The article analyzes and concretizes the understanding of the differences between the concepts of competence / competence according to the criterion general - personal. Based on the identified characteristics of competence (completed personal quality, activity character, educational result, successful implementation of professional and educational activities), the concept of competence as an integrative dynamic quality of a person, manifested in effective activity in a specific area, is defined. The structure of the IC has been substantiated, including motivational and value; information technology; communicative and reflective components. The content of the named IC components is disclosed. The article analyzes the essence of the characteristics of basic concepts (competence / competence), consideration of information competence in the research of famous scientists in order to concretize the studied phenomenon; concretization of the identified pedagogical conditions in educational process.

Purpose: This study systematically analyzed cases in South Korea wherein nurses were prosecuted for involuntary manslaughter or injury due to professional negligence in pediatric care. Methods: We analyzed the precedents using the methodology of Hall and Wright (2008) and Austin (2010). Of the 618 cases retrieved from the Supreme Court Decisions Retrieval System in South Korea, we selected the 12 cases in which children were the victims and nurses were the defendants, using a case screening methodology. Results: The most frequent penalty was a fine, and newborns were the most frequent victims. The distribution of cases according to Austin's violation categories was: improper administration of medications (n=5), failure to monitor for and report deterioration (n=4), ineffective communication (n=4), failure to delegate responsibly (n=4), failure to know and follow facility policies and procedures (n=1), and improper use of equipment (n=1). Conclusion: To ensure the safety of children, nurses are required to teach and practice a high standard of care. Nursing education programs must improve nurses' awareness of their legal obligations. Nursing organizations and leaders should also work towards enacting effective nursing laws and ensuring that nurses are aware of their legal rights and responsibilities.

한국은 고도의 산업화 또는 지식정보화 사회로 접어들면서 소방업무도 변화 발전에 따라 업무범위가 점점 확대 되고 있다. 그러나 그에 따른 근무환경 등은 과거에 비해 크게 개선되지 않았다. 또한 생명을 위협하는 상황에 노출되어 다른 직업과 비교해볼 때 많은 스트레스를 받고 있는 것으로 보인다. 더욱이 소방공무원의 직업성 스트레스는 소방공무원의 안전은 물론 국민의 안전과 직결되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 소방공무원의 직업성 스트레스의 경감대책으로 구성원들 간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 활동, 업무직능별 인사시스템 도입, 처우 및 복지시설의 개선, 소방공무원 안전 및 보건규칙 제정, 소방 전문병원 설립 및 소방전문의 위촉 등을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 학교경영컨설팅을 수행하는 컨설턴트가 갖추어야 하는 역량에 대하여 전문가와 예비컨설턴트의 인식을 중심으로 분석함으로써 학교경영컨설턴트의 역량 강화와 학교컨설팅 연구에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전문가와 예비컨설턴트를 대상으로 역량 중요도와 역량 보유도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 학교경영컨설턴트가 갖추어야 하는 주요 역량은 '학교경영컨설팅의 배경 개념 원리', '학교경영컨설팅의 과정방법', '학교경영의 내용', '경청과 공감', '의사소통', '문제해결', '팀워크와 협력', '대인관계', '진정성', '헌신'으로 분석되었다. 전문가와 예비컨설턴트가 인식하는 학교 경영컨설턴트 역량의 중요도 인식에는 차이가 있었고, 예비컨설턴트가 인식하는 학교경영컨설턴트 역량의 중요도와 보유도는 컨설팅 경험을 통하여 변화를 보였다. 이 연구의 결과는 학교경영컨설턴트의 교육과 자격에 반영할 수 있고,학교경영컨설팅의 '학습성' 원리를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 한국기술교육대학교가 최근 현장중심의 실무형 인재 양성을 목표로 혁신적으로 추진하고 기업연계형 장기현장실습 (IPP: Industry Professional Practice) 제도의 효율적이고 체계적인 운영 및 관리를 위해 필요한 IPP 전담교수의 역할에 대해 해외 선진국 운영사례 분석 및 실제 IPP 제도 2년간의 운영 경험을 바탕으로 제안한다. IPP 전담교수의 역할은 크게 3가지로 구분된다. 첫 번째는 IPP 관리자로서의 역할이며, 두 번째는 학생들에 대한 진로지도 상담자의 역할이며, 세 번째는 IPP 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육자로서의 역할이다. IPP 제도 시행 초기에는 주로 IPP 관리자로서의 역할이 중요하지만 IPP 제도가 체계적으로 관리되고 운영되면 IPP 관리자로서의 역할은 점차 줄어들고 진로지도 상담자로서의 역할이 더 중요해진다. IPP 제도가 학점을 부여하는 교육 프로그램인 만큼 IPP 전담교수는 경험학습 설계, 교육목표 달성도 평가 등 교육자로서의 역할도 수행해야 한다.

The ICELT(In-Service Certificate in English Language Teaching) is a highly practical course-based English teacher education program which integrates classroom teaching and off-site teacher training. This case study analyzes the three-year implementation of the ICELT program in Korea and discusses its effects and the implications for improving the inservice English teacher education system. It has been found that the course participants were satisfied with the quality of its execution, thinking that it contributed to their professional development in the areas of teaching practice, methodology and language competence. The study has identified several success factors as shared program goals among the course participants, including systematic selection of course participants, well-qualified tutors and the proper provision of resources including syllabus, teaching materials and course assessment system. Nonetheless, it has been suggested that attention needs to be paid to generalized application of the ICELT for English teacher education due to the limitations such as the heavy workload caused by the program, lack of course participants' collaboration with other teachers at their schools and tutors' poor understanding of the Korean education context. Bearing this in mind, the implications for improving the inservice English teacher education system in Korea have been discussed. Finally, further studies have been suggested, which are concerned with in-depth investigation in exploring the division of roles between native English speaking tutors and Korean ones and the impact of the program on the sustainability of course participants' professional development and the impact on schools.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인 복지의 제공자 중심의 서비스를 극복하기 위해 새로운 대안으로 부상하고 있는 소비자주의에 대한 사회복지사들의 주관적 개념화를 파악하기 위한 것이다. Q 방법론을 통해 사회복지사들의 소비자주의에 대한 주관적 개념은 임파워먼트형, 시장기제형, 다중개방형, 전통가치형 등 4가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 이들은 각각 소비자주의에 대한 특정적 확장적 차원에 의해, 전통적 개혁적 차원에 의해, 수단적 목적적 차원에 의해 인식되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 사회에서 모호하게 이해되고 있는 소비자주의 개념을 구체화함으로써 소비자 친화적인 정책 및 실천 프로그램과 전문가 교육 프로그램 개발에, 그리고 소비자주의를 지향하는 장애인복지의 정책, 실천현장, 이론, 운동 등 제 영역들 간의 명확한 의사소통을 원활히 하는데 기여할 것이다.

Make-up illustration is a field of creativity with visible creative and artistic values; its ultimate functions include communication of information, artistic expression, and recording. Establishing the make-up illustration education environment for the twenty-first century, there is an urgent need for research and development of professional curricula for basic art education and illustration education. It is extremely important for educators and institutions teaching make-up illustration to recognize that training of highly creative and professional beau designers through systematic educational structures is the ultimate foundation for enhancing competitiveness of the beauty industry despite the present reality that there are insufficient studies and publications on beauty illustration and that there is lack of illustration lecturers and artists equipped with professional beauty knowledge. Therefore, this study was conducted to research and analyze offering of illustration subjects by 160 beauty-related vocational schools and 16 4-year undergraduate colleges in the make-up field, which is the field with most creative art activities among the three representative beauty majors, namely make-up, hair, and skin. Education of make-up illustration must not remain as simple short-term education. The curricula must be specialized for providing solid foundation of basic majors. In terms of education content, strong emphases must be made for original and creative mark-up designs as well as purposes, functions, and necessity of make-up design and illustration. The curricula must include systematic, logical and artistic elements. Through the course of this study, which researched, analyzed and proposed measures for education content of make-up illustration, it was found that make-up illustration is the most appropriate subject that fulfills both the ultimate education objectives of beauty colleges and the demand by the society for beauty professionals. It is hoped that make-up illustration is emphasized and recognized for its importance and necessity as an education subject so that similar basic major subjects will further be researched and developed for specialized education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate how interprofessional education has been designed, implemented, and evaluated in undergraduate programs in nursing through a systematic review. Methods: The literature was searched using the PubMed, CINAHL, EMBASE, and Cochrane central databases to identify interventional studies including teaching-learning activities among nursing students and other disciplines in English between January 2000 and May 2017. Thirty studies were selected for the analysis. Results: Twenty-four studies out of 30 were designed as a pre-post, no control group, quasi-experimental study design. Interprofessional education learners were primarily engaged in medicine, physical therapy, dentistry, occupational therapy, pharmacy, and respiratory therapy. Patient care related activity was the most frequently selected topic and simulation was the most common teaching-learning method. Evaluation of learning outcomes was mainly based on the aspects of teams and collaboration, professional identity, roles and responsibilities, patient care, and communication skills. Nursing students in 26 out of the 30 reviewed studies were found to benefit from interprofessional education, with outcome effects primarily related to changes in learning outcomes. Conclusion: The development and integration of interprofessional education with collaborative practices may offer opportunities in nursing education for training professional nurses of the future.

정부에서는 장애인복지법(제25조)을 두어 장애인이 체육활동이나 문화활동을 함에 있어 불편함이 없도록 법률로서 뒷받침하고 있다. 나아가 공공기관을 포함한 300인 이상 사업장이 갖고 있는 웹사이트에 대해 장애인을 위한 웹 접근성 준수를 의무화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 프로스포츠 웹 사이트 접근성 평가(2011.4월-5월)를 통하여, 프로스포츠 구단들이 어느 정도 웹 사이트 접근성을 준수하고 있는지를 체계적으로 알아보고, 통계적인 측면에서 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 대체텍스트 제공(44.92%)과 키보드로만 운용 가능(46.79%) 항목에 대한 준수율이 낮은 편으로 나타났다. 그러나 전반적으로 시간이 흐름에 따라 웹 사이트 준수율은 증가추세에 있음을 알 수 있었다.
