The purpose of this study was to objectively explore and discuss the effect of trainer's communication style on rehabilitation ability and rehabilitation satisfaction of elite athletes. we observed the relationship between rehabilitation trainers and injured athletes and found that communication between them plays an important role. In this study, we criticized that most of the studies related to rehabilitation were conducted from the point of view of natural science. The results of this study emphasized that rehabilitation-related research should broadly accept social science positions such as business administration. The main research findings are as follows. As a result of analyzing the relationship between trainer's communication style and rehabilitation ability, first, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects emotional factors of injured players. Second, the trainer's cooperative and controlled communication style affects the cognitive factors of injured players. Third, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects the behavioral factors of injured players. Fourth, the trainer's cooperative and professional communication style affects the rehabilitation satisfaction of injured players. Based on these results, this study was conducted to validate the necessity of discussing the trainer's communication style preference according to the individual background such as the injured player's gender, personality, and injury level, and the classification and composition of communication styles that match Korean culture and sentiment. As suggestions for follow-up research, active sharing of problems with adjacent disciplines such as sports sociology, sports education, and sports marketing, and parallel qualitative research centered on individual cases were suggested

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify relation of the communication skills, humanistic knowledge and professional quality of life and to investigate the enhancing ways of professional quality of life in intensive-care unit nurses. Methods : The study design was a descriptive survey from 152 intensive-care unit nurses, from December 1 to 30, 2019. The data analysis was with ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results : The factors affecting compassion satisfaction were communication skills (β=0.42, p=.001), satisfaction for working (β=0.61, p=.001), marriage (β=0.23, p=.005), humanistic knowledge (β=0.47, p=.008) and these factors explained 35.6%. The factors affecting secondary traumatic stress were job stress (β=0.19, p=.011), number of patients per nurse (β=-0.36, p=.004) and these factors explained 9.4%. The factors affecting burnout were job stress (β=-0.25, p=.001), communication skills (β=-0.29, p=.001), working period(β=-0.18, p=.010), satisfaction for working (β=-0.31, p=.001), self care (β=-0.11, p=.033) and these factors explained 36%. Conclusion : Therefore, it is necessary to develop solution to improve professional quality of life in intensive-care unit nurses. It needs to develop programs to improve communication skills and humanistic knowledge in order to enhance compassion satisfaction and to improve communication skills to prevent burnout.

본 연구는 직업군인의 긍정성과 가족의사소통이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 이들의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 2015년 국방부의 승인을 거친 직업군인들에 대한 연구에 대해 육 해 공 해병대 부대의 협조를 구하여 장기복무 직업군인 241명에게 설문조사를 거쳤으며 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 장기복무 직업군인의 조직몰입은 긍정성, 가족의사소통 그리고 자기효능감과 모두 정적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 변인을 모두 고려하여 분석한 결과, 측정모형과 구조모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났으며 직업군인의 조직몰입에 대해 긍정성과 가족의사소통은 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이들의 관계에서 자기효능감은 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 장기복무 직업군인의 조직몰입을 위한 효과적인 함의를 제시하고자 한다.

최근 프로야구의 스포츠 인기는 나날이 증가하고 있으며, 다양한 포털 사이트에서 프로야구와 관련된 데이터를 소유하고 있다. 프로야구의 인기를 증가시키고, 관련된 데이터를 활용한 분석을 통해 결과를 만들어 낸다면 프로야구를 접하는데 이점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로야구와 관련된 데이터를 활용하여 3가지 분석을 시행하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특정 사이트에서 조회된 특정 프로야구단과 관련된 기사 개수와 트렌드를 알아보고, 프로야구 성적과 관중 수의 상관관계에 대해서 분석하였다. 마지막으로 2016, 2017년도의 프로야구 타자 타율 성적과 출루율 성적에 대한 현황 분석을 실시하였다.

This study analyzed and compared the curriculum of 12 arbitrarily selected Colleges of Engineering for their professional general education. Since the Korean Accreditation of Engineering Education has existed for the last 10 years a growing need for improvements was identified and thus this study shall provide a basis for future curriculum developments of the professional general education. For this purpose the educational objectives, the syllabus, the self-assessment reports and catalogues of the 12 Colleges were reviewed and the relevance between the educational objectives of each engineering school and the learning outcomes in the professional general education were analyzed. Furthermore, by analyzing the area of subject that each College of Engineering's mechanical engineering program's professional general education focuses on, the current trend can be examined. Finally, the credit requirements and their allocation and the distribution of the professional general education over the semesters were analyzed. The results of this study were as followed; these capabilities such as creativity, professionalism, globalization, ethics, humanism, design ability, management ability, responsibility and communication are suggested as educational objectives of 12 engineering schools. But courses related to globalization, ethics & responsibility and communication skills were much more often taught. Not only do the allocated credits for the courses of professional general education differ from university to university but the distribution over the semesters vary as well.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of bureaucracy on library structure and then to review typologies and parthological phenomena, their following aspects of securities of library. The most important characteristics of library bureaucracy is its strong speciality and needs regurality and its hierarchic power systems. We can separate its systems from machine bureaucracy and professional bureaucracy. and the bureaucratic systems are attended with controls, observance of rules, and pathological phenomena by entrusting sombody with power, etc. To revise these pathological phenomena of the library structure, the following items must be included. First, librarians should be given with professional authority. Second, all librarians should participate in decision-making. Thirdly, it is desirable that the communication should upward communication and lateral communication much more preferable than downward communication. Fourthly, professional. librarians must be maintained with compensation systems. Fifthly, they must be 'PROACTIVE LIBRARIAN' who cope with any given circumstances.

There is a proverb in Korea "Don't chase after another." It can be a right proverb in sometimes. However, usually it doesn't fit in these various society, information knowledge society. Modern society requires convergence technology. IBS (Intelligent Building System) requires knowledge of architecture field, electric field, communication field, and computation field. ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) which is constructing in many cities requires various knowledge as engineering works, electricity, computation, communication and transportation. In the case of u-City, it requires technology of many fields as architecture, electricity, communication, engineering works, transportation, and computation. Anyone who wants to participate in u-City should study and acquire knowledge in various field. Otherwise, it must be failed because of lack of communication like as the Tower of Babel. U-City is not a portion of one field. Therefore, engineers in many fields should cooperate with each other to make u-city as the best product in the world.

최근 국내의 외식산업은 양적, 질적으로 많은 성장을 해 왔다. 그 중 단체급식 시장도 많은 성장은 물론 무한 경쟁화되면서 영양사의 역할도 다변화되어 왔다고 할 수 있다. 전문직 자아개념은 전문 직업인으로서의 자기 자신의 업무에 대한 느낌과 스스로의 견해를 말하며 긍정적인 전문직자아개념을 가진 전문직업인 일수록 업무 수행능력이 높아진다. 본 연구는 영양사의 전문직 자아개념이 직무 만족도와 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 실시하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 전문직 자아개념의 하위요인인 지도력, 용통성, 기술, 의사소통 중에서 기술과 의사소통이 직무 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 중에서 기술의 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타나 영양사 업무와 직접 관련된 기술 요인에 대해 영양사 스스로 긍정적으로 평가할수록 직무 만족도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 고객지향성의 경우에는 의사소통과 기술의 순으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 영양사로서 고객의 필요와 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 노력하는 태도는 고객 혹은 타인과의 공감 능력이 높다고 스스로 평가하는 경우에 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다.

저널리스트 직종과 노동의 양상은 언론학 연구의 오랜 관심사였다. 그것은 뉴스 생산 과정, 조직 문화, 그리고 저널리스트 직업의식 전반에 걸쳐 있다. 이 연구는 그 중에서도 디지털 컨버전스 환경이 야기한 저널리스트 노동의 새로운 국면에 주목하여, 이를 전문직 노동과 직업 전망의 변동이라는 차원에서 살펴보고자 한다. 국내 언론사 현직 저널리스트들과의 심층 인터뷰 과정에서 나타난 직업적 자기 인식의 양상 변화를 저널리스트 직업 정체성의 위기와 결부시켜 보고자 한다. 심층 인터뷰를 통해 확인한 것은 그 세 가지 측면이었다. 첫째, 디지털 컨버전스에 따른 뉴스 생산 환경의 변화가 가져올 혁신에 대한 기대와 우려가 동시에 표출되었다. 둘째, 저널리스트 노동 과정의 변화가 전문직주의의 가치에 근거한 오랜 관행과 충돌하면서, 점차 전문직으로서의 자기규정 자체에 대한 위기감이 나타나고 있었다. 셋째, 변화에 대한 대응의 속도 그리고 이에 대한 정서적 동의와 반발이라는 측면에서, 내부적으로 직업의 미래 전망을 심각하게 우려하고 있었다. 이처럼 저널리스트 직종 내부에서 표출되는 일상적인 노동에 대한 위기의식의 해명을 통해, 이 연구는 디지털 컨버전스 환경이 뉴스 생산과 저널리스트 노동에 야기하는 새로운 국면에 대한 규명을 시도하였다.
