This study examined the effect of 119 emergency medical technicians' education over one year on the stroke knowledge and subjective perception of stroke care. A survey was conducted from February 17 through July 31, 2018, on 196 men and women who worked as 119 emergency medical technicians in G-do, C-do, and the provinces. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 version for Windows. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the general characteristics of the 119 emergency medical technicians were found to have affected their stroke education and their need for professional education, awareness levels of knowledge concerning stroke and their subjective awareness levels of stroke patient care. Second, one-year education for the 119 emergency medical technicians was found to have impacted on their stroke knowledge and subjective awareness levels concerning care for stroke patients. Third, the knowledge of the 119 emergency medical technicians on stroke was found to have influenced their subjective awareness levels of stroke patient care. Therefore, the results suggested that regular education and proper management to improve their knowledge on stroke and subjective awareness.

This study is a concept analysis of membership, using the evolutionary concept analysis method. Literatures published from January 2000 to January 2020 were searched on CINAHL, EBSCO, and websites of professional associations, using keywords including 'Member support', 'Member welfare', 'Professional association', 'Membership', and 'Member benefit.' Finally, 12 articles and 4 professional association website data were selected for analysis. The antecedents of membership comprised two dimensions, viz., the member level, and the association level. The antecedent at the member level included need of members, whereas antecedent at the association level was to set up a new department responsible for memberships. Attributes of the membership included 'member support', 'member professionalization', and 'member solidarity'. The consequences of membership also consisted of two dimensions: increased member satisfaction and professionality, and enhancement of rights and interests at the member level, and improvement of public awareness for the professional association at the association level. The findings of this study suggest that providing proper membership is a desirable direction of the association's member support considering the member's opinion ultimately, and propose future research for membership development. This study significantly provides the contextual basis, by identifying the antecedents, attributes, and consequences of membership.

European integration processes have acted as a catalyst for the emergence of a new type of educational environment, which is characterized by competent flexibility of specialists. Therefore, the article focuses on professional training of teachers in the context of European integration processes using information technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. One of the educational priorities in Europe is to create a new model of a teacher who has an academic education, knows innovative methods, is able to perform functions and tasks efficiently and professionally, adequately, quickly and correctly respond to changes and innovations. The tasks facing education in the European dimension are formulated. The main trends in the education of teachers in modern Europe are described: the need to deepen and expand subject training programs in pedagogical institutions of Higher Education, which will allow autonomy of activity, awareness of responsibility for independent creative decisions, create favorable conditions for the development of professionalism through the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. At the present stage, various models of teacher training are being developed based on the University and practical concept using information technology and searching for innovative methods of training specialists. On this basis, two different theories of perception of teacher education were formed: as preparation of teachers for work throughout their professional career; as preparation for the first years of professional work, which is periodically repeated in the process of continuous professional training and improvement. Among the advantages that the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists to implement the learning process, it is worth mentioning the following: simultaneous use of several channels of perception of the student or student in the learning process, thanks to which the integration of information processed by different sensory organs is achieved; the ability to simulate complex real experiments; visualization of abstract information by dynamic representation of processes, etc.

The reality of this study is that, in accordance with the development trend of human body art, art makeup and semi-permanent makeup are emerging as promising industries in the beauty industry among beauticians, and awareness of professional skill improvement is gradually increasing over time. Accordingly, interest in semi-permanent makeup has increased not only among beauticians who specialize in beauty industry or learn semi-permanent makeup, but also at beauty academies where they learn many beauty techniques, and this trending technology has been promoted at international beauty competitions by holding skill competitions for beauty technicians who specialize in semi-permanent techniques. As a venue for exchanging information about education, it is expected that synergistic effects such as dissemination of the education system can be expected. Korea's rapid industrial development has brought about great changes in the supply and demand of professional and detailed skilled manpower and in the formation of manpower in terms of technical level according to industrial development, and the skills and professional skills of beauty beauticians have improved due to the excellence of the professional education qualifications of beauticians and high skill evaluations. This had a significant impact on self-development and led to a re-recognition of the importance of efforts to achieve skilled skills.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness of rehabilitation practitioners working at community wellness centers regarding the sensory integration (SI) therapy. Methods : 121 rehabilitation practitioners working at community wellness centers, located in Seoul Gyeonggi, Daegu Gyeongbuk and Busan Ulsan, participated in a questionnaire survey to examine their awareness of SI therapy. The questionnaire constructed based on four elements of the information about SI therapy; SI therapy's purpose, target population and technical process, and the qualification of SI therapist. Correlations between general characteristics and the four awareness elements of SI information were explored. The level of recognition on SI therapy were examined in various perspective such as 'have heard', 'means of the recognition', 'easiness of getting information', 'recognition of necessity of SI therapy', 'willing to participate in professional education course' and 'opinions for improving recognition'. Result : There is significant difference in awareness of the all four elements of SI informations depends on several general characteristics; practitioner's clinical field, location of the center, whether SI service has been provided or not at the center, whether the practitioner carry out SI therapy, and the practitioner's clinical experience in SI therapy. Specially, the recognition of occupational therapists is relatively high compared other rehabilitation practitioners. In terms of level of recognition, most rehabilitation practitioners(96.7%) are well-aware of necessity of sensory integration therapy. 79.4% of the practitioners manifest somewhat of difficulty in getting information related SI therapy. 93.4% of the practitioners are willing to participate in professional education course for SI therapy. Opinion for improving recognition with the most number of people(21) chosen is 'educational revitalization'. Conclusion : Many rehabilitation practitioners working at community wellness centers recognize the necessity of understand SI therapy, but there is uneasiness to get relative and valid information. There are difference awareness of the SI therapy Revitalization of education for SI therapy may provide an opportunity to improve level recognition of rehabilitation practitioners. It is suggested that organ related rehabilitation, there is a need for public relations.

Currently disputes related to sports arise in various ways. Moreover, as the awareness of the rights of the people in the field of sports grows the chances of disputes occurring increases. Therefore, the number of sports disputes which will be dealt with by courts will increase. On the other hand, there are demands for fast and efficient legal resolutions for diverse sports disputes. However, as a dispute resolution system, the current domestic arbitration for sports disputes exposed several problems: the lack of professional arbitrators for sports disputes, procedural elements of delay, and the lack of promotion of the arbitration system. This study will first analyze the system for the resolution of domestic sports disputes. Then this study will review of the system for the resolution of international sports disputes and propose the establishment of an arbitration system for the resolution of domestic sports disputes.

Purpose: This study was conducted in order to understand the correlation between professionalism, job satisfaction, and job performance of physical therapists Methods: Subjects included 148 physiotherapists. We conducted a questionnaire survey on professionalism, job satisfaction, and business performance. We then performed a correlation analysis. Results: The highest 'compliance of professional organization' in professionalism, the lowest 'vocation awareness of the profession'. In job satisfaction, the highest satisfaction was reported for 'supervisor', and the lowest satisfaction for 'duty'. Professionalism and job satisfaction/job satisfaction and job performance showed a clear positive correlation, and professionalism and job performance showed a weak positive correlation. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that, in order to improve the job performance of the physical therapist, it is necessary to improve professionalism and job satisfaction. Physical therapists should improve their professionalism in order to improve job performance. In addition, research to improve job satisfaction and job performance of the physical therapist should be continued.

This study aims to develop and validate the WSSECT (Workplace Spirituality Scale for Early Childhood Teacher) through literature review and statistical tests. The initial version with 40 items based on two dimensions of spirituality in individual and professional level was constructed. Then, it was revised twice for improving reliability and validity. Finally the WSSECT was constructed of 4 factors - i.e. 'calling for ECE teacher job', 'meaning for life', 'membership in educational community' and 'awareness of inner life' - including the 23 items. The scale will be expected to identify workplace spirituality of early childhood teacher.

Purpose: This study was designed to describe the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organization perceived by hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from 12 nurses who were working in the university affiliated medical center in Seoul using interview. To analyze data, content analysis was done. Results: The Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organizations perceived by hospital nurses was classified into 5 categories. The 5 categories (the expectation of nurses' clients, The awareness economic value that nurses perform work, efficient nurses' work process, attractive nurses' work conditions, nurses' grow into professional) include 21 themes and 53 significant statements. Conclusions: The result of this study may be helpful in the strategic performance management of nursing organizations.

The Physics Outreach Unit at UNSW Australia contributes to the goals of the IAU's Commission 55 by collaborating with established institutions to improve public engagement with science. We aim to not only increase public awareness of astronomy but also ensure the benefits to society of our scientific endeavours are understood. We have found collaborating with like-minded institutions who are working in similar spaces allows both parties to make a larger impact than working alone. For example, our long-term collaboration with the Australian Museum provides the opportunity to engage urban and rural communities with science, audiences to which we do not normally have easy access. To increase our national presence we are exploring new relationships with other institutions, in particular the Astronomical Society of Australia (ASA), in hosting events such as public talks with eminent astronomers, star parties and astronomical workshops. These partnerships help build firm foundations for planning future events, in particular during the International Year of Light 2015.
