Chemical terrorism using toxic and flammable gases, which could be fatal to the health of the human body, poses a serious threat to the security of most advanced countries, as well as those that are suffering from local disputes, due to the asymmetric information that exists between terrorist actors and victims. The countermeasures against chemical terrorism can be roughly divided into three stages: prevention, response, and probation. The critical factors for each professional response agency, and the personnel that determine the degree and range of chemical terrorism damage, are performing missions successfully in the process of the prevention and the response stage against chemical terrorism. To do this, conducting objective and systematical assessments on facilities that could potentially be the subject of chemical terrorism is more important than anything. In this study, we compared the existing domestic and foreign vulnerable classification systems for chemical terrorism, reviewed the current direction of improvement in domestic classification systems, and suggested more scientific and systematic methodologies through the vulnerability assessment on an actual public facility sample.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop 360 feedback for nursing unit manager based on the current personnel evaluation system and to evaluate the new tool according to evaluation subjects. Total of 277 subjects of nurse unit managers and staff nurses were participated in this study. Method: The study was conducted in three phases each for development, application, and analysis of 360 feedback. SAS program was utilized for data analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test, and analysis of variance. Result: The evaluation criteria of the developed 360 feedback tool consisted of 13 subscales such as professional knowledge, apprehension & judgement, job performance, applicability, creativity, leadership, responsibility, promptness & accuracy, administrative ability & sense of mission, activeness, cooperation, communicability, and general attitude. The internal consistency of the tool was Cronbach's alpha .939. The evaluation score by! peers(M=4.30) was the highest one, followed by self-evaluation(M=4.23), evaluation by supervisor(M=4.17), and evaluation by subordinate(M=4.10). The differences in the total evaluation scores among the subjects supervisor, self, peer, and subordinate were not statistically significant, but significant differences were found in some subscales scores. Conclusion: Further research is required to test the reliability and validity of the $360^{\circ}$ feedback tool, and to test the outcome and the process of $360^{\circ}$ feedback system.
In this paper, the key performance index for advanced logistics is analyzed, and the specific requirements for the material flow IT services are proposed to improve the world competitiveness of the material flow industries and to implement the advanced logistics in Korea by survey research. The key performance index is classified into three types of efficiency, sustainability and economics, and two classes of enterprise and public for IT services are proposed. In addition to, for case studies, the survey analysis for the Pyeongtaek Port is performed to diagnose the material flow enterprise and to analyze the priorities of the IT services for Port's employee, trade enterprise, public service personnel, and local resident. From the results, to improve the productivity and efficiency of the enterprise, the secure the professional man-power and standardization are needed, and the automation, u-Port, green technology and material flow security for the IT services are required.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify difficulties that working mothers face and solutions to the identified problems. Methods: The study design was a cross-sectional, descriptive survey. A survey with 8 items rated on a 5-point scale (1~5) and 5 open-ended questions was administered to 48 married nurses and nurse aides working in 5 nursing units of a teaching hospital in South Korea in April 2013. Results: The score of satisfaction with childrearing patterns (mean=$3.31{\pm}0.79$) was higher than that of satisfaction with spousal support (mean=$3.08{\pm}0.85$). The score of working mother's turnover intention (mean=$2.40{\pm}1.03$) was lowest among the 8 items, but partners did not want their wives to quit work (mean=$3.60{\pm}1.22$). Satisfaction with company employment benefits for childrearing (mean=$2.90{\pm}0.72$) had the lowest score among the 4 satisfaction types analyzed. The turnover intention and satisfactions with childrearing (r=-.51, p<.001), spousal support (r=-.43, p=.002), supervisor's support (r=-.36, p=.013), and company benefits (r=-.37, p=.009) showed significant negative correlations. Conclusion: According to these results, familial support for childrearing is highly correlated with employed mothers' turnover intention. So improvement of familial support for childrearing will reduce married nurses' turnover intention. In addition, well-organized nursery facilities are recommended for enabling working mothers to continue their careers. Furthermore, more family-friendly welfare policies such as a flextime systems or compulsory paternity leave should be reinforced in the workplace.

This study conducted qualitative research using Geochang Wolseong Space Creative Science Museum as a case study to investigate the organizational and operational status of small local science museums during the COVID-19 pandemic, as a basic study for the dissemination of scientific culture and public understanding of science. To analyze the situation of the science museum, an evaluation framework was developed, and information obtained through various communication channels and in-depth interviews with information commissioners of the museum were used for the study. As of 2020, when COVID-19 was at its peak, this science museum showed a clear decline in sales and visitor numbers compared to the previous year. Despite this situation, the museum was found to be using crisis management methods such as introducing unface-to-face programs, managing exhibits, and using various promotional media. However, the shortage of professional personnel, excessive workload of employees, and absence of differentiation from other science museums remain as challenges to be addressed in the future for sustainable earth science.

Due to the development of advanced technology, a lot of digital radiographic equipment has been developed, which is very helpful for accurate diagnosis and treatment, and it is very important to train personnel who have acquired professional knowledge in order to use it safely and effectively. Students are exposed to the risk of radiation exposure in radiography training using diagnostic X-ray equipment, and some educational institutions do not use X-ray equipment due to management difficulties in accordance with the Nuclear Safety Act. As a solution to this, this study developed a medical radiation simulator for education that does not generate radiation by using a vision sensor and self-developed software. Through this, educational institutions can reduce the burden of administrative implementation according to the law, and students can obtain a high level of educational effects in a healthy practice environment without radiation exposure.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of medical inequality in medical vulnerable areas, especially in the southwestern islands, and to prepare improvements. As a research method, 14 pieces were analyzed by systematic literature review with keywords such as 'medical vulnerability', 'medical inequality', and 'island area', and a focus group or in-depth interview (FGI) was conducted on 9 medical personnel in the public medical delivery system to identify the current status and demand. As a result of the study, medical inequality in the southwest region, especially in island areas, was confirmed, and the lack of professional manpower and administrative support system were confirmed through FGI. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that realistic measures should be prepared to increase the efficiency of public health care as well as active administrative support to improve the vulnerability of island areas.
Occupational health services in Korea have been operated as dual types: one is operated by occupational health care manager and the other is health care agency without their own personnel. The performance of occupational health service should be different due to the variety of characteristics of health care manager and workplace, qualification of health care manager. This study is to analyze performance of occupational health care services with a particular consideration of job, based on comparing those two types of health care management to show on the basic data for the settlement of more qualitative. health care management system at workplace. For this study, total 391 places in Seoul and Inchon city area: 154 places (39.4%) managed by designated. health care manager and 237 places (60.6%) by the agency with their commission are selected as research samples. Tools for data collection are questionnares have been investigated during the period of 20 September 1993-20 December 1993. Those data are compared with percentiles, mean, standard deviation due to the characterstics of each variable and analyzed for impacting factors with relation to the using multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program, especially using t -test method in order to compare each type of health care management. Conclusions observed from the tests and each comparison could be summerized as follows : 1. Occupational health care have been accomplished at workplaces with designated people than with agencies people, and coverage rate of the occupational health care services has differences, due to management types. The reason of these results is due to visit only one or two times monthly by the agencies, while their own health care manager obsess, at the workplaces all the times. 2. The common sickness management is the most accomplished item in health care area of occupational health care services, while the preventive care and control for the workers who have serious health problems are insufficient in workers health care area. 3. An insufficient accomplishment of overall health education has been shown because it is difficult to perform health education due to almost no chance of the direct introduction at workplaces. Therefore a strong support system for making and supplying the media is necessary in order to activate indirect health education by means of media. 4. Because health care managers and the agencies managers where take the workplaces for this study are almost nurses who have been comparatively high work site rounding rate about an environmental management at the workplaces, that non-profession can also do it, the activities about the professional area not enough. Therefore, an appropriate referral system should be established in order to complement professional area. 5. Two factors which have an effect on the coverage rate of occupational health care services are : one is those from the workplaces such as type of services, the number of workers, the number of harzadous factors and safety & health committee, the other from health care organization about whether there is its own manager or not.

This study attempted to provide the basic data for developing a system to identify the role of medical technologists and ensure an efficient response for quick and accurate diagnostic tests in the COVID-19 era. The research method involved using focus group interviews for a survey and analysis of 15 medical institutions. Eleven sample collection institutions, 10.4 medical technologists, 2.1 minutes of collection time, 5.4 hours of test time, 9,670 tests, 6.2 member test workforce size, and 7 screening center operating institutions were surveyed. The results of the focus group interview analysis revealed that there were no standardized guidelines covering working hours, area, and environment to protect sample collectors and testers in relation to the COVID-19 tests. Also, legal protection measures were insufficient in the event of accidental infections and there were no personnel regulations related to COVID-19. In addition, the professional training of sample collectors and molecular diagnostic testers was required for reliable COVID-19 testing. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide professional education through special test short-term training institutions to cope with emergency infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Legal systems should be put in place to protect the workforce and ensure stability.

The purpose of this study is to provide adequate datas on number of people who are in golf related field and also further expend that number for golf industry. The main stream of this study is to map out present golf related jobs and how this study can help golf industry in general. First, improving education on "hand on experiences on the field of golf industry" Better educating potential employees for golf industry for the right positions can enhance overall work environment. To do so, the society and the schools must come to agreement to provide adequate curriculum for people. Second, implementing "a golf club division program." The support from Ministry of Culture and Sports and Tourism Department, which are govern by Republic of Korea, are aggressively working to expend the golf business and also recruit elite personnel like former tour players to work on the field to better operate the whole system. Third, performing a thorough research on current golf related jobs and numbers and diversity on the field. Fourth, developing a specific and a differentiated golf job fields for better future for people and students who majored in golf industry. So that they cam feel secured and have a sense of dignity. Finally, strengthening the golf industry's competitiveness. The golf related companies have to step up to higher gear. With working in harmony between golf industry and government can assure of brighter future for our next generation.
