간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 위임준비성과 직무만족 간의 관계 (Relationship between Delegation Preparedness and Job Satisfaction of Nurses in Comprehensive Nursing Care Service Units)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사를 대상으로 위임준비성과 직무만족 간의 관계를 파악하기 위함이다. 자료 수집은 2017년 5월 26일부터 2017년 6월 7일까지 서울과 경기 지역에 위치한 5군데 종합병원의 간호·간병통합서비스병동에서 근무하는 간호사 126명을 대상으로 시행되었다. 자료는 independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과 간호사의 위임 교육 여부(t=-2.77, p=.006)가 위임준비성에 유의한 차이를 나타냈고, 위임준비성과 직무만족 간에 유의한 양적 상관관계(r=.43, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위임준비성 하부 영역과 직무만족에서는 업무 내용에 대한 이해(r=.26, p=.003), 위임업무구분(r=.45, p<.001), 위임 내용에 대한 이해(r=.35, p<.001), 위임 기술(r=.34, p<.001) 간에 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위임준비성과 직무만족의 하위 영역 중에서는 상호작용(r=.46, p<.001), 직무과업(r=.36, p<.001), 전문직업적 수준(r=.33, p<.001), 행정(r=.31, p<.001), 보수(r=.20, p=.026)가 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 간호·간병통합서비스병동 간호사가 효과적인 위임을 위해서는 학교와 간호현장에서 위임 기술을 포함한 교육을 강화시킬 필요성을 제시한다.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of preparedness towards delegation, critical thinking disposition, and communicative competence on job satisfaction among comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 218 nurses from two university hospitals. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed using SPSS Statistics/WIN 21.0, including descriptive statistics, x2 test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffeé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: For comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses, the significant influencing factors on job satisfaction were age (β=-.37, p=.041), marital status (β=.35, p=.001), critical thinking disposition (β=.29, p=.003), and communicative competence (β=.28, p=.002) with the explanatory power was 39.0% (F=12.00, p<.001). On the other hand, for general ward nurses, the significant influencing factors on job satisfaction were advanced degree (β=.29, p=.047), critical thinking disposition (β=.23, p=.040), and communicative competence (β=.42, p<.001) with the explanatory power was 33.0% (F=11.78, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the importance of developing and applying education programs to improve critical thinking disposition and communicative competence of nurses. This would enhance the comprehensive nursing service and increase overall nursing manpower resources. In addition, further studies are needed to improve nursing work environments and to develop strategies for enhancing preparedness towards delegation, which would increase the job satisfaction of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service wards.

베이징 올림픽 대한민국 선수단의 물리치료 이용 실태 (The Use on Physical Therapies of Korean Delegation in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games)

  • Purpose : To provide information and data about the physical therapy service for planning future Olympic and other mass gatherings. Methods : To document the injuries sustained during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in a sample of patients visiting the physical therapy department of the Korean Olympic Committee. Athletes visited the physical therapy department in 2008 Beijing Olympic Korean delegation from 1 August through 22 August. Results : The sex ratio of athletes who visited physical therapy room was male 27.5%, female 72.5% and that number of case sports were higher Handball (26.2%), hockey (15.8%), archery (10.4%). The most prevalent injury of body parts was shoulder (15.1%), followed by the lumbar(14.2%), and the cervical spine (10.5%). Treatment modality had manual therapy(891), electrical therapy (584), ultrasound (461) and the number of taping were handball (47.8%), hocky (23.8%), judo (8.2%). Ankle (31.4%) was the most body parts of taping. Conclusion : Physical therapy in sport as a professional sports event to get their players to injury prevention and treatment. These results can be of help to optimize the strategies to prevent injuries and to treatment the injured athletes.

  • It can be expected for a public library to increase the service efficiency only when librarians can be satisfied with their job. Job satisfaction is the feeling a librarian has about his salary, his work, his promotion opportunities, his co- workers, his supervisors, etc. and affects directly librarians' morale. This paper is a study on these factors that affect the professional librarians' morale in national and public libraries in Korea. The methods employed to achieve the purpose of this study are (1) to establish some tentative factors affecting librarians' morale (2) to gather and analyze the answers against them from the professional librarians working in national and public libraries in Seoul, Korea. (3) to find out the factors abstructing the librarias' morale (4) to propose the improvement plans for them. The conclusions made are as follows: (1) Delegation of rights and responsibilities. (2) Adoption of the democratic leadership. (3) The harmonious communications between managers and librarians. (4) The level of wages and allowance. (5) Revision of the librarians' promotion regulation. (6) Necessity of continuing education of librarians. (7) Satisfaction of welfare facilities. (8) Improvement of social acknowledgement for the librarians' professionalism according to the advancement the level of educational course.

노인생활시설 사회복지사들의 직무 및 조직특성과 직무만족도의 관계에서 전문직업적 정체성의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Professional Identity on the Relationship between Job- and Organization- related Factors and Job Satisfaction among Social Workers in Senior Welfare Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 노인생활시설 사회복지사들의 직무 및 조직특성과 직무만족도의 관계에 있어서 전문직업적 정체성의 매개효과를 보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 대구시 전체 노인생활시설 24개소에 근무하는 사회복지사 180명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위한 통계적 분석은 위계적 회귀분석 (Window SPSS 12.0)을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 직무 및 조직특성, 전문직업적 정체성, 직무만족에 대한 대상자들의 인식은 직무만족(3.28±.63)이 가장 높았으며 전문직업적 정체성(3.23±.50), 직무특성(3.17±.49), 조직특성(3.17±.58)의 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 직무특성(β=.699, p<.001)과 조직특성(β=.871, p<.001)은 직무만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다. 뿐만 아니라 전문직업적 정체성을 매개변수로 사용한 경우 직무만족에 대한 직무특성(β=.543, p<.001)과 조직특성(β=.773, p<.001)의 영향력이 감소되어 전문직업적 정체성의 부분적 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to identify role ambiguity of comprehensive nursing care unit nurses. Methods: A concept analysis method by Walker and Avant was used to understand role ambiguity of comprehensive nursing care unit nurses. Results: The antecedents of role ambiguity of nurses at comprehensive nursing units were shortage of nurses, unclear admission criteria, and demands for customized nursing care according to severity. Attributes include ambiguity in role delegation, patient placement ambiguity, and professional ambiguity among nursing staff. The consequences were diminished job satisfaction due to excessive workload, difficulty in resolving role ambiguity due to the lack of work analysis studies, and poor outcome of nursing indicators. Conclusion: Improvement of nationwide awareness for comprehensive nursing care unit is required. Clear division at scope of practice for nursing staff in accordance of each medical institution's characteristics is essential. Nurses at comprehensive nursing care unit should understand nature of role ambiguity that occurs as they work in large groups. Nurses should promote communications between nursing staff and they must have volition to improve status quo. An additional research of comprehensive nursing care on the causes of role ambiguity in the practice of nursing care for ward nurses is needed, and management measures should be sought at the organizational level.

지능정보사회에서 학교교육체제 혁신 방향과 과제 탐색을 위한 시론적 연구 (An Exploratory Study for the Direction and Tasks for Innovating School System in the Intelligent Information Society)

  • 이 연구는 다가온 4차 산업혁명시대와 지능정보사회를 맞은 한국 사회의 핵심적 정책 아젠다 중 하나인 학교교육 체제 개혁을 위한 몇 가지 방향과 대안들을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국 학교교육은 학생의 소질과 적성을 고려하지 않은 공급자 중심 체제이고, 20세기 초반의 공장제식 학교교육의 특징을 굳건히 하면서 획일적 교육 및 학습 관행을 지속하고 있다. 특히, 교육계 종사자들의 대학입시에 대한 과도한 추종에 따라 교육현장에서 지식의 도구화와 학습의 탈맥락화가 심화되고 있으며, 따라서 4차 산업혁명기가 요구하는 공감하고 협력하면서도 주체적으로 생각하고 판단할 줄 아는 인간을 양성해내는 데 한계가 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이를 개혁하기 위한 교육 혁신의 과제로서 다음 몇 가지 사항을 검토하고 제언하였다. 첫째, 교육과정 수권체계를 선진형 교사수권체계로 변화시키고, 둘째, 교사의 자율성을 잠식하는 관료적 교사단체제를 해체하고 전문적 교사단 체제를 정립하며, 셋째, 교육과정 편성 및 운영과정에서 교과영역 이기주의를 극복하고 교원양성교육과정의 철저한 개선이 시급하고, 넷째, 과도한 교육행정관료제의 완화와 함께 교육법 체계의 전면적인 개편이 필요하며, 다섯째, 학교교육 지원행정을 학습자와 교수자 상호간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지도록 적극 유도할 필요가 있다.

  • Park Myoung Jin (1903-1957) was a respectable leader who disseminated dental medical education to make our path as the leading dental medical education developing a new global history of dental medicine. Dr. Park was born in Seoul on 3 July 1903. He graduated Kyongseong dental medical school and studied at the pharmacology department achieving his M.D. In 1938, as the president representing the Hanseong dentists association equivalent to the Japanese dentists association, Dr. Park participated in various events. After liberation, Dr. Park tried his best to achieve Korean dental medical education as the pursuit of ideal ego with self-centered ego. He reorganized the Kyongseong dental medical school and incorporated it to the Seoul National University dental college. Even during the Korea war, Dr. Park still sincerely carried out his duties as the director of the Seoul National University dental medical college by recruiting university entrants and turned out graduates. In 1954, Dr. Park as the director of the Seoul National University dental medical college, he frontiered an opportunity to adapt the American dental medicine by sending school staffs to study overseas. On 25 June 1954, Dr. Park received 25 years of meritorius service award presented by Seoul National University Dental Medical College. Further, on 6 Aril 1954, Dr. Park became a member of an academic research committee. In April 1946, Dr. Park was elected as the president of the Chosun Dentists Association(Korean Dental Association). On 19 May 1947, Dr. Park was also appointed as the director of the Korea dental medicine association leading the general meetings and academic conferences from 2nd through the 8th sessions. On 30 November 1954, as the president of the Korea dental medicine association, Dr. Park also published the Korea dental association publications. In 1957, Dr. Park donated the school housing for the principle of the Kyongseong dental medical school establishing the basis for the Korea dentists association center. Dr. Park also participated in establishment of the oral hygiene campaigne, dental administration policy, organization of the specialized subject delegation board members and the dental materials association. On 10 December 1955, we can recognize Dr. Park's respective historical consciousness through his declaration 'history is a true record of historical traces of a national'. Dr. Park was a living witness of the Korean dental industry. Especially, he stated that the origin of the Korean dentists association was in the Hanseong dentists association. Dr. Park overcame the pressure and indignity during the Japanese colonization. The joy of liberation did not last long since he also had to experience the fraticidal tragedy of the Korea war. Dr. Park was a professional dental specialist and a leader researching dental medicine. He was a great leader who understood the dental medicine and dedicated for the dentist association and dental medicine association with compassion for the nation and national as a Korean.
