The purpose of this study is to orient users' touchpoints in co-design experience, to identify their need via visualized experience map, to recommend valid design information in online e-customization services. A user-centered co-design experience map (UCEM) is adopted to analyze the relation between users' desire and time spent, so as to evaluate the online co-design experiences. Based on evolutionary algorithm and fuzzy theory, data of this study is collected from 30 participants. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis in SPSS, and frequency query and word cloud in NVivo. Employing design category and evaluating users' time spent, the findings are that (a) vamp color matching is consistent with interview data; (b) supported by qualitative feedback, the virtual experience map played an important role in the co-design process and the visualized interaction process; and (c) participants prefer to get more information and professional help on color matching and exterior design. Based on the findings in design category, future work should be focused on developing a better understanding of design resource recommendations and multi-stakeholder communication.

Price skimming practices, false claim on products, false information/communication, marketing overseas, and deception on products in marketing have received significant attention by the researchers of ethics in marketing studies. This research considers these phenomena as marketing instruments that grossly violate the practice of ethics in this domain. The two most crucial parts in marketing that have received greater attention are product safety and advertising. The paper also examines Ethical Marketing as the ability to make marketing decisions that are morally right and acceptable to all. In order words, ethics in marketing explains how moral standards can be applied in marketing decisions. It seeks to answer the research question by looking at some fundamental business ethics theories, namely, Virtue ethics, Utilitarian, and Deontological approaches to business ethics. Nevertheless, ethics in business is very controversial as many hold different view about what makes up the standard morals that corporations should take and so it is necessary for any organization to formulate its ethical codes to follow.

With new competitive environments, innovation is more necessary to survive severe competitions than ever. However, most Small and Medium(SM) businesses are used to be short of professional staffs, money and equipments for performing various innovations(ie., technological or administrative innovation, product development or Process development, and radical or incremental innovation). Many students have suggested that incremental innovation is more adequate than radical innovation in SM business. The purpose of this paper is to find antecedent factors In promote employees' Incremental Innovation Activities(IIA), In analyse moderating effects of ability and attitudes, and to test the difference of IIA-level by ability(or attitudes) and 11 independent factors. Each IIA-level by 5 variables of 11 independent variables-job variety, importance, identity, communication, performance dependency-is found to be significantly different in high-ability group affirmative-attitude group.

The chemical factory deals with dangerous element and more advance, human-error analyzes and becomes effective research for the country and region. This paper analysis the form of work-miss on human-error according to a safety accident for domestic chemical factory from 1999-2002. It include the present contents and raise issues human knowledge, behavior, judgment, sensibility as an important counter plan that makes the safety solution of work miss. For the point of view of human knowledge, it takes color standard for works to be effective in work place. For behavior, the test has been for risk Point of work place and infra worker movement, also the workers performed professional work as classify according to work. For judgement, the valuation sheet is reflected to minimize the human-error and the 3rd supervisor does a cross-check audit beforehand. For sensibility, it is applicable for human relations, information, communication by program to the consciousness and an attitude of worker-supervisor.

Microelectromechanical system switches are becoming more and more popular in the electronics industry; there is a need for careful selection of the materials in the design and fabrication of switches for reliability and performance issues. The membrane used for actuation to change the state of an RF switch is made mostly using gold or aluminum. Various designs of membranes have been proposed. Due to the flexure-type structures, the design complexity increases, which makes stress analysis mandatory to validate the reliability and performance of a switch. In this paper, the effective stress and actuation voltage required for different types of fixed-fixed membranes is analyzed using finite element modeling. Effective measures are presented to reduce the stress and voltage.

본 연구는 국내의 디지털도서관 연구 및 디지털도서관 용어 사용을 분석함으로써, 디지털도서관에 대한 논의가 기술중심적 혹은 기술결정론적 방향으로 진행되어 왔다는 것을 밝히고 있다. 그러나 디지털도서관은 다양한 이종의 구성요소들이 사회적 상호작용 과정을 통하여 구성되는 사회기술망으로 인식될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 사회기술망으로서의 디지털도서관을 이해하고 분석하기 위하여 사회정보학과 STIN 모델이 적용되어야 한다는 것을 제안한다.

With the recent increase of social demand of knowledge on traditional medicine, the construction of database is becoming a pressing matter. The reality is that while the social desire to adapt the high quality knowledge is growing fast, the field of Oriental Medicine has yet to organize its system. The number of Oriental Medical Doctors are limited, and there is no structured means of communication to expand the professional knowledge of these specialists to the public. Accordingly, an effective and structured knowledge system is in great need. In the process of building an Oriental Medicine database, prescription[方劑] and medicines[本草] are first in line. Consequently, we have taken the first step by organizing various methods to build the database containing information such as the formula, ingredients, composition, handling methods of herbal medicine written in traditional medical publications and herbal texts before the Song(宋) dynasty.

인터넷의 급속한 성장과 함께 보안이 사회적인 이슈가 됨에 따라 침입 탐지 시스템이 크게 각광을 받게 되었다. 하지만 이러한 침입 탐지 시스템의 대부분이 범용 하드웨어와 범용 운영 체제를 기반으로 하기때문에 본질적으로 패킷 수집의 성능이 떨어질 뿐 아니라 침입을 탐지하기 위한 비용도 너무나 커서 과도한 패킷이 유입될 때 제대로 처리를 못 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 침입 탐지 시스템의 성능에 대한 문제점 개선을 위해서 네트웍 부하의 감소가 보장되고 불법 침입도 유해정보도 아닌 내부 서버의 실제 웹 컨텐트를 담은 패킷의 폐기를 제안하고 실험을 통해서 제안 방안의 가능성을 보인다.

Background: Various functional factors should be incorporated during assessment and intervention for patient rehabilitation. Stable respiratory function is one of required factors for functional restoration. To maximize respiratory physical therapy intervention outcome, it is required to understand clinical features of respiratory diseases and physical therapy approaches. Methods: Previous studies were systematically reviewed through computerized search. Methodological qualities of selected studies were evaluated and the levels of recommendations were determined. Results: Assessment for respiratory pattern and thoracic mobility is of importance to improve cardiopulmonary fitness during physical reconditioning. Application of optimal therapeutic protocol can increase thoracic mobility and respiratory function. Interdisciplinary communication is critical during rehabilitation for respiratory patients. Health care provider should have professional knowledge and experience for cardiopulmonary fitness and obligation to endeavor for patients' respiratory rehabilitation. It is necessary to standardize therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitative respiratory exercise should be applied to confirm the effects of intervention. Conclusion: Respiratory diseases that may reduce patients' quality of life and cardiopulmonary fitness should be resolved through physical therapy approaches. Through conducting research, effect of evidence-based and patients' function-oriented intervention can be determined.

Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.
