcribed. Results. The constituents associated with the meaning of the Nursing students's experiences on BLS-Provider Certification Course were as followings 'To obtain the information', 'Complicated preparation process', 'Unfamiliar education', 'Fear on the BLS ', 'Satisfaction after getting of BLS-Provider Certification ' Conclusions. The result of this study may contribute to a deeper understanding of the meaning of the BLS-Provider Certification Course experienced by nursing students. The highlights of this study are that, although the students had much inconvenience on the preparation process of BLS-P and fear on the BLS-Provider Certification Course, they were satisfied much after getting the BLS-Provider Certificate. It can give the better quality of BLS-Provider Certification Course if these results are provided in the program.

VOD 서비스 시스템에서의 시간 지연을 줄이기 위하여 캐싱 기능을 갖는 프록시 서버를 이용한 DAVIC VOD 서비스 제공 방식을 제안한다. 프록시 서버는 서비스 제공자와 사용자 사이에 위치하며 서비스 제공자가 보유한 일부 프로그램을 캐싱하여 사용자에게 제공한다. 프록시 서버를 사용하면 서비스 제공자와 네트워크의 부하를 줄일 수있다. 프록시 서버의 동작은 요구된 프로그램이 자신의 디스크에 있는 경우와 없는 경우로 구분된다. 첫번째 경우 프록시 서버가 서비스를 제공하고 두번째 경우는 서비스 제공자로 부터 프로그램을 수신하여 사용자에게 제공하고 동시에 자신의 디스크에 저장하여 캐싱한다. 프록시 서버의 저장공간이 부족하면 캐시 대치 알고리즘을 수행한다. 캐시 대치 알고리즘으로 잘 알려진 LRU. LFU, FIFO중에서 제안한 프록시 서버에 가장 효과적인 방식이 LFU 방법을 이용하는 것이 3개중 가장 효과적임을 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 보였다.

급변하는 방송 환경 속에서 지상파 방송사는 광고 매체로서 또한 제작사로서 그 역할이 위축되고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 변화하는 방송 환경에 대응하기 위한 지상파 방송사의 채널사용사업으로의 진출에 주목하고 지상파 계열 MPP를 에이커(Aaker)가 제시한 캐쉬 카우 브랜드 방패 브랜드, 전략적 브랜드, 실버 블렛 브랜드, 브랜드 에너자이저 등의 5가지 브랜드 포트폴리오 유형에 따라 평가해보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 지상파 계열 MPP들은 다른 케이블 채널에 비해 높은 광고 수익으로 안정적인 채널 운영을 하고 있는 것으로 나타나, 추가적인 지원을 필요로 하지 않고 포트폴리오 전체에 수익을 창출해주는 캐시 카우 브랜드 사례들이 많다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라, 각 지상파 방송사들 간의 포트폴리오 유형이 유사하게 나타나고 있었으며, 브랜드 간 역할도 중복되는 경우가 다수 발견되었다.

Windows 운영체제는 응용프로그램이 쉽고 편리하게 다양한 암호화 알고리즘을 사용할 수 있도록 CSPs(Cryptographic Service Providers)를 제공하고 있으며, 이 응용프로그램은 CryptoAPI(Cryptographic Application Program Interface)를 통하여 선택적으로 다양한 CSP 모듈을 이용할 수 있다. 이 때 CryptoAPI와 CSP 모듈 사이에서 함수로 전달되는 파라미터의 분석을 방지하기 위해 핸들을 이용한 안전한 데이터 접근 방식을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새롭게 제시한 메모리 역추적 기법을 통해 위와 같은 보안기법에서도 개인키/비밀키와 같은 중요한 데이터가 노출되는 취약점이 존재한다는 것을 실험을 통해 증명하였다.

본 논문은 수평적 규제체계를 분석의 준거 틀로 하여 방송채널사용사업자(PP)에 대한 수평적 소유겸영규제, 플랫폼사업자에 대한 수평적 소유겸영규제, PP와 플랫폼사업자 간 수직적 소유겸영규제, 지상파방송사의 PP 겸영규제, 지상파방송사와 플랫폼사업자 간 소유겸영규제 각각에 대하여 규제목적을 명확히 설정하고, 규제목적과 규제기준의 정합성, 규제목적에 따른 규제수준의 적정성을 분석함으로써, 각 규제의 타당성을 검토하고 규제목적에 부합하는 개선방안을 도출하였다. 분석결과, PP에 대한 수평적 소유겸영규제는 주요 방송프로그램의 지정 등 행위규제로 대체하거나 소유겸영규제의 기준을 현행 매출액에서 시청점유율로 변경하고, 플랫폼사업자에 대한 수평적 소유겸영규제는 종합유선방송사업자(SO), 위성방송사업자, IPTV사업자에게 유료방송 가입자 수를 기준으로 하는 동일한 소유겸영규제를 적용하고, 여타의 소유겸영규제는 폐지하는 것이 타당함을 보였다. 이와 같이 PP와 플랫폼사업자에 대해 적정한 소유겸영규제가 설계된 상태에서는 별도로 PP와 플랫폼사업자 간 수직결합을 규제하는 것이 불필요함도 보였다. 한편, 지상파방송사의 PP 겸영규제는 여론의 다양성 보호라는 규제목적에서만 정당화될 수 있으므로, 현행 PP 사업자 수의 기준은 시청점유율 기준으로 변경하는 것이 합리적이다. 마지막으로 플랫폼사업자에게 유료방송 가입자 수를 기준으로 한 소유겸영규제가 설계되는 경우, 지상파방송사와 플랫폼사업자 간 소유겸영규제는 의무제공(must offer)채널지정, 주요 방송프로그램 지정 등 행위규제로 대체되어야 함을 보였다.

Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.
